　　good evening ，ladies and gentlemen: thank you very much for choosing to e in such a cold night。today my topic is about choice and process。a research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day。with so many choices one day， people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life。 in my opinion， the following part is of much more importance than the choice。

　　there is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life， which the process makes the difference。

　　life is a box of chocolate，you never know what you will get。 forrest gump made no decision by and for himself but he acplished great success with his strong will in the process。 the process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ，the caution， courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles。

　　take myself as an example， i changed my major when i became a postgraduate。 after the choice，days have been harsh for me。i cannot understand the new lessons at all。 for they are closely related to mathmatics which i learned nothing about before。

　　however wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself，i persisted。 i asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life。

　　gradually i could understand some parts and even found maths interesting。moreover， i learned to act instead of plaining。

　　in retrospect，the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months bees an unforgetable experience in my life。 no matter what the choice is， enjoy the process。

　　in the process， your potential will be inspired and new discoveries，improvement and progress will e to you。 these are the most beautiful sceneries and only on the way can you see it。these make your life colorful。

　　there is no need and i donnot want to judge whether it right or wrong for me to be here，but i congratulate to myself for i gain and enjoy this fantastic experience。

　　Unforgetable Experience

　　Once I changed my attitude toward everything, I recognized my world, my future and myself. It happened when my friends and I had almost finished our last academic year and were invited by our lovely and friend like teachers to an amazing trip, to Issyk-Kul, the pearl of Kyrgyz land. About five of my best friends and I were going to the breathtaking places of our motherland where we decided to have an unforgettable days of our life.

　　In evening, we were usually watching comedy films and films about the battles. But on another day we decided to have a party, so we went to a local disco named as Discovery. And the life would be more interesting that night if I didn’t quarrel with my best friend. We started arguing only for our own interests; he insisted on drinking some alcohol and dance, I insisted on not doing that because it would bring big problems and moreover it would be shame on ourselves. Unfortunately, all my friends were against me, because they thought that we could afford drinking alcohol considering that we were about to finish our school. That night I lost all my best friends just in a moment. All my thoughts about friendship were ruined; my heart burst into small pieces that will never be joined any more. And from that moment I started to build everything in my life from zero. I became more serious with my attitude toward people and became more careful myself as well.

　　在上學(xué)期的教學(xué)中，深刻的感受到，在新課程的改革中，教學(xué)中教師首先必須轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念，提高認(rèn)識，深刻理解新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的內(nèi)涵，樹立新的課程觀。在第一學(xué)期的教學(xué)中，我認(rèn)識到以下幾個問題：

　　一：剛學(xué)英語的時候，學(xué)生對英語這門課程充滿好奇，喜歡學(xué)習(xí)、模仿。但是，我發(fā)現(xiàn)自從小學(xué)讀了幾年后，好奇心逐漸減弱。隨著學(xué)習(xí)難度的增加，學(xué)生產(chǎn)生了消極情感，沒有興趣，甚至厭學(xué)。

　　二：教師面對一些整體學(xué)生進(jìn)行教學(xué)的態(tài)度誤區(qū)。教師對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的要求過于嚴(yán)格，不能注意到學(xué)生的差異性，沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)他們接受語言的快慢程度，最終導(dǎo)致有的學(xué)生吃得飽，有的學(xué)生吃不飽。吃不飽的那部分學(xué)生就會產(chǎn)生以下情緒：上課或講練習(xí)的時候，就會馬虎，注意力不集中。

　　三：教師在有些知識點講過后，有的甚至操練了多遍，反反復(fù)復(fù)強調(diào)了，學(xué)生仍沒有掌握。有些教師就責(zé)怪學(xué)生，并因此加強反復(fù)訓(xùn)練。于是在教師的責(zé)怪聲中，在枯燥的聯(lián)系中，學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣消失了。

　　從以上幾個問題中，我體會到：學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)語言的能力是因人而異的。有差別是正常的，要教好每一個學(xué)生，但不能要求每一個學(xué)生都一樣、一個模式，不能要求學(xué)生都按一個模式去發(fā)展，而是開發(fā)學(xué)生不同的潛能，發(fā)展學(xué)生學(xué)英語的各方面能力。而且教師可根據(jù)不同學(xué)生之間的差異去因材施教。

　　我認(rèn)為關(guān)鍵是從激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣入手。教師在英語教學(xué)中，讓學(xué)生做到聽、說、讀、寫并舉，眼、耳、口、鼻、腦并用，是激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)好英語的關(guān)鍵。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)類型是有差異的。而沒有學(xué)習(xí)興趣的差異更大;學(xué)生的喜愛也不一樣，有的喜歡聽說法，就是一直看著老師，聽老師說，很少看書本;有的喜歡閱讀法，就是一直盯著書本看，很少看老師或黑板。因此，英語教師必須運用多元化的教學(xué)方法，激發(fā)每個學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，能讓他們喜歡英語。

　　除了激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣之外，還要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生多聽、多練、多參與。課堂教學(xué)是由師生共同完成的，課堂教學(xué)的過程應(yīng)是師生共同參與，相互合作，創(chuàng)造性地實現(xiàn)教學(xué)目標(biāo)的新過程。

　　聽學(xué)習(xí)英語的第一步。在長期的實踐教學(xué)中，教師們發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生語音、語調(diào)不正確，主要是由于聽的不夠、模仿不當(dāng)造成的。教師應(yīng)訓(xùn)練學(xué)生多聽英、美人士的發(fā)音，正確地模仿。目前各個學(xué)校都已設(shè)置了語音室，配置了錄音機、錄像機等現(xiàn)代化教學(xué)工具，為教師教、學(xué)生學(xué)創(chuàng)造了一定的條件與語言場景。但是，上學(xué)期，這些設(shè)備使用較少，聽力操練的不夠多，因此，造成期末考試中，聽力這一大題失分較多。

　　讀是學(xué)習(xí)英語的第二步。讓學(xué)生聽了之后要開口讀出來是很困難的，學(xué)生往往膽子小或怕難為情，不敢在課堂上大聲的讀出來。因此，要以鼓勵為主，鼓勵學(xué)生膽子大一點，大聲讀出來，這也是提高英語的辦法之一。

　　我還認(rèn)為在課堂上借助多媒體，提供生動直觀的形象和視野效果，刺激學(xué)生的感官，讓學(xué)生帶著好奇心走進(jìn)教師所設(shè)計的情境畫面中，會收到事半功倍的效果。例如學(xué)習(xí)What are these / those ?這一句型，我利用電腦課件，找了許多有關(guān)水果及交通工具的圖片，有單數(shù)的，有復(fù)數(shù)的，讓同學(xué)們看一看，比一比。在比較的過程中，區(qū)別“Whats this /that ?”和 “What are these / those ?”的不同點及不同的用法。然后讓學(xué)生反復(fù)不斷的操練，掌握這兩個句型的用法。然后讓學(xué)生以小組為單位，利用教室里的實物，讓組長發(fā)問，其他同學(xué)回答，讓學(xué)生在不知不覺中鞏固所學(xué)知識，輕松地掌握了這一課的對話。諸如此類運用多媒體輔助情境教學(xué)似乎沒有“苦”，學(xué)生卻能很好地掌握對話內(nèi)容，因此，以后要多用多媒體教學(xué)，從各方面提高學(xué)生的英語水平。

　　總之，對學(xué)生進(jìn)行語言教學(xué)任重道遠(yuǎn)。我們要在實踐中不斷探索，以豐富多彩的“形”式來點綴、深化英語知識的“神”采，把孩子們帶到一個原汁原味的英語境界中，不斷激發(fā)其學(xué)習(xí)興趣，讓課堂充滿活力、充滿情趣，讓學(xué)生們學(xué)起來有滋有味，輕松自如。
