it’s very important for us to keep healthy. we can’t study or work well without healthy body.
there‘re many ways to be healthy. first , it’s very necessary to have a healthy diet. you’d better eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. they are good for your health. second , we should keep taking exercise for at least an hour every day. it can not only build up our bodies but also reduce diseases.enough sleep is very important for us ,so we should go to bed early and get up early. staying up late is bad for our health. besides , we should wash our hands as often as possible.
in my opinion, it’s important to keep ourselves happy ,because people often say smiling makes people younger. what’s more ,you mustn’t drink wine or smoke .they are bad for your health.
