一、備好課是上好課的基礎(chǔ)。就我個人而言,在備課時,我始終嚴(yán)格按照備教材、備教法和備學(xué)生的原則進(jìn)行。同時,我充分利用備課組的優(yōu)勢,積極吸取他人的經(jīng)驗和教學(xué)方法。在上課之前,我盡可能地做好充分的準(zhǔn)備,確保每一節(jié)課都“有備而去”。因為一堂有效的課程離不開老師充分的準(zhǔn)備工作。我會認(rèn)真研究教材內(nèi)容,教材是教學(xué)內(nèi)容的主要載體,所以每一次備課時,我都會認(rèn)真閱讀、思考和理解教材,了解教材的核心思想和編寫目的,把握教材中提供的數(shù)學(xué)活動的線索,分析教材中蘊含的數(shù)學(xué)思想、方法和科學(xué)內(nèi)涵,親自完成每道練習(xí)題,只有這樣才能真正領(lǐng)會新教材中所蘊含的教學(xué)理念,并備出高質(zhì)量的教案。一般而言,我會在學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)新課程的一周之前,先逐一完成下一章節(jié)的例題、習(xí)題、練習(xí)冊、伴你學(xué)和單元卷,然后再根據(jù)課時進(jìn)行詳細(xì)備課。

落實好每天的作業(yè)
適當(dāng)?shù)淖鳂I(yè)對學(xué)生來說是必要的。但我們不能僅僅為作業(yè)而作業(yè),而是通 過做作業(yè),使學(xué)生鞏固所學(xué)的知識。所以布置合適的作業(yè)是重要的。我所任教的班學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)相差比較大,所以采用分層次布置作業(yè)的方式,做到照顧差異。作業(yè)的重點放在鞏固所學(xué)知識的前提下,再適當(dāng)提升。對基礎(chǔ)不夠好的同學(xué)要讓他們從基礎(chǔ)入手。對基礎(chǔ)好的同學(xué)每天布置一個有助于開拓思維的題目?傊,作業(yè)不能一概而論。對于作業(yè)的批改我一點也不敢放松,多年來的教學(xué)使我對作業(yè)有一個深刻的體會,學(xué)生的作業(yè)也是老師的作業(yè),作業(yè)布置了學(xué)生要做,那老師也必須要批改,否則設(shè)計的作業(yè)再好也不能達(dá)到鞏固提高的目的。每天再忙我也要對學(xué)生的作業(yè)逐一進(jìn)行批改,在我看來不批改就沒有發(fā)言權(quán),可以說批改作業(yè)讓我嘗到了大大的甜頭,批改作業(yè)后再講評使講解針對性更強了,也節(jié)省了時間,只講學(xué)生出錯較多的題目更好的調(diào)動了學(xué)生聽講的積極性。剛接手這批學(xué)生時讓我最棘手的就是家庭作業(yè)問題,不能認(rèn)真獨立完成應(yīng)付了事抄襲現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,由于我堅持每次都批改家庭作業(yè),及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并與學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流,我們班學(xué)生的家庭作業(yè)質(zhì)量有了大幅度的提高。班里有個女孩欒湉數(shù)學(xué)開始時是C類,上課回答問題積極,思維靈活,成績卻總是不太理想,通過批改作業(yè)發(fā)現(xiàn),他的作業(yè)不能認(rèn)真獨立的完成,于是我就與他談話告訴他作業(yè)的重要性,他知道老師發(fā)現(xiàn)了他的秘密,從那以后作業(yè)總是能認(rèn)真獨立完成不懂的就問,數(shù)學(xué)成績有了很大的提高,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)經(jīng)常考A。
做好課后輔導(dǎo)工作,多與學(xué)生交流

I have always admired the long healthy life my grandparents have. They are older than 80 years of age and they are still alive and kicking! How do they do that!? My grandparents plant vegetables and grow rice themselves; even in their old age they still make food for themselves! I guess that is why they can remain healthy. I am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! I am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. They do! They love me with all their heart. I love my parents also; I want them to live a happy life as well.
I want to travel this great country of ours. I want to see the beauty of our country. I want to see the miracles that made this country great! I want to go from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! I have a dream, that one day I can travel and see my country with my family and friends! 首先感謝學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給予我與各位班主任交流工作經(jīng)驗的機會,對于我而言,這次交流更像是一次學(xué)習(xí)的機會。擔(dān)任班主任是一項光榮而艱巨的工作,坐在這里的每一位曾經(jīng)擔(dān)任過班主任的老師都應(yīng)該有深刻的體會,因為我們都曾經(jīng)歷過摸索、探求、失敗和成功。作為一個班主任,我也有著深刻的體驗,班級管理涉及方方面面,而學(xué)生的思想又變化萬千。特別是二十一世紀(jì)的孩子們,個性鮮明,見多識廣,思維靈活。在我從事班主任工作的四年中,我不僅學(xué)到了很多知識,也有了很多心得體會。今天在這里與大家交流,希望能夠得到大家的批評指正。
1、工作要有責(zé)任心
只有有責(zé)任心的班主任,工作才會實抓實干,才能管理好班級。
2、工作要細(xì)心
只有關(guān)心細(xì)微之處的班主任,才能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的點滴進(jìn)步,及時給予肯定和表揚,促使學(xué)生的進(jìn)步得到認(rèn)可,并激發(fā)他們養(yǎng)成良好習(xí)慣的動力。只有關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié)的班主任,才能及時察覺學(xué)生的不良行為,并即時進(jìn)行批評和教育,早期消除不良行為的苗頭。同時,也只有細(xì)心的班主任,才能制定出詳盡的規(guī)章制度,讓學(xué)生在每天、每時、每刻都有明確的行為準(zhǔn)則和約束,使之成為他們行為的指導(dǎo)和依據(jù)。
3、工作要有耐心
班主任工作不是一朝一夕的工作,而是一項長期的工作。這一點主要體現(xiàn)在后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化教育工作上。每個班級都有一些相對落后的學(xué)生,只要班主任把后進(jìn)生教育好了,班級管理工作就有效了。但是,要完成后進(jìn)生思想的轉(zhuǎn)變,行為習(xí)慣的轉(zhuǎn)變,卻并非易事。因此,我們班主任也要學(xué)會打“持久戰(zhàn)”。
4、把握幾個尺度。
一、管與放的尺度
作為一個班主任,管理工作應(yīng)該是最重要的事情,但是需要注意到我們管理的對象是成長中的學(xué)生。在實際工作中,班主任可以負(fù)責(zé)很多方面的管理,從學(xué)生的日常行為規(guī)范、著裝,到他們的思想發(fā)展、前途規(guī)劃,以及班級的建設(shè)與發(fā)展。許多班主任都非常熱情,他們親自參與班級工作,早晚跟著學(xué)生,無所不管,有時甚至扮演著"管家"、“警察”或“保姆”的角色。這種管理方式確實有其優(yōu)點,因為班主任一直跟著學(xué)生,如果擁有足夠的時間和精力,并且堅持三年如一日,班級的狀況絕對不會變差。但是這種管理方式是最沒有技術(shù)含量的,它的最大問題在于管得過多過死,容易造成學(xué)生過于依賴,創(chuàng)造力和獨立性差,缺乏自我教育和自我管理的能力。最明顯的表現(xiàn)就是,當(dāng)班主任在場時,學(xué)生一個樣子,但班主任離開后,學(xué)生又是另一番模樣。這樣培養(yǎng)出來的學(xué)生在大學(xué)里的發(fā)展空間會受到限制。同時,這種管理方式也容易讓班主任陷入瑣事之中,導(dǎo)致精疲力竭,不利于他們自身的提升和發(fā)展。
陶行知先生主張,“教是為了引導(dǎo)學(xué)生自己去學(xué)習(xí)”,魏書生老師也認(rèn)同“管是為了讓學(xué)生自己去管理”。從根本上說,他們的思想是要充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生在教育管理中的主體作用,實現(xiàn)“自我管理與指導(dǎo)相結(jié)合”。
我認(rèn)為班主任在管理班級時承擔(dān)著重要的責(zé)任。具體而言,班主任需要關(guān)注以下幾個方面:首先,制定班級的長期目標(biāo),確定班級工作的整體思路;其次,培養(yǎng)一支強大而有能力的干部隊伍,并進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督;再次,積極開展對個別學(xué)生和全體學(xué)生的思想工作,提高班級的凝聚力和向心力;最后,協(xié)調(diào)各方面的關(guān)系,形成教育合力。
而該放的要堅決放手,學(xué)生能干的,班主任堅決不要干。在做好以上工作的同時,班主任要大膽放手,把一些具體事務(wù)派下去,建立層次分明的立體型管理體系,如主題班會、每天的教室清潔、課間操甚至一些大型的活動等等。班主任要充分調(diào)動學(xué)生積極主動性,分工授權(quán),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生參與管理,逐步鍛煉和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自我教育和自我管理能力。但涉及到班級整體氛圍、班風(fēng)的事我是嚴(yán)格關(guān)注的,因為我認(rèn)為這是大事兒。 總之,管大放小,管主放次,授權(quán)負(fù)責(zé),分層管理,既有利于班級的建設(shè)與發(fā)展,又有利于學(xué)生個性完善、能力的提高。
二、活與靜的尺度
一個班級活躍的氛圍很好,但是也不能過于活躍,這就需要班主任具備駕馭這種氛圍的能力和恰到好處的把握。常有教師抱怨自己班上的學(xué)生不夠踏實,雖然課堂氣氛很活躍,但一到考試就表現(xiàn)不佳,我認(rèn)為這是度的問題。
在班級管理中,我認(rèn)為有三個方面非常重要:第一是課堂氛圍。我的第一個班級是20xx級的8班,在這一點上我感覺我是失敗的,上課有點沉悶。當(dāng)老師提出問題時,明明很多學(xué)生都知道答案,卻不愿意說出來,導(dǎo)致課堂上的情緒無法提升,影響了課堂效率。為了改善這一點,我在帶上一屆的20xx級這個班時采取了兩個我認(rèn)為比較有效的措施來營造良好的課堂氛圍。首先,在上課開始時,要求學(xué)生向老師充滿激情地問好,這是一個良好的開端?梢韵胂螅呖旱膯柡蚵暭瓤梢哉{(diào)動學(xué)生的激情,也可以激發(fā)老師的激情。其次,建議年級統(tǒng)一要求課桌上不能堆放過多的書籍,這樣不想?yún)⑴c課堂的學(xué)生就無處可躲,能夠有效地調(diào)動學(xué)生參與課堂的積極性。特別是在高三年級,這一點尤為有效。第二個必須要注意的方面是各項活動的活躍性。對于這一點,我認(rèn)為大膽地放手讓學(xué)生去完成可以有效激發(fā)學(xué)生的參與熱情和積極性。在玩耍的時候要盡情享受,充分發(fā)揮自己的水平。例如,在運動會時,我從來不主張學(xué)生僅僅專注于學(xué)習(xí)。我的要求是盡情參與,沒有項目的可以擔(dān)任拉拉隊員,或者從事服務(wù)工作。如果實在沒有其他任務(wù),也可以當(dāng)觀眾。我告訴學(xué)生們,如果你總是坐在那里學(xué)習(xí)寫作業(yè),從小方面說你就是不積極不關(guān)心集體,從大方面說你是自私自利影響班級團(tuán)結(jié)。大型活動是檢驗和提高一個班級凝聚力的最佳機會,因此班主任一定要重視,不能因為怕耽誤學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)時間而有意避開或表現(xiàn)不積極,特別是在班級建立之初。第三個,也是最重要的一點,就是學(xué)生的性格活躍。學(xué)習(xí)是學(xué)生最重要的任務(wù),但學(xué)習(xí)并不是唯一的'任務(wù),而且學(xué)習(xí)成績也不是孤立影響的,它由很多方面共同決定。特別是班主任在宏觀把握上不能只關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成績高低。如果班上的學(xué)生沒有良好的心態(tài)和開朗的性格,我認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)效果會大打折扣。這就要求老師善于引導(dǎo),在及時發(fā)現(xiàn)一些跡象的時候能夠及時解決。特別是在與學(xué)生談心的時候,不要總是強調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)習(xí),可以多談?wù)勊奶亻L,適當(dāng)指出他的問題,讓他覺得自己并不是一無是處,只需要堅持一下、多一點努力就可以做得更好。
一個班級除了活,還離不開靜,靜不能等同于死,我在班級管理中一直高調(diào)的提倡兩個靜字(到過我們班教室的老師可能都看到過,我們班教室的兩側(cè)墻上一直的掛著兩個“靜”字):第一個靜是學(xué)習(xí)的心態(tài)要靜,人只有在心平氣和的情況下才能有更高的效率,在這方面,我一直對學(xué)生說,在學(xué)習(xí)過程中,尤其是在自習(xí)時間,要能像僧人一樣能夠“入定”,學(xué)習(xí)過程中不能像一只兔子,外面的任何風(fēng)吹草動都可以警覺的,這樣是不可能搞好學(xué)習(xí)的,在這方面我對學(xué)生提出了一個要求,很簡單,就是每次在自習(xí)課時,我進(jìn)教室的時候,班上的絕大多數(shù)同學(xué)應(yīng)該不知道我進(jìn)來(當(dāng)然我是安安靜靜的進(jìn)教室),在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生這方面的素質(zhì)時尤其是要注意幾個重點對象,要善于抓重點,把幾個重點抓下來了,整個班級的氛圍就上來了。第二個靜是環(huán)境的安靜,雖然在強調(diào)學(xué)生的心要靜得下來,能夠抗得住干擾,但我們還是要為他們盡可能的創(chuàng)造出良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,這個良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境我比較關(guān)注的主要是三個時間段,一個是自習(xí)時間,一個是午休時間,還有一個是課間時間,可能前面的兩個時間段都比較好理解,對于課間時間,很多老師可能并不理解,我是這么想的,很多會聽課的學(xué)生往往在上課的時候把絕大部分精力都用在認(rèn)真聽課上,所以筆記做得比較馬虎,只記了一個梗概,在下課的時候他們往往要用幾分鐘的時間對上節(jié)課的筆記進(jìn)行初步整理,有些同學(xué)有課前預(yù)習(xí)的習(xí)慣,也需要相對安靜的環(huán)境,所以即使是下課時間,我也要求學(xué)生保持教室的相對安靜,雖然不一定像自習(xí)課那樣絕對安靜,但也不能太吵,需要休息的同學(xué)盡可能到教室外面休息放松,在學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境方面,我有一個1>59的觀念,就是班上有60個學(xué)生,即使只有一個學(xué)生在搞學(xué)習(xí),另外59個學(xué)生都要為他創(chuàng)造良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,因為這個學(xué)生很可能就是你自己。去年學(xué)校作息時間改了后,下午兩點一十上課,所以晚自習(xí)前的時間多出20分鐘來,高三有很多班級都把晚自習(xí)進(jìn)教室時間提前了20分鐘,但我們班沒有硬性要求你什么時候進(jìn)教室,但有一點必須注意,就是你可以提前一點來,但只要你進(jìn)了教室就必須安靜下來,做不到這一點你就干脆遲一點,你可以不珍惜你自己的時間,但你沒有權(quán)利影響他人的學(xué)習(xí)。
三、嚴(yán)與寬的尺度
嚴(yán)格管理一直以來都是學(xué)校對班主任管理工作的要求,而班主任也深知嚴(yán)格管理的重要性。然而,需要注意的是,“嚴(yán)”并不代表要嚴(yán)厲、冷酷地對待學(xué)生,嚴(yán)格管理更注重的是在原則和紀(jì)律上的執(zhí)行。如果管理過于嚴(yán)苛,往往會導(dǎo)致學(xué)生個性受壓抑、自卑感加重、自制力不佳,甚至可能引發(fā)學(xué)生的逆反心理,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致師生關(guān)系僵化。這既不利于學(xué)生身心健康的發(fā)展,也不利于班級工作的順利進(jìn)行。因此,班主任在進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格管理時,應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確掌握尺度,做到嚴(yán)而有度。
嚴(yán)格管理班級,我認(rèn)為注意這樣幾個方面的問題,一個是時間上,在新的班級建立之初,一定要有比較嚴(yán)格的管理,因為開始的嚴(yán)格便于學(xué)生的養(yǎng)成教育,一旦通過開始的嚴(yán)格管理使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成了良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和行為習(xí)慣,以后的管理就會事半功倍,在這方面,我們有一個做得非常好的老師,就是我們組的唐敏老師,他在這方面非常有心得,他帶班往往也是以嚴(yán)格著稱,但是他投入最多的時候就是在建班之初,用他的話說就是開始整順了整服帖了,后面就輕松了,我也很贊成他的觀點,所以也一直在努力向他學(xué)習(xí)。第二是各種規(guī)章制度覺得能執(zhí)行的就制定,不能執(zhí)行的就干脆不要,這樣你將來的處罰才能夠嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行,不能讓學(xué)生有漏洞可鉆。第三就是嚴(yán)格的處罰也要講技巧,班主任一定要注意不能完全的一視同仁,不同的人要有不同的處理方法,一是慣犯與偶犯,我常給我的學(xué)生說,人無完人,誰都可能犯錯,所以我允許大家犯錯,比如說遲到的問題,我敢說,就是在座的各位,誰都不敢說自己從來沒有遲過到,所以我認(rèn)為學(xué)生偶爾遲到是一件非常正常的事兒,但是一定要區(qū)分偶爾遲到和經(jīng)常遲到,偶爾遲到是可以原諒的,但是經(jīng)常遲到就變成了一中習(xí)慣,有遲到習(xí)慣的同學(xué)絕對不能姑息,所以有時候我們班同樣兩個同學(xué)遲到,但一個可以只是稍微提醒就回到自己的座位上上自習(xí),但另一個則只能站在教室后排上完自習(xí),有時候甚至還有更嚴(yán)厲的處罰,比如說跑步,甚至聯(lián)合家長一起做專項治理。二是不同身份的同學(xué)的處理方法也應(yīng)該有所區(qū)別,對于班級的主要班干部,在公共場合有問題一定要處罰,但同時也要愛護(hù),你想啊,任何一個管理者都需要有自己的鐵桿,如果所有人都不和你站在一邊,自己不就成了光桿司令了嗎,以后自己的治班思路和各項規(guī)定還怎么貫徹下去呢,所以這些同學(xué)一定要打一下還要摸一下,也就是不能把自己的核心隊伍打散了(但如果你覺得某個班干部不適合還是要果斷的換掉);對于那些成績很好的同學(xué)犯了錯誤,一定要敢于批評,因為往往這些同學(xué)都是班里的榜樣,榜樣的力量是無窮的,如果這些同學(xué)不能管下來,他們產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面作用將是巨大的,班上一定不能有特殊的尖子生;最后是對于那些屢教不改的頑固分子要學(xué)會冷處理,要通過管理的手段在班級輿論上孤立他,讓他在班內(nèi)沒有市場,甚至有時候他犯了錯也不理他,讓他和班級的同學(xué)都感覺他是一個特殊的人,當(dāng)他感覺到孤獨的時候,他自然會慢慢的回到主流中來的,和這樣的人對著桿,吃虧的往往是班主任,受損的往往是班級氛圍,最得意的是那些想出風(fēng)頭的學(xué)生,除非你已經(jīng)決定讓他離開或者判斷他可以用強硬的手段一次性把他拿下。在處理一些問題的時候,也可以通過選擇性發(fā)現(xiàn)來回避一些矛盾,也就是自己不太想處理的人和事可以巧妙的移開自己的視線,假裝沒有看見,而對于必須要處理的人和事則要明察秋毫,這也是一種技巧,也需要一個尺度的把握。最后,在原則問題面前,就沒有這么多區(qū)別了,不管是誰,只要犯了原則性錯誤,那就是毫不客氣的,比如說影響他人學(xué)習(xí)的,擾亂課堂秩序的,頂撞老師的,考試舞弊的等等。嚴(yán)還必須與寬有效結(jié)合起來,靈活處理。當(dāng)然,不管是誰,處罰之后,班主任要私下做好被處罰學(xué)生的思想工作,使其正確認(rèn)識錯誤,并努力改正。同時,對學(xué)生違紀(jì)處罰的方式要多樣化,要寓教育于處罰之中。大家耳熟能詳?shù)奈簳蠋煂W(xué)生犯錯誤的處罰的三個一:唱一支歌,做一件好事,寫一份關(guān)于錯誤的說明。他就把處罰變?yōu)樯鷦拥淖晕医逃淖龇,對我們是一個很好的啟迪。
工作實踐中,嚴(yán)和寬是教育中的兩個重要方面,相輔相成又對立統(tǒng)一。嚴(yán)并不意味著冷酷無情,寬也并非縱容放任。只有在教育中做到“嚴(yán)中有度,寬中有愛,愛中有教”,我們才能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)期的教育效果。
四、與學(xué)生的關(guān)系尺度
亦師亦友,師生關(guān)系是一個常用的詞匯,用來形容良好的師生互動。對于年輕的班主任來說,在掌握師和友的尺度上可能會有一些難度。在我看來,師和友中傾向于師的角色更為重要。師與友最大的不同之處在于嚴(yán)肅性和權(quán)威性。在教室和課堂上以及處理問題時,你就是老師,必須保持嚴(yán)肅和權(quán)威。尤其是在處理一些原則性問題時,不允許學(xué)生嬉笑調(diào)侃。作為班主任,必須具備控制局面的魄力。例如,自習(xí)課上進(jìn)入教室時,如果里面吵鬧,只需一聲“安靜”,教室立刻安靜下來;當(dāng)處理一個同學(xué)問題時,他和你嬉笑調(diào)侃,只需一聲“嚴(yán)肅點”,他會立刻站好規(guī)矩。如果此時還和他講“友情”,那就表明你作為班主任無能。當(dāng)然,這樣的權(quán)威和嚴(yán)肅并不是通過自己大喝一聲來實現(xiàn)的,而應(yīng)該是學(xué)生對你的尊敬感的結(jié)果。在關(guān)鍵時刻,學(xué)生敬畏你、服從你,是因為他們對你的尊敬。這就不得不提到“友”這個詞。我認(rèn)為師生之間的友好關(guān)系主要體現(xiàn)在老師關(guān)心學(xué)生以及學(xué)生對老師的信任上。在這一點上,主動權(quán)在于老師。只有當(dāng)老師真正關(guān)心學(xué)生、在生活中接近他們時,學(xué)生才會對老師產(chǎn)生足夠的信任感,才愿意與老師交流。這種交流就是一種友誼。在拉近師生間距離方面,我覺得陳曉偉老師做得非常出色。他曾經(jīng)說過一句讓我印象深刻的話。有一次,我準(zhǔn)備去體育館打球時,碰到陳老師拿著一個羽毛球拍從體育館走出來。熟悉他的老師都知道,陳老師的羽毛球技術(shù)并不好。我開玩笑地說:“你應(yīng)該打不過你的學(xué)生吧。”他回答:“我確實打不過,但我的目的是向他們示弱。”就是這句話讓我至今仍在思考,原來示弱也是一種技巧,也是拉近師生關(guān)系的有效方法。很多老師都不愿意在學(xué)生面前示弱,希望在學(xué)生面前扮演神的角色。然而,我認(rèn)為這樣只會與學(xué)生疏遠(yuǎn)。事實上,要讓學(xué)生愿意接近你,首先得讓他們認(rèn)為你也是一個普通人,有自己的弱點,讓學(xué)生感受到在生活中他們完全可以接近你。這真是一種理想境界。然而,要達(dá)到這樣的境界,還有許多需要體會的。我覺得在這方面的尺度把握還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,一直在不斷探索中。也希望各位能給予我?guī)椭?/p>
5、用公平民主平等學(xué)生
我們都知道公平民主是應(yīng)該講的,但實際上很少有人能夠真正做到。我相信自己在這方面已經(jīng)做得很好了。我告訴學(xué)生們,無論誰,只要你們不主動找我,我都不會找你們談話。在我的眼里,我們班上沒有所謂的差生。即使是成績相對較差的學(xué)生,也可以過得很快樂,因為我給每個學(xué)生提供了展示各自特長的舞臺。不要在班級里說差生這樣的詞,因為一旦說出來,就意味著有差生的存在,這樣他們就不會有機會變得更好。同樣,也不要說某某學(xué)生具備某項實力,因為這等于否定其他七八十位學(xué)生的實力。所以,在我們班級中,每個學(xué)生都覺得自己很出色,至少我希望如此。
6、 善于挖掘?qū)W生身上的閃光點
每個人都希望被贊揚。不僅優(yōu)等生需要表揚,學(xué)困生同樣需要贊揚。實際上,學(xué)困生身上也存在著許多優(yōu)點,我們需要去發(fā)現(xiàn)和挖掘。作為班主任,我們應(yīng)該善于發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)困生身上的閃光點,給予他們信任,并引導(dǎo)他們有意識地發(fā)揚優(yōu)點,克服缺點,從而朝著積極的方向發(fā)展。作為班主任,我們不應(yīng)吝嗇對學(xué)生的表揚,而應(yīng)該多多激勵他們。我曾經(jīng)在全班同學(xué)面前發(fā)過火,但事后我反思,自己當(dāng)時的樣子是否很難看,是否有損教師的形象。如果可以通過其他方式教育學(xué)生,為什么要發(fā)火和斥責(zé)呢?這樣做既傷害到自己的身體,又使班級的氛圍變得壓抑。其實,學(xué)生擁有不同的教育基礎(chǔ),來自不同的家庭,智力水平也不相同,因此學(xué)生的發(fā)展是多層面的。只要他們在原有基礎(chǔ)上取得進(jìn)步就足夠了。我認(rèn)為,“蹲下來看學(xué)生”大概就是換一種角度看待學(xué)生吧。我們不能用同樣的方式要求每個學(xué)生,因為學(xué)生的發(fā)展是多方面的。我們應(yīng)該多考慮學(xué)生自身的特點,因材施教。
7、 要有一顆平常心,要會自得其樂。
當(dāng)一名班主任,是一項艱巨而又不易的任務(wù);而成為一名優(yōu)秀的班主任更加不容易。很多人可能會抱怨班主任工作的辛苦,這也導(dǎo)致了許多人不愿意擔(dān)任班主任的職務(wù)。然而,如果你目前就是一名班主任,我希望你不要抱怨,而要以平常心對待這份工作,并從中尋找快樂。我們要在工作和生活中都能感到快樂,要換一種角度去思考問題,合理地排解自己的消極情緒,學(xué)會享受其中的樂趣。只有保持良好的情緒,才能影響學(xué)生,進(jìn)而取得更好的教育教學(xué)效果。

Honesty
Ladies and Gentlemen: My topic is Honesty.
As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon's tooth. This is a true story.
65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure.
In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon's mouth.
He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.
When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one's error.
Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let's be honest people of good moral character.

It is a commonplace among moralists that you cannot get happiness by pursuing it. This is only true if you pursue it unwisely. For most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life. If you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in common.
The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see coming into existence. Women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring comes, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly.
It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.

When a sandstorm occurs, our classroom is filled with dust and sand. My poor teachers! They've breathed in enough chalk-powder. Now, they have to take in much dust. My poor fellow classmates! They told me they were almost dying.
We love beautiful spring. We cherish bright sunshine. But sandstorms destroy all the lovely things. Yet we know it is Mother Nature's revenge on what we have done to her. In order to see blue sky and sunny spring again, we should plant more trees and more grass to protect the environment. And it is not too late if we start right now.
Though it's a hard job to fight against the sandstorm, it is the battle we must fight, and it is a battle we must win!

In this peaceful era, our life paths seem to be already well-planned and determined. What we have to do is to follow. Yes, we may face different sorts of challenges, but at least they are less harsh when compared to those in the past. We do not need to worry about starving to death, or how to earn enough money to buy food for our siblings and sustain our lives.
It is like driving from a muddy road into a highway. In the muddy road, path, you would say, as it is formed only by crossing on it many times, flattening the ground to form a smoother area so we can pass. The road is so bumpy and rough, with holes here and there and rocks lying all over. When we drive along this road, we have to be very careful, having a firm grip on the steering wheel, ready for a sudden turn or a large boulder that may appear any second. However, when we drive on a highway, everything becomes different. The road is smooth, straight, and visible. Since there is no unseen obstacle, we may lower our guard, relax a bit, and loosen our grip on the steering wheel. One may even think, if we only have to drive on a smooth straight road like this highway, why would we need a steering wheel?
Faith is unique, just as happiness is. We feel happy for different reasons, we believe for different things. How can we know what we believe in? Recall the last time you are discouraged, and you felt you had lost all hopes in your life. What pulled you back into the world? What pushed you to stand up and continue to strive again? That is your faith, your belief. Faith is what makes you feel you can when others say you can’t.
!Faith is important…, faith is vital…, faith is necessary for us to live our lives. If we do not have faith, we are like a car without a steeling wheel. We can only afford to move along a straight and smooth path, and cannot meet any challenge in our lives. One must understand that no matter how smooth the road is, it is impossible for a car to go without a steering wheel. Or, put it in another way, have you ever seen a car without a steering wheel on the road? 3 My Definition of Success
“Once upon a time, there was a king who had a daughter as beautiful as a blooming rose. To all the suitors who came to the king's palace to ask for the hand of the princess, the old king assigned three tasks to be accomplished, each next to impossible. One day, into the king's palace came a handsome young prince..." Well, you know the rest. The three tasks may be different in different versions, but the main plot is always the same, with the prince claiming the princess's hand triumphantly.
And the ending is always the same, finishing with the line "And they live happily every after."
Why aren't we tired of something so fanciful, so unrealistic, and, I would say, so unimaginative? How can a story like that endure generations of repetition`? Because, I think, it is a typical success story. It is highly philosophical and symbolic. By implication, we see a 4-step definition of success: 1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess; 2 ) challenges to be met, as represented by the three tasks; 3 ) the process of surmounting difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; and 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage.
The story not only caters to everyone's inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the process and the result. The reward of success will be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. If a person inherits his father's millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. The term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. But as I understand it, the true meaning of success entails a combination of both the process and the satisfactory result of an endeavor. To clarify my view, let me give another ogy.
If we changed the rules of football, greatly enlarged the goal and sent away David Seaman or any other goal keeper, so that another David, namely David Beckham, could score easily, then scoring would not give him the thrill of accomplishment and the joy that it brings. If we further changed the rules by not allowing Arsenal's defenders to defend, so that Beckham needed only to lift a finger, actually a toe, to score, then there would be no game at all, because the meaning of winning would have disappeared. In accepting the challenge, in surmounting the difficulties and in enduring the hardship, success acquires its value. The sense of attainment varies in proportion to the degree of difficulties on overcomes.
The concept of success is not constant but relative because the nature of difficulty is also relative. Something you do effortlessly might pose a great difficulty for a handicapped person. In acquiring the ability to do the same as you can, he or she achieve success. That's why we greatly admire Stephen Hawking, because, though confined to a wheel chair, he has contributed greatly to the field of science.
I myself, a rather shy person by nature who easily suffer from stage fright, had to pluck up great courage to take part in a speech contest like this. I could have stayed away and had an easy time of it by not entering the university level contest.But I chose to accept the challenge and to face the difficulties. Now here I am. If I come out first, it will be a great success for me. If I come out last-I hope this will not be the case-but if I come out last, I will not call my attempt a failure, but will also celebrate it as a true success, because part of my goal is my own character training-to do more assertive, to be brave in face of difficulties. For me, it is a meaningful step forward, all as it is, in the long journey toward the final success in my life, because I have truly gained by participating.
Let us return to our handsome young prince and the 4-step definition of success. You my have noticed that the usual worldly criteria of wealth, position and fame were not mentioned as part of the story, but rather, it emphasized the process of overcoming difficulties. The ancient wisdom had already defined the meaning of success, and this is my definition, too.

一、注重預(yù)習(xí)。
“預(yù)習(xí)”是一種良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,是課堂教學(xué)中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。它作為學(xué)習(xí)過程的起始階段,是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自學(xué)能力的重要途徑,在提高學(xué)習(xí)效率方面有著重要的作用。它不僅能幫學(xué)生“學(xué)會”知識,更能幫助學(xué)生“會學(xué)”知識。做好預(yù)習(xí)工作,功在課外,利在課內(nèi)。我們有以下幾個環(huán)節(jié):
1、布置預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)。
在寒暑假來臨之前,學(xué)校要求每位教師給學(xué)生特別布置假期預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)。為了使預(yù)習(xí)有章可循,教師列出預(yù)習(xí)提綱,分發(fā)給每個學(xué)生。針對預(yù)習(xí)內(nèi)容,教師必須提出明確的預(yù)習(xí)要求。而且預(yù)習(xí)要求必須合理,正確,有可操作性。我們給學(xué)生布置了預(yù)習(xí)前三單元的內(nèi)容,具體到哪一天預(yù)習(xí)哪幾頁單詞,背會哪部分對話,掌握哪幾個句型,理解哪項語法內(nèi)容。此外,每日摘抄一句英語諺語,兩天一篇閱讀理解,五天一篇英語練筆(小作文)。
2、指導(dǎo)預(yù)習(xí)方法。
針對不同的教學(xué)內(nèi)容指導(dǎo)學(xué)生選用合適的預(yù)習(xí)方法,通過查閱資料、聽錄音帶、網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)、向哥哥姐姐求教等多種方法來學(xué)習(xí)。例如:會話練習(xí)可以采用查一查,補一補,說一說的方法;句型練習(xí)可以采用找一找,歸一歸,比一比的方法;閱讀練習(xí)可以采用劃一劃,查一查,寫一寫的方法。我們知道“授之一魚,只供一餐,授之以漁,可享一生!敝灰獔猿诌\用科學(xué)的方法培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的預(yù)習(xí)習(xí)慣,學(xué)生們一定會學(xué)會預(yù)習(xí),運用預(yù)習(xí),學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí),為他們的終身學(xué)習(xí)奠下良好的基礎(chǔ).
3、爭取得到家長的配合。
為了學(xué)生在假期期間更好地完成預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè),使預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)更有成效,我們學(xué)校在放假前特意召開了家長會,把學(xué)校的想法、做法與家長們溝通交流,期望家長能做好督促檢查工作。事實證明,我們得到了很多家長的配合。
4、檢查預(yù)習(xí)效果。
檢查學(xué)生預(yù)習(xí)是否到位,存在有哪些問題,以便今后教學(xué)做到有的放矢。開學(xué)的第二天,我們學(xué)校就組織了各科的預(yù)習(xí)考試。成績上報學(xué)校,并作出效果分析。由于我們英語學(xué)科的特點,初二學(xué)生在預(yù)習(xí)單詞和每單元的語法聚焦兩方面比較好,但知識點和句型的靈活運用還有待提高。
二、抓好教研組建設(shè)。
學(xué)校是一個大群體,而教研組是一個小群體,教師是這個群體中的成員,我們每位教師的成長與發(fā)展都離不開這個群體。我校在抓教研組建設(shè)方面工作做得扎實,有條不紊,為每位教師的發(fā)展搭建了平臺。積極開展教研組的說、上、評課活動,要求人人過關(guān)。緊緊圍繞教研組的活動專題,重視對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣培養(yǎng)的研究,和對學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)意識培養(yǎng)的研究。通過教研活動,使本教研組全體英語教師共同提高,人人受益。也讓我感受到了集體的力量是無窮的,實現(xiàn)了教師之間,同伴之間的團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作。一個人有困難時,大家都來幫助,讓她從困境中走出,不斷發(fā)展自己,提高自己,身處在這樣一個教師群體中,我深感榮幸。
三、加強備課組的集體備課。
集體備課是發(fā)揮群體優(yōu)勢,提高備課質(zhì)量的重要途徑,也是落實教學(xué)常規(guī),提高課堂教學(xué)效率的.必要措施。我校很重視英語教研,特別安排了主抓教學(xué)的劉校長下組監(jiān)督指導(dǎo),使活動有計劃、有目標(biāo)、有實效。我們英語備課組的三位教師積極組織集體備課,研究教學(xué)內(nèi)容,研究學(xué)生,進(jìn)度,研究教學(xué)方法,安排及教學(xué)資料做到一致。我們每周至少活動一次,時間固定,有活動記錄。每次活動都定有中心發(fā)言人,定活動的主題,不走形式,不敷衍了事,切實解決教學(xué)中的一些問題,努力提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量,完善教學(xué),規(guī)范我們的教學(xué)行為,向課堂40分鐘要質(zhì)量。
四、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主探究學(xué)習(xí)的能力。
本學(xué)年我們學(xué)校一直倡導(dǎo)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主探究學(xué)習(xí)的能力。要求教學(xué)要以學(xué)生為主體,轉(zhuǎn)變角色,成為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的引導(dǎo)者、幫助者。在課堂中要求教師要“少講多學(xué)”,即教師少講,學(xué)生多學(xué)。堅持放手原則:凡是學(xué)生能讀的就讓學(xué)生讀,凡是學(xué)生能說的就讓學(xué)生說,凡是學(xué)生能想的就讓學(xué)生想,凡是學(xué)生能討論的就讓學(xué)生討論,凡是學(xué)生能寫的就讓學(xué)生寫,凡是學(xué)生能做的就讓學(xué)生做。給學(xué)生自學(xué)時間、提問時間、讀書時間和練習(xí)時間。在教學(xué)中,我們鼓勵學(xué)生嘗試地交流、討論、質(zhì)疑、解惑;把問的權(quán)利交給學(xué)生,把講的機會讓給學(xué)生,讓學(xué)生參與到知識形成的過程中,并從中感受到“參與之樂,思維之趣,成功之悅”。
我們知道“學(xué)源于思,思源于疑”,學(xué)生探索知識的思維過程總是從問題開始,又在解決問題中得到發(fā)展。教學(xué)過程中學(xué)生如果能在教師創(chuàng)設(shè)的情境下,自己動腦思考,動口表達(dá),將受益匪淺。我們的做法是首先創(chuàng)設(shè)情境、明確目標(biāo),其次呈現(xiàn)問題、啟發(fā)誘導(dǎo),然后讓學(xué)生先自主探究、設(shè)疑質(zhì)疑,再合作探究、解惑釋疑,最后對學(xué)生的活動加以評價,使學(xué)生活動的過程更規(guī)范化,在活動中該做什么,而不該做什么,逐步滲透到學(xué)生的腦海里。每節(jié)課盡可能給予學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的時間和空間,讓他們自主學(xué)習(xí),培養(yǎng)他們敢疑、敢想、敢問、敢說的良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,提高他們的思維能力,真正使學(xué)生好學(xué)、樂學(xué)、會學(xué),從而形成一種生動活潑輕松的學(xué)習(xí)局面。
盡管以往的教育教學(xué)工作取得了一些進(jìn)步,得到了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和家長們的認(rèn)可,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方法,學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和自主學(xué)習(xí)能力有了一定提高,一部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣也得以鞏固和加強。但是,客觀地分析了學(xué)生的成績的各個方面,我深深地感覺到自身工作中還存在許多不足。例如:學(xué)生成績的兩極分化現(xiàn)象;相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)興趣還有待于進(jìn)一步的保鮮和鞏固;一些學(xué)生的基本學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、方法和技能都需要在今后的工作中加強指導(dǎo)。另外,回首自身教學(xué)工作的各個方面,在常規(guī)教學(xué)的備課方面還存在不足,講課方面也還不夠靈活機動。以后的教學(xué)工作將帶著這些問題有針對性地開展。
