　　20xx年9月，剛剛從學(xué)校畢業(yè)來(lái)到我校成為一名教師，當(dāng)?shù)谝淮巫哌M(jìn)教室時(shí)學(xué)生們臉上那種松了口氣的表情，可能是老師嚴(yán)肅的表情看太多了吧，換了一個(gè)新來(lái)的老師他們都覺得很放松吧，但是一進(jìn)學(xué)校就聽到許多諸如課堂混亂，學(xué)生不聽話，甚至故意與老師作對(duì)這種恐怖故事，心里便默念著，要給他們一個(gè)下馬威。于是，在我教書生涯的第一個(gè)學(xué)期，發(fā)怒成了我生活中出現(xiàn)得最多的動(dòng)作。課堂上有人不專心，沒完成作業(yè)這些都會(huì)引起我的發(fā)怒。于是我會(huì)在課堂上大聲呵斥犯錯(cuò)的學(xué)生，只因?yàn)橛X得這樣做會(huì)在全班起到震懾作用，卻沒有去想這個(gè)學(xué)生會(huì)有怎樣的感受。也忽略了同樣坐在教室中其他的那些滿懷期待等老師講授下一課，他們很好奇的內(nèi)容的學(xué)生。

　　其實(shí)，每一個(gè)孩子都是可愛的，雖然他們有的可能學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)有些差強(qiáng)人意，但他有可能是運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)上的冠軍，是勞動(dòng)中的能手，是他主動(dòng)送生病的同學(xué)去醫(yī)務(wù)室，誰(shuí)能說(shuō)他不是個(gè)好孩子，又有誰(shuí)是完美的呢？
