I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

　　We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind.

　　Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell me.Yeah, it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.

　　大家下午好!首先我要感謝各位家長(zhǎng)的到來(lái)。您的到來(lái)是對(duì)我們的教學(xué)工作的支持，也是對(duì)孩子學(xué)習(xí)的重視。孩子的教育需要家庭和學(xué)校相互的配合和支持，作為七年級(jí)一班的英語(yǔ)老師，我特別希望能都得到大家的支持，希望您能和我一起幫助孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。

　　今天我的發(fā)言有三個(gè)方面。首先，我想和大家一起談?wù)剬W(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的重要性。作為一名家長(zhǎng)我們應(yīng)該知道英語(yǔ)關(guān)系每一個(gè)學(xué)生的未來(lái)的成績(jī)與繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的發(fā)展。因?yàn)槌踔锌几咧�，高中考大學(xué)，大學(xué)后考研讀博，其中必考的科目便是英語(yǔ)，如果要出國(guó)留學(xué)，考toefl、考gre、考ielts，這一切都是英語(yǔ)。因此，英語(yǔ)幾乎伴隨每一個(gè)學(xué)生的一生。進(jìn)入初中后，英語(yǔ)的地位發(fā)生了重大的變化，由小學(xué)時(shí)侯的副課變得和語(yǔ)文數(shù)學(xué)一樣重要，在中考和高考中，英語(yǔ)和語(yǔ)文數(shù)學(xué)一樣都是120和150分的總分。對(duì)于孩子來(lái)講，七年級(jí)是一個(gè)很好的重新建立信心，學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的機(jī)會(huì)，我們是從最基本的abc開(kāi)始學(xué)的，即使以前沒(méi)有任何基礎(chǔ)，從現(xiàn)在開(kāi)始認(rèn)真學(xué)也是可以把英語(yǔ)學(xué)好的。很多孩子在小學(xué)都沒(méi)有重視英語(yǔ)，家長(zhǎng)也沒(méi)有過(guò)多關(guān)注，我希望我們家長(zhǎng)在了解了英語(yǔ)的重要性后能和孩子一起重視英語(yǔ)。

　　你們思想上重視了，無(wú)形中也給孩子以熏陶，重視與不重視肯定是完全不同的，在英語(yǔ)課堂上，大部分學(xué)生都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問(wèn)題，積極跟著老師拼讀單詞，朗讀課文。其實(shí)這也制造了一種假象，學(xué)生認(rèn)為自己常常被老師提問(wèn)，認(rèn)為自己能夠回答老師的問(wèn)題，于是認(rèn)為自己的英語(yǔ)學(xué)得很不錯(cuò)，自我感覺(jué)特別好。于是下課后在英語(yǔ)上花的時(shí)間就少了。其實(shí)要學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學(xué)生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識(shí)，當(dāng)然課上也會(huì)有少量的時(shí)間鞏固新學(xué)的知識(shí)。但是這些時(shí)間是公共的時(shí)間，而不是每個(gè)學(xué)生私有的時(shí)間，所以不可能照顧到每個(gè)學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。況且每個(gè)學(xué)生對(duì)新知識(shí)得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當(dāng)堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學(xué)生都只能是初步接觸了新知識(shí)，要真正接受新知識(shí)還要學(xué)生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會(huì)和別的同學(xué)拉下差距。

　　第二，我想講講英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)方法。英語(yǔ)畢竟不是我們自己的語(yǔ)言，大多數(shù)學(xué)生除了英語(yǔ)課其余時(shí)間根本就不會(huì)想到要說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，所以，在課后一定要主動(dòng)抽時(shí)間為自己補(bǔ)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，不外乎就是在聽(tīng)，說(shuō)，讀，寫(xiě)這些方面下功夫。

　　首先說(shuō)一下聽(tīng)，不少學(xué)生都有和書(shū)相配套的磁帶，復(fù)讀機(jī)，學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)，可是請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)檢查一下自己的子女的英語(yǔ)磁帶，有多少學(xué)生的磁帶還是和剛發(fā)的時(shí)候一樣的，根本就沒(méi)有聽(tīng)過(guò)。光靠上課聽(tīng)一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的磁帶，學(xué)生的聽(tīng)力根本就不能有什么發(fā)展。不會(huì)聽(tīng)就不能說(shuō)，而說(shuō)白了，學(xué)了英語(yǔ)就是要說(shuō)，聽(tīng)錄音機(jī)跟讀，目的應(yīng)該是兩種，一種同學(xué)是上課沒(méi)有完全消化，聽(tīng)錄音是補(bǔ)充學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程，另外一種是提高自己的聽(tīng)力和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力，要學(xué)生盡力地去模仿錄音機(jī)里的發(fā)音，從而使自己的聽(tīng)力和口語(yǔ)都提高一個(gè)層次。

　　接下來(lái)是說(shuō)，英語(yǔ)是一門(mén)語(yǔ)言，學(xué)了就是要說(shuō)，要和別人交流。我們學(xué)的英語(yǔ)不應(yīng)該是啞巴英語(yǔ)，要讓每個(gè)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)勇敢地說(shuō)出來(lái)。在課上我會(huì)用各種方法來(lái)刺激學(xué)生，激發(fā)他們說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的積極性，大多數(shù)學(xué)生也確實(shí)做得很好。放學(xué)回家也要說(shuō)。在學(xué)校，我鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生把所學(xué)的英語(yǔ)對(duì)話(huà)運(yùn)用到生活中去，這樣有更真實(shí)的情景，更能讓學(xué)生有發(fā)揮的余地。在家里，希望家長(zhǎng)也能鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，也許你會(huì)說(shuō)你自己也聽(tīng)不懂，請(qǐng)不要這樣想，其實(shí)學(xué)生需要是你的鼓勵(lì)，你聽(tīng)了他們說(shuō)的只要簡(jiǎn)單表?yè)P(yáng)一句，他們就會(huì)很滿(mǎn)足了。有時(shí)候你們也可以不懂裝懂，或者還可以讓學(xué)生反過(guò)來(lái)教你，他們會(huì)覺(jué)得很自豪，因?yàn)樽约核鶎W(xué)派上了用場(chǎng)。

　　接下來(lái)是讀。有句話(huà)：“讀書(shū)破萬(wàn)卷，下筆如有神。”學(xué)英語(yǔ)也是這樣，很多家長(zhǎng)也明白，學(xué)英語(yǔ)要培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感，也就是語(yǔ)言的感覺(jué)，如果有很好的語(yǔ)感，那么不管是說(shuō)話(huà)，做題目，還是寫(xiě)文章，都很輕松，很簡(jiǎn)單了。那么語(yǔ)感怎么來(lái)呢?就是靠讀出來(lái)的。一定要讓學(xué)生養(yǎng)成每天讀英語(yǔ)的習(xí)慣，這是學(xué)英語(yǔ)的最基本的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣了。每天早上一定要讀20分鐘左右的英語(yǔ)，哪怕有時(shí)候時(shí)間來(lái)不及了，即使是遲到也要讀，并且每天都堅(jiān)持，絕不因任何原因間斷。無(wú)論什么事情都貴在堅(jiān)持嘛。如果你的子女還沒(méi)有養(yǎng)成這樣的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，請(qǐng)你一定要督促他，剛開(kāi)始也許會(huì)比較難，時(shí)間久了，就會(huì)習(xí)慣成自然。就像早上起來(lái)要刷牙洗臉一樣，要讓他們把讀英語(yǔ)當(dāng)作每天必做的一件事。

　　最后是寫(xiě)。主要就是單詞短語(yǔ)的默寫(xiě)/聽(tīng)寫(xiě)，這是學(xué)英語(yǔ)的必經(jīng)之路。單詞往往背過(guò)就容易會(huì)忘記，所以要不斷的背默寫(xiě)，不斷的翻新。背單詞的時(shí)候要邊拼邊寫(xiě)，嘴巴和手都要?jiǎng)悠饋?lái)，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家長(zhǎng)在這里要作好檢查督促的工作，不要用不懂英語(yǔ)來(lái)幫助你的孩子學(xué)會(huì)偷懶，你可以報(bào)中文，讓你的孩子默寫(xiě)，然后對(duì)照書(shū)本批改訂正，每天堅(jiān)持的話(huà)，你一定會(huì)有意想不到的效果。還有句型，學(xué)生應(yīng)該在課上領(lǐng)會(huì)句型的意思和運(yùn)用方法。課后還需要通過(guò)多讀課文，多練習(xí)才能鞏固所學(xué)的句型。所以請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)不光要注重孩子背單詞短語(yǔ)的情況，還要讓他重視句子的重要性。

　　第三，我想說(shuō)說(shuō)我們班英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的狀況。初一階段的教學(xué)主要是要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣，養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的習(xí)慣。我的課堂也是圍繞聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)幾個(gè)方面對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行操練和運(yùn)用。通過(guò)這一個(gè)月教學(xué)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我們班大部分學(xué)生都自尊心強(qiáng)，上進(jìn)心強(qiáng)，都能很用心認(rèn)真的學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，這使我對(duì)他們充滿(mǎn)信心。但是也發(fā)現(xiàn)了以下問(wèn)題：

　　1.學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不夠端正。上課聽(tīng)講不專(zhuān)心，愛(ài)開(kāi)小差;講了的作業(yè)交上來(lái)還是錯(cuò)誤的;

　　2.不能按時(shí)完成最基本的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。單詞，詞組和課文不會(huì)背不會(huì)寫(xiě)不會(huì)默，達(dá)不到要求也不努力去完成。還有拖欠作業(yè)的情況。很多男生自律性較差，很懶惰，今天拖明天明天拖后天。

　　3.學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差。沒(méi)有做到每天記單詞，或者記單詞不動(dòng)筆，上課記筆記要點(diǎn)名提醒，聽(tīng)力不做預(yù)測(cè)，寫(xiě)完作文從來(lái)不檢查，英語(yǔ)課文和筆記課后從來(lái)不讀不看不記。從來(lái)不做閱讀，導(dǎo)致考試速度慢，效果差。

　　針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長(zhǎng)的配合和支持。

　　1、督促學(xué)生在家聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)磁帶，最好能每天堅(jiān)持聽(tīng)5——10分鐘，這將對(duì)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)有很大幫助。

　　2、爭(zhēng)取消化當(dāng)天所學(xué)的單詞，不要積壓任務(wù)。每天堅(jiān)持檢查10個(gè)單詞，一本書(shū)的單詞也只要一個(gè)月就記完了。我每天都會(huì)組織一次聽(tīng)寫(xiě)，錯(cuò)誤比較多的同學(xué)會(huì)及時(shí)讓他們改正。請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)要檢查聽(tīng)寫(xiě)本。

　　3、請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)督促孩子在家里完成家庭作業(yè)，以免他們來(lái)學(xué)校在匆忙之中互相抄襲。每天回家要求記本單元的單詞，有時(shí)會(huì)默寫(xiě)2a部分課文。這也是為了給學(xué)生一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)壓力，讓他們知道父母會(huì)經(jīng)常檢查他們的作業(yè)本，一定要認(rèn)真寫(xiě)才行。

　　4、每天要學(xué)會(huì)預(yù)習(xí)、復(fù)習(xí)。如果你的孩子英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)不是很好，可以督促他們先在家查字典。

　　總之，我和各位家長(zhǎng)有著共同的心愿，都想盡自己最大的努力去培養(yǎng)這些孩子，他們個(gè)個(gè)都聰明、可愛(ài)，只是有些孩子的潛能還沒(méi)有得到充分的發(fā)掘。七年級(jí)我的目標(biāo)是不讓一個(gè)學(xué)生掉隊(duì)。今后，我也希望和各位家長(zhǎng)保持聯(lián)系，如果孩子遇到學(xué)習(xí)問(wèn)題我們及時(shí)溝通。
