1.口頭通知
寫作指導(dǎo)
�、倏陬^通知一般是由一方向另一方口頭傳達(dá)的
通知，敘述表達(dá)盡可能口語(yǔ)化，簡(jiǎn)潔明了，說(shuō)清意思就行。
�、诳陬^通知不用寫通知時(shí)間和發(fā)通知的單位。
③口頭通知一開頭可有稱呼語(yǔ)，具體因通知對(duì)象
而異。常用的稱呼語(yǔ)有“Comrades and friends”、“Boys and girls”、“Teachers and fellow students”、“Ladies and gentlemen”，也有的不用開頭語(yǔ)，直接開始。

寫作指導(dǎo)
書面通知、布告(notice)，它是上級(jí)對(duì)下級(jí)、組織對(duì)成員部署工作、傳達(dá)事情、召開會(huì)議所使用的一種文體，出通知的單位寫在正文結(jié)束后的右下角，或者寫在NOTICE的正上方，出通告的日期一般寫在左下角，單位和日期兩項(xiàng)也可以省略。
通知的正文就是通告的內(nèi)容，這是主體部分，包括通告的對(duì)象、事由、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)等。
通知的語(yǔ)言要簡(jiǎn)潔明了，條理清晰，要求精確，特別是時(shí)間概念很重要，必須寫得十分明確，不容絲毫含糊。
