倫巴起源于古巴，是一種典型的強(qiáng)節(jié)奏舞蹈。它已經(jīng)成為所有拉丁舞中的經(jīng)典，現(xiàn)在很多基本動(dòng)作大都是那些用女性魅力展現(xiàn)出來的古老的故事。一套優(yōu)美的舞蹈編排中，總是含有“逗趣，追逐”的要素；男伴先是被引誘然后被拒絕。

倫巴由三種節(jié)奏組成：

guaguanc？ yamb？ comumbia 你是否覺得倫巴是展現(xiàn)女性魅力的，其實(shí)不是這樣的。實(shí)際上，倫巴是豐富的舞蹈，整個(gè)過程中，分為三個(gè)階段（當(dāng)然是在古巴）

在guaguanc？，男伴盡力想接近女伴，女伴則做出反應(yīng)（當(dāng)然是在舞蹈中）。在yamb？，女伴做出挑逗，但最終在收回時(shí)拒絕男伴。columbia 是后來發(fā)展起來的，并且只在幾個(gè)國家有人跳。

希望這樣分類將有助于倫巴的進(jìn)一步傳播，古巴音樂里的非洲節(jié)奏越多，無論是欣賞還是跳舞，都將是最好的。
