　　首先，我想用一句話來(lái)概括半期考試。“以不變應(yīng)萬(wàn)變”�？v觀前幾次單元測(cè)驗(yàn)，形式和內(nèi)容都有很大的創(chuàng)新和變化，測(cè)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容不僅僅局限于本單元或本冊(cè)，而是以橫向和縱向的形式覆蓋了所有的教學(xué)內(nèi)容，教師和學(xué)生在適應(yīng)過(guò)程中，雖然有方法上的變化，但總體說(shuō)來(lái)更加強(qiáng)化了基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的理解和運(yùn)用。教會(huì)學(xué)生的解題技巧和方法。使其理解“萬(wàn)變不離其中”的道理。以不變的扎實(shí)學(xué)習(xí)來(lái)適應(yīng)靈活的考察手段。如，六年級(jí)試卷中F題，考察的是疑問(wèn)詞“where，who，what，how，howmany，whose”的用法，老師就要教會(huì)孩子從問(wèn)題入手，抓關(guān)鍵詞的做法來(lái)解題，涉及到人名要用什么提問(wèn)，涉及到地名又用什么提問(wèn)。這樣一來(lái)，孩子比較易于掌握�？荚嚭�，我們采取集體閱卷，流水作業(yè)的模式，體現(xiàn)的測(cè)驗(yàn)的公平，公正，每位教師都認(rèn)真填寫(xiě)了質(zhì)量分析，找出不足，加以改善。

　　二是校級(jí)課題研究讓我體會(huì)到“挫折也很美麗”。開(kāi)學(xué)初，經(jīng)全體老師商量，決定把這次校級(jí)課題的切入點(diǎn)定為我們一直困惑和解決的問(wèn)題“閱讀教學(xué)”所以“閱讀教學(xué)中學(xué)生活動(dòng)的有效性”課題應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，田納老師為此獻(xiàn)課一節(jié)，試講后，由于思考的角度發(fā)生偏差，種種問(wèn)題就暴露在大家面前。周?chē)�的質(zhì)疑讓我們坐立不安，下來(lái)后組內(nèi)討論的氣氛異常嚴(yán)肅。歸根結(jié)底，課題的實(shí)踐性和可操作性沒(méi)有達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。商量后，我們把課題修改為“在課堂學(xué)習(xí)中學(xué)生閱讀活動(dòng)的有效性”這樣，課題的切入點(diǎn)細(xì)化到了學(xué)生活動(dòng)中的閱讀方面，田老師也根據(jù)新課題獻(xiàn)課兩節(jié)，陳鳳老師也獻(xiàn)課一節(jié)。在十一月初，我們組還就課題進(jìn)行了一系列的培訓(xùn)和教研，并學(xué)習(xí)了成都市成華區(qū)雙水小學(xué)尹宏老師的一節(jié)課，大家都收獲頗豐。上周，我和蔡老師也應(yīng)邀參加了在武漢舉行的“第四屆全國(guó)小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)觀摩研討會(huì)”在會(huì)上，來(lái)自全國(guó)各省市區(qū)的教學(xué)精英進(jìn)行了激烈的角逐，我們也充分認(rèn)識(shí)到自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，回到學(xué)校后，我也組織了組內(nèi)交流會(huì)，讓大家分享我們的收獲。而今天下午的第一節(jié)課我們?nèi)�組也在一三班對(duì)彭靜老師的一節(jié)研究課進(jìn)行集體教研。我們相信研究無(wú)止境，有時(shí)，挫折會(huì)使我們成長(zhǎng)地更快，也是一種難言的美麗。

　　校本課程——國(guó)際理解的開(kāi)設(shè)，使我相信“人的`潛力是無(wú)限的”從備課到搜集資料，從集體研究到個(gè)人發(fā)揮，組內(nèi)每個(gè)教師都以不同的特色來(lái)詮釋英語(yǔ)的魅力。張小瀛，王宗霞老師沉穩(wěn)的風(fēng)格，王穎老師活潑的教學(xué)和彭靜老師親和的教態(tài)都給我們留下了深刻的印象。國(guó)際理解課主要在正常教學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上，加入以西方文化的滲透和中西方各個(gè)方面的差異為主。本期，我們?cè)谘永m(xù)一貫風(fēng)格的同時(shí)，積極參加各類(lèi)活動(dòng)。如，研究課的呈現(xiàn)，小導(dǎo)游的誕生，學(xué)生作品的展示都讓每個(gè)年級(jí)的國(guó)際理解班脫穎而出。得到家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生的歡迎。

　　說(shuō)到對(duì)下學(xué)期的設(shè)想，我想從以下三點(diǎn)來(lái)看：

　　1，繼續(xù)早讀環(huán)節(jié)，努力減少兩極分化。

　　在星期二到星期五的早讀中，每位教師兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，盡心盡責(zé)。在自然組的支持下，我們的早讀順利開(kāi)展了一學(xué)年。在這里，表示感謝。

　　2，加強(qiáng)新教師培訓(xùn)，促進(jìn)老教師發(fā)展。
