壓力的初中英語作文
正如每個人都知道的，壓力是日常生活中的自然部分，沒有辦法避免它。隨著現(xiàn)代生活節(jié)奏的不斷增加，我們總是感覺到從早上到晚上的。很難慢下來。因此，壓力與生活在競爭激烈的社會中。
學習壓力
Nowadays Chinese students, who are facing firece competance, are under great stress.
First, they always have endless homework to do. it is quite common to see a primary student work til 12 o'clock to finish the work. Second, students' spare time is occupied by various training classes. Many parents wish their children to be versatile, so they send them to learn drawing, dancing, singging, playing the piano, and so on, which bring a lot of burden to the students. Third, students have to face the ranking. Ranking system is applied nearly by every Chinese school, which is a way for the teachers to measure the learning quality of students. However, the ranking system makes students nervous, and in order to get a better result, they have to work harder and harder. If the result is unsatisfied, the students probably wil be abused by parents.
All in all, nowadays students are under great stress, which casts shadow on their childhood and even adolescence. Therefore, as far as I am concerned, we should give students more spare time, to enjoy life, to have closer touch to the nature, and to spend more time to play and communicate with their peers and parents.
如今中國的學生正面臨著激烈的競爭，承擔著巨大的壓力。首先，他們有著做不完的作業(yè)。我們甚至可以看到一個小學生為了完成家庭作業(yè)，挑燈夜戰(zhàn)到12點。其次，學生們的課余時間都被各種各樣的學習班排滿了。父母們都希望孩子多才多藝，因此便送他們?nèi)W畫畫，學跳舞，學唱歌，學彈琴，給孩子們添加了很大的負擔。另外，學生們還要面對殘酷的排名。幾乎所有的中國學校都有排名制度，它是老師們衡量孩子成績好壞的標準。然而排名制度讓孩子們倍感緊張，為了取得更靠前的排名，他們不得不刻苦，再刻苦。而一旦結(jié)果不盡人意，他們便可能被父母批評�？偠灾缃竦膶W生學習壓力非常大，這種壓力，給他們的美好童年以及豆蔻年華蒙上了一層陰影。因此，我認為，我們應該給與學生更多的時間，去體驗生活，接近大自然，并且更多地與朋友和父母交流。
壓力
Because of the high developing speed of the world, pressure has become a serious problem in nowadays. As our students, we also have to face with much pressure, such as the study pressure, exam pressure,relationship pressure and so on. But how can we cope with pressure? This is the most important.
由于世界的高度發(fā)展,壓力已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)今一個嚴重的問題.作為學生,我們也必須面對壓力,比如學習壓力,考試壓力,關(guān)系壓力等等.但是,怎樣緩解壓力呢?這是最重要的.
Firstly, we should face the pressure appropriately. Pressure is inevitable in our daily life, so we can't be afraid of them and try our best to cope with them. Secondly, tell our pressure to others. Talking is a very effective way to ease pressure, and during the talking, we may get some suggestions and solutions. Finally, trust ourselves. We should believe ourselves that we can deal with any troubles by ourselves or by others' help.
首先,我們應該正對面對壓力.壓力是我們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪胁豢杀苊獾?所以我們不能害怕她,要盡力去解決它們.其次,向別人傾訴壓力.聊天是緩解壓力的有效方式,在聊天過程中,我們可能會得到一些建議和解決方法.最后,要相信自己.我們應該相信自己我們可以通過自己或他人的幫助處理任何麻煩.
壓力
In China, the number of college students increases every year, as more and more students get the college education, college students are under great pressure. We hear from the news that a lot of students can’t find jobs after graduation, then the next year, the other students gets graduating, the two years’ students compete for the jobs! I just can’t imagine such situation. The pressure from college students is getting greater, they should relieve it now and then, because too much pressure will bring bad effect, some may distort their minds, once their emotion can’t relieve in time, some tragical things may happen. It is said that some students suicide themselves because they have much pressure. Everybody will have pressure, but we must know that pressure brings motivation, at the same time, it also brings burden, we have to balance it. When we deal with it well, we can live a better life.
在中國，大學生的數(shù)量每年都在增加，隨著越來越多的學生接受大學教育，大學生承受很大的壓力。我們從新聞上看到很多學生在畢業(yè)后找不到工作，第二年的時候，另外一些學生畢業(yè)，兩年的學生競爭工作!我無法想象這樣的情形。大學生的壓力越來越大，他們應該時而不時地釋放壓力，因為太多的壓力會帶來不好的影響，一些學生思想扭曲了，一旦他們的情緒得不到及時釋放，悲劇的事情就會發(fā)生。據(jù)說一些學生自殺因為過多的壓力。每個人都會有壓力，但是我們必須知道有壓力才有動力，同時，壓力也是一種負擔，我們要平衡壓力。當我們處理好壓力時，才能過得更好。
