　　What is the most important thing in the world? I think it is health.

　　什么是世界上最重要的東西?我認為是健康的。

　　You can take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if our health was taken away, we would surely die. That is why we always try to eat in a healthy way and exercise regularly.

　　你可以拿走我們的錢，房子，汽車，甚至是我們的衣服，但我們還能生存。但是，如果我們的健康被帶走，我們一定會死。這就是為什么我們總是試圖有一個健康的生活方式，并經(jīng)常鍛煉。

　　In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like French fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins.

　　What's more, I think friends are an important part of one's health. Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick less than those who don't. I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone. When I am with my friends, I always laugh. Laughing is also an important part of health. I like to laugh with my friends.

　　By eating properly and exercising regularly, I can keep my body at a proper weight and keep healthy. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy. These things sound easy to do, but not many people can manage them. I think a strong will is necessary if we want to keep healthy.

　　通過飲食恰當和有規(guī)律的鍛煉，我可以保持我的身體在適當?shù)捏w重從而保持健康。通過花時間與我的朋友一起，我可以保持我的腦海清醒，以及我的身體快樂。這些東西聽起來很容易做到，但沒有多少人可以駕馭它們。我認為，如果我們想保持健康，堅強的意志是必要的。

　　Of all the teachers, I love my English teacher best. He is a very good teacher and about thirty years old. We all call him Mr Chu. He is not tall but a little fat. He is a man with a good sense of humour and always friendly to us. We all like him and his lesson. In his class, we feel very happy. He always makes his English lesson interesting. We know English is rather difficult to learn but in his class, we feel English is very easy, and also very interesting.

　　He often shows us how to learn English well. He asks us to listen, to read, to say and to write. After class, we always talk with him in English. He even lends English books to us. If we have difficulty in understanding, we can go and ask him. He is always happy to help us.

When Li Tong stayed at home, Mr Chu went to her home and helped her with her lessons. Several days later, she was able to go back to school.

　　Each person whether rich or poor has his own difficulties, because life is not always full of smiles and flowers. So it is very important to have a correct attitude to face up the difficulties.

　　無論貧窮或是富有每個人都會遇到困難，因為生命中不全是微笑和花朵。因此面對困難的時候樹立正確的態(tài)度是非常重要的。

　　Different people have different views on it. Some people just want to evade and they haven't tried their best, so they can't achieve success in the end. But some people believe that “Failure is the mother of success”,they are confident and brave when they have difficulties. They choose to face up the difficulties with a smile and try their best to solve their problems. If they have troubles they'll discuss with their friends or family members.

　　不同的人有不同的態(tài)度。有的人只是想著逃避，不想著去努力，因此他們最后是不會成功的。但是有的人則是相信“失敗是成功之母”，當他們面對困難的時候是自信的、勇敢地，他們面帶微笑來迎接困難，并且盡最大努力去解決。當他們遇到問題的時候會跟朋友或者父母商量。

　　The right way to face up difficulties is to be confident and brave , Confront difficulties with confident and you will find the difficulties are not so hard as you thought. Try to solve the difficulties with brave and work hard , the difficulties will disappear and you will achieve success finally.

　　面對困難正確的方法是自信和勇敢!自信的去面對困難，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)困難并非你原先想的那么難;勇敢的面對困難并努力工作，困難將會消失,而你將取得成功。
