自從新學(xué)期開學(xué)以后，學(xué)生的精神面貌和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣等方面都有了較大的進(jìn)步。比如601班的鄭豐、602班的彭良等同學(xué)在紀(jì)律、學(xué)習(xí)、行為習(xí)慣等方面都有了很大的變化。每個(gè)班都表現(xiàn)出良好的班風(fēng)。但也有個(gè)別學(xué)生行為習(xí)慣不太好，如：上課有做小動作的習(xí)慣、課堂上不能大膽表現(xiàn)自己、說話隨便等問題。不過，我相信在以后的日子里這些不良的習(xí)慣他們會自覺改掉的。希望每一位家長時(shí)時(shí)處處看到自己孩子的成長和進(jìn)步，多表揚(yáng)、激勵(lì)，讓每個(gè)孩子都看到自己優(yōu)勢，認(rèn)識自我、表現(xiàn)自我，從學(xué)習(xí)活動中獲得成功的快樂。
一、共同關(guān)注的幾個(gè)問題：
這一時(shí)期的學(xué)生發(fā)展具有以下特點(diǎn)：
7—14歲年齡段上，教育學(xué)和心理學(xué)把這一階段稱為“少年期”這段時(shí)間上，心理和生理變化比較迅速，身心各方面都比較矛盾。父母要高度重視對這一關(guān)鍵期和危險(xiǎn)期的監(jiān)護(hù)和把關(guān)。這一時(shí)期他們精力充沛，好奇心強(qiáng)，任何事總想試一試，但他們的愿望與自己的實(shí)際能力是有很大的矛盾的，他們的獨(dú)立性增強(qiáng)了，總想擺脫對教師和家長的信賴，總認(rèn)為自己不是孩子了。有事不愿和父母及師長交流，處于一種半封閉狀態(tài)，和同齡人訴說又冒著曝光的危險(xiǎn)，所以他們感覺沒有朋友沒有人可以理解他們，他們的情感很脆弱，最容易沖動，做事也很莽撞，后果意識能力差，好奇是他們一生中的高峰。他們雖達(dá)不到辨析是非的能力，但很自信，自我抑制能力在這段時(shí)間最低。所以父母和老師，一定要加強(qiáng)教育和引導(dǎo)。
以下問題，我們已經(jīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)過幾次，但學(xué)校對學(xué)生的安全非常重視，所以，我們?nèi)砸Ｗゲ恍浮?/p>
1、安全問題：
主要存在兩大方面：
首先，交通安全。在校內(nèi)，要求學(xué)生單人靠右上下樓，不準(zhǔn)并行。不準(zhǔn)在樓梯內(nèi)逗留、擁擠、奔跑、打鬧。保證學(xué)生的安全。我們學(xué)校從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)到每一位教師都非常關(guān)注學(xué)生的安全，采取了許多措施盡量保障每一位學(xué)生安全。放學(xué)時(shí)，每班的正副班主任都把學(xué)生送到接送區(qū)。學(xué)生雖然在學(xué)校里的安全得到了保障，但是，學(xué)生在路上也可能出現(xiàn)問題。這就要求我們學(xué)校和家長共同教育，共同努力。比如：每天學(xué)生回家后可以問一問學(xué)生的情況。我們老師會經(jīng)常教育學(xué)生遵守交通規(guī)則，保證自身的安全。
其次，是飲食安全。學(xué)生亂買零食吃飲食安全也存在隱患。一些小商小販只顧自己賺錢，不顧食品衛(wèi)生和孩子的健康。孩子比較小，對于食物的選擇不加考慮，愿意吃什么就吃什么。一些孩子喜歡吃一些油炸食品，長期吃這種食物會造成身體的傷害。我們老師們經(jīng)常教育學(xué)生注意飲食衛(wèi)生，希望家長在家也囑咐孩子要注意飲食衛(wèi)生。孩子回到家，多讓孩子吃些水果。
3、學(xué)生上網(wǎng)問題。

我們在家庭內(nèi)要關(guān)注學(xué)生的健康發(fā)展。這次家長會，我主要談怎樣針對六年級學(xué)生的年齡特點(diǎn)來進(jìn)行教育和溝通。比如，在我校有的同學(xué)不聽家長和老師的勸告，上網(wǎng)吧去打游戲成癮，老師苦口婆心勸說多次，但無濟(jì)于事，學(xué)生與老師形成了對立。這就說明，現(xiàn)在的孩子有和父母、老師對著干的趨勢。所以，在教育上就要有較好的方法才行。
a。從語言上，不要說一些傷害學(xué)生自尊心的話。
比如：嚴(yán)厲苛刻類的話—“你不該這樣做！”“難道我沒有告訴你？”冷嘲熱諷類的—“你一點(diǎn)也不好”“你笨得像頭豬”一概否定類—“沒出息的東西”“一輩子你也做不好”人身攻擊類—“你有神經(jīng)病”威脅恫嚇類—“再不聽說，我就打死你”漠不關(guān)心類—“隨你便”。這些類似的語言都會極大地傷害學(xué)生的自尊心，把孩子引向你的對立面，與你對著干。

大文學(xué)家高爾基曾說過一句話“溺愛是誤入孩子口中的毒藥，如果僅僅是為了愛，連老母雞都能做到這一點(diǎn)�！蹦鐞凼且辉鄣捅灸艿膼�，真正的愛是理智高尚的愛，吃喝拉撒睡是愛，教子吃苦教子成材更是愛。
孩子在同樣的年齡段里，同時(shí)走進(jìn)同一所學(xué)校，在同樣的班級里就讀，授課的時(shí)間是相同的，教化環(huán)境是一致的，教則教規(guī)是一致的，然而接受教育的效果則是區(qū)別很大的，這種大優(yōu)大劣分化的原因。并不在于學(xué)校教育質(zhì)量，而在于家庭教育的配合上。所以只強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)校教育質(zhì)量，而不檢查自己家庭教育配合的家長，一定是教育知識空白的家長。如果這樣比喻，老師好比醫(yī)生，父母好比護(hù)士，學(xué)生好比住院的病人，醫(yī)生的主要任務(wù)是下藥，父母的護(hù)理是十分重要的。
建議家長建立平等的和諧的民主家庭，通過今天的分析交流能夠明白了家庭教育的重要性。最后以給家長十條建議的方式結(jié)束會議，也算是一個(gè)總結(jié)。
一、盡量表揚(yáng)孩子，孩子具有一定的自信心，才會肯去學(xué)習(xí)，要使孩子每天都感覺到他在學(xué)習(xí)上取得了一定的進(jìn)步，哪怕是改正一個(gè)缺點(diǎn)。
二、多關(guān)心孩子的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容和實(shí)際進(jìn)步程度，家長要多詢問孩子最近學(xué)習(xí)了什么掌握得如何等。
三、經(jīng)常給孩子制訂幾個(gè)容易達(dá)到的小目標(biāo)，這樣可以使孩子感覺到能夠做到，樹立孩子自信心，從而有利于孩子發(fā)揮出潛能。象摘果了一樣。

第一，課堂常規(guī)已經(jīng)初形規(guī)模，開學(xué)時(shí)候，許多孩子上課動來動去，也不知道老師的課堂口令是什么意思，現(xiàn)在課堂常規(guī)較好，孩子們跟著我，一個(gè)口令一個(gè)動作，清晰明白什么意思，公開課的時(shí)候我們班的英語課堂常規(guī)受到其他老師的全都好評。
其次，家庭學(xué)習(xí)到位。開學(xué)之初，很少有孩子回去會聽光碟或是按時(shí)聽光碟，現(xiàn)在許多孩子家庭學(xué)習(xí)特別棒的，每天回去按時(shí)完成我布置的作業(yè)，有的`小珍寶還提前就學(xué)習(xí)了下一單元，我在早晨晨間英語才一放下單元內(nèi)容，許多珍寶就已經(jīng)會唱了，讓我特別驚訝，家長協(xié)作特別好。
第三，學(xué)習(xí)英語愛好深厚。許多孩子從開頭不明白什么是英語課，到現(xiàn)在的深深愛上英語課。課前我才進(jìn)到教室，孩子們就已經(jīng)換好桌位，擺放好學(xué)習(xí)記錄本，等待老師進(jìn)來。課上我點(diǎn)名小組上來講臺展現(xiàn)的時(shí)候，要是沒點(diǎn)到其他組，他們就會有些絕望，都恨不得老師每次都點(diǎn)他們組，可見孩子們的學(xué)習(xí)愛好是很深厚的。還有好多好多的優(yōu)點(diǎn)我就不一一舉例說明白。
下面來說說還存在的一些問題，第一，部分孩子英語每日一句弄丟了，請家長詢問孩子并盡快拿同學(xué)的去復(fù)印并過塑，以免耽擱英語早讀。其次，周寄宿的孩子周末回家作業(yè)許多沒有完成，盼望家長回去周末讓孩子仔細(xì)聽讀光碟，仔細(xì)說英語，玩嬉戲，然后給孩子簽名。其次，還是作業(yè)問題，我們班大部分孩子完成作業(yè)比較好，部分家長沒有監(jiān)督好，間或簽名間或又不簽，我一檢查學(xué)習(xí)記錄本我就會知道的，所以請家長協(xié)作好我們的工作�，F(xiàn)在我們總校的五班級就是從一班級開頭學(xué)，到三班級轉(zhuǎn)常規(guī)課，整體孩子們的聽說讀寫力量要比三班級起點(diǎn)學(xué)英語的孩子要好許多，所以平常家長要監(jiān)督到位，每天聽光碟，說英語，玩嬉戲也好，這些都要協(xié)作好孩子完成，這是一個(gè)日積月累的工作，請我們急躁對待。
最終請家長協(xié)作我完成以下幾點(diǎn)：
一、每天監(jiān)督孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語，至少非常鐘；

今日主要跟大家聊聊孩子們五班級的英語學(xué)習(xí)狀況。相對四班級開講，有五分之三的家長會覺得孩子英語成果退步了。的確退步了，退步的緣由有很多，主要的緣由是：五班級內(nèi)容比四班級多了，要做的事多了，考得難了。但是一個(gè)學(xué)期下來應(yīng)當(dāng)也適應(yīng)了，仍舊不適應(yīng)的同學(xué)是自己拒絕適應(yīng)，要做的事情多了，他們就干脆不做了。不做是制約他們成果提高最大的敵人。
英語學(xué)習(xí)跟智力關(guān)系不是很大的，英語學(xué)習(xí)不像數(shù)學(xué)需要聰慧一點(diǎn)，規(guī)律思維力量強(qiáng)一點(diǎn)。英語也不像語文，課外閱讀必需豐富，上次六班級統(tǒng)考語文，考試內(nèi)容只有五分是書本上有的，其他的都是課外的。但是英語考試百分之九十是書本內(nèi)容，另外的百分之十其實(shí)也是跟書本相關(guān)的就是閱讀，平常也都教了方法的，所以英語考試是不會離我們課堂最近的，只要做好平�？荚囎屪龅氖虑�，考試是很難考砸的。
聽力30分，只要每次回家做《亮點(diǎn)給力》的聽力，多聽了自然就不會有聽不懂，太快了，來不及這些話說不來了�？墒敲看闻麄兊摹读咙c(diǎn)給力》，我發(fā)覺有一部分的同學(xué)是不做，或者是懵的。
選擇題10分就是和背誦課文內(nèi)容有關(guān)的，背出課文就能做選擇題。
詞匯包括按首字母填空，按中文提示填空，還有句型中的翻譯句子都是跟我們的默寫有關(guān)的，默不出來怎么考的出來，當(dāng)然也跟背誦課文相關(guān)，連詞成句就是課文中的句子。
所以不要小看我平常說的背誦課文，單詞表。但是背誦這種口頭作業(yè)會被很多人忽視。第七單元我已經(jīng)教了半個(gè)月了，課文一再督促，昨天才斷斷續(xù)續(xù)牽強(qiáng)過關(guān)。
詞匯還有寫出詞的適當(dāng)形式，句型還有改寫句子，他們是跟每個(gè)單元的語法相關(guān)的我們也總結(jié)了讓他們背誦，一條一條對著做就好了。我在他們四班級的時(shí)候就發(fā)了如何改寫句子的方法，先后不止發(fā)了六次，但是有同學(xué)還是背不出來。
最終一題是作業(yè)，平常我們也有做。
但是，這些事情都是要在課后完成的。有部分同學(xué)不去做這些事，導(dǎo)致考試總是考不好。所以帶來一個(gè)問題，我們怎么解決這個(gè)問題？
我們老師全都認(rèn)為不自覺的孩子還是需要家長您的協(xié)作的.！舉個(gè)例子，我們學(xué)校有個(gè)班級家長特殊協(xié)作，老師布置的事情，全班都能很好地完成的，不管是聽力，背誦默寫，我上次檢查了他們班的作業(yè)，作業(yè)齊全，字跡工整，正確率高，還有家長簽名。所以他們班的進(jìn)度比其他班級都要快一個(gè)單元，每次考試成果也明顯比其他班級高很多。
我們班為什么慢？默寫回去不認(rèn)真默，課上默寫錯(cuò)一大推，要花課堂時(shí)間訂正，課文過關(guān)又要花課堂時(shí)間，作業(yè)《亮點(diǎn)給力》訂正又要花課堂時(shí)間，像拖頭老黃年，很累，心更累！早上組長交作業(yè)4個(gè)班16個(gè)組長，每個(gè)組長都會說老師誰誰誰沒帶，誰誰誰遺忘做了，頭真的很大，滿滿的負(fù)能量。
家長可以給孩子供應(yīng)一個(gè)特地的桌子給他做作業(yè)，做完了把全部東西放進(jìn)書包怎么會有遺忘帶這件事？另外再麻煩家長檢查一下，不是口頭檢查，而是過目一下，抄寫默寫不用懂的，對比著看一下。背書讓他背一遍，不結(jié)巴就是對的，背不下去確定就不行的。
總而言之只要做好聽錄音，背誦課文單詞表，寫好作文，再加上課上認(rèn)真聽習(xí)題講解
所以每次考試沒有考好，我只能說你這個(gè)階段不夠努力。

the topic of my today’s lecture is better to teach a man fishing than to give him a fish ----cultivating good studying habits of students in english teaching.
school education is very important and useful. the students not only learn knowledge but also get an education. yet, no one can learn everything at school. the scientists, such as edison, newton, galileo and einstein, did not learn everything at school. they learned a lot of knowledge outside school or practice by themselves. a teacher, even he knows a lot, can’t teach his students everything. our job is to show our students how to learn, how to read and how to think. a good teacher with rich experience in teaching can teach his students the methods (ways) of study. through these methods the students are able to learn and get a lot of things by themselves.
since i became an english teacher over ten years ago, i have had a definite teaching thought: i teach my students not only english words and grammar but also methods of studying english by making full use of teaching materials so as to enable them to develop good studying habits bit by bit.

the first is how to preview before class. i call for my students to preview well before class which will be learned next class. for new words and phrases in text, students should not only practice spelling but also understand their meanings according to sentences and context. for texts and dialogues, students may understand them through the use of notes, reference books or dictionaries at hand, searching topic paragraph or sentence, then try doing exercises after class. of all these can help them to find problems or questions as well as master the points that are important and difficult in text, which might lighten the pressure of students in new classes. this is a kind of good studying habit and of method available of training the ability to teach themselves. we should call for our students to last for practicing in a consistent way. in doing so, good studying habits can be developed ultimately.

the third is how to review and summarize. i always call for my students to go over what they have learned that day so as to have deeper impressions of the key contents, just like to see the film in their brains. it is very useful to strengthen the memory and the knowledge they have learned. besides, after a week or a month, students should summarize the related knowledge, homework and analyze papers. this is also good habit of studying. only in this way, can the learned knowledge be completed. it is of great help to get different thinking abilities for students.
the fourth is attitudes towards homework of students. good attitudes towards homework should involve writing it earnestly and normally, and completing it independently during a definite period. we should consider the homework after reading and amending, not only find the mistakes, including the spelling mistakes, but also analyze the reasons. i also together my students set up archives for mistakes and sum up all different types in order not to make the same mistakes during studying. keeping on doing as that until they form a habit. it can not only improve the students’ practical english level, but also help them to analyze and solve the problems.
besides that, reading and reciting is one of the effective methods to english studying. as we all know, reading is a way to input the information. during the reading, the movements of mouth and tongue can be reflected in brain and become mechanical memory, which is very useful to memorize the words and expressions. in this way, we can not only train the instinctive feel for the language of the students, but also increase the process of turning the language accumulation into the language application. this is just the goal for input. so in my english teaching, i often guide the reading and reciting to make the students have good memorial habit and develop their abilities to read and write.

thirdly, to be a teacher we need to know what responsibility is. as everyone knows, the chinese boy, hong zhanhui is one of the man who moves china. he began to rear his little sister since he was 13, the age at which we enjoy mother’arms. without parents, he has to earn enough money for their life while he is studying at the same time. everyday, carrying his sister on his back, he went to school through miles path. when somebody asked him why he should kept doing this. he replied briefly:” this is my responsibility! ” from his story, we know that responsibility is not an easy thing. is only what hong zhanhui done can be called responsibility? of course no. everyone has his responsibility and responsibility exists everywhere in everyone’s daily life especially we teachers’.

一、聽力練習(xí)方法建議
1、根據(jù)個(gè)人英語掌握程度，選擇難度適中，語速適當(dāng)?shù)穆犃Υ艓А?/p>
2、選擇心情舒適的時(shí)候進(jìn)行聽力練習(xí)，效果更佳。聽力最佳時(shí)間為早上9點(diǎn)至10點(diǎn)，下午4點(diǎn)至5點(diǎn)，晚上8點(diǎn)至9點(diǎn)，這些時(shí)段記憶力最好，工作效率最高。
3、挑選自己喜歡的英語磁帶練習(xí)，建議選擇趣味性強(qiáng)，故事性強(qiáng)的聽力材料。比如：英語童話故事，世界名著（簡單版）等。
二、口語練習(xí)方法建議
1、首先要掌握基本日常用語，詞匯和短語，以初中到高中學(xué)習(xí)詞匯為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，大約6000詞匯，300短語。另外這些只是最基本的詞匯掌握量，若要脫口而出，還需掌握最少四級詞匯。
2、一般買英語磁帶都配有磁帶讀物，比如上面說到的英語童話故事和世界名著。磁帶作為聽力練習(xí)，讀物作為練習(xí)口語閱讀練習(xí)，配合磁帶來糾正自己的發(fā)音，一舉兩得。
3。若有機(jī)會在城市碰到老外，可以邀請他們和自己留影，只要留影就OK了，如果詞匯不足，不要深談。這樣可以鍛煉膽量和口語呢。我和老外是這么說的：
