A beautiful world
Hello:
everyone!Now I want to talk about a beatiful world!
When I was young,I always dreamed that I lived in a beautiful country. There were many flowers and trees around our city.We counld hear the birds singing and see the children dancing. The streets were clear and the the air was very fresh! How nice it was!But that only was a dream of mine!How I wish that it would be come true! So I think we should do something to protect our environment. Everyone should make a contribution to protect the environment.
Taking care of our environment is very important.Wherever you live,you can do something around your neighbourhood.
Have you ever thrown any litter onto the ground?Have you ever drawn pictures on public walls?Have you ever spat in a public place?Have you ever cut down trees?If your answers are "No",it means that you have already helped protect our environment.
It is our duty to keep our envionment clean and tidy. You might ask yourself,"Have I ever picked up some rubbish and thrown it into a dustbin?Have I ever collected waste paper or bottles for recycling?Have I ever planted any trees or flowers in or near my neighbourhood?"If your answers are"Yes",it means that you have already done something useful to improve the environment.
Now I want to say :Let`s do our best to make our world more beautiful!

for some creatures including human beings; the phenomena of EL Nino and La Nina leave the land with serious flood and drought, and the diseases, caused by pollution, are increasing at an incredible speed... Seeing all these facts, can we still ignore the counterattack of nature? We are not the masters of nature. Facing all the disasters made by ourselves, we, mankind as a whole should realize that we are just a normal member of the big family of nature. Any mistreatment towards nature will meet only with the revenge from her.
By saying so, I do not mean we should give a sudden stop to any development. Because that will result in a threat to the existence of human society. I mean we should treat nature equally, leaving the chance of existence and development to nature as we are obtaining the same thing, and thus we will get the situation of win-win.
I am very pleased to find that now more and more people, from every corner of the planet, have come to realize that harmony with nature is the only way to universal and continuous progress and prosperity. And I think that is why we come here from all over the country to discuss this topic today. I want to end my speech by quoting from Mr. Nixon. "Our destiny offers, not the cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity." The future is not ours to see of course. However, by seizing firmly the opportunities, by knowing clearly about ourselves, we, human beings, can doubtlessly achieve the real harmony with nature! Thank you.

大家好！
“兩個(gè)黃鸝鳴翠柳，一行白鷺上青天。窗含西嶺千秋雪，門泊東吳萬里船�！边@是唐代大詩人杜甫為我們描繪的一幅大自然與人和諧相處的畫卷，這幅畫卷是多么美好，多么令人神往！可是，如今在很多地方別說白鷺，就連麻雀的蹤影都難以尋覓！聽父輩們說，十年前在鄉(xiāng)下，麻雀以田地為家，以莊稼為伍，雖然它們也有吃稻谷的劣跡，但它們?yōu)橄麥缢暮Σ豢蓽�。不知何時(shí)，人們急功近利，為提高單位面積產(chǎn)量，大量施用農(nóng)藥滅害蟲，結(jié)果無辜的麻雀身受其害，死的死，逃的逃，從此就很難尋到麻雀的蹤影！昔日那種人與鳥共處，鳥聲啾啾的的美好景象成為一種記憶！取而代之的是寂寥的田野，及使用農(nóng)藥后帶來的種種后遺癥！
記得，在課文中我們讀到南朝梁代文學(xué)家吳均的《與朱元思書》，在這文章中作者以簡(jiǎn)練的筆墨為我們描繪了富春江的水之美：“水皆漂碧，千丈見底，游魚細(xì)石，直視無礙。急湍甚箭，猛浪若奔。……”富春江的水是這樣令人心旌搖蕩，長(zhǎng)江的水又何嘗不是這樣：“春冬之時(shí)，則素湍綠潭，回清倒影。絕讞多生怪柏，懸泉瀑布，飛漱其間”。星轉(zhuǎn)斗移，如今的長(zhǎng)江還是這樣靚麗嗎？“一江黃水向東流”是當(dāng)今長(zhǎng)江水的真實(shí)寫照。在重慶一帶，長(zhǎng)江的水就是蠟黃蠟黃的，含有大量泥沙。上海長(zhǎng)江入海口的地方，能看到的只是一江濁水。目前長(zhǎng)江的實(shí)際排污量，已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過了黃河和淮河。有些河流的江面，用垃圾池來形容恐怕也不為過。僅三峽庫區(qū)的生活垃圾堆存總量就達(dá)到了380萬噸，工業(yè)廢物堆存更超過了3000萬噸！汛期來臨的時(shí)候，后果不堪設(shè)想！由此可見，以犧牲自然環(huán)境為代價(jià)來發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)，是多么可怕！七年前的長(zhǎng)江洪水泛濫，近年來的沙塵暴，局部地區(qū)不斷出現(xiàn)的旱災(zāi)、水災(zāi)、泥石流，無不是大自然向人類發(fā)出的一張張黃牌警告。如果我們還置若罔聞，人類將招致滅頂之災(zāi)！還談什么奔小康，還講什么生活美好！亡羊補(bǔ)牢，為時(shí)未晚。針對(duì)生態(tài)遭到嚴(yán)重破壞的種種情形，中央及時(shí)提出了可持性發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略方針，果斷采取各種措施：封山育林，退耕還林，退牧還草，綠化荒山，治理污水，推廣沼氣池，清理河道、江道垃圾，關(guān)閉一個(gè)個(gè)污染嚴(yán)重的生產(chǎn)點(diǎn)。如：個(gè)舊市北郊的某有色金屬冶煉業(yè)廠，不僅是這個(gè)區(qū)的“搖錢樹”，也是個(gè)舊市心目中的寶貝。但因其污染的頑癥難以根治，去年，個(gè)舊市下了道“死命令”：所有冶煉企業(yè)先停產(chǎn)，誰先排污達(dá)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)誰先開工。據(jù)環(huán)保局部門的報(bào)告說，我州僅去年就關(guān)閉、勒令停產(chǎn)整頓30多家高能耗、高污染企業(yè)，且有十多個(gè)此類項(xiàng)目拒之門外，年減少GDP在一億以上。這些數(shù)據(jù)透露出一個(gè)信息：我州各級(jí)干部的發(fā)展觀念，已從過分追求GDP增長(zhǎng)轉(zhuǎn)到了以民為本，可持續(xù)發(fā)展上。經(jīng)過多方面的長(zhǎng)期治理，已初見成效：山綠了，水青了，江河之上又重新出現(xiàn)了百舸爭(zhēng)流的景象。昔日被污染的河流、湖泊正在返老還童，找回它們美麗的從前；“天蒼蒼，野茫茫，風(fēng)吹草地見牛羊”的美景，正走進(jìn)人們的視野！由此可見，只有人與自然和諧相處，生活才能真正美好！讓我們像愛護(hù)我們生命那樣去愛護(hù)大自然的一草一木，大自然才會(huì)善待我們！
我們想看到到青山綿亙、林壑尤美；我們還想看到高山之上，皆生寒樹，負(fù)勢(shì)竟上，互相軒邈；我們還想聽到泉水激石，泠泠作響，流水淙淙，清脆悅耳。多么希望
讓我們每個(gè)人都投身于環(huán)保的行列之中，讓我們每個(gè)人都成為環(huán)保的忠誠(chéng)衛(wèi)士，那樣，“好鳥相鳴，嚶嚶成韻。蟬則千轉(zhuǎn)不窮，猿則百叫無絕”的美麗景象，就會(huì)重新回到我們的生活中！
