　　good evening ，ladies and gentlemen: thank you very much for choosing to e in such a cold night。today my topic is about choice and process。a research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day。with so many choices one day， people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life。 in my opinion， the following part is of much more importance than the choice。

　　there is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life， which the process makes the difference。

　　life is a box of chocolate，you never know what you will get。 forrest gump made no decision by and for himself but he acplished great success with his strong will in the process。 the process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ，the caution， courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles。

　　take myself as an example， i changed my major when i became a postgraduate。 after the choice，days have been harsh for me。i cannot understand the new lessons at all。 for they are closely related to mathmatics which i learned nothing about before。

　　however wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself，i persisted。 i asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life。

　　gradually i could understand some parts and even found maths interesting。moreover， i learned to act instead of plaining。

　　in retrospect，the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months bees an unforgetable experience in my life。 no matter what the choice is， enjoy the process。

　　in the process， your potential will be inspired and new discoveries，improvement and progress will e to you。 these are the most beautiful sceneries and only on the way can you see it。these make your life colorful。

　　一、面向全體學(xué)生，為學(xué)生全面發(fā)展和終身發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。

　　1、創(chuàng)設(shè)各種情景，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽地說英語，對(duì)他們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)過程中犯的錯(cuò)誤采取寬容的態(tài)度.

　　根據(jù)教材中的情境,真實(shí)再現(xiàn)于課堂并創(chuàng)造新的懷境，如教“What’s you name? How old are you?”時(shí)，情境有“小歌手大賽報(bào)到處”、“迷路的小孩子與警察”、“結(jié)識(shí)新朋友”、“醫(yī)生與生病的孩子”、“自我介紹”等等一些語境，使學(xué)生積極參與，到講臺(tái)上鍛煉英語表達(dá)能力和膽量。如師生早晚問好、道謝、道別等，學(xué)生已經(jīng)習(xí)慣用Hello、Good morning、 thank you、You are welcome、 See you、 Good bye……與我交流。這樣就無形中發(fā)展學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語交際能力，培養(yǎng)他們創(chuàng)新靈活運(yùn)用英語的習(xí)慣。

　　2、在教學(xué)過程中注重學(xué)生的聽、說、讀、寫綜合能力,鼓勵(lì)他們大膽的說并運(yùn)用到實(shí)際中去.

　　每課的對(duì)話讓學(xué)生先聽后讀,然后表演,每小組不宜超過四人。表演前應(yīng)讓各小級(jí)操練準(zhǔn)備，鼓勵(lì)其拓展創(chuàng)新對(duì)話內(nèi)容。表演過程中，除要求學(xué)生語音語調(diào)正確外，還應(yīng)讓學(xué)生注意到交流手段如表情、手勢(shì)、姿態(tài)等。例如在練習(xí)Is this jacket yours?這個(gè)句型時(shí)，我手里拿著一件夾克衫，一邊走進(jìn)教室一邊問:Whose jacket is it? Is this jacket yours?這時(shí)學(xué)生很好奇，都想知道這件夾克衫是誰的。于是，我跟學(xué)生們操練熟了,就讓學(xué)生自己去找它的主人，學(xué)生拿著這件夾克衫去問別人：Is this jacket yours? 教師還可以利用插圖來創(chuàng)設(shè)情景，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神,讓學(xué)生根據(jù)圖畫的內(nèi)容編一段對(duì)話。學(xué)生會(huì)運(yùn)用所學(xué)過的知識(shí)，編成各種對(duì)話

　　二、創(chuàng)造寬松、和諧的氣氛

　　在教學(xué)過程中,注重與學(xué)生溝通,讓學(xué)生消除對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)的恐懼感,只有對(duì)英語感興趣，才能保持英語學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力并取得好成績(jī).刻板的學(xué)習(xí)，不僅會(huì)影響英語學(xué)習(xí)的效果,適得其反讓他們厭惡學(xué)習(xí)英語.因此創(chuàng)造寬松、和諧的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍有利于英語學(xué)習(xí).

　　1、尊重每個(gè)學(xué)生，積極鼓勵(lì)他們大膽的嘗試.

　　要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造個(gè)性，僅停留在創(chuàng)設(shè)教學(xué)情境上是不夠的。教師首先要具有創(chuàng)新的精神，注重創(chuàng)設(shè)寬松、和諧的教學(xué)氛圍，尊重學(xué)生個(gè)體，注重抓住一切時(shí)機(jī)激發(fā)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新的欲望,注意對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)行為和學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果、反應(yīng)等做出客觀、公正、熱情、誠(chéng)懇的評(píng)價(jià)……

　　差生上課時(shí)注意往往不夠集中，我就將教材化難為易，化多為少，精講多練，課堂上盡量創(chuàng)造愉快的氛圍。差生由于羞怯心理往往怕開口，我盡量將難易適度的問題去問他們;叫他們到黑板上寫有把握的句子;朗讀事先已讀過多遍的課文，當(dāng)差生回答正確時(shí)。我總是面常笑容地說：“very good”，他們往往因得到這兩個(gè)激動(dòng)，這樣差生開口的習(xí)慣慢慢的養(yǎng)成。一學(xué)期下來，差生的參與意識(shí)大大地加強(qiáng)，消除了畏懼心理，
