　　還有一種就是我們家喻戶曉、家家戶戶都知道，都食用的豆芽，為什么說是豆芽也是不健康的食物呢!因為豆芽也是一位“受害者”為什么它也是“受害者”呢?那是因為它被商家給涂上了一種“色素”，豆芽使用出了“易容術”。原先那些沒有使用易容術的豆芽們全身都是黃黃的，又黃又細，雖然有些不好看，也像是一位營養(yǎng)不良的小孩子一樣。但它是健康的，而現(xiàn)在的豆芽使出了易容術，它的全身由黃色的變成了白色的，又白又亮，好看極了，它不像原來的那樣瘦瘦的，而是很飽滿、豐富的，像這些就是不健康的，而是危險。我們吃多了這種食物就有可能歸西哦!

　　雖然我還是一個小學生，可我懂得的關于食品安全的知識可不少呢!比如說不能在小攤上買東西、不能在沒有衛(wèi)生許可證的餐廳吃飯、不能吃過期、變質、“三無”食品、不能吃未煮熟的東西等等。我還知道在購買小食品時，注重查看以下幾個方面情況：一是要選擇信譽好、質量穩(wěn)定的知名品牌;二是要注意查看產品包裝上的廠名、廠址、食品生產日期和保質期，拒絕購買“三無”產品;三是檢查食品和合格證明、所含的營養(yǎng)成分、色澤新鮮程度;四是注意質價相符，對超低價格的小食品不要購買;五是注重檢查該食品的食品商標標志等等。

　　大家看吧，我們吃食物時一定要選擇好的食物，否則就有可能給我們帶來生命危險。
