　　What is future?Every time I look at the stars in the sky,I ask myself.It's realy a hard question to answer it.The universe is boundless,we don't know where are we from and where shall we go.I stand there,at sea.

　　Last Sunday,there was a rain of meteors.I went to the belcony towait for their coming.Above my shoulder,it was the wind.Above the wind,it was the sky,huge and blue,with sparkling stars.Suddenly,a shooting star appeared.I hurried to pray for her happiness,staring at it.I wanted to pray for more,but it had already died out.I realised ,future is not carved on the meteors,but it's now,around us.

　　When a fortune-teller look at your palm,she'll tell you how your future will be like.That's a way you place your hope on.But it's not realistic.The future is the things and people around you.What you should do is to try to do everything well,don't care much about the results.Be kind to all the people around you,and love them.Although the world is not full of love,the life is not a bed of rose,you should sdick on your belief.When time passes,you'll find everything you do is worthwhile.

　　Years is glorious.Because no way you can stop time from elasping.How time flies!Just like the flowers in spring,the sunshine in summer,the moon in mid-autumn and the snow in winter.Maybe one morning you'll never wake up,you'll never see the sunrise or the sunset;you'll never see your sweatheart or talk to her,you'll never hear the sound of the nature or wander on the path among the trees,you'll never swim in the lake or climb the mountains.

　　Time is gold.Every minute is precious.We should make best use of it.Don't waste even one minute.Spend time in working,in laughing,in playing games and in loving.

　　Each of us has a kite flying in the sky,and we also have a string each.

　　Children's kite is childhood,the string is grown.

　　Lovers' kite is love,the string is daily life.

　　I have a kite,it is called dream,the string in my hands is reality.

　　The wind which makes kites fly is future.Kites are not free,but we still have power to control them and let them fly higher and higher.The string is in my hands,future is now in my hands.

　　Almost everyone knows the famous Chinese saying：A young idler，an old beggar. Throughout history，we have seen many cases in which this saying has again and again proved to be true.

　　It goes without saying that the youth is the best time of life，during which one's mental and physical states are at their peaks. It takes relatively less time and pains to learn or accept new things in a world full of changes and rapid developments. In addition，one is less likely to be under great pressure from career，family and health problems when young. Therefore，a fresh mind plus enormous energy will ensure success in different aspects of life.

　　Of course，we all know：no pains，no gains. If we don't make every effort to make good use of the advantages youth brings us，it is impossible to achieve any goals. As students，we should now try our best to learn all the subjects well so that we can be well prepared for the challenges that we will face in the future.

　　Back in the years when I was only six years old or so, I had my first taste of English. It seemed very strange to me. At the very beginning, I was not so interested in this strange language. Moreover, the English TV program always took time away from my cartoon shows. As a result, I started to hate English.

　　Time flies. Things completely changed at the end of my primary ['praim?ri] school life.

　　In the last exam of the whole primary school period, I did so well in English that I got a full mark. I found that I could do a perfect job in English if I put my heart on it. 　　非常感謝各位家長(zhǎng)朋友們能在百忙中抽出時(shí)間來(lái)參加家長(zhǎng)會(huì)!剛才班主任老師已和大家說(shuō)了班里的一些情況，為了讓您的孩子成為一名優(yōu)秀的小學(xué)畢業(yè)生，他們也提了一些建議和要求。下面我想利用這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，把我班學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)和對(duì)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)情況的了解來(lái)與各位家長(zhǎng)分享和探討。

　　這次期中考試試卷比較簡(jiǎn)單，班級(jí)最高分100/99，最低分64.5/26，平均分是90.6/87.3，具體的分?jǐn)?shù)家長(zhǎng)們已經(jīng)知道，不知道的可以到黑板上來(lái)看。應(yīng)該說(shuō)大部分學(xué)生都取得了進(jìn)步。

　　從學(xué)生的家庭作業(yè)可以看出我們的大部分家長(zhǎng)都非常重視孩子們的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)。能配合老師監(jiān)督孩子默寫(xiě)和讀書(shū)并簽好字，在這里我非常感謝你們的'理解和支持。因?yàn)榇蠹叶家庾R(shí)到英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)不論是對(duì)我們的日常生活還是升學(xué)來(lái)說(shuō)，都產(chǎn)生著重要的作用，有著重大的意義。但在成績(jī)面前我們也發(fā)現(xiàn)了學(xué)生中存在的一些問(wèn)題：

　　1、部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度不夠端正。他們對(duì)學(xué)英語(yǔ)是抱著無(wú)所謂的態(tài)度，可以說(shuō)得過(guò)且過(guò)，隔三差五還有拖欠作業(yè)的情況。

　　2.聽(tīng)力是學(xué)生的一個(gè)薄弱點(diǎn)。雖然我平時(shí)也很注重學(xué)生聽(tīng)力能力的培養(yǎng)，教給學(xué)生一定的聽(tīng)力技能和技巧，但是考試中暴露的問(wèn)題還不少。在今后的教學(xué)中我要加大聽(tīng)力的指導(dǎo)，告訴學(xué)生拿到試卷后，要根據(jù)題中的信息，預(yù)測(cè)將會(huì)涉及到的內(nèi)容，這樣可以減少記憶負(fù)荷，縮小信息范圍，消除緊張的心理，提高聽(tīng)的效率。

　　3.單詞辨音也是學(xué)生的一個(gè)薄弱點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵是一些學(xué)生的朗讀不過(guò)關(guān)，平時(shí)我每天布置的朗讀10-15分鐘英語(yǔ)一部分人能很認(rèn)真的完成，但還有少數(shù)學(xué)生沒(méi)有付諸行動(dòng)。

　　4.閱讀短文是學(xué)生的第三大弱項(xiàng)。閱讀在今后的升學(xué)考試，包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四、六級(jí)考試中都占有很大的分值。閱讀短文是檢查學(xué)生的理解和運(yùn)用知識(shí)能力，很多時(shí)候會(huì)遇到課外生詞，我發(fā)現(xiàn)很多學(xué)生懶得去查工具書(shū)，老師硬要交就亂寫(xiě)一通。

　　針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長(zhǎng)的配合和支持。

　　1、督促學(xué)生在家聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)磁帶，每周不少于1小時(shí)，最好能每天堅(jiān)持聽(tīng)10——15分鐘，這將對(duì)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)有很大幫助。

　　2、每天消化當(dāng)天所學(xué)的知識(shí)，不要積壓任務(wù)。因此每天回家都有背書(shū)任務(wù)。我會(huì)在每單元結(jié)束的時(shí)候組織默寫(xiě)，并要求學(xué)生帶回家給家長(zhǎng)過(guò)目。

　　3、請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)督促孩子在家里完成家庭作業(yè)，以免他們來(lái)學(xué)校在匆忙之中互相抄襲。有時(shí)的默寫(xiě)作業(yè)我也會(huì)煩請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)簽字，這也是為了給學(xué)生一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)壓力，讓他們知道父母會(huì)經(jīng)常檢查他們的作業(yè)本，一定要認(rèn)真寫(xiě)才行。家長(zhǎng)可以讓學(xué)生自己默寫(xiě)或者報(bào)中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在學(xué)生默完后，督促他們對(duì)著書(shū)本更正。我發(fā)現(xiàn)，我們的很多家長(zhǎng)都非常負(fù)責(zé)，他們已經(jīng)在這么做了，而且做得很好!

　　4、每一個(gè)單元都有閱讀的部分，并且附有課后習(xí)題。如果你的孩子英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)不是很好，可以督促他們先在家查字典，做適當(dāng)?shù)念A(yù)習(xí)。家長(zhǎng)可以幫孩子購(gòu)買(mǎi)工具書(shū)，如英漢詞典等，孩子在平時(shí)作業(yè)中遇到不會(huì)的可以查閱，這樣可以培養(yǎng)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)能力，同時(shí)也可增加孩子的課外閱讀量。

　　這一段時(shí)間教學(xué)任務(wù)緊，尤其是現(xiàn)在，到了總復(fù)習(xí)階段，作業(yè)量會(huì)適當(dāng)增加一些，可能孩子會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些煩躁心理或表現(xiàn)，希望我們家長(zhǎng)多教育引導(dǎo)孩子。總之，我和各位家長(zhǎng)有著共同的心愿，都想盡自己最大的努力去培養(yǎng)這些孩子。就讓我們一起努力，在最后的沖刺階段同甘共苦，成為孩子人生路上的良師益友，為他們的美好明天祝福吧。
