i'm sorry to hear about your problems.and i do hope i could help you get through the hard time.
the first problem is that you said you studied hard but you couldn't get good grades.don't worry,i think your ways to study may be wrong,you can give yourself a goal and thay should make you get great progress in your study.
as for the problem that you often have headaches and feel sleepy,and you can't concentrate on your study.i think you are too stressed out to have a good rest at nights.make yourself relax seems like a good way for you.
the third problem is that you said your parents didn't understand you and they thought you were wasting time and you sometimes had arguments with them.why don't you have a family meeting and tell your parents your problem?that might help with your problem and make both your parents and you happy.
