it’s important to learn english
english is widely used throughout the world. people use a language in one of three ways: as a native language, as a second language, or as a foreign language.
english is spoken as a native language by over three hundred million people in the united states, britain, australia, new zealand, canada, some caribbean countries and south africa. as a second language, english is necessary for official business, education, information and other activities in many countries, it is one of the few "working" languages of the united nations. so many people speak it as a second language. if you don't understand english, how can you know more about the world, how can you get more knowledge?
i know home was not built in a day. so i must strive to learn english. i firmly believe that my english will be very good if i make great efforts to learn from english.
