一、建立良好的師生關系，做一名學生喜歡的英語老師。
英語教學中，在學生成長的過程中，他們需要知識，更需要被關愛。關愛既是一種情感，也是一份責任。作為一名英語老師，除了要擁有精湛的業(yè)務水平、敬業(yè)的精神和全面的知識，更重要的是要像對待自己孩子一樣去愛護學生。人與人之間的情感是相互的，雖然學生們年紀還小，但他們心里都有一顆敏感而真誠的心。只要我們真心地關心他們，他們一定會用令人驚喜的回報來回應我們�！吧顡吹膸熒檎x讓學生對你產(chǎn)生信任，并愿意跟隨你的引導前進�！� 只有讓學生喜歡我們，他們才會信任我們，并朝著我們指引的方向發(fā)展。

二、狠抓英語課堂教學，構建“和諧高效、思維對話”型英語課堂。
現(xiàn)在正處于應試教育向素質(zhì)教育轉軌時期，既要求減輕負擔，又要求提高教育質(zhì)量，這就要求我必須在英語課堂上下功夫，提高英語課堂教學效率，我通常注重以下幾個方面：
1、認真?zhèn)湔n。
大家都知道，備好課是上好課的前提，備課包括三方面，備教材、備學生、備教法。備教材。我總是提前翻閱各種材料、教師用書、學習資料及以往的相應試題，對于哪些是重點難點，哪些知識點擴展到什么程度，會以什么形式出題，做到心中有數(shù)。備學生，就是要了解學生的年齡特點、接受能力、知識儲備情況，這樣可以避免起點太高，學生聽不懂，或起點太低，學生感到無聊的情況。備教法。每一級每個班學生特點各不相同，所以我非常注重仔細研究學生，采取適合學生的方法導入新課，用學生易于掌握的方法講解新知，用學生感興趣的方法組織課堂活動。
2、用激情帶動學生，煥發(fā)英語課堂活力。
我希望在充分準備好的基礎上，每當走進教室時都能充滿熱情。哪怕身體不舒服，心里煩惱，一站到講臺前，我都會帶著微笑，精力充沛地面對學生們。我會充滿激情地講課，抑揚頓挫，因為快樂的情緒是可以傳染的。如果我能將愉快的情緒和積極的心態(tài)傳遞給學生們，他們的英語學習效率可能會大大提高。
3、關注每個學生，提高課堂凝聚力。
講課時，我的視線遍布每個角落，始終用眼光愛撫每個學生，學生的每個動作和眼神都逃不過我的眼睛，并且與學生進行眼神的交流，久而久之，每個學生都會感到老師一直在關注我，從而使他們集中注意力，認真聽講。
4、精講多練，提高英語課堂效率。
初中生的注意力集中時間只能持續(xù)十五到二十分鐘。如果英語老師是“一張嘴，一支筆，從上課講到下課�！钡慕虒W模式，就會出現(xiàn)“老師講得天花亂墜，學生聽得昏昏欲睡”的現(xiàn)象。新課程理念要求我們重視學生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。少講并不意味著粗略講解，一帶而過。初中生的接受能力還是有限的，對于重難點的知識，我會根據(jù)學生特點細致的講解，多舉例，多操練，講一點，練一點，講練結合，讓大多數(shù)學生都能跟上，參與活動。講得太粗太快，學生跟不上，學不會，久而久之，就會慢慢失去學習興趣。俗話說“莊稼齊了才打糧”，只照顧尖子生，不符合素質(zhì)教育的理念。一定要面向全體學生，才會取得良好的英語教學效果。

When a sandstorm occurs, our classroom is filled with dust and sand. My poor teachers! They've breathed in enough chalk-powder. Now, they have to take in much dust. My poor fellow classmates! They told me they were almost dying.
We love beautiful spring. We cherish bright sunshine. But sandstorms destroy all the lovely things. Yet we know it is Mother Nature's revenge on what we have done to her. In order to see blue sky and sunny spring again, we should plant more trees and more grass to protect the environment. And it is not too late if we start right now.
Though it's a hard job to fight against the sandstorm, it is the battle we must fight, and it is a battle we must win!

Imagine a car without a steering wheel. Tough to imagine, right? Well, actually that’s the image you see if a person has no faith. Faith helps to guide us in our lives, encourage us to persist, and give directions when we are lost.
In this peaceful era, our life paths seem to be already well-planned and determined. What we have to do is to follow. Yes, we may face different sorts of challenges, but at least they are less harsh when compared to those in the past. We do not need to worry about starving to death, or how to earn enough money to buy food for our siblings and sustain our lives.
It is like driving from a muddy road into a highway. In the muddy road, path, you would say, as it is formed only by crossing on it many times, flattening the ground to form a smoother area so we can pass. The road is so bumpy and rough, with holes here and there and rocks lying all over. When we drive along this road, we have to be very careful, having a firm grip on the steering wheel, ready for a sudden turn or a large boulder that may appear any second. However, when we drive on a highway, everything becomes different. The road is smooth, straight, and visible. Since there is no unseen obstacle, we may lower our guard, relax a bit, and loosen our grip on the steering wheel. One may even think, if we only have to drive on a smooth straight road like this highway, why would we need a steering wheel?
Faith is unique, just as happiness is. We feel happy for different reasons, we believe for different things. How can we know what we believe in? Recall the last time you are discouraged, and you felt you had lost all hopes in your life. What pulled you back into the world? What pushed you to stand up and continue to strive again? That is your faith, your belief. Faith is what makes you feel you can when others say you can’t.
!Faith is important…, faith is vital…, faith is necessary for us to live our lives. If we do not have faith, we are like a car without a steeling wheel. We can only afford to move along a straight and smooth path, and cannot meet any challenge in our lives. One must understand that no matter how smooth the road is, it is impossible for a car to go without a steering wheel. Or, put it in another way, have you ever seen a car without a steering wheel on the road? So, act now, my friends, find out what you believe in, find out your anchor in your life, hold on to your steeling wheel
of your car, drive on, and reach your destination.

since my graduation from primary school, until now, every time on my birthday i make the same wish. i wish my parents will not fight anymore. i am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! i am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. they do! they love me with all their heart. i love my parents also; i want them to live a happy life as well.

Having fun
When having to make a choice most people think they have to choose between the two. Far too often people go for the latter and naturally choose fun. For instance many people would prefer watching television, or more commonly known as TV to exercising, we all know that it’s true, right? The problem is, if you don’t exercise you will become weak and ultimately out of shape and it is no fun to be out of shape, right? So the question is, why not turn exercise into fun?
As an example, if TV is your favorite thing to do, why not connect your TV set to an electric generator that is charged by a stationary bike, you know, the kind of bike you peddle, that doesn’t go anywhere. So think about it, the more you watch TV, the fitter you’ll be.
Now if you are the kind of person who thinks listening to music is fun and you spend many hours alone tap tap tapping your fingers and your toes to the beat, why not take it one step further and get up on your feet and dance, dance, dance.
Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?
However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.
Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.

The content that i will give a lecture today is still about the subject that's unchanged since ancient times to now days， which is friendship. There have been thousands of explanations as for the word "friend",but i resolutely think that there is the best definition to explain it,which is trust. the story that i read recently makes my idea firm.
It happened in italy four centuries b.c. A young man named pi sia was sentenced to death, because of having offended the tyrant. pi sia was a filial son,and he asked to see his old mother before death. The king promised him, but set down the condition that he must find another person to be in prison instead of him. The condition was so critical that it was almost impossible to be realized. But pi sia did find such a man, who was his friend named dameng. Then pi sia went home to bid farewell with mother as he wished.
Days passed quickly, and the term of imprisonment was near at hand, but pi sia had not turned back yet. Most people ascertained that pi sia had deceived his friend.
It was a rainy day when demeng was sent to the execution ground, all persons watching around laughed at him, but demeng himself was not worried at all. The rope was hanging on his neck, and just at the critical moment, one person ran quickly through the rain shouting loudly,"please wait, I'm coming!" it was pi sia who turned back in time.
This was the most moving curtain in the world. demeng took no care of himself in order to help his friend realize the duty, whose kind of spirit was moved one to tears. While pi sia did not hesitate to take life as the price for performing the promise, whose kind of courage was also rare to meet. My dear friends, do you know why demeng was so calm before death? the reason was that he believed his friend pi sia would not do such despicable thing as deceiving friends. This depended on the strength of trust.
This is a true story that is enough to shock everyone. especially to contemporary people who are surrounded by the benefit of themselves，it is more worth of pondering. friendship is the precious deposits of the human world and the coordinate of life，and it may keep the flowers of heart fresh and sweet forever. a true friend is large treasure of your whole life. when you are downhearted，they may encourage you to do all to catch up with the others， and when you are proud of yourself，they may remind you of keeping a clear head with sincere advice.
However， in the modern society that regards the real interest as the most supreme power ， friendship becomes fragile and stingy .it is common that good friends known several years fall out to become enemies， and the friendship also becomes the chip of business...
In fact friendship will not die out, but people do not know to value it .the famous writer bi shumin once said in a piece of paper， " there is only one fruit in the tree of friendship，which is trust." friendship is a kind of nutrition for people that is the most simple and the most luxurious at the same time，which needs irrigating with trust and true feelings. it is just like the flower living in the comfortable hothouse. only with the attentive care，can it become more and more beautiful. in the modern and changeable age， we should abide by the an-cient rule, which is trust. friendship is so hard that it may exist forever as long as you treat it with heart.
Trust is one kind of precious feeling in the world. no one can buy it with money, and no one can get it by cheating or force. it comes from the innermost soul of people. just like clean spring, it washes away the dirt of common customs and makes you pure and self-confident. moreover, it can clear away the obstacles in your heart and help you gain more friend-ship.
In the real life, what will be kept in the history is not material wealth, but mutual affection being loyal-hearted. 大家都曉得，備好課是上好課的前提，備課包括備課標、備教材、備學生、備教法，備學法。教師要根據(jù)課程尺度請求，當真鉆研教材，借助有關資料，了解、分析和掌握學生研究的立場、方法、能力和研究中存在的困難；選擇最佳教學策略，確立合理的課堂教學模式，制定具體的教學環(huán)節(jié)，達到教學進程的最優(yōu)化組合，有利于實現(xiàn)學生當堂掌握常識�？凑n程標標使我明白了課程的總目標，也深入的理解了英語課程的工具性與人文性的統(tǒng)一，明白了英語教學在培養(yǎng)學生們初步的綜合語言運用能力的基礎上，還肩負著促進心智成熟，提高綜合人文素養(yǎng)的重任，為教學的設計指明了方向。備教材，上課前翻閱各種材料、教師用書、研究資料及以往的相招考題，對于哪些是重點難點，哪些常識點擴展到什么水平，會以什么形式出題，做到心中有數(shù)。備學生，就是要了解學生的年齡特點、接受能力、常識儲備情況，這樣可以免起點太高，學生聽不懂，或起點太低，學生感到無聊的情況。備教法。每一級每個班學生特點各不相同，所以要注重仔細研究學生，采納適合學生的方法導入新課，用學生易于掌握的方法講解新知，用學生感興趣的方法組織課堂活動。

我請求自己在備好課的基礎上，每節(jié)課都滿懷熱忱地走進教室，哪怕身材不適、滿心煩惱，在站上講臺，面向?qū)W生的那一刻，我都市面帶笑臉，因為快樂的情感可以傳染，假如你把快樂的情感、積極地心態(tài)傳染給學生，他的研究效力可能會成倍增長。
3、精講多練，提高課堂效率。
初中生的注意力集中工夫只能持續(xù)十五到二十分鐘。假如仍然是“一張嘴，一支筆，從課首講到課尾。”的教學模式，就會呈現(xiàn)“老師講得天花亂墜，學生聽得昏昏欲睡”的現(xiàn)象。新課程理念請求我們重視學生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。少講并不意味著粗略講解，一帶而過。初中生的接受能力還是有限，對于重難點的常識，根據(jù)學生特點細致的講解，多舉例，多操練，講一點，練一點，講練結合，讓大多半學生都能跟上，參與活動。講得太粗太快，學生跟不上，學不會，久而久之，就會慢慢失去研究興趣。
4、教法靈活，降低研究難度。
英語學科知識點多而雜，致使部分學生因記不住而失去興趣。我會經(jīng)常用各種靈活的活動幫助他們記憶，使學生輕松的掌握知識，提高興趣。比如在初一教音標時，我用一個小故事把十二個單元音音素連起來，易于他們記憶，還有二十一個輔音字母的發(fā)音我也編了與發(fā)音相匹的動作幫助他們記憶。研究詞匯eye時，用聯(lián)想法可以幫助他們記憶，也可用諧音教學door，告訴學生門是用來防盜的，所以墳墓的意思，發(fā)音是土墓，再比如umbrella諧音像俺不來了，因為下雨沒傘。教學語法時，比如時態(tài)的教學，可以把幾大時態(tài)的構成及用法比較對比研究，比較級最高級的教學，用實物或班里的同學設置真實的語境，操練句型。運用靈活的教學方法，可以降低研究的難度，激發(fā)學生們研究的興趣。
三、經(jīng)常查缺補漏，及時抓弱補偏
在提高課堂效力的基礎上，還要指點、督促學生搞好課外復，防止常識的忘記，并經(jīng)常進行檢查測試，多批多改，及時發(fā)覺題目，辦理題目。對于存在的題目，要有針對性的進行磨煉，并在下一步的教學中繼續(xù)加以滲透，穿插復。對于存在題目的學生，耐心講解，明確請求，基礎常識，跟蹤檢查，人人過關。組織各小組互相檢查所學基礎常識，單詞句型的聽寫背誦，用分數(shù)做好記錄，一周一統(tǒng)記，對背的好的同學及時評價鼓勵，對學困生先要做思想工作，多用鼓勵性語言，調(diào)動其研究積極性。善于發(fā)覺他們的每一點進步，及時進行表揚鼓勵，一定其成績，提出進一步請求，引導他們爭取更大的進步。班里一名學生，總成績在班里十名左右，是升學的邊緣生。我一看他的成績，數(shù)理化很好，英語只有伍十幾分，于是我找他談話，給他分析了升學情況和他的現(xiàn)實情況，告訴他：“你只要把英語提上一點點，哪怕只考六十幾分，你就有把握考上
高中，這一年，你應該在保持數(shù)理化的優(yōu)勢的基礎上，向英語方面傾斜一下，多下點功夫，雖然你基礎太差，但我向你保證，只要你這一年按我說的一步步做好，明年中考，你的成績一定會有很大的進步”。他真的很信任我，每天很努力地學，一開始他默十個單詞能錯九個，我經(jīng)常鼓勵他，教給他發(fā)音規(guī)律、記單詞的方法，他的詞匯量慢慢多了起來。學短語句子時，他的困難就更大了，畢竟基礎太差，他一個完整的句子也寫不出來，看到他沮喪的樣子，我一次次地鼓勵他，并給他縮小范圍，讓他背最重點的，并在研究方法上給予指導，他就很高興的學著。月考考試結束了，他的成績有一點點起色，我看他很沮喪，又想放棄的樣子，就又找他談：“你只努力了兩個月的時間，而其他同學是積累了兩年，兩個月想補上年的知識，那是不可能的。所以，你的努力現(xiàn)在不能馬上見效，只要你不放棄，持之以恒，堅持到底，期末考試就會有驚喜的”。他又重新燃起了希望，艱難地努力著。每當他有一點點進步，我就及時地表揚了他，向他提出了進一步要求。他現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有了信心，研究勁頭更足了。如果對學困生多一些鼓勵，多一份耐心，多幾次輔導，相信總有一天，他們會有進步的，哪怕只有一點點，也是成功。
四、對教師的理解
1、教師首先是教誨者，其次才是教學者。
2、教師要自我發(fā)展。北京的培訓真正讓我了解了人外有人，天外有天的道理。無論是大學教授還是一線教師，都即是理論專家，又是實踐高手。他們的秘訣就是要與時俱進，要與學生同步。和老師已到退休年齡還每天寫反思，聽英文廣播，每周看一本與教學有關的書籍。
3、教師要協(xié)作發(fā)展�？拷處熞蝗说牧α亢茈y辦理一些教學中的實際困難。一個學校優(yōu)秀的成績背后一定有一個連合協(xié)作和具有科研立異精神的團隊。單打獨斗無法創(chuàng)造一個學科的輝煌。
我想教誨教學需要“眾人劃槳開大船”。你一個經(jīng)驗，我一個經(jīng)驗，就是兩個經(jīng)驗；你一個方法，我一個方法，就是兩個方法。教誨資源需要共享，教學經(jīng)驗需要交換，教學方法需要互學。在教學中，教研組成員假如一起探叨教學疑心，教學方法，新的教學理念，我們一定能在提高自己教學能力、自身素質(zhì)的同時，共同去打造我校高效教學的新場面。

Looking at this , I remembered another act : There is a stream through our village. Over it there are two bridges .At the age of seven years old , I enjoyed the beautiful scenery under the bridge very much. It was the best place to swim in summer. But now the rubbish was getting more and more .Dish leaves,fruit skins,dead ducks and chickens….after rotting ,not only the mosquitos flew around but also the bad smell made everyone feel quite terrible.Though the stream was cleaned up several times, it’s still happening now. A lot of plastic bags always float on it .In summmer we have to go far away from the village to swim.
What causes this? Who is the devil?It’s the human ourselves. I have got to known from a book .The rubbish in the countryside mostly occupies the fields and damages the earth’s surface .It pollutes soil,wave ,atmosphere and damages our health. The adults often say “The body is capital.” But why are they able to make woollen cloth like this ? Does it affect everybody’s safe and sound life ?

3 my definition of success
“once upon a time， there was a king who had a daughter as beautiful as a blooming rose. to all the suitors who came to the king's palace to ask for the hand of the princess, the old king assigned three tasks to be accomplished, each next to impossible. one day, into the king's palace came a handsome young prince..." well, you know the rest. the three tasks may be different in different versions, but the main plot is always the same, with the prince claiming the princess's hand triumphantly.
and the ending is always the same, finishing with the line "and they live happily every after."
why aren't we tired of something so fanciful, so unrealistic, and, i would say, so unimaginative? how can a story like that endure generations of repetition`? because, i think, it is a typical succestory. it is highly philosophical and symbolic. by implication, we see a 4-step definition of success: 1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess; 2 ) challenges to be met, as represented by the three tasks; 3 ) the proceof surmounting difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; and 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage.
the story not only caters to everyone's inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the proceand the result. the reward of succewill be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. if a person inherits his father's millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. the term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. but as i understand it, the true meaning of succeentails a combination of both the proceand the satisfactory result of an endeavor. to clarify my view, let me give another analogy.

okay, number two: go to the wilderness. be like buddha, have your own revelations. i'm not saying that we all have to now go off and build our own cabins in the woods and never talk to each other again, but i am saying that we could all stand to unplug and get inside our own heads a little more often.
number three: take a good look at what's inside your own suitcase and why you put it there. so extroverts, maybe your suitcases are also full of books. or maybe they're full of champagne glasses or skydiving equipment. whatever it is, i hope you take these things out every chance you get and grace us with your energy and your joy. but introverts, you being you, you probably have the impulse to guard very carefully what's inside your own suitcase. and that's okay. but occasionally, just occasionally, i hope you will open up your suitcases for other people to see, because the world needs you and it needs the things you carry.
so i wish you the best of all possible journeys and the courage to speak softly.
