北方冬季吃餃子的習(xí)俗是因紀(jì)念“醫(yī)圣”張仲景冬至舍藥留下的。饑寒交迫的人們吃了餃子，喝了“祛寒湯”，渾身暖和，兩耳發(fā)熱，凍傷的耳朵都治好了。
