　　孩子這個階段已經(jīng)開始有目標了，但是他們需要家長的幫助，比如督促孩子讀課文，聽聽他的背誦。

　　三、不要對孩子亂發(fā)脾氣

　　我認為，英語學習并不難，難就在于沒有一個好的家庭教育環(huán)境，沒有養(yǎng)成好的學習習慣。我們要在以下幾個方面加強對孩子的學習教育。

　　一、要給孩子們營造寬松的學習環(huán)境。

　　一是學校的學習環(huán)境。我們老師在英語教學過程中，尊重每個學生，保護他們的自尊心和積極性。創(chuàng)造各種合作學習的活動，促進學生互相學習，互相幫助，體驗成就感，發(fā)展合作精神；關注學習有困難的或性格內向的學習，盡可能地為他們創(chuàng)造語言的機會；建立融洽、民主的師生交流渠道，經(jīng)常和學生一起反思學習過程和學習效果，互相鼓勵和幫助，做到教學相關；加強對學生學習策略的指導；引導學生在學習過程中，進行自我評價，并根據(jù)需要調整自己的學習目標和學習策略。孩子們在學的輕松，學習的主動性、自覺性不斷提高，我們給學生營造了寬松的學習環(huán)境。

　　二是家庭的學習環(huán)境。每位家長一定要關注孩子們的學習，多鼓勵，多給孩子們營造寬松的家庭學習環(huán)境，不能不管不顧，放任自流，不能無原則打罵孩子，要針對孩子們的學習表現(xiàn)，多和學校老師溝通，多和孩子們溝通，共同幫助孩子改正缺點，樹立信心，培養(yǎng)孩子們學習興趣。

　　二、要重視孩子們良好學習習慣的養(yǎng)成

　　1、讓孩子多聽、多想

　　首先是加強聽力訓練和說話訓練，然后才是讀寫能力的培養(yǎng)。聽說能力差，用英語進行交際的能力差，為此，家長一定要配合學校來要求孩子，要創(chuàng)造條件讓孩子多聽，多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以后，跟著說，從小培養(yǎng)孩子的聽覺，為將來打好基礎。

　　2、讓孩子多說、多練

　　家長要每天讓孩子多讀英語、多多練習說話，要鼓勵孩子大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利于清楚地表達自己，培養(yǎng)信心，能力，敢說、多練才會學好英語。

　　3、讓孩子熟練背誦課文和單詞背誦

　　這是一項基本功，可以積累一些日常用語，到用的時等候就可以脫口而出。但是在背誦過程中要講究方法，不可操之過急，要注意分散和集中相結合。我們一般是分段教課文，那就可以請學生分段背課文。等快教完的時候，再把課文串起來背，這樣可以降低一點難度，讓學生背得輕松些。但是在檢查過程中，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)有一些學生背得相當熟練，可問他課文中的某個詞組或句子的意思時，他卻一問三不知。所以，我們在背誦過程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基礎上達到背誦的要求，課文中涉及到的相關詞組和句型，要讓學生熟記，并能用它們來造句、說話。在具體的實施過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)：有些學生根本不用心學，能偷懶則偷懶，很多家長比較負責會查問有沒有教新課，要不要默寫，但孩子不老實，欺騙家長。這時候，你應該及時跟老師聯(lián)系，做好溝通，讓孩子知道：欺騙不是辦法，也會受到相應的懲罰。

　　單詞亦是如此，分散記憶、根據(jù)讀音記憶單詞都是可取的方法。有時，我們回家布置抄寫單詞，其目的不在于抄，而在于提醒學生記憶這些單詞。但是在日常學習中，學生不重視這項作業(yè)，認為只是抄抄而已，不做也沒什么關系，其實他連抄寫都不做，根本別說是去背了，結果幾次下來，他應付不過來，學習處于被動狀態(tài)，從而影響了以后的學習，出現(xiàn)退步現(xiàn)象。因此，請大家在家里督促孩子保質保量地完成英語作業(yè)，該讀的讀、該說的說、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時鞏固，養(yǎng)成良好的習慣。父母親的良好榜樣起著很大作用。孩子一般還沒有明確的學習目的，這時，父母親對學習的態(tài)度，特別是行為，會極大地影響孩子。你要讓你的孩子知道，要善于學習，勤于學習，要多掌握知識，為了明天的成就，把握好今天的學習。

　　在座的家長對自己子女的.情況比我更加清楚。學生們都是在三年級時同一起跑線上起跑的，經(jīng)過一個學期來的學習，學生與學生之間已經(jīng)拉開了差距。一些好的學生學習興趣濃，學習勁頭足，課堂上積極思維，踴躍發(fā)言，課后及時鞏固，形成了良性循環(huán)的好勢頭。他們的學習習慣好，在聽、說、讀、寫方面都能齊頭并進，我為他們感到欣慰。可也有一些學生，平時學習馬虎，基礎不扎實，功虧一簣，導致他們現(xiàn)在課上聽講出現(xiàn)困難，用他們自己的話說：“我聽不懂�！甭牪欢�，還不努力，書面作業(yè)拖拉不交，口頭作業(yè)根本不完成，如此一來，學習自然成了件頭痛事，麻煩事。其實，大部分的學生還是處于中間層次，老師所教的，所布置的作業(yè)能夠基本完成，但學習的效率又因人而異，存在著個體差別。盡管他們平時不需要老師操太多的心，費太大的力，但是說起各方面的表現(xiàn)，又總有一絲遺憾，我們總希望他們能夠再上一個臺階。

　　怎樣幫助孩子學好英語呢？我們老師自然是最直接的知識傳授者，有著不可推卸的責任。在此，我們只是真誠地呼吁我們的家長配合學校，配合老師，靠我們共同的努力來幫助孩子學好英語。用一句時髦的話說：我們要和孩子共同成長。

　　作為一名英語教師，我認為我對這三個班的孩子是盡心盡責的。我每天早來晚走，一心撲在這三個班的英語教學上。三個班的好幾套作業(yè)，《同步練》，《一課一練》，《活動手冊》，作業(yè)本，練習本等等我都認真的進行批改。有的時候還要帶回家改。但是結果卻不是那么的盡如人意。我分析后發(fā)現(xiàn)問題主要出在孩子的學習方法和學習習慣上。我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(本站推薦)習成績好的孩子，他們都有好的學習習慣和學習方法。

　　好的聽課習慣。課堂是教學最重要的環(huán)節(jié)，緊緊抓住40分鐘比課后補四個小時都有用。課堂上應該要集中注意力，跟著老師走。這樣不會漏掉任何一個知識點，才會學得全面。我發(fā)現(xiàn)有的同學在課堂上始終能保持注意力的集中，有的則是只能集中一段時間，還有一小部分是幾乎沒有多少時間是集中注意力的，手在下面動不停，老師點名的時候好一些，一轉臉又不知道在干什么了。上課不聽怎么可能學好英語呢？

　　學習英語主要就是操練句子，要說英語，學了要能說出來才是會了。課堂上我們留有大量的時間讓孩子們朗讀，表演。所以在英語課上積極發(fā)言就顯得更加重要。我問那些不愛發(fā)言的孩子為什么不舉手，他們說害怕錯。我都是跟他們說：“即使錯了也沒關系，這樣可以讓老師發(fā)現(xiàn)你的問題在哪里并及時糾正�！弊鳛榧议L也應該這樣去鼓勵他們，要他們抓住每次發(fā)言的機會。

　　作業(yè)是課堂教學的補充和鞏固，作業(yè)完成質量的好壞直接關系到知識掌握的牢固程度。好的作業(yè)完成習慣包括按時完成作業(yè)和按時交作業(yè)，按老師的要求認真的，字跡清晰的正確的完成作業(yè)。雖然只有這幾點，但真正做到也不是那么容易。特別他們還是孩子，孩子總有不自覺和管不住自己的時候，所以家長應該在這方面多下點工夫。對于做作業(yè)習慣較好的學生，家長只需要在他完成作業(yè)之后檢查一下就可以了。但對于習慣相對較差的孩子來說，作為家長你可能就要多花點時間陪著他寫了。我們也能理解家長工作的繁忙，但是對于你們來說最重要的是孩子的教育問題，孩子的成材才是你們作為家長真正的成功！

　　這學期，我希望我們老師和家長能相互配合、共同努力。讓孩子養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣，提高他的英語成績。我希望家長做到的是，每天根據(jù)孩子的英語作業(yè)進行檢查是否完成，完成的質量如何。

　　我們每天的英語作業(yè)都不是很多，一般在半小時內就能完成，有的孩子還是不能完成。家長說語文數(shù)學作業(yè)太多了，沒有時間寫。我想問語文數(shù)學作業(yè)多難道就不用寫英語作業(yè)了嗎？英語還是要學的。所以家長可以幫孩子想想辦法，可以適當?shù)母淖円幌伦鲎鳂I(yè)的順序，可以先做英語��！

　　讓孩子熟練背誦課文和單詞是一項基本功，可以積累一些日常用語，到用的時等候就可以脫口而出。但是在背誦過程中要講究方法，不可操之過急，要注意分散和集中相結合。在檢查過程中，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)有一部分學生背得相當熟練，可問他課文中的某個詞組或句子的意思時，他卻一問三不知。所以，我們在背誦過程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基礎上達到背誦的要求，課文中涉及到的相關詞組和句型，要讓學生熟記，并能用它們來造句、說話。在具體的實施過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)：有些學生根本不用心學，能偷懶則偷懶，很多家長比較負責會查問有沒有英語作業(yè)，要不要默寫，但孩子不老實，欺騙家長。這時候，你應該及時跟我聯(lián)系，讓孩子知道：欺騙不是辦法，也會受到相應的懲罰。

　　我們回家布置抄寫單詞，其目的不在于抄，而在于提醒學生記憶這些單詞。但是在日常學習中，學生不重視這項作業(yè)，認為只是抄抄而已，不做也沒什么關系，其實他連抄寫都不做，根本別說是去背了，結果幾次下來，他作業(yè)越積越多，應付不過來，學習處于被動狀態(tài)，從而影響了以后的學習。因此，請大家在家里督促孩子保質保量地完成英語作業(yè)，該讀的讀、該讀的讀、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時鞏固，養(yǎng)成良好的習慣。

　　父母親的良好榜樣起著很大作用。孩子一般還沒有明確的學習目的，這時，父母親對學習的態(tài)度，會極大地影響孩子。

　　孩子是每個家庭的重心和希望，有一位家長說過：“要把培養(yǎng)孩子當作自己的事業(yè)來做。”是啊，只要你多投入一點，相信你的孩子會給予你更多的回報！

　　作為老師我會經(jīng)常和家長溝通，以“家校聯(lián)誼卡”為主，在這里我也可以把我的電話告訴大家，家長有什么問題可以及時和我們聯(lián)系！當然哪些出現(xiàn)問題，有退步的我也會和家長及時聯(lián)系！

　　在這里還是希望家長能按照老師的要求每天檢查孩子的作業(yè)完成情況，包括筆頭的和口頭的，有時間的最好簽個字，讓我知道你在關心你孩子的英語學習情況。在學校里我會盡自己的最大努力去關注和關心每一位學生。

We danced, met people, walked near the beach... while we watched the moon in silence. Next, i went to paris with my parents and my sister. Actually, i did not go to paris, i went to disneyland. We stayed there for four days, and it was really unforgettable. When i saw the park, i opened my eyes the most i could and i did not close them until the night at the hotel. I felt like a little girl again. Finally, i was in salou. My parents looked for a really relaxing time, and we were on the beach for some days. There, we did not visit anything, we were there just to rest. After those days, we came , and, unfortunately, we had to start our routines again.

　　二是校級課題研究讓我體會到“挫折也很美麗”。開學初，經(jīng)全體老師商量，決定把這次校級課題的切入點定為我們一直困惑和解決的問題“閱讀教學”所以“閱讀教學中學生活動的有效性”課題應運而生，田納老師為此獻課一節(jié)，試講后，由于思考的角度發(fā)生偏差，種種問題就暴露在大家面前。周圍的質疑讓我們坐立不安，下來后組內討論的氣氛異常嚴肅。歸根結底，課題的實踐性和可操作性沒有達到預期效果。商量后，我們把課題修改為“在課堂學習中學生閱讀活動的有效性”這樣，課題的切入點細化到了學生活動中的閱讀方面，田老師也根據(jù)新課題獻課兩節(jié)，陳鳳老師也獻課一節(jié)。在十一月初，我們組還就課題進行了一系列的培訓和教研，并學習了成都市成華區(qū)雙水小學尹宏老師的一節(jié)課，大家都收獲頗豐。上周，我和蔡老師也應邀參加了在武漢舉行的“第四屆全國小學英語教學觀摩研討會”在會上，來自全國各省市區(qū)的教學精英進行了激烈的角逐，我們也充分認識到自己的優(yōu)勢和劣勢，回到學校后，我也組織了組內交流會，讓大家分享我們的收獲。而今天下午的第一節(jié)課我們全組也在一三班對彭靜老師的一節(jié)研究課進行集體教研。我們相信研究無止境，有時，挫折會使我們成長地更快，也是一種難言的美麗。

　　校本課程——國際理解的開設，使我相信“人的`潛力是無限的”從備課到搜集資料，從集體研究到個人發(fā)揮，組內每個教師都以不同的特色來詮釋英語的魅力。張小瀛，王宗霞老師沉穩(wěn)的風格，王穎老師活潑的教學和彭靜老師親和的教態(tài)都給我們留下了深刻的印象。國際理解課主要在正常教學的基礎上，加入以西方文化的滲透和中西方各個方面的差異為主。本期，我們在延續(xù)一貫風格的同時，積極參加各類活動。如，研究課的呈現(xiàn)，小導游的誕生，學生作品的展示都讓每個年級的國際理解班脫穎而出。得到家長和學生的歡迎。

　　說到對下學期的設想，我想從以下三點來看：

　　1，繼續(xù)早讀環(huán)節(jié)，努力減少兩極分化。

　　在星期二到星期五的早讀中，每位教師兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，盡心盡責。在自然組的支持下，我們的早讀順利開展了一學年。在這里，表示感謝。
