　　20xx年9月，剛剛從學校畢業(yè)來到我校成為一名教師，當?shù)谝淮巫哌M教室時學生們臉上那種松了口氣的表情，可能是老師嚴肅的表情看太多了吧，換了一個新來的老師他們都覺得很放松吧，但是一進學校就聽到許多諸如課堂混亂，學生不聽話，甚至故意與老師作對這種恐怖故事，心里便默念著，要給他們一個下馬威。于是，在我教書生涯的第一個學期，發(fā)怒成了我生活中出現(xiàn)得最多的動作。課堂上有人不專心，沒完成作業(yè)這些都會引起我的發(fā)怒。于是我會在課堂上大聲呵斥犯錯的學生，只因為覺得這樣做會在全班起到震懾作用，卻沒有去想這個學生會有怎樣的感受。也忽略了同樣坐在教室中其他的那些滿懷期待等老師講授下一課，他們很好奇的內(nèi)容的學生。

　　其實，每一個孩子都是可愛的，雖然他們有的可能學習成績有些差強人意，但他有可能是運動會上的冠軍，是勞動中的能手，是他主動送生病的同學去醫(yī)務室，誰能說他不是個好孩子，又有誰是完美的呢？

　　無意中我讀到了一個故事，故事說古代有位老禪師，一日晚上看見墻角邊有一張椅子，是哪位出家人違犯寺規(guī)越墻出去遛達了。老禪師也不聲張，走到墻邊，移開椅子，就地而蹲。少頃，果真有一小和尚翻墻，黑暗中踩著老禪師的背脊跳進了院子。當他發(fā)覺剛才踏的不

　　是椅子，而是自己的師傅時，驚慌失措，張口結(jié)舌。但師傅并沒有厲聲責備他，只是以平靜的語調(diào)說：“夜深天涼，快去多穿一件衣服�！� 故事深深地打動了我，孩子們對老師是寬容的，只要你對他們付出過愛心，那么你曾經(jīng)對他們的冷言冷語，暴跳如雷，他們都可以原諒。他們崇拜你、愛你。我又常常想，老師也應該對學生寬容再寬容一些，蕓蕓眾生，各有所長，各有所短，可能他們經(jīng)常無法克制自己的言行，無法很好地完成學習任務，不一定有輝煌的未來，可是誰說一個平凡的人就比誰低人一等呢？像故事中的那個老和尚，就清楚地知道，寬容是一種無聲的教育。雖然書本知識的灌輸是很重要的，但是給學生營造一個寬容的學習環(huán)境，在鼓勵學生的人格力量的成長上，個性張揚的發(fā)展上，是有利得多的。整體的社會潮流、教育氛圍和工作生活壓力，有時候讓我們教師偏離了方向。

　　這段故事使我更深的領(lǐng)悟到“愛”是連接師生心靈的橋梁，作為教育活動的主體，我們必須有一顆愛心，只有熱愛學生，設(shè)身處地的理解學生，幫助學生，才會從各方面了解清楚學生的情況，才能使學生積極、主動的去接受教育。當然，通過交流也會促使教師更加努力的工作，并從中體會到一種特殊的“幸�！�。在教育教學中，我深深的感受到“教育愛”的重要與偉大。
