Ladies and gentlemen:
Good afternoon!
Its my great honor to come to East China Normal University to attend the opening ceremony of “ Master of Education Program for Developing Countries” in this most beautiful Autumn season. On behalf of Ministry of Education People`s Republic of China, Please allow me to extend my warmest welcome to all participants coming from afar.I would also like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to ECNU for their hard work.I `d also like to say a big thank you to the Ministry of Commerce for their tremendous support and guidance without which this program will not be possible.
Nowadays ,developing countries are playing an increasingly important role in the international community.China, along with other developing countries has actively engaged in multipolarizing of world political patterns, democratizing international relations, establishing new international order of justice and fairness, boosting world economy and settling global issues. Being a member of family of developing countries,China attaches significant importance to traditional friendship and bilateral relations with other developing countries.To strengthen cooperation and nurture the talent for them in the field of human resources,we have run “Master of Public Administration Program for Developing Countries ” since and has received wide praise and recognition.
In addition to that program ,the ministry of Education and Ministry of Commerce have decided to launch “Master of Education program for developing countries” in 20xx.The first session of this program is specifically designed for developing countries in Africa with the aim to help these nation to train intermediate and high senior educational administrators.
Nowadays ,development is top priority for each country.Education is the foundation stone of a nation`s revitalizaton and social
development ,playing an essential role in social and economic development. the recently released “China`s National Plan for Medium and Long—term educational reform and development” lays out the direction of Chinese Education for the next ten years, demonstrating Chinese government`s resoluation in building China into strong country of human resources .Being educational administrators from different countries and different institutes with great potential leadership,each of you must have you own perspective and insights into education.In this sense,this program provides us with a fascinating opportunity to share among us these valuable experience.
East China Normal University is a both nationally and internationally recognized comprehensive research university in China,particularly renowned for its excellence in teacher-training.It has nurtured numerous competent teachers and disdinguished educators.I am pretty confident that with the substantial support of ECNU,this program is absolutely going to be a huge success.
There are a few points I would like you to highlight here.Firstly,I hope you could adapt to this new environment and new role as a student as soon as possible , follow the syllabus and course design, study hard and involved in practice session actively; secondly, I hope you make as many Chinese friends as you can so as to have a better understanding of China and Chinese people`s desire for peaceful development.thirdly,I hope you could combine what you learn with the actual situation and your work back in your home country and share with us your experience.
Finally ,I would like to wish each of you a fruitful and rewarding study and and enjoyable stay in China.

今年7月份，國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局頒布了《食品用包裝容器工具等制品生產(chǎn)許可通則》和《食品用塑料包裝容器工具等制品生產(chǎn)許可審查細(xì)則》，正式啟動(dòng)對(duì)食品包裝容器工具等制品全面實(shí)施市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入制度。這是國(guó)家繼實(shí)施“食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入”制度后，針對(duì)食品行業(yè)質(zhì)量、安全方面的又一重要舉措。說(shuō)明國(guó)家對(duì)食品質(zhì)量安全的高度重視，表明國(guó)家維護(hù)食品質(zhì)量安全的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)決心。作為食品行業(yè)中的一員，可口可樂(lè)（中國(guó)）飲料有限公司對(duì)此表示由衷的歡迎和積極的支持！
隨著科技的進(jìn)步和食品工業(yè)的發(fā)展，各種各樣的食品包裝材料得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。如今，預(yù)包裝食品已經(jīng)滲透到世界的各個(gè)角落，與廣大消費(fèi)者的日常生活息息相關(guān)。而食品包裝又與食品的質(zhì)量安全密不可分�？梢哉f(shuō)，在當(dāng)今社會(huì)，沒(méi)有優(yōu)質(zhì)安全的食品包裝，消費(fèi)者就不可能享受到優(yōu)質(zhì)安全的食品。因?yàn)榘b材料的質(zhì)量安全直接影響到其包裝食品在內(nèi)的品質(zhì)和衛(wèi)生狀況，進(jìn)而影響到廣大消費(fèi)者的身體健康。為此世界各國(guó)政府都結(jié)合本國(guó)或本地區(qū)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，對(duì)食品包裝的安全性管制采取審慎而積極的做法。近幾十年來(lái)，伴隨中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，中國(guó)社會(huì)也經(jīng)歷著深刻的變革。在經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期，受資本積累的利益驅(qū)動(dòng)。個(gè)別企業(yè)、個(gè)別人惘顧國(guó)家法律法規(guī)，喪失基本的道德規(guī)范，以次充好、以假充真。甚至有些做法危害到了消費(fèi)者的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。
這些與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不和諧的現(xiàn)象在整個(gè)食品行業(yè)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域都或多或少的存在。加上方方面面的管理滯后。因此近期出現(xiàn)一些食品安全方面的問(wèn)題是不奇怪的。但值得欣慰的是國(guó)家有關(guān)政府部門(mén)本著對(duì)人民負(fù)責(zé)的精神，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)了這些不和諧的現(xiàn)象，并積極采取措施加強(qiáng)管理，維護(hù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展秩序，保護(hù)人民群眾的根本利益。近兩年來(lái)國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局關(guān)于加強(qiáng)食品及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)許可管理的一系列措施，正是國(guó)家要從根本上解決問(wèn)題的具體體現(xiàn)。我們認(rèn)為對(duì)食品包裝的生產(chǎn)實(shí)施市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入制度，對(duì)該行業(yè)的規(guī)范化管理具有劃時(shí)代的意義。在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)階段，適當(dāng)?shù)男姓深A(yù)是有利于維護(hù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)健康發(fā)展的。我們相信這一制度的實(shí)施必將推動(dòng)食品包裝行業(yè)的規(guī)范化發(fā)展，保護(hù)正當(dāng)食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的合法利益，從根本上保護(hù)廣大消費(fèi)者的身體健康。
可口可樂(lè)公司作為世界上最大的飲料公司進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)到明年就有80年了。我們?cè)谥袊?guó)的產(chǎn)品到今天為止涵蓋碳酸飲料、果汁飲料、茶飲料、瓶裝水、咖啡和植物飲料等多種飲料門(mén)類(lèi)。由于不同產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工藝不同，其對(duì)包裝材料的要求也各不相同�？煽诳蓸�(lè)公司有著全世界最嚴(yán)格的.各種包裝材料質(zhì)量要求以及對(duì)包材供應(yīng)商的認(rèn)可制度。我們高興的看到，今天在座的許多首批獲證企業(yè)就是我們認(rèn)可的包材供應(yīng)商。
而且我們是親眼見(jiàn)證了這些優(yōu)秀的食品包裝企業(yè)在中國(guó)的成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程�？煽诳蓸�(lè)在中國(guó)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)告訴我們，食品企業(yè)與食品包裝企業(yè)是相互依賴(lài)，共存共榮的關(guān)系。作為食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，我們希望有更多的食品包裝供應(yīng)商盡早取得生產(chǎn)許可證，成為新制度的受益者。同時(shí)也希望有更多的食品包裝企業(yè)積極參與到國(guó)家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)以及技術(shù)規(guī)范的制定過(guò)程中，諫言獻(xiàn)策，支持政府部門(mén)為規(guī)范行業(yè)管理所作的各項(xiàng)努力。另外，作為食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，我們堅(jiān)決執(zhí)行國(guó)家的有關(guān)法律法規(guī)。嚴(yán)格依法采購(gòu)有證企業(yè)的包材產(chǎn)品。在現(xiàn)階段，對(duì)獲證企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品可給予有限考慮。

很高興能在今天的20xx年中國(guó)（廣州）國(guó)際時(shí)尚周新聞發(fā)布會(huì)——中國(guó)E時(shí)尚峰會(huì)上，再次與各位新老朋友交流、探討關(guān)于時(shí)尚這樣一個(gè)永恒的話(huà)題。
20xx年中國(guó)（廣州）國(guó)際時(shí)尚周是廣州時(shí)尚界最為著名和最有影響力的時(shí)尚盛會(huì)，經(jīng)過(guò)前三屆的演繹，已在中國(guó)建立起強(qiáng)勢(shì)文化平臺(tái)的盛譽(yù)。
“時(shí)尚周”呈現(xiàn)出產(chǎn)業(yè)整合度高、參與范圍廣、媒介關(guān)注率高、消費(fèi)者互動(dòng)介入等綜合特點(diǎn)。
今年的中國(guó)（廣州）國(guó)際時(shí)尚周視“創(chuàng)新中國(guó)時(shí)尚”為己任，旨在“把廣州建設(shè)成創(chuàng)新型時(shí)尚國(guó)際大都市”，使廣州成為未來(lái)國(guó)際時(shí)尚大都市，全國(guó)的時(shí)尚中心。

20xx年，廣州服裝設(shè)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)開(kāi)始整合時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)，率全國(guó)之先打造全線(xiàn)的時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)群，涵蓋服裝、皮具皮革、美容美發(fā)化妝品、金銀珠寶首飾等。
20xx年，廣州服裝設(shè)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)又開(kāi)始打造“佛山童裝”區(qū)域品牌，推出一系列服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，強(qiáng)化服裝名城概念，加快了當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程。
20xx年策劃了“時(shí)尚名師耀羊城”粵港著名時(shí)裝設(shè)計(jì)師作品發(fā)布，這是“9+2”的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式下形成的一個(gè)時(shí)尚圈，對(duì)廣州的時(shí)裝產(chǎn)業(yè)甚至廣州時(shí)尚產(chǎn)業(yè)提供一個(gè)相互交流，相互學(xué)習(xí)的平臺(tái)。
對(duì)于消費(fèi)者，我們投入極大的關(guān)注，因?yàn)檎悄切⿲?duì)時(shí)裝藝術(shù)有著絕對(duì)品位的時(shí)尚人，他（她）們的消費(fèi)行為正累積著時(shí)尚發(fā)展的動(dòng)力資源。是他們，真正與創(chuàng)造者——我們的設(shè)計(jì)師一起影響著時(shí)尚的深度與時(shí)尚的進(jìn)程……”
廣州服裝設(shè)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)在不斷地完善中也提出新的主張：創(chuàng)新是時(shí)尚之本，時(shí)尚總是以領(lǐng)袖的風(fēng)范出現(xiàn)，對(duì)時(shí)代提出自己的命題和詮釋?zhuān)瑫r(shí)尚引領(lǐng)者必須站在時(shí)代的最前沿，倡導(dǎo)時(shí)尚精神、創(chuàng)造新的時(shí)尚。
在此次時(shí)尚周期間，首屆中國(guó)E時(shí)尚峰會(huì)的召開(kāi)，是第一次將時(shí)尚與科技元素相結(jié)合的偉大創(chuàng)舉，具有劃時(shí)代意義。使科技和時(shí)尚更緊密的聯(lián)系在一起，形成時(shí)尚大科技的產(chǎn)業(yè)圈。

Good morning to you all. On this sunny and unforgettable day, we gladly welcome you to our grade 12’s graduation ceremony.
Two years ago, when we first came to this program and began our three years of high school education. It was your enthusiasm that influenced us, giving us the heart to keep moving forward; it was your encouragement that motivated us, encouraging us to persevere. It was your high spirits that encouraged us, and pointed us in the right way. It was your harmony that united us, urging us to stand our ground and charge fearlessly forward.
Three years, 36 months(thirty-six), 1095 days(one thousand and ninety-five), 26280 hours(twenty-six thousand two hundred and eighty), 1576800 minutes(1 million five hundred and seventy-six thousand eight hundred), 94608000 seconds(ninety-four million six hundred and eight thousand). In the up-coming year, we will follow your footsteps, and will never give up creating what will be our very own miracle. Millions of the chimneys of the fActories Are pouring heAvy smoke into Air,which cAuses serious Air polution. A lArge Amount of wAste wAter from fActories pollutes wAter ,mAking the rivers fishless And our wAter unfit to drink And swim in. Further more,A lot of trees hAve been cut down without proper plAns.,which continues to the soil being wAshed AwAy. It seems thAt we reAlly hAve no cleAn plAce to live in.
The pollution is so serious thAt we hAve to find effective solutions to it. As fAr As I'm concerned , the goverment should pAss lAws to reduce poiiuted Air. Some meAsures should be tAken to purify the wAter bsfore it is poured into the rivers or seAs. We should plAnt more trees to keep the soil in plAce.
