我在空軍雷達學院的一次演講稿
尊敬的首長們，親愛的戰(zhàn)友們：
大家好！今天我的演講主題是：科學發(fā)展觀在雷院。
科學發(fā)展觀是在準確判斷世界和中國發(fā)展大勢的基礎上形成和發(fā)展起來的，具有鮮明的中國特色和時代特征。他集中體現(xiàn)了當今世界和當代中國的發(fā)展變化對黨和國家工作的新要求，是繼續(xù)全面小康社會，發(fā)展中國特色社會主義的思想武器和行動指南。
隨著近幾年不斷開展深入學習實踐科學發(fā)展觀的活動，科學發(fā)展觀的要義已經(jīng)深入人心。不管是在經(jīng)濟上，還是科學教育上，科學發(fā)展觀都得到了很好的貫徹與落實。就我們大學生而言，最關心的莫過于學校教育。近幾年來，空軍雷達學院一直走在全軍的最前列。學院自1986年開始培養(yǎng)碩士研究生，1993年獲碩士學位授予權，1996年培養(yǎng)博士研究生，2003年獲博士學位授予權，2004年成立了博士科研工作站等等。同時，學院的建設也從未止步，雄偉的科研大樓拔地而起，美麗的燈光籃球場即將竣工，現(xiàn)代化的學生公寓即將落成，綜合性的體育館的競標也已落下帷幕�？傊瑢W院實現(xiàn)了教育、建設兩手抓，真正做到了有好又快的發(fā)展。
以人為本是科學發(fā)展觀的核心，而在這一點上雷院做的尤為突出�？哲娎走_學院在成立之處，條件不僅艱苦，教學環(huán)境也比較糟糕，沒有像樣的教學場所，可如今， 400米塑膠跑道，400米障礙訓練場，燈光籃球場，教學樓，實驗樓，指揮教學樓，電化教學樓，計算機中心，教育技術中心，雷達兵模擬訓練中心，教學實習工廠，圖書館，游泳館，射擊場，文化活動中心等等，都展現(xiàn)在我們面前。此外，學院的綠化帶也搞的非常出色，美麗的人工草坪，幽靜的小樹林，身處花園式的校園中，同學們的學習熱情高漲。這一切的一切，為空軍雷達學院向部隊輸送高素質人才打下了牢固的基礎。
伴隨著“三到一長期”活動的開展和“雪蓮”精神在廣大學員中的傳播，我相信空軍雷達學院在今后一定可以更好的深入實踐科學發(fā)展觀，我也堅信空軍雷達學院的明天會更美好！
