　　for some creatures including human beings; the phenomena of EL Nino and La Nina leave the land with serious flood and drought, and the diseases, caused by pollution, are increasing at an incredible speed... Seeing all these facts, can we still ignore the counterattack of nature? We are not the masters of nature. Facing all the disasters made by ourselves, we, mankind as a whole should realize that we are just a normal member of the big family of nature. Any mistreatment towards nature will meet only with the revenge from her.

　　By saying so, I do not mean we should give a sudden stop to any development. Because that will result in a threat to the existence of human society. I mean we should treat nature equally, leaving the chance of existence and development to nature as we are obtaining the same thing, and thus we will get the situation of win-win.

　　I am very pleased to find that now more and more people, from every corner of the planet, have come to realize that harmony with nature is the only way to universal and continuous progress and prosperity. And I think that is why we come here from all over the country to discuss this topic today. I want to end my speech by quoting from Mr. Nixon. "Our destiny offers, not the cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity." The future is not ours to see of course. However, by seizing firmly the opportunities, by knowing clearly about ourselves, we, human beings, can doubtlessly achieve the real harmony with nature! Thank you.

　　When I was young,I always dreamed that I lived in a beautiful country. There were many flowers and trees around our city.We counld hear the birds singing and see the children dancing. The streets were clear and the the air was very fresh! How nice it was!But that only was a dream of mine!How I wish that it would be come true! So I think we should do something to protect our environment. Everyone should make a contribution to protect the environment.

　　Taking care of our environment is very important.Wherever you live,you can do something around your neighbourhood.

　　Have you ever thrown any litter onto the ground?Have you ever drawn pictures on public walls?Have you ever spat in a public place?Have you ever cut down trees?If your answers are "No",it means that you have already helped protect our environment.

　　It is our duty to keep our envionment clean and tidy. You might ask yourself,"Have I ever picked up some rubbish and thrown it into a dustbin?Have I ever collected waste paper or bottles for recycling?Have I ever planted any trees or flowers in or near my neighbourhood?"If your answers are"Yes",it means that you have already done something useful to improve the environment.

　　你們好!今天我演講的題目是《保護(hù)耕地，人人有責(zé)》。我自小生在農(nóng)村，長(zhǎng)在農(nóng)村，土地與我有著一種說不清、道不盡的親切感，我不敢說我能挑起振興中華之大梁，但我深深地覺得我屬于土地，我的事業(yè)扎根于土地。

　　俗話說，一方水土養(yǎng)一方人，是中國(guó)這方熱土養(yǎng)育了我們這群龍的傳人、炎黃的子孫。中國(guó)土地，就是我們的根，我們就是中國(guó)土地大樹上的綠葉。根深才能葉茂，正是汲取中國(guó)上下五千年沃土的營(yíng)養(yǎng)，才造就了我們中華兒女的智慧、勇敢與善良;反之，也只有我們每片綠葉都充分制造養(yǎng)料，作為對(duì)根的回報(bào)，中國(guó)土地之樹才會(huì)愈加壯大。

　　目前，我局正在學(xué)習(xí)“三個(gè)代表”重要思想。毛澤平，相信在座每位非常熟悉這一名字，一個(gè)平凡的基層土地管理人員，卻以不平凡的胸懷震撼著千千萬萬個(gè)人的心靈：作為一名農(nóng)村基層干部，毛澤平，他心里始終裝著老百姓，為幫助農(nóng)民解決生產(chǎn)、生活上的困難，為家鄉(xiāng)盡快脫貧致富，嘔心瀝血，鞠躬盡瘁;他始終保持勞動(dòng)人民本色，幾十年來工作崗位幾經(jīng)變動(dòng)，但敬業(yè)愛崗、吃苦耐勞、艱苦樸素的作風(fēng)始終不變;他始終牢記黨的理想信念，事事處處以共產(chǎn)黨員的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格要求自己，積極投身農(nóng)村“三個(gè)代表”重要學(xué)習(xí)教育活動(dòng)，累倒在訪民情、辦實(shí)事的崗位上。他的品德和行為，充分體現(xiàn)了我們黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，充分體現(xiàn)了共產(chǎn)黨人的高尚情操，充分體現(xiàn)了黨員干部努力實(shí)踐“三個(gè)代表”的不懈追求，具有強(qiáng)烈的時(shí)代特征。毛澤平走了，但他敬業(yè)愛崗、埋頭苦干;勤于學(xué)習(xí)、勇挑重?fù)?dān);堅(jiān)持原則、敢于碰硬;心系群眾、鞠躬盡瘁的先進(jìn)事跡和崇高精神依然活在我們心中。我想，不正是無數(shù)個(gè)像毛澤平一樣以身報(bào)效土地之根的綠葉，才使中國(guó)土地之樹生生不息嗎?今天，我們要以毛澤平同志為榜樣，學(xué)習(xí)他安心扎根山區(qū)，敬業(yè)愛崗、埋頭苦干的實(shí)干精神;學(xué)習(xí)他工作不計(jì)份內(nèi)份外，勤于學(xué)習(xí)、勇挑重?fù)?dān)的進(jìn)取精神;學(xué)習(xí)他時(shí)時(shí)處處以共產(chǎn)黨員標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格要求自己，堅(jiān)持原則、敢于碰硬的負(fù)責(zé)精神;學(xué)習(xí)他自覺實(shí)踐黨的宗旨，心系群眾、鞠躬盡瘁的奉獻(xiàn)精神。

　　“天下興亡，匹夫有責(zé)”。在這兒，我想說，“保護(hù)耕地，人人有責(zé)”。保護(hù)耕地，需要我們所有中華兒女的理解與支持;需要我們團(tuán)結(jié)一致，統(tǒng)一思想，增強(qiáng)耕地憂患意識(shí)，樹立愛土惜地觀念，養(yǎng)成“人人守土有責(zé)，代代惜地光榮”的社會(huì)新風(fēng)尚。發(fā)揚(yáng)文明用地，文明管地新風(fēng)，向土地傾注我們滿腔的赤子之愛。作為土管人員，我們更是義不容辭，我們應(yīng)該視局如家，以極大的熱情投身于土管事業(yè)，擔(dān)負(fù)起土管人員應(yīng)有的責(zé)任，在平凡的崗位上艱苦奮斗，樂于奉獻(xiàn)，敬業(yè)愛崗，公道正派，愛民如父，心系百姓，情暖蒼南;我們更應(yīng)該要無愧于中國(guó)土地之樹的一片綠葉。

　　朋友們!讓我們?yōu)榱酥袊?guó)土地之樹常青，為了中國(guó)土地——我們共同的根，而綠著生、綠著死吧!讓我們?cè)谛碌钠瘘c(diǎn)，新的層次上，以新的姿態(tài)，展示新的風(fēng)貌，刷新新的紀(jì)錄，創(chuàng)造新的成績(jī)，來報(bào)答中國(guó)土地對(duì)我們的養(yǎng)育之恩吧!謝謝大家!
