　　端午節(jié)吃粽子，這是中國(guó)人民的又一傳統(tǒng)習(xí)俗。粽子，又叫“角黍”、“筒粽”。其由來已久，花樣繁多。

　　據(jù)記載，早在春秋時(shí)期，用菰葉(茭白葉)包黍米成牛角狀，稱“角黍”;用竹筒裝米密封烤熟，稱“筒粽”。一直到今天，每年五月初，中國(guó)百姓家家都要浸糯米、洗粽葉、包粽子，其花色品種更為繁多。從餡料看，北方多包小棗的北京棗粽;南方則有豆沙、鮮肉、火腿、蛋黃等多種餡料，其中以浙江嘉興粽子為代表。吃粽子的風(fēng)俗，千百年來，在中國(guó)盛行不衰，而且流傳到朝鮮、日本及東南亞諸國(guó)。

　　今天，是端午節(jié)。我的姥姥和姥爺來我家做客。姥姥跟我說：他們那家家戶戶都掛艾葉菖蒲，吃粽子，上山采青，食粽球，制粽。一大清早，我就跟著姥姥包了起來，首先拿出兩片一大一小的粽葉，學(xué)著姥姥的樣子折出一角，再在折好的角筒上放入一點(diǎn)已浸泡好的糯米，塞上一些紅豆沙，又用糯米蓋得嚴(yán)嚴(yán)實(shí)實(shí)的。我開始有點(diǎn)沾沾自喜了，心想：簡(jiǎn)單的包粽子根本難不住我�？墒钱�(dāng)我再把粽葉蓋好時(shí)，糯米就像一個(gè)頑皮的孩子似的不聽我的使喚，接二連三地都跳了出來。我急得像熱鍋上的螞蟻團(tuán)團(tuán)轉(zhuǎn)，幸好姥姥替我解了圍把一些糯米弄掉一點(diǎn)，我才舒了一口氣，心里的一塊沉重的大石頭放了下來。我經(jīng)過了一些小挫折，總算到了最后的一個(gè)步驟扎棕繩。粽子要包扎嚴(yán)實(shí)才好吃，所以我接過棕繩，把粽子捆了一圈又一圈，這才交給姥姥。這時(shí)我才明白包粽子是門手藝活兒，包起來非常不容易。

　　這次的端午節(jié)可真有意思，不但我會(huì)包粽子了，還知道如果遇到了挫折，還要爬起來從新嘗試！

　　我最喜歡吃蜜棗粽子了，我吃了一口，甜甜的，黏黏的，真好吃，我邊吃邊問媽媽：“今天為什么要吃粽子呢？”媽媽說：“今天是五月初五端午節(jié)，吃粽子是為了紀(jì)念偉大的詩(shī)人屈原，還有的地方舉行賽龍舟來紀(jì)念他�！�
