　　我對全球化的看法 My View on Globalization With the development of economy and technology ,more and more people come to realize that the contact between countries has become more and more closely frequent.

　　隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)的發(fā)展，越來越多的人開始意識到國與國之間的聯(lián)系變得越來越密切頻繁。

　　Nowadays almost everyone knows Coca-cola,and when we want to pursue all aspects of all-around development,we can't avoid staying in contact with other countries.So globalization has become a unstoppable trend. Different people have different point of views.Some people believe that globalization is a good thing ,because they enjoy the convenience and quality life globalization brings, whereas others argue that the developed countries are the only beneficiaries of globalization，and the developing countries in the course of globalization suffered a series of environmental pollution problems. Globalization is a double-edged sword.

　　現(xiàn)在，幾乎每個人都知道可口可樂，當(dāng)我們追求全面發(fā)展的時候，我們不能避免與其他國家聯(lián)系。因此，全球化已經(jīng)變成一種無法停止的趨勢。不同的人有不同的觀點(diǎn)。有的人相信全球化是件好事，因為他們享受全球化帶來的方便和品質(zhì)生活;而其他人認(rèn)為，發(fā)達(dá)國家是全球化的唯一受益者，發(fā)展中國家在全球化過程中遭受一系列的環(huán)境污染問題。全球化是一把雙刃劍。

　　As far as I'm concerned,we should look at both sides of globalization.Only when we seize the opportunity of development and meet the challenges can we gain the upper hand in the competition.

　　在我看來，我們應(yīng)該看到全球化的雙面。只有當(dāng)我們抓住發(fā)展的機(jī)遇，迎接挑戰(zhàn)，我們才可以在競爭中占上風(fēng)。

　　一次公益活動 A Volunteer Labour

　　We got there at nine o'clock. After divided into three groups, we began to work. Each group had their own tasks. Group one planted trees and watered flowers. Group Two picked up litter left by tourists and cleaned the benches. My group wiped all the equipment in Children's Playground. Each of us worked hard. At about half past eleven, we finished working. Though we were tired,we were happy. It was a meaningful day for us because we had done a good deed.

　　我們九點(diǎn)鐘到公園。分成三個小組后，我們就開始干了起來。每個小組有各自的任務(wù)：一組種樹、澆花;二組撿拾游人丟棄的果皮紙屑;我們組擦拭了兒童游樂場所有的設(shè)施。大家干得都很起勁。 大約十一點(diǎn)半，我們結(jié)束了勞動。盡管我們都很累，卻很高興。這一天對于我們大家來說都很有意義，因為我們做了一件好事。

　　Last Saturday--April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my school. Can you guess what we did there?Not for amusement but to take part in a volunteer labour. We reached the park at nine o'clock. The whole class was divided into three groups. I was in Group Three. Each group had different tasks. Group One planted trees and watered flowers. Group Two was told to pick up litter left by the tourists and cleaned all the benches. The group that I was in wiped all the equipment in the Children's Playground. All of us worked hard. Before noon we finished working. Each of us felt a little bit tired, but we were happy because we had done a good deed.

　　Now there is a growing awareness/recognition of the necessity to mental health.A great number of people probably because of facing various pressures from work and life,they all look anxious and grieved. In general,there's something bad was gonna happen to them.The phenomenon,thought-provoking as it is,does mirror a current social phenomenon-many people are suffering from mental problems,which should arouse the great concern of our whole society.

　　There may be a combination of factors which can explain the circumstances.On the one hand,with the developing of science and technology,many people under great pressure in order to make a living. On the other hand,they ignore the development of their mental health.In front of frustrations and failures,they don't know how to handle them and how to adjust themselves.A long time of depressed will usually cause severe mental illness,which does great harm to people's daily life.

　　Consequently,the problems of mental health should pay more attention to . In the first place,we should learn to improve our psychological adaptability to cope with stress. What's more,exercise is a key factor in keeping fit-physically and mentally. At length,mental intervention in time,if necessary,should also be developed to help us resume both physical and mental health.
