Cell phone is one of the biggest inventions, people can keep in touch with each other anytime and anywhere. It is natural that every adult has a cell phone, but for some students who are belong college, they are not admitted to use cell phone, the reason is that they need to focus on study, cell phone will make them distract. In my opinion, all the students can have cell phone, it is just a communication tool, there is no need to forbid students using it. At first, students may be addicted to playing cell phone, because they are curious about new things. But if they keep it for a long time, they get used to it and will use it in a right way.

　　Since I go to high school, I live in the school and stay away from my parents. I have three roommates, at the beginning, we have trouble in staying in the same room, but now we have got used to it. One of my roommates impresses me so much, since she comes to our room, she keeps the habit of reading the novel when we go to bed. She told me that when she lived with her parents, she dared not to read it because her mother would blame her for sleeping late. Now she is very happy that she is out of control, it seems that she is free. But I feel sorry for her, because she is short-sighted now, what’s more, she is lagging behind other students in the study. Staying away from her parents, she is not strong enough to behave herself. We should have the strong will and behave ourselves.

　　自從我上了高中，我就住在學(xué)校，遠(yuǎn)離父母。我有3個室友，剛開始，我們不習(xí)慣同處一室，但是如今，我們已經(jīng)習(xí)慣了。有一個室友讓我印象很深刻，自從她住進(jìn)我們的房間，她就在我們睡覺的時候保持看小說的習(xí)慣。她告訴我們在她和父母住在一起的時候，她不敢看小說，因為她媽媽會責(zé)怪她那么晚睡覺。如今她很高興再也不受控制了，似乎她得到了自由。但是我為她感到遺憾，因為她現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)近視，而且，在學(xué)習(xí)方面也落后于其他同學(xué)。離開了父母，她不夠強(qiáng)大，無法自律。我們應(yīng)該有堅強(qiáng)的意志，并且自律。

　　As you all know, the study work is heavy in high school. There are often more than 10 courses a day including the evening. That will take more than 9 hours in study a day, and without weekends. The students in high school are exhausted after school and not willing to do the physical exercises anymore. In fact, it is not only very bad for health but also bad for study. The teenagers have to do enough exercises to keep healthy and growing tall. And doing physical exercises can make a people strong and lighten one up, refill the energy to study more efficiently. So, the high school students should do physical exercises. They can do some sports, such as playing football or basketball, running, swimming and so on.

　　眾所周知，在高中的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)是很繁重的。包括晚上，每天經(jīng)常有超過10節(jié)課。這將會占用9個小時用來學(xué)習(xí)，還沒有周末。放學(xué)后高中生都已經(jīng)筋疲力盡了，不再想去鍛煉身體。實際上，這不但有害健康，還不利于學(xué)習(xí)。青少年必須要做足夠的身體鍛煉才能保持健康，繼續(xù)長身體。而身體鍛煉能讓人強(qiáng)壯和放松，重新注入能量，讓學(xué)習(xí)更加有效率。所以，高中生應(yīng)該鍛煉身體。他們可以做些運(yùn)動，例如打籃球或者踢足球、跑步、游泳等等。
