My grandparents live with us in this big house, too. Their rooms are on the third floor. On the fourth floor, there is a big balcony. I can play games, read books and chat with friends there.
I also have a big and nice garden. It is beside the big house. There are many flowers and vegetables in it. It has a big tree. In summer, I can sit under the tree with my family. 大家好， 很榮幸這學(xué)期由我來(lái)?yè)?dān)任一年級(jí)(1)/(2)/(3)班的英語(yǔ)老師。首先感謝大家在百忙之中來(lái)參加孩子小學(xué)階段的第一個(gè)家長(zhǎng)會(huì)。一年級(jí)小學(xué)生的入學(xué)，是孩子人生旅途中的一次重大轉(zhuǎn)折，學(xué)習(xí)生活也要發(fā)生很大的變化。為了讓孩子們盡快適應(yīng)校園的新生活。我們今天聚在這里，同各位家長(zhǎng)共同探討我們孩子的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)。希望在我們的共同努力下，我們的孩子能夠喜歡英語(yǔ)，并學(xué)好英語(yǔ)這門學(xué)科。
再次之前我想跟大家分享之前一個(gè)家長(zhǎng)的英語(yǔ)心得，他是這樣說(shuō)的：
十個(gè)孩子，九個(gè)對(duì)英語(yǔ)感興趣，八個(gè)能回家練習(xí)，但七個(gè)爺爺奶奶外公外婆覺(jué)得孩子太小，壓力太大，六個(gè)爸爸心疼寶貝太累沒(méi)時(shí)間玩耍，五個(gè)家長(zhǎng)感覺(jué)是額外開(kāi)支，四個(gè)沒(méi)時(shí)間接送嫌遠(yuǎn)停車不方便到處堵車，三個(gè)覺(jué)得以后要應(yīng)付考試再亡羊補(bǔ)牢也不遲，只有一個(gè)最后堅(jiān)持了下來(lái)，于是大家開(kāi)始羨慕這個(gè)孩子，說(shuō)他有天賦，愛(ài)學(xué)習(xí)，自覺(jué)又聰明，說(shuō)他英文真好，卻不知道這個(gè)孩子以及他的家長(zhǎng)在背后付出了怎樣的堅(jiān)持與努力!
時(shí)間會(huì)證明你的孩子正在與他身邊的同齡人慢慢拉開(kāi)差距，一滴墨水改變不了一盆清水的顏色，但已經(jīng)改變了它的本質(zhì)，因?yàn)槟愕倪x擇與堅(jiān)持將注定你的孩子與眾不同。
一、教材介紹
我們從一年級(jí)就開(kāi)始開(kāi)設(shè)英語(yǔ)課程，目的就是希望我們的孩子可以從小開(kāi)始接觸和掌握一門新的語(yǔ)言，為將來(lái)更好的學(xué)習(xí)和生活打下基礎(chǔ)。。
現(xiàn)在我手里所拿得就是孩子本學(xué)期要學(xué)習(xí)的英語(yǔ)課本。首先，我來(lái)介紹一下這本書的特點(diǎn)，上學(xué)期教材共分為10個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)模塊Moudle，一個(gè)復(fù)習(xí)模塊，四個(gè)單詞表，一個(gè)補(bǔ)充閱讀版塊以及一個(gè)綜合運(yùn)用實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目。每個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)模塊包括兩個(gè)單元，第一單元是語(yǔ)言呈現(xiàn)單元，第二單元是語(yǔ)言擴(kuò)展和語(yǔ)言練習(xí)單元，各個(gè)單元從單詞、對(duì)話、游戲、歌曲、歌謠等等都能夠吸引孩子的興趣，這樣安排遵循著少年兒童的認(rèn)知規(guī)律，由淺入深，由易而難，為孩子們循序漸進(jìn)地學(xué)習(xí)奠定基礎(chǔ)。也就是說(shuō)從現(xiàn)在開(kāi)始，我們必須要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念了：要把英語(yǔ)作為一門重要的科目來(lái)好好地學(xué)習(xí)。
英語(yǔ)也會(huì)和語(yǔ)文、數(shù)學(xué)一樣每學(xué)期進(jìn)行正規(guī)的考試和測(cè)試，實(shí)行滿分制。
三、 孩子的特點(diǎn)以及本期的教學(xué)舉措
一年級(jí)的孩子們年齡比較小大都在6歲，7歲，共性特征是特別喜歡玩，非常好動(dòng);注意力還不能穩(wěn)定持久，這個(gè)階段的孩子注意力一般能穩(wěn)定持續(xù)15分鐘——20分鐘左右;思維非常具體，容易受外界影響。但他們可愛(ài)，聰明，熱情，正處于掌握新語(yǔ)言的最佳階段。作為英語(yǔ)教師，我將盡職盡責(zé)，竭盡全力，通過(guò)豐富多彩，形式多樣，充滿趣味的教學(xué)活動(dòng)，多媒體課件等培養(yǎng)孩子們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，以最大限度的耐心來(lái)幫助我們的孩子養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。本期在教學(xué)上我打算從以下幾個(gè)方面入手：
1、 大英語(yǔ)課堂的學(xué)習(xí)
(1) 每日一句、每日歌謠的學(xué)習(xí)，除此之外，我還會(huì)添加一些比較經(jīng)典的英語(yǔ)歌曲的學(xué)習(xí)。
(2) 抓好教學(xué)主陣地
課堂是英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的主陣地，也是孩子真正學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)的場(chǎng)所。抓住課堂的40分鐘，孩子才可能扎實(shí)的掌握英語(yǔ)知識(shí)。因此，本期英語(yǔ)課堂我遵循以下原則:
1)培養(yǎng)孩子的自信心。學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的最終目的就是實(shí)用英語(yǔ)，也就是說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，對(duì)于起步學(xué)習(xí)的孩子來(lái)說(shuō)，培養(yǎng)孩子大膽的說(shuō)英語(yǔ)則是我們首當(dāng)其沖的任務(wù)。每學(xué)習(xí)一個(gè)單詞、句子或?qū)υ挾际窍茸尯⒆佣嗦?tīng)、多說(shuō)、多練。說(shuō)的對(duì)錯(cuò)都不是最重要的，開(kāi)口才是學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的良好開(kāi)端。我不想培養(yǎng)一個(gè)只會(huì)考試的機(jī)器，而是希望孩子真正掌握一門語(yǔ)言------那就是大膽、自信說(shuō)英語(yǔ)。
2)讓所有孩子都動(dòng)起來(lái)。每個(gè)孩子的性格、基礎(chǔ)、品行都不同，有的孩子參與的熱情特別高，回答問(wèn)題非常積極，有的把手舉得很高，有的站起來(lái)?yè)屩卮�，還有的為了回答問(wèn)題急得嗷嗷叫，還有少部分的孩子不敢舉手。但在每節(jié)課上我會(huì)給所有孩子回答問(wèn)題和展示自我的機(jī)會(huì)，做到一個(gè)都不能少，讓每個(gè)孩子的膽量、口語(yǔ)都能得到鍛煉。
2、 良好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)
(1) 養(yǎng)成良好的聽(tīng)讀習(xí)慣， 利用配套磁帶堅(jiān)持做到每晚聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)的習(xí)慣，鞏固并預(yù)習(xí)新知。
(2) 養(yǎng)成認(rèn)讀的習(xí)慣。要求孩子用手指著所學(xué)單詞、句子會(huì)讀。
(3) 養(yǎng)成背誦的習(xí)慣。對(duì)課本所學(xué)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行流利的背誦。達(dá)到一個(gè)量的積累。
四、 家長(zhǎng)配合
咱們家長(zhǎng)都很年輕，素質(zhì)也比較高，而且教育理念新，那么我想咱們對(duì)待孩子的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)也一定是很關(guān)心的。下面我給大家提幾點(diǎn)對(duì)提高孩子英語(yǔ)水平有幫助的建議。
1. 我們一年級(jí)英語(yǔ)書面作業(yè)較少，每天的家庭作業(yè)就是聽(tīng)磁帶、讀書、背書，這個(gè)作業(yè)做了沒(méi)有，做得怎么樣我們也沒(méi)有辦法檢查。所以我們家長(zhǎng)就是孩子英語(yǔ)作業(yè)的監(jiān)督者，督促孩子多聽(tīng)磁帶、多讀書，然后對(duì)孩子的情況做一簡(jiǎn)單的小結(jié)，簽上家長(zhǎng)的姓名，到校我們會(huì)根據(jù)大家的簽字給予孩子評(píng)價(jià)和鼓勵(lì)。這樣孩子在校和在家都能對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行鞏固和復(fù)習(xí)，長(zhǎng)此以往，他的英語(yǔ)興趣、口語(yǔ)、成績(jī)就都能有所進(jìn)步。
2、和孩子一起學(xué)英語(yǔ)。語(yǔ)文上提倡“親子共讀”,同樣英語(yǔ)也可以采用這個(gè)辦法。和孩子一起學(xué)英語(yǔ)，看英語(yǔ)節(jié)目，進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)對(duì)話，這都是對(duì)英語(yǔ)孩子英語(yǔ)興趣的培養(yǎng)，這比你買許多的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)資料，讓孩子自己去學(xué)的效果要好得多。不會(huì)英語(yǔ)的家長(zhǎng)你也不用擔(dān)心，你還可以讓孩子當(dāng)你的老師，來(lái)教你英語(yǔ)，這樣孩子在教的過(guò)程中又學(xué)了一遍，還有一種成功的心理體驗(yàn)。
3.準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)播放機(jī)(待定)和一個(gè)家庭作業(yè)本
我們現(xiàn)在就得打下良好的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)，才不會(huì)導(dǎo)致英語(yǔ)越學(xué)越難，通過(guò)以往對(duì)每屆學(xué)生觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)很多學(xué)生都是在同一起跑線上起跑的，但經(jīng)過(guò)兩三年的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生與少數(shù)學(xué)生之間可能會(huì)拉開(kāi)一定的差距。那相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)如果剛開(kāi)始沒(méi)有用心學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，那相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)，孩子以后會(huì)學(xué)得很累，將來(lái)的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)也是不難想象的。
希望我們雙方在寶貝們的基礎(chǔ)階段都能多投入一些，家長(zhǎng)的重視更會(huì)讓孩子增加信心，相信您的孩子會(huì)給予你更多的回報(bào)!
