　　怎樣幫助孩子學(xué)好英語呢？家長和教師如何共同幫助孩子學(xué)習(xí)成長呢？老師自然是最直接的知識傳授者，有著不可推卸的責(zé)任，但是家庭教育至關(guān)重要，你重視了，你付出了，孩子們自然會學(xué)有所成，你松懈了，你不管了，孩子的學(xué)習(xí)自然搞不好，在此，我呼吁我們的家長多配合學(xué)校，多配合老師，靠我們共同的努力來幫助孩子學(xué)好英語，和孩子共同成長、共同進步。

　　我認為，英語學(xué)習(xí)并不難，難就在于沒有一個好的家庭教育環(huán)境，沒有養(yǎng)成好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。我們要在以下幾個方面加強對孩子的學(xué)習(xí)教育。

　　一、要給孩子們營造寬松的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。

　　一是學(xué)校的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。我們老師在英語教學(xué)過程中，尊重每個學(xué)生，保護他們的自尊心和積極性。創(chuàng)造各種合作學(xué)習(xí)的活動，促進學(xué)生互相學(xué)習(xí)，互相幫助，體驗成就感，發(fā)展合作精神；關(guān)注學(xué)習(xí)有困難的或性格內(nèi)向的學(xué)習(xí)，盡可能地為他們創(chuàng)造語言的機會；建立融洽、民主的師生交流渠道，經(jīng)常和學(xué)生一起反思學(xué)習(xí)過程和學(xué)習(xí)效果，互相鼓勵和幫助，做到教學(xué)相關(guān)；加強對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)策略的指導(dǎo)；引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中，進行自我評價，并根據(jù)需要調(diào)整自己的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)和學(xué)習(xí)策略。孩子們在學(xué)的輕松，學(xué)習(xí)的主動性、自覺性不斷提高，我們給學(xué)生營造了寬松的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。

　　二是家庭的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。每位家長一定要關(guān)注孩子們的學(xué)習(xí)，多鼓勵，多給孩子們營造寬松的家庭學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，不能不管不顧，放任自流，不能無原則打罵孩子，要針對孩子們的學(xué)習(xí)表現(xiàn)，多和學(xué)校老師溝通，多和孩子們溝通，共同幫助孩子改正缺點，樹立信心，培養(yǎng)孩子們學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

　　二、要重視孩子們良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成

　　1、讓孩子多聽、多想

　　首先是加強聽力訓(xùn)練和說話訓(xùn)練，然后才是讀寫能力的培養(yǎng)。聽說能力差，用英語進行交際的能力差，為此，家長一定要配合學(xué)校來要求孩子，要創(chuàng)造條件讓孩子多聽，多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以后，跟著說，從小培養(yǎng)孩子的聽覺，為將來打好基礎(chǔ)。

　　2、讓孩子多說、多練

　　家長要每天讓孩子多讀英語、多多練習(xí)說話，要鼓勵孩子大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利于清楚地表達自己，培養(yǎng)信心，能力，敢說、多練才會學(xué)好英語。

　　3、讓孩子熟練背誦課文和單詞背誦

　　這是一項基本功，可以積累一些日常用語，到用的時等候就可以脫口而出。但是在背誦過程中要講究方法，不可操之過急，要注意分散和集中相結(jié)合。我們一般是分段教課文，那就可以請學(xué)生分段背課文。等快教完的時候，再把課文串起來背，這樣可以降低一點難度，讓學(xué)生背得輕松些。但是在檢查過程中，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)有一些學(xué)生背得相當(dāng)熟練，可問他課文中的某個詞組或句子的意思時，他卻一問三不知。所以，我們在背誦過程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基礎(chǔ)上達到背誦的要求，課文中涉及到的相關(guān)詞組和句型，要讓學(xué)生熟記，并能用它們來造句、說話。在具體的實施過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)：有些學(xué)生根本不用心學(xué)，能偷懶則偷懶，很多家長比較負責(zé)會查問有沒有教新課，要不要默寫，但孩子不老實，欺騙家長。這時候，你應(yīng)該及時跟老師聯(lián)系，做好溝通，讓孩子知道：欺騙不是辦法，也會受到相應(yīng)的懲罰。

　　作為一名英語教師，我認為我對這三個班的孩子是盡心盡責(zé)的。我每天早來晚走，一心撲在這三個班的英語教學(xué)上。三個班的好幾套作業(yè)，《同步練》，《一課一練》，《活動手冊》，作業(yè)本，練習(xí)本等等我都認真的進行批改。有的時候還要帶回家改。但是結(jié)果卻不是那么的盡如人意。我分析后發(fā)現(xiàn)問題主要出在孩子的學(xué)習(xí)方法和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣上。我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)(本站推薦)習(xí)成績好的孩子，他們都有好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)方法。

　　好的聽課習(xí)慣。課堂是教學(xué)最重要的環(huán)節(jié)，緊緊抓住40分鐘比課后補四個小時都有用。課堂上應(yīng)該要集中注意力，跟著老師走。這樣不會漏掉任何一個知識點，才會學(xué)得全面。我發(fā)現(xiàn)有的同學(xué)在課堂上始終能保持注意力的集中，有的則是只能集中一段時間，還有一小部分是幾乎沒有多少時間是集中注意力的，手在下面動不停，老師點名的時候好一些，一轉(zhuǎn)臉又不知道在干什么了。上課不聽怎么可能學(xué)好英語呢？

　　學(xué)習(xí)英語主要就是操練句子，要說英語，學(xué)了要能說出來才是會了。課堂上我們留有大量的時間讓孩子們朗讀，表演。所以在英語課上積極發(fā)言就顯得更加重要。我問那些不愛發(fā)言的孩子為什么不舉手，他們說害怕錯。我都是跟他們說：“即使錯了也沒關(guān)系，這樣可以讓老師發(fā)現(xiàn)你的問題在哪里并及時糾正�！弊鳛榧议L也應(yīng)該這樣去鼓勵他們，要他們抓住每次發(fā)言的機會。

　　作業(yè)是課堂教學(xué)的補充和鞏固，作業(yè)完成質(zhì)量的好壞直接關(guān)系到知識掌握的牢固程度。好的作業(yè)完成習(xí)慣包括按時完成作業(yè)和按時交作業(yè)，按老師的要求認真的，字跡清晰的正確的完成作業(yè)。雖然只有這幾點，但真正做到也不是那么容易。特別他們還是孩子，孩子總有不自覺和管不住自己的時候，所以家長應(yīng)該在這方面多下點工夫。對于做作業(yè)習(xí)慣較好的學(xué)生，家長只需要在他完成作業(yè)之后檢查一下就可以了。但對于習(xí)慣相對較差的孩子來說，作為家長你可能就要多花點時間陪著他寫了。我們也能理解家長工作的繁忙，但是對于你們來說最重要的是孩子的教育問題，孩子的成材才是你們作為家長真正的成功！

　　這學(xué)期，我希望我們老師和家長能相互配合、共同努力。讓孩子養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，提高他的英語成績。我希望家長做到的是，每天根據(jù)孩子的英語作業(yè)進行檢查是否完成，完成的質(zhì)量如何。

　　我們每天的英語作業(yè)都不是很多，一般在半小時內(nèi)就能完成，有的孩子還是不能完成。家長說語文數(shù)學(xué)作業(yè)太多了，沒有時間寫。我想問語文數(shù)學(xué)作業(yè)多難道就不用寫英語作業(yè)了嗎？英語還是要學(xué)的。所以家長可以幫孩子想想辦法，可以適當(dāng)?shù)母淖円幌伦鲎鳂I(yè)的順序，可以先做英語啊！
