　　今天面對在坐的各位經(jīng)驗豐富、優(yōu)秀的老師,教學(xué)經(jīng)驗談不上，只想把我在日常教學(xué)工作中的一些體會與大家一起分享，如果有說的不好的地方，還請各位多提寶貴意見。

　　從大學(xué)畢業(yè)到現(xiàn)在我已走上講臺整整七年，而在過去的七年當(dāng)中讓我進步最快的就是上個學(xué)期。在上個學(xué)期，為提高課堂教學(xué)效率，打造高效課堂，切實落實“五步短動式教學(xué)法”在課堂中的運用，我前后共上了六節(jié)公開課。通過反復(fù)的實踐，使我的教學(xué)觀念有了一個巨大的轉(zhuǎn)變，對“五步短動式教學(xué)法”有了更深的理解，將“五步短動式教學(xué)法”融入到每節(jié)課中，盡可能地發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體地位，盡可能地創(chuàng)設(shè)和諧、民主、寬松的教學(xué)環(huán)境，讓學(xué)生真正成為課堂的主人。下面介紹一下我在教學(xué)中的幾點做法。

　　一、轉(zhuǎn)變課堂教學(xué)模式

　　有人認(rèn)為歷史是一門老師好教、學(xué)生好學(xué)的學(xué)科。對于學(xué)生來說，不需要有什么基礎(chǔ)，只要認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)就不會有太大的問題。但是在現(xiàn)實教學(xué)中我所面臨的問題是：有的學(xué)生不愛學(xué)，學(xué)的不認(rèn)真、不積極，惰性極強。面對這種情況，我在上課時靈活運用“五步短動式教學(xué)法”，將課堂分解為“看一看”、“說一說”、“聽一聽”、“議一議”、“練一練”五個環(huán)節(jié)，穿插于整節(jié)課,使師生之間一直處于互動狀態(tài)，盡量提高學(xué)生注意力。敢于放手，注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的各方面能力，把大部分的講授時間交還給學(xué)生使用,發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體作用。在課堂上不

　　為了能夠給所有學(xué)生提供平等的學(xué)習(xí)機會，我們特別注重創(chuàng)造條件和機會，讓那些遇到學(xué)習(xí)困難的學(xué)生有更多參與課堂學(xué)習(xí)的機會。我們致力于幫助他們重新獲得自信，并嘗試成功后所帶來的喜悅，從而再次點燃他們對學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。

　　二、小組評價機制滲透到課堂內(nèi)外

　　課堂上組織學(xué)生以學(xué)習(xí)小組為單位參與學(xué)習(xí)，回答問題即可得到相應(yīng)的'分?jǐn)?shù)，然后把分?jǐn)?shù)統(tǒng)計作為評選“優(yōu)秀小組”的依據(jù)。尤其對一些學(xué)困生，我往往采用學(xué)困生答對問題加雙倍分，幫助他們樹立自信心，不放棄學(xué)習(xí)。利用小組評價機制也打破了課堂沉悶、死板的狀態(tài)，激發(fā)了學(xué)生主動學(xué)習(xí)的熱情。我還把小組評價機制沿用到課后的作業(yè)和知識點背誦的檢查中。在作業(yè)中，書寫工整、規(guī)范并且及時改錯的就給予加分;而對于那些不認(rèn)真完成作業(yè)、不及時改錯的就減分，并鼓勵他們在課堂上通過積極參與課堂將因為自己所丟的分?jǐn)?shù)賺回來。在知識點背誦的檢查中，凡是按照老師要求全組同學(xué)都背誦完的就給予加分，班上第一個背誦完的小組給予雙倍加分。大大提升了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。通過一個學(xué)期的實踐，證明小組評價機制的運用是行之有效的。

　　三、重視學(xué)生興趣的培養(yǎng)

　　“愛好是最好的導(dǎo)師”，沒有興趣，學(xué)習(xí)就會成為負(fù)擔(dān)。有了興趣，學(xué)習(xí)就成為一種需求，就學(xué)得輕松愉快，動力無窮。歷史課是一門非常有趣的科目，一節(jié)優(yōu)秀的歷史課應(yīng)該設(shè)法將生動、鮮活的歷史呈現(xiàn)在學(xué)生面前，不能只是枯燥地灌輸和強迫學(xué)生死記那些歷史知識。在我進行歷史教學(xué)時，經(jīng)常運用多媒體教學(xué)手段，播放一些紀(jì)錄片、電影資料或相關(guān)的歌曲，創(chuàng)造歷史情境，讓學(xué)生置身其中，激發(fā)他們對歷史的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。例如，在講授《鄭和下西洋》時，我播放了一段紀(jì)錄片資料，不需要深入解釋，學(xué)生就能理解這個部分的主要內(nèi)容。在講授《蒙古的建立及元朝的統(tǒng)一》中的“行省制”時，通過課件演示將抽象的內(nèi)容具體化，調(diào)動學(xué)生的各種感觀，加強對知識的掌握。學(xué)生對歷史產(chǎn)生了興趣，課堂上所講的知識會更加深刻，提高了學(xué)習(xí)效果。

　　四、構(gòu)建歷史知識體系

　　構(gòu)建歷史知識體系有助于厘清歷史知識的線索，使其更具系統(tǒng)性和條理性，從而提升學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成績。因此，在我講授新課時，我非常注重與舊知識點的關(guān)聯(lián)，并重視引導(dǎo)學(xué)生構(gòu)建自己的“歷史知識體系”，力求讓他們形成每一課、每一個單元以及整本書的獨特的知識體系。這樣，在復(fù)習(xí)時，學(xué)生的思路將更加清晰明了，能夠節(jié)省大量時間，顯著提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。

　　很榮幸有這樣的機會和大家一起探討英語教學(xué)。在上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)懷和支持下，我校在英語教學(xué)方面逐步加大改革步伐，提高英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量，通過師生的不懈努力已初見成效。下向大家交流幾點我們學(xué)校的做法，有哪些缺點與不足之處，請給予指正，以便我們在今后的教學(xué)中加以改進和提高。

　　一、注重預(yù)習(xí)。

　　“預(yù)習(xí)”是一種良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，是課堂教學(xué)中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。它作為學(xué)習(xí)過程的起始階段，是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自學(xué)能力的重要途徑，在提高學(xué)習(xí)效率方面有著重要的作用。它不僅能幫學(xué)生“學(xué)會”知識，更能幫助學(xué)生“會學(xué)”知識。做好預(yù)習(xí)工作，功在課外，利在課內(nèi)。我們有以下幾個環(huán)節(jié)：

　　1、布置預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)。

　　在寒暑假來臨之前，學(xué)校要求每位教師給學(xué)生特別布置假期預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)。為了使預(yù)習(xí)有章可循，教師列出預(yù)習(xí)提綱，分發(fā)給每個學(xué)生。針對預(yù)習(xí)內(nèi)容，教師必須提出明確的預(yù)習(xí)要求。而且預(yù)習(xí)要求必須合理，正確，有可操作性。我們給學(xué)生布置了預(yù)習(xí)前三單元的內(nèi)容，具體到哪一天預(yù)習(xí)哪幾頁單詞，背會哪部分對話，掌握哪幾個句型，理解哪項語法內(nèi)容。此外，每日摘抄一句英語諺語，兩天一篇閱讀理解，五天一篇英語練筆（小作文）。

　　2、指導(dǎo)預(yù)習(xí)方法。

　　針對不同的教學(xué)內(nèi)容指導(dǎo)學(xué)生選用合適的預(yù)習(xí)方法，通過查閱資料、聽錄音帶、網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)、向哥哥姐姐求教等多種方法來學(xué)習(xí)。例如：會話練習(xí)可以采用查一查，補一補，說一說的方法；句型練習(xí)可以采用找一找，歸一歸，比一比的方法；閱讀練習(xí)可以采用劃一劃，查一查，寫一寫的方法。我們知道“授之一魚，只供一餐，授之以漁，可享一生。”只要堅持運用科學(xué)的方法培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的預(yù)習(xí)習(xí)慣，學(xué)生們一定會學(xué)會預(yù)習(xí)，運用預(yù)習(xí)，學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)，為他們的終身學(xué)習(xí)奠下良好的基礎(chǔ).

　　3、爭取得到家長的配合。

　　為了學(xué)生在假期期間更好地完成預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)，使預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)更有成效，我們學(xué)校在放假前特意召開了家長會，把學(xué)校的想法、做法與家長們溝通交流，期望家長能做好督促檢查工作。事實證明，我們得到了很多家長的配合。

　　4、檢查預(yù)習(xí)效果。

　　檢查學(xué)生預(yù)習(xí)是否到位，存在有哪些問題，以便今后教學(xué)做到有的放矢。開學(xué)的第二天，我們學(xué)校就組織了各科的預(yù)習(xí)考試。成績上報學(xué)校，并作出效果分析。由于我們英語學(xué)科的特點，初二學(xué)生在預(yù)習(xí)單詞和每單元的語法聚焦兩方面比較好，但知識點和句型的靈活運用還有待提高。

　　二、抓好教研組建設(shè)。

　　學(xué)校是一個大群體，而教研組是一個小群體，教師是這個群體中的成員，我們每位教師的成長與發(fā)展都離不開這個群體。我校在抓教研組建設(shè)方面工作做得扎實，有條不紊，為每位教師的發(fā)展搭建了平臺。積極開展教研組的說、上、評課活動，要求人人過關(guān)。緊緊圍繞教研組的活動專題，重視對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣培養(yǎng)的研究，和對學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)意識培養(yǎng)的研究。通過教研活動，使本教研組全體英語教師共同提高，人人受益。也讓我感受到了集體的力量是無窮的，實現(xiàn)了教師之間，同伴之間的團結(jié)協(xié)作。一個人有困難時，大家都來幫助，讓她從困境中走出，不斷發(fā)展自己，提高自己，身處在這樣一個教師群體中，我深感榮幸。

　　三、加強備課組的集體備課。

　　集體備課是發(fā)揮群體優(yōu)勢，提高備課質(zhì)量的重要途徑，也是落實教學(xué)常規(guī)，提高課堂教學(xué)效率的.必要措施。我校很重視英語教研，特別安排了主抓教學(xué)的劉校長下組監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)，使活動有計劃、有目標(biāo)、有實效。我們英語備課組的三位教師積極組織集體備課，研究教學(xué)內(nèi)容，研究學(xué)生，進度，研究教學(xué)方法，安排及教學(xué)資料做到一致。我們每周至少活動一次，時間固定，有活動記錄。每次活動都定有中心發(fā)言人，定活動的主題，不走形式，不敷衍了事，切實解決教學(xué)中的一些問題，努力提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量，完善教學(xué)，規(guī)范我們的教學(xué)行為，向課堂40分鐘要質(zhì)量。

　　四、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主探究學(xué)習(xí)的能力。

　　本學(xué)年我們學(xué)校一直倡導(dǎo)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主探究學(xué)習(xí)的能力。要求教學(xué)要以學(xué)生為主體，轉(zhuǎn)變角色，成為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的引導(dǎo)者、幫助者。在課堂中要求教師要“少講多學(xué)”，即教師少講，學(xué)生多學(xué)。堅持放手原則：凡是學(xué)生能讀的就讓學(xué)生讀，凡是學(xué)生能說的就讓學(xué)生說，凡是學(xué)生能想的就讓學(xué)生想，凡是學(xué)生能討論的就讓學(xué)生討論，凡是學(xué)生能寫的就讓學(xué)生寫，凡是學(xué)生能做的就讓學(xué)生做。給學(xué)生自學(xué)時間、提問時間、讀書時間和練習(xí)時間。在教學(xué)中，我們鼓勵學(xué)生嘗試地交流、討論、質(zhì)疑、解惑；把問的權(quán)利交給學(xué)生，把講的機會讓給學(xué)生，讓學(xué)生參與到知識形成的過程中，并從中感受到“參與之樂，思維之趣，成功之悅”。

　　我們知道“學(xué)源于思，思源于疑”，學(xué)生探索知識的思維過程總是從問題開始，又在解決問題中得到發(fā)展。教學(xué)過程中學(xué)生如果能在教師創(chuàng)設(shè)的情境下，自己動腦思考，動口表達(dá)，將受益匪淺。我們的做法是首先創(chuàng)設(shè)情境、明確目標(biāo)，其次呈現(xiàn)問題、啟發(fā)誘導(dǎo)，然后讓學(xué)生先自主探究、設(shè)疑質(zhì)疑，再合作探究、解惑釋疑，最后對學(xué)生的活動加以評價，使學(xué)生活動的過程更規(guī)范化，在活動中該做什么，而不該做什么，逐步滲透到學(xué)生的腦海里。每節(jié)課盡可能給予學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的時間和空間，讓他們自主學(xué)習(xí)，培養(yǎng)他們敢疑、敢想、敢問、敢說的良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，提高他們的思維能力，真正使學(xué)生好學(xué)、樂學(xué)、會學(xué)，從而形成一種生動活潑輕松的學(xué)習(xí)局面。

　　Ladies and Gentlemen: My topic is Honesty.

　　As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon's tooth. This is a true story.

　　65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure.

　　In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon's mouth.

　　He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.

　　When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one's error.

　　Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let's be honest people of good moral character.

There are still many many people living in miserable condition and live miserably. There are still many many people dying of cancer and leaving the beautiful world reluctantly. All those things make me feel sad because I think everyone has the right to live . I want to help the sick and reduce their pain as much as I can. I want to bring a healthy body to the patients and save their lives as many as I can. I want to see people cured ,living happily with their families and friends after my treatment. So I want to be a doctor ,an angel in white.

　　When I become a doctor, I will cherish each life regardless of the races,

　　sexes, ages, positions and occupations. I will do every bit to cure the incurable.

　　I have always admired the long healthy life my grandparents have. They are older than 80 years of age and they are still alive and kicking! How do they do that!? My grandparents plant vegetables and grow rice themselves; even in their old age they still make food for themselves! I guess that is why they can remain healthy. More importantly they remain humble and never ask for too much from life. Perhaps that makes them common, but they live a happy life. My grandmother once told me this:” I do not want to live long, only long enough for some grand children to be running around in my house”. I want to live a long, healthy and happy life just as they have.

　　Since my graduation from primary school, until now, every time on my birthday I make the same wish. I wish my parents will not fight anymore. I am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! I am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. They do! They love me with all their heart. I love my parents also; I want them to live a happy life as well.

　　I want to travel this great country of ours. I want to see the beauty of our country. I want to see the miracles that made this country great! I want to go from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! I have a dream, that one day I can travel and see my country with my family and friends! If that is not possible, seeing my country on my own is good enough also.

　　If I can fulfill all three of my dreams in life, then God can take me away. I would be happy, and l would have lived a full and prosperous life.

　　Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?

　　However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.

　　Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.

　　It is a commonplace among moralists that you cannot get happiness by pursuing it. This is only true if you pursue it unwisely. Gamblers at Monte Carlo are pursuing money, and most of them lose it instead, but there are other ways of pursuing money, which often succeed. So it is with happiness. If you pursue it by means of drink, you are forgetting the hangover. Epicurus pursued it by living only in congenial society and eating only dry bread, supplemented by a little cheese on feast days. His method proved successful in his case, but he was a valetudinarian, and most people would need something more vigorous. For most people, the pursuit of happiness, unless supplemented in various ways, is too abstract and theoretical to be adequate as a personal rule of life. But I think that whatever personal rule of life you may choose it should not, except in rare and heroic cases, be incompatible with happiness. If you look around at the men and women whom you can call happy, you will see that they all have certain things in common.

　　The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see coming into existence. Women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring comes, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly.

　　It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.

　　3、精講多練，提高課堂效率。

　　初中生的注意力集中工夫只能持續(xù)十五到二十分鐘。假如仍然是“一張嘴，一支筆，從課首講到課尾�！钡慕虒W(xué)模式，就會呈現(xiàn)“老師講得天花亂墜，學(xué)生聽得昏昏欲睡”的現(xiàn)象。新課程理念請求我們重視學(xué)生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。少講并不意味著粗略講解，一帶而過。初中生的接受能力還是有限，對于重難點的常識，根據(jù)學(xué)生特點細(xì)致的講解，多舉例，多操練，講一點，練一點，講練結(jié)合，讓大多半學(xué)生都能跟上，參與活動。講得太粗太快，學(xué)生跟不上，學(xué)不會，久而久之，就會慢慢失去研究興趣。

　　4、教法靈活，降低研究難度。

　　英語學(xué)科知識點多而雜，致使部分學(xué)生因記不住而失去興趣。我會經(jīng)常用各種靈活的活動幫助他們記憶，使學(xué)生輕松的掌握知識，提高興趣。比如在初一教音標(biāo)時，我用一個小故事把十二個單元音音素連起來，易于他們記憶，還有二十一個輔音字母的發(fā)音我也編了與發(fā)音相匹的動作幫助他們記憶。研究詞匯eye時，用聯(lián)想法可以幫助他們記憶，也可用諧音教學(xué)door，告訴學(xué)生門是用來防盜的，所以墳?zāi)沟囊馑�，發(fā)音是土墓，再比如umbrella諧音像俺不來了，因為下雨沒傘。教學(xué)語法時，比如時態(tài)的教學(xué)，可以把幾大時態(tài)的構(gòu)成及用法比較對比研究，比較級最高級的教學(xué)，用實物或班里的同學(xué)設(shè)置真實的語境，操練句型。運用靈活的教學(xué)方法，可以降低研究的難度，激發(fā)學(xué)生們研究的興趣。

　　三、經(jīng)常查缺補漏，及時抓弱補偏

　　在提高課堂效力的基礎(chǔ)上，還要指點、督促學(xué)生搞好課外復(fù)，防止常識的忘記，并經(jīng)常進行檢查測試，多批多改，及時發(fā)覺題目，辦理題目。對于存在的題目，要有針對性的進行磨煉，并在下一步的教學(xué)中繼續(xù)加以滲透，穿插復(fù)。對于存在題目的學(xué)生，耐心講解，明確請求，基礎(chǔ)常識，跟蹤檢查，人人過關(guān)。組織各小組互相檢查所學(xué)基礎(chǔ)常識，單詞句型的聽寫背誦，用分?jǐn)?shù)做好記錄，一周一統(tǒng)記，對背的好的同學(xué)及時評價鼓勵，對學(xué)困生先要做思想工作，多用鼓勵性語言，調(diào)動其研究積極性。善于發(fā)覺他們的每一點進步，及時進行表揚鼓勵，一定其成績，提出進一步請求，引導(dǎo)他們爭取更大的進步。班里一名學(xué)生，總成績在班里十名左右，是升學(xué)的邊緣生。我一看他的成績，數(shù)理化很好，英語只有伍十幾分，于是我找他談話，給他分析了升學(xué)情況和他的現(xiàn)實情況，告訴他：“你只要把英語提上一點點，哪怕只考六十幾分，你就有把握考上

　　高中，這一年，你應(yīng)該在保持?jǐn)?shù)理化的優(yōu)勢的基礎(chǔ)上，向英語方面傾斜一下，多下點功夫，雖然你基礎(chǔ)太差，但我向你保證，只要你這一年按我說的一步步做好，明年中考，你的成績一定會有很大的進步”。他真的很信任我，每天很努力地學(xué)，一開始他默十個單詞能錯九個，我經(jīng)常鼓勵他，教給他發(fā)音規(guī)律、記單詞的方法，他的詞匯量慢慢多了起來。學(xué)短語句子時，他的困難就更大了，畢竟基礎(chǔ)太差，他一個完整的句子也寫不出來，看到他沮喪的樣子，我一次次地鼓勵他，并給他縮小范圍，讓他背最重點的，并在研究方法上給予指導(dǎo)，他就很高興的學(xué)著。月考考試結(jié)束了，他的成績有一點點起色，我看他很沮喪，又想放棄的樣子，就又找他談：“你只努力了兩個月的時間，而其他同學(xué)是積累了兩年，兩個月想補上年的知識，那是不可能的。所以，你的努力現(xiàn)在不能馬上見效，只要你不放棄，持之以恒，堅持到底，期末考試就會有驚喜的”。他又重新燃起了希望，艱難地努力著。每當(dāng)他有一點點進步，我就及時地表揚了他，向他提出了進一步要求。他現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有了信心，研究勁頭更足了。如果對學(xué)困生多一些鼓勵，多一份耐心，多幾次輔導(dǎo)，相信總有一天，他們會有進步的，哪怕只有一點點，也是成功。

　　四、對教師的理解

　　1、教師首先是教誨者，其次才是教學(xué)者。

　　2、教師要自我發(fā)展。北京的培訓(xùn)真正讓我了解了人外有人，天外有天的道理。無論是大學(xué)教授還是一線教師，都即是理論專家，又是實踐高手。他們的秘訣就是要與時俱進，要與學(xué)生同步。和老師已到退休年齡還每天寫反思，聽英文廣播，每周看一本與教學(xué)有關(guān)的書籍。

　　3、教師要協(xié)作發(fā)展�？拷處熞蝗说牧α亢茈y辦理一些教學(xué)中的實際困難。一個學(xué)校優(yōu)秀的成績背后一定有一個連合協(xié)作和具有科研立異精神的團隊。單打獨斗無法創(chuàng)造一個學(xué)科的輝煌。

　　我想教誨教學(xué)需要“眾人劃槳開大船”。你一個經(jīng)驗，我一個經(jīng)驗，就是兩個經(jīng)驗；你一個方法，我一個方法，就是兩個方法。教誨資源需要共享，教學(xué)經(jīng)驗需要交換，教學(xué)方法需要互學(xué)。在教學(xué)中，教研組成員假如一起探叨教學(xué)疑心，教學(xué)方法，新的教學(xué)理念，我們一定能在提高自己教學(xué)能力、自身素質(zhì)的同時，共同去打造我校高效教學(xué)的新場面。
