As it is known to all, the power of words can be equal to a gun. When you say something ill to someone else, you’re, to some extent, setting up a destructive relationship with him. Instead, if you inspire others by uplifting words, the contribution to strengthen your friendship can be significant. However, whether the words are anti-ear or not, there is no doubt that they do succeed in making their way to impress you at all times.
眾所周知，語言的力量等同于一把槍。在你對別人說一些不好的話時，在某一程度上，你和他就建立了一個消極 的關(guān)系。相反，如果你用一些令人振奮的話鼓舞他的話，對加強你們的友誼有著顯著的貢獻。然而，不管語言是否中聽，毫無疑問，他們總是能讓你成功的表達自己。
Personally, there are specific words that impress me a lot. It's the final exam in junior high school. Unfortunately, I failed though I had made a good preparation before it. I never knew whether others laughed at me at that time. What aroused me, though, were the words from my classmates--It never rains, but it pours--from which I benefit a lot. I guess that it's his inspiring words that set off my inner motivation to feel good about myself again.
就我個人而言，有些特定的話讓我印象深刻。我初中的期末考試。不幸的是，雖然我之前有好好的準備考試，但我并沒有及格。當時我并不知道別人是否在嘲笑我。是什么喚醒了我呢，是我同學(xué)說的話——禍不單行——從中我受益很多。我猜是他鼓舞人心的話，激起我的內(nèi)在動機讓我對自己感覺良好。

As we all know that the eyes are very important for us and it is essential for us too.So It is important for everyone to keep good eyesight. But do you know how to protect your eyesight?
我們都知道眼睛對我們是很重要的也是必不可少的。因此，對所有人來說保持好的視力是很重要。
First, don't keep your eyes work for a long time. You'd better have a rest by looking in the long distance after you have studied an hour or so.
首先，不要讓你的眼睛工作太長。你最好看一看遠處來讓眼睛休息一下在你學(xué)習(xí)了一個小時左右后。
Secondly, pay attention to the following: Don't read in the sun or in a poor light; don't read in bed or in a moving bus. And when you read you should keep the book away from your eyes for about a foot.
第二，注意以下的：不要在太陽底下或者燈光微弱的地方看書。不要在床上或者開著的車上看書。看書的時候應(yīng)該讓眼睛和書保持一英尺的距離。
And thirdly, do eye-exercises every day. It will also help you keep good eyesight.
