　　二是校級(jí)課題研究讓我體會(huì)到“挫折也很美麗”。開學(xué)初，經(jīng)全體老師商量，決定把這次校級(jí)課題的切入點(diǎn)定為我們一直困惑和解決的問題“閱讀教學(xué)”所以“閱讀教學(xué)中學(xué)生活動(dòng)的有效性”課題應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，田納老師為此獻(xiàn)課一節(jié)，試講后，由于思考的角度發(fā)生偏差，種種問題就暴露在大家面前。周圍的質(zhì)疑讓我們坐立不安，下來后組內(nèi)討論的氣氛異常嚴(yán)肅。歸根結(jié)底，課題的實(shí)踐性和可操作性沒有達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。商量后，我們把課題修改為“在課堂學(xué)習(xí)中學(xué)生閱讀活動(dòng)的有效性”這樣，課題的切入點(diǎn)細(xì)化到了學(xué)生活動(dòng)中的閱讀方面，田老師也根據(jù)新課題獻(xiàn)課兩節(jié)，陳鳳老師也獻(xiàn)課一節(jié)。在十一月初，我們組還就課題進(jìn)行了一系列的培訓(xùn)和教研，并學(xué)習(xí)了成都市成華區(qū)雙水小學(xué)尹宏老師的一節(jié)課，大家都收獲頗豐。上周，我和蔡老師也應(yīng)邀參加了在武漢舉行的“第四屆全國小學(xué)英語教學(xué)觀摩研討會(huì)”在會(huì)上，來自全國各省市區(qū)的教學(xué)精英進(jìn)行了激烈的角逐，我們也充分認(rèn)識(shí)到自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，回到學(xué)校后，我也組織了組內(nèi)交流會(huì)，讓大家分享我們的收獲。而今天下午的第一節(jié)課我們?nèi)�組也在一三班對(duì)彭靜老師的一節(jié)研究課進(jìn)行集體教研。我們相信研究無止境，有時(shí)，挫折會(huì)使我們成長(zhǎng)地更快，也是一種難言的美麗。

　　校本課程——國際理解的開設(shè)，使我相信“人的`潛力是無限的”從備課到搜集資料，從集體研究到個(gè)人發(fā)揮，組內(nèi)每個(gè)教師都以不同的特色來詮釋英語的魅力。張小瀛，王宗霞老師沉穩(wěn)的風(fēng)格，王穎老師活潑的教學(xué)和彭靜老師親和的教態(tài)都給我們留下了深刻的印象。國際理解課主要在正常教學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上，加入以西方文化的滲透和中西方各個(gè)方面的差異為主。本期，我們?cè)谘永m(xù)一貫風(fēng)格的同時(shí)，積極參加各類活動(dòng)。如，研究課的呈現(xiàn)，小導(dǎo)游的誕生，學(xué)生作品的展示都讓每個(gè)年級(jí)的國際理解班脫穎而出。得到家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生的歡迎。

　　說到對(duì)下學(xué)期的設(shè)想，我想從以下三點(diǎn)來看：

　　1，繼續(xù)早讀環(huán)節(jié)，努力減少兩極分化。

　　在星期二到星期五的早讀中，每位教師兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，盡心盡責(zé)。在自然組的支持下，我們的早讀順利開展了一學(xué)年。在這里，表示感謝。

　　2，加強(qiáng)新教師培訓(xùn)，促進(jìn)老教師發(fā)展。

　　本學(xué)期我們組集體教研次數(shù)多，問題有針對(duì)性。在下學(xué)期，我們將圍繞校級(jí)課題進(jìn)行。將推出張小瀛老師的國際理解課，彭靜老師的見面課等。我們也將進(jìn)行組內(nèi)讀書活動(dòng)，以英文翻譯和欣賞的形式推動(dòng)組內(nèi)專業(yè)水平。時(shí)間暫定為一星期一次，歡迎各位老師前來分享。我們會(huì)承擔(dān)一次雅園講壇，一切都在計(jì)劃和籌備中。

　　3，強(qiáng)化學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備期末檢測(cè)。

　　在半期檢測(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上，夯實(shí)學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，加強(qiáng)專項(xiàng)練習(xí)。特別是高段的教學(xué)內(nèi)容主要放在時(shí)態(tài)，比較級(jí)最高級(jí)，習(xí)慣性用法的融會(huì)貫通，在講題的同時(shí)教給學(xué)生做題的方法和技巧。加強(qiáng)單詞和句型的訓(xùn)練，保證課前聽寫的質(zhì)量。

　　孩子這個(gè)階段已經(jīng)開始有目標(biāo)了，但是他們需要家長(zhǎng)的幫助，比如督促孩子讀課文，聽聽他的背誦。

　　三、不要對(duì)孩子亂發(fā)脾氣

　　要站在孩子的位置上，了解他們的`想法。比如看見孩子作業(yè)沒寫完，不要一上來就咋呼、火冒三丈，你怎么還沒寫？天天就知道玩兒！等等。孩子會(huì)因此而好好寫作業(yè)嗎？當(dāng)然不會(huì)，孩子會(huì)更抵觸寫作業(yè)。請(qǐng)用同理心教育孩子。“你不按時(shí)完成作業(yè)，我真的很難過。如果你能在半小時(shí)內(nèi)把作業(yè)寫完，我會(huì)覺得很開心�！�

　　四、松懈現(xiàn)象

　　有的學(xué)生學(xué)過英語就對(duì)學(xué)校的英語課堂學(xué)習(xí)放松了。覺得都會(huì)，以考試傻眼了。我們還是得重視我們的課本。

　　在英語教學(xué)過程中，希望家長(zhǎng)配合我的工作有：

　　一、監(jiān)督孩子們完成當(dāng)天的作業(yè)

　　其實(shí)老師每天布置的作業(yè)都是有針對(duì)性的，是對(duì)當(dāng)天課堂知識(shí)的鞏固和復(fù)習(xí)，所以要嚴(yán)格要求作業(yè)質(zhì)量。

　　二、培養(yǎng)孩子記筆記的習(xí)慣

　　讓孩子們準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)錯(cuò)題本，記錄自己當(dāng)時(shí)做錯(cuò)的原因，再找同類型題練習(xí)，對(duì)復(fù)習(xí)知識(shí)很有幫助。

　　三、朗讀和背誦

　　我認(rèn)為朗讀和背誦是學(xué)習(xí)語言最有效的方法了。即使今天的作業(yè)內(nèi)容沒有朗讀背誦，每天也要拿出5分-10分鐘大聲的讀讀背背。

　　四、小目標(biāo)

　　首先是加強(qiáng)聽力訓(xùn)練和說話訓(xùn)練，然后才是讀寫能力的培養(yǎng)。聽說能力差，用英語進(jìn)行交際的能力差，為此，家長(zhǎng)一定要配合學(xué)校來要求孩子，要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造條件讓孩子多聽，多聽純正的錄音，聽?zhēng)妆�、聽清楚了以后，跟著說，從小培養(yǎng)孩子的聽覺，為將來打好基礎(chǔ)。

　　2、讓孩子多說、多練

　　家長(zhǎng)要每天讓孩子多讀英語、多多練習(xí)說話，要鼓勵(lì)孩子大聲地朗讀、對(duì)話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利于清楚地表達(dá)自己，培養(yǎng)信心，能力，敢說、多練才會(huì)學(xué)好英語。

　　3、讓孩子熟練背誦課文和單詞背誦

　　這是一項(xiàng)基本功，可以積累一些日常用語，到用的時(shí)等候就可以脫口而出。但是在背誦過程中要講究方法，不可操之過急，要注意分散和集中相結(jié)合。我們一般是分段教課文，那就可以請(qǐng)學(xué)生分段背課文。等快教完的時(shí)候，再把課文串起來背，這樣可以降低一點(diǎn)難度，讓學(xué)生背得輕松些。但是在檢查過程中，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)有一些學(xué)生背得相當(dāng)熟練，可問他課文中的某個(gè)詞組或句子的意思時(shí)，他卻一問三不知。所以，我們?cè)诒痴b過程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基礎(chǔ)上達(dá)到背誦的要求，課文中涉及到的相關(guān)詞組和句型，要讓學(xué)生熟記，并能用它們來造句、說話。在具體的實(shí)施過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)：有些學(xué)生根本不用心學(xué)，能偷懶則偷懶，很多家長(zhǎng)比較負(fù)責(zé)會(huì)查問有沒有教新課，要不要默寫，但孩子不老實(shí)，欺騙家長(zhǎng)。這時(shí)候，你應(yīng)該及時(shí)跟老師聯(lián)系，做好溝通，讓孩子知道：欺騙不是辦法，也會(huì)受到相應(yīng)的懲罰。

　　在座的家長(zhǎng)對(duì)自己子女的.情況比我更加清楚。學(xué)生們都是在三年級(jí)時(shí)同一起跑線上起跑的，經(jīng)過一個(gè)學(xué)期來的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生與學(xué)生之間已經(jīng)拉開了差距。一些好的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣濃，學(xué)習(xí)勁頭足，課堂上積極思維，踴躍發(fā)言，課后及時(shí)鞏固，形成了良性循環(huán)的好勢(shì)頭。他們的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣好，在聽、說、讀、寫方面都能齊頭并進(jìn)，我為他們感到欣慰�？梢灿幸恍�學(xué)生，平時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)馬虎，基礎(chǔ)不扎實(shí)，功虧一簣，導(dǎo)致他們現(xiàn)在課上聽講出現(xiàn)困難，用他們自己的話說：“我聽不懂�！甭牪欢�，還不努力，書面作業(yè)拖拉不交，口頭作業(yè)根本不完成，如此一來，學(xué)習(xí)自然成了件頭痛事，麻煩事。其實(shí)，大部分的學(xué)生還是處于中間層次，老師所教的，所布置的作業(yè)能夠基本完成，但學(xué)習(xí)的效率又因人而異，存在著個(gè)體差別。盡管他們平時(shí)不需要老師操太多的心，費(fèi)太大的力，但是說起各方面的表現(xiàn)，又總有一絲遺憾，我們總希望他們能夠再上一個(gè)臺(tái)階。

　　怎樣幫助孩子學(xué)好英語呢？我們老師自然是最直接的知識(shí)傳授者，有著不可推卸的責(zé)任。在此，我們只是真誠地呼吁我們的家長(zhǎng)配合學(xué)校，配合老師，靠我們共同的努力來幫助孩子學(xué)好英語。用一句時(shí)髦的話說：我們要和孩子共同成長(zhǎng)。

　　作為一名英語教師，我認(rèn)為我對(duì)這三個(gè)班的孩子是盡心盡責(zé)的。我每天早來晚走，一心撲在這三個(gè)班的英語教學(xué)上。三個(gè)班的好幾套作業(yè)，《同步練》，《一課一練》，《活動(dòng)手冊(cè)》，作業(yè)本，練習(xí)本等等我都認(rèn)真的進(jìn)行批改。有的時(shí)候還要帶回家改。但是結(jié)果卻不是那么的盡如人意。我分析后發(fā)現(xiàn)問題主要出在孩子的學(xué)習(xí)方法和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣上。我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)(本站推薦)習(xí)成績(jī)好的孩子，他們都有好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)方法。

　　好的聽課習(xí)慣。課堂是教學(xué)最重要的環(huán)節(jié)，緊緊抓住40分鐘比課后補(bǔ)四個(gè)小時(shí)都有用。課堂上應(yīng)該要集中注意力，跟著老師走。這樣不會(huì)漏掉任何一個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)，才會(huì)學(xué)得全面。我發(fā)現(xiàn)有的同學(xué)在課堂上始終能保持注意力的集中，有的則是只能集中一段時(shí)間，還有一小部分是幾乎沒有多少時(shí)間是集中注意力的，手在下面動(dòng)不停，老師點(diǎn)名的時(shí)候好一些，一轉(zhuǎn)臉又不知道在干什么了。上課不聽怎么可能學(xué)好英語呢？

　　學(xué)習(xí)英語主要就是操練句子，要說英語，學(xué)了要能說出來才是會(huì)了。課堂上我們留有大量的時(shí)間讓孩子們朗讀，表演。所以在英語課上積極發(fā)言就顯得更加重要。我問那些不愛發(fā)言的孩子為什么不舉手，他們說害怕錯(cuò)。我都是跟他們說：“即使錯(cuò)了也沒關(guān)系，這樣可以讓老師發(fā)現(xiàn)你的問題在哪里并及時(shí)糾正�！弊鳛榧议L(zhǎng)也應(yīng)該這樣去鼓勵(lì)他們，要他們抓住每次發(fā)言的機(jī)會(huì)。

　　作業(yè)是課堂教學(xué)的補(bǔ)充和鞏固，作業(yè)完成質(zhì)量的好壞直接關(guān)系到知識(shí)掌握的牢固程度。好的作業(yè)完成習(xí)慣包括按時(shí)完成作業(yè)和按時(shí)交作業(yè)，按老師的要求認(rèn)真的，字跡清晰的正確的完成作業(yè)。雖然只有這幾點(diǎn)，但真正做到也不是那么容易。特別他們還是孩子，孩子總有不自覺和管不住自己的時(shí)候，所以家長(zhǎng)應(yīng)該在這方面多下點(diǎn)工夫。對(duì)于做作業(yè)習(xí)慣較好的學(xué)生，家長(zhǎng)只需要在他完成作業(yè)之后檢查一下就可以了。但對(duì)于習(xí)慣相對(duì)較差的孩子來說，作為家長(zhǎng)你可能就要多花點(diǎn)時(shí)間陪著他寫了。我們也能理解家長(zhǎng)工作的繁忙，但是對(duì)于你們來說最重要的是孩子的教育問題，孩子的成材才是你們作為家長(zhǎng)真正的成功！
