　　二是校級課題研究讓我體會到“挫折也很美麗”。開學初，經全體老師商量，決定把這次校級課題的切入點定為我們一直困惑和解決的問題“閱讀教學”所以“閱讀教學中學生活動的有效性”課題應運而生，田納老師為此獻課一節(jié)，試講后，由于思考的角度發(fā)生偏差，種種問題就暴露在大家面前。周圍的質疑讓我們坐立不安，下來后組內討論的氣氛異常嚴肅。歸根結底，課題的實踐性和可操作性沒有達到預期效果。商量后，我們把課題修改為“在課堂學習中學生閱讀活動的有效性”這樣，課題的切入點細化到了學生活動中的閱讀方面，田老師也根據(jù)新課題獻課兩節(jié)，陳鳳老師也獻課一節(jié)。在十一月初，我們組還就課題進行了一系列的培訓和教研，并學習了成都市成華區(qū)雙水小學尹宏老師的一節(jié)課，大家都收獲頗豐。上周，我和蔡老師也應邀參加了在武漢舉行的“第四屆全國小學英語教學觀摩研討會”在會上，來自全國各省市區(qū)的教學精英進行了激烈的角逐，我們也充分認識到自己的優(yōu)勢和劣勢，回到學校后，我也組織了組內交流會，讓大家分享我們的收獲。而今天下午的第一節(jié)課我們全組也在一三班對彭靜老師的一節(jié)研究課進行集體教研。我們相信研究無止境，有時，挫折會使我們成長地更快，也是一種難言的美麗。

　　校本課程——國際理解的開設，使我相信“人的`潛力是無限的”從備課到搜集資料，從集體研究到個人發(fā)揮，組內每個教師都以不同的特色來詮釋英語的魅力。張小瀛，王宗霞老師沉穩(wěn)的風格，王穎老師活潑的教學和彭靜老師親和的教態(tài)都給我們留下了深刻的印象。國際理解課主要在正常教學的基礎上，加入以西方文化的滲透和中西方各個方面的差異為主。本期，我們在延續(xù)一貫風格的同時，積極參加各類活動。如，研究課的呈現(xiàn)，小導游的誕生，學生作品的展示都讓每個年級的國際理解班脫穎而出。得到家長和學生的歡迎。

　　說到對下學期的設想，我想從以下三點來看：

　　1，繼續(xù)早讀環(huán)節(jié)，努力減少兩極分化。

　　在星期二到星期五的早讀中，每位教師兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，盡心盡責。在自然組的支持下，我們的早讀順利開展了一學年。在這里，表示感謝。

　　2，加強新教師培訓，促進老教師發(fā)展。

　　本學期我們組集體教研次數(shù)多，問題有針對性。在下學期，我們將圍繞校級課題進行。將推出張小瀛老師的國際理解課，彭靜老師的見面課等。我們也將進行組內讀書活動，以英文翻譯和欣賞的形式推動組內專業(yè)水平。時間暫定為一星期一次，歡迎各位老師前來分享。我們會承擔一次雅園講壇，一切都在計劃和籌備中。

　　3，強化學生基礎知識，認真準備期末檢測。

　　在半期檢測的基礎上，夯實學生基礎知識，加強專項練習。特別是高段的教學內容主要放在時態(tài)，比較級最高級，習慣性用法的融會貫通，在講題的同時教給學生做題的方法和技巧。加強單詞和句型的訓練，保證課前聽寫的質量。

　　20xx年9月，剛剛從學校畢業(yè)來到我校成為一名教師，當?shù)谝淮巫哌M教室時學生們臉上那種松了口氣的表情，可能是老師嚴肅的表情看太多了吧，換了一個新來的老師他們都覺得很放松吧，但是一進學校就聽到許多諸如課堂混亂，學生不聽話，甚至故意與老師作對這種恐怖故事，心里便默念著，要給他們一個下馬威。于是，在我教書生涯的第一個學期，發(fā)怒成了我生活中出現(xiàn)得最多的動作。課堂上有人不專心，沒完成作業(yè)這些都會引起我的發(fā)怒。于是我會在課堂上大聲呵斥犯錯的學生，只因為覺得這樣做會在全班起到震懾作用，卻沒有去想這個學生會有怎樣的感受。也忽略了同樣坐在教室中其他的那些滿懷期待等老師講授下一課，他們很好奇的內容的學生。

　　其實，每一個孩子都是可愛的，雖然他們有的可能學習成績有些差強人意，但他有可能是運動會上的冠軍，是勞動中的能手，是他主動送生病的同學去醫(yī)務室，誰能說他不是個好孩子，又有誰是完美的呢？

　　無意中我讀到了一個故事，故事說古代有位老禪師，一日晚上看見墻角邊有一張椅子，是哪位出家人違犯寺規(guī)越墻出去遛達了。老禪師也不聲張，走到墻邊，移開椅子，就地而蹲。少頃，果真有一小和尚翻墻，黑暗中踩著老禪師的背脊跳進了院子。當他發(fā)覺剛才踏的不

　　是椅子，而是自己的師傅時，驚慌失措，張口結舌。但師傅并沒有厲聲責備他，只是以平靜的語調說：“夜深天涼，快去多穿一件衣服�！� 故事深深地打動了我，孩子們對老師是寬容的，只要你對他們付出過愛心，那么你曾經對他們的冷言冷語，暴跳如雷，他們都可以原諒。他們崇拜你、愛你。我又常常想，老師也應該對學生寬容再寬容一些，蕓蕓眾生，各有所長，各有所短，可能他們經常無法克制自己的言行，無法很好地完成學習任務，不一定有輝煌的未來，可是誰說一個平凡的人就比誰低人一等呢？像故事中的那個老和尚，就清楚地知道，寬容是一種無聲的教育。雖然書本知識的灌輸是很重要的，但是給學生營造一個寬容的學習環(huán)境，在鼓勵學生的人格力量的成長上，個性張揚的發(fā)展上，是有利得多的。整體的社會潮流、教育氛圍和工作生活壓力，有時候讓我們教師偏離了方向。

　　這段故事使我更深的領悟到“愛”是連接師生心靈的橋梁，作為教育活動的主體，我們必須有一顆愛心，只有熱愛學生，設身處地的理解學生，幫助學生，才會從各方面了解清楚學生的情況，才能使學生積極、主動的去接受教育。當然，通過交流也會促使教師更加努力的工作，并從中體會到一種特殊的“幸福”。在教育教學中，我深深的感受到“教育愛”的重要與偉大。

　　有人說過這樣一句話：老師不經意的一句話，可能會創(chuàng)造一個奇跡；老師不經意的一個眼神，也許會扼殺一個人才。老師習以為常的行為，對學生終身的發(fā)展會產生不可估量的影響，所以我們要牢記教書育人，誨人不倦的理念，做一個有愛心、有耐心、有責任心的合格的人民教師
