An old saying "The early bird will catch worms" reminds us that if people want to be successful and outstanding, they must plan ahead of time and make their efforts to overcome all the possible difficulties.
For example, the Chinese athletes' excellent performance in 20xx Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver is definitely the result of their early planning and hard training. If they don' t set the aim and word work, even though they have the best talents, they can't compete with others and get more medals.
Another case in point is my learning experience. I was good at English, but I couldn't pass the exam, for I wasn't prepared well before the examination. I had many things to solve at that time. As I met the complex things, I was at a loss. The reason was that I had no plan and involved in many things and didn't study more hard, so I failed.

例如，在20xx溫哥華冬奧會(huì)中國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的出色表現(xiàn)絕對(duì)是由于他們的早期規(guī)劃和艱苦的訓(xùn)練。如果他們不設(shè)定目標(biāo)和工作，即使他們有的人才，他們不能與別人競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，獲得更多的獎(jiǎng)牌。
另一個(gè)例子是我的學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我擅長(zhǎng)英語(yǔ)，但我不能通過(guò)這次考試，我沒(méi)有在考試前做好了準(zhǔn)備。我有許多事情要解決當(dāng)時(shí)。當(dāng)我遇到的復(fù)雜的事情，我不知所措。原因是我沒(méi)有計(jì)劃，參與了很多的東西，不更加努力地學(xué)習(xí)，所以我失敗。
總之，這句話告訴我們規(guī)劃的重要，努力工作，不斷地嘗試。
