　　good evening ，ladies and gentlemen: thank you very much for choosing to e in such a cold night。today my topic is about choice and process。a research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day。with so many choices one day， people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life。 in my opinion， the following part is of much more importance than the choice。

　　there is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life， which the process makes the difference。

　　life is a box of chocolate，you never know what you will get。 forrest gump made no decision by and for himself but he acplished great success with his strong will in the process。 the process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ，the caution， courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles。

　　take myself as an example， i changed my major when i became a postgraduate。 after the choice，days have been harsh for me。i cannot understand the new lessons at all。 for they are closely related to mathmatics which i learned nothing about before。

　　however wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself，i persisted。 i asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life。

　　gradually i could understand some parts and even found maths interesting。moreover， i learned to act instead of plaining。

　　in retrospect，the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months bees an unforgetable experience in my life。 no matter what the choice is， enjoy the process。

　　in the process， your potential will be inspired and new discoveries，improvement and progress will e to you。 these are the most beautiful sceneries and only on the way can you see it。these make your life colorful。

　　一、面向全體學(xué)生，為學(xué)生全面發(fā)展和終身發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。

　　1、創(chuàng)設(shè)各種情景，鼓勵學(xué)生大膽地說英語，對他們在學(xué)習(xí)過程中犯的錯誤采取寬容的態(tài)度.

　　根據(jù)教材中的情境,真實再現(xiàn)于課堂并創(chuàng)造新的懷境，如教“What’s you name? How old are you?”時，情境有“小歌手大賽報到處”、“迷路的小孩子與警察”、“結(jié)識新朋友”、“醫(yī)生與生病的孩子”、“自我介紹”等等一些語境，使學(xué)生積極參與，到講臺上鍛煉英語表達(dá)能力和膽量。如師生早晚問好、道謝、道別等，學(xué)生已經(jīng)習(xí)慣用Hello、Good morning、 thank you、You are welcome、 See you、 Good bye……與我交流。這樣就無形中發(fā)展學(xué)生運用英語交際能力，培養(yǎng)他們創(chuàng)新靈活運用英語的習(xí)慣。

　　2、在教學(xué)過程中注重學(xué)生的聽、說、讀、寫綜合能力,鼓勵他們大膽的說并運用到實際中去.

　　每課的對話讓學(xué)生先聽后讀,然后表演,每小組不宜超過四人。表演前應(yīng)讓各小級操練準(zhǔn)備，鼓勵其拓展創(chuàng)新對話內(nèi)容。表演過程中，除要求學(xué)生語音語調(diào)正確外，還應(yīng)讓學(xué)生注意到交流手段如表情、手勢、姿態(tài)等。例如在練習(xí)Is this jacket yours?這個句型時，我手里拿著一件夾克衫，一邊走進教室一邊問:Whose jacket is it? Is this jacket yours?這時學(xué)生很好奇，都想知道這件夾克衫是誰的。于是，我跟學(xué)生們操練熟了,就讓學(xué)生自己去找它的主人，學(xué)生拿著這件夾克衫去問別人：Is this jacket yours? 教師還可以利用插圖來創(chuàng)設(shè)情景，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神,讓學(xué)生根據(jù)圖畫的內(nèi)容編一段對話。學(xué)生會運用所學(xué)過的知識，編成各種對話

　　在教學(xué)過程中,注重與學(xué)生溝通,讓學(xué)生消除對英語學(xué)習(xí)的恐懼感,只有對英語感興趣，才能保持英語學(xué)習(xí)的動力并取得好成績.刻板的學(xué)習(xí)，不僅會影響英語學(xué)習(xí)的效果,適得其反讓他們厭惡學(xué)習(xí)英語.因此創(chuàng)造寬松、和諧的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍有利于英語學(xué)習(xí).

　　1、尊重每個學(xué)生，積極鼓勵他們大膽的嘗試.

　　要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造個性，僅停留在創(chuàng)設(shè)教學(xué)情境上是不夠的。教師首先要具有創(chuàng)新的精神，注重創(chuàng)設(shè)寬松、和諧的教學(xué)氛圍，尊重學(xué)生個體，注重抓住一切時機激發(fā)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新的欲望,注意對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)行為和學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果、反應(yīng)等做出客觀、公正、熱情、誠懇的評價……

　　教和學(xué)是一對矛盾，作為矛盾雙方的教師和學(xué)生如何和諧融洽師生關(guān)系，對完成教學(xué)至關(guān)緊要。如果他們對某個老師有好感，他們就對老師的這門課感興趣并分外重視，肯下大氣力學(xué)這門課。如果他們不喜歡某一位老師，由于逆反心理，他們也就不愿學(xué)或不學(xué)這位老師的課。所以，教師要深入學(xué)生，和學(xué)生打成一片，了解學(xué)生的興趣，愛好，喜怒哀樂情緒的變化，時時處關(guān)心學(xué)生，愛護學(xué)生，尊重學(xué)生，幫助學(xué)生。這樣，師生才能關(guān)系和諧，感情融洽，興趣盎然地進行學(xué)習(xí)。

　　三.記憶方法

　　學(xué)習(xí)語言就是要開口多說,多記, 多背,只要功夫到家了,學(xué)習(xí)英語的困難就迎刃而解了.英語瑣碎的知識點太多,每天都有新的知識點增加,這就需要學(xué)生多記,多背.這往往是學(xué)生最頭疼的一件事.現(xiàn)在才初一,主要是以單詞為主,如果連單詞都記不住,更何況句型聽力.因此談?wù)勛约河洃泦卧~,句型的方法,僅供參考.

　　1、根據(jù)發(fā)音脫口而出單詞,多朗讀,重復(fù)多次,背會的東西容易忘,應(yīng)隔三插五的再鞏固.

　　2、背誦一個小對話,背會了用自己的話把它復(fù)述出來,這樣增加學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心.
