　　有一次，我和媽媽一起到一家超市去買東西。一走進超市，我迫不及待地奔向了賣零食的地方，挑起零食來。超市里的東西可真多哪!看得我眼花繚亂。我隨手拿起一包冰雪楊梅正準備放進購物籃里，這時后，媽媽走了過來，和藹地對我說：“楠楠，這東西不衛(wèi)生，還是別買了吧!”“好，我不買了，媽媽!”“走，我們買別的東西去!”媽媽牽著我的手向賣牛奶的地方走去。來到了賣牛奶的地方，我興高采烈地奔了過去，拿起了一袋酸奶放在籃子里，媽媽拿過來前后瞧了一瞧，突然眼睛一亮，對我說：“楠楠，你看，這里保質(zhì)期是14天，它已經(jīng)過期了，吃了對人身體不好，換一袋吧!”媽媽又拿起一袋酸奶看了看，說：“拿這袋吧，這袋沒過期，你瞧!”“哦，我知道了，以后我會記住的!”我附合著。我們又到了賣牛肉干的地方。這里的牛肉干可真多呀，各式各樣的，我看著就垂涎三尺。我挑了一袋大包的牛肉干拿在手里，媽媽一看這牌子，就搖搖頭，說：“楠楠，這種牌子不好，上回不是電視上說，這牌子不衛(wèi)生，不要去買，你忘了嗎?”“哦!”我慚愧地點了點頭。我又拿了一袋上面標著“綠色食品”的牛肉干，放進了購物籃。媽媽看了微笑著點點頭。下面，我們又去了賣火腿腸的地方，這回，我不再犯以前的錯誤，這些要求我都看了一遍，這才把火腿腸放進了籃子。

　　這次購物，我懂得了許多道理。我們買東西要看好生產(chǎn)日期，和牌子，還要看它是不是綠色食品，不要買三無食品，要注意食品安全， 還要預防“病從口入”，不要讓細菌進入體內(nèi)呦!
