2.i have read your problem .---應(yīng)該是我收到了你的信后知道你的事情，直接用i have received your letter.就可以了。
3.but you must be very politely ,----提建議應(yīng)該用should 較好。另外be動詞后應(yīng)用形容詞，把politely改成polite.
4.i think you could write a letter for your mother. -----寫信給某人應(yīng)用to。
