　　首先感謝學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給予我與各位班主任交流工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的機(jī)會(huì)，對(duì)于我而言，這次交流更像是一次學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)。擔(dān)任班主任是一項(xiàng)光榮而艱巨的工作，坐在這里的每一位曾經(jīng)擔(dān)任過(guò)班主任的老師都應(yīng)該有深刻的體會(huì)，因?yàn)槲覀兌荚��?jīng)歷過(guò)摸索、探求、失敗和成功。作為一個(gè)班主任，我也有著深刻的體驗(yàn)，班級(jí)管理涉及方方面面，而學(xué)生的思想又變化萬(wàn)千。特別是二十一世紀(jì)的孩子們，個(gè)性鮮明，見(jiàn)多識(shí)廣，思維靈活。在我從事班主任工作的四年中，我不僅學(xué)到了很多知識(shí)，也有了很多心得體會(huì)。今天在這里與大家交流，希望能夠得到大家的批評(píng)指正。

　　1、工作要有責(zé)任心

　　只有有責(zé)任心的班主任，工作才會(huì)實(shí)抓實(shí)干，才能管理好班級(jí)。

　　2、工作要細(xì)心

　　只有關(guān)心細(xì)微之處的班主任，才能及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的點(diǎn)滴進(jìn)步，及時(shí)給予肯定和表?yè)P(yáng)，促使學(xué)生的進(jìn)步得到認(rèn)可，并激發(fā)他們養(yǎng)成良好習(xí)慣的動(dòng)力。只有關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié)的班主任，才能及時(shí)察覺(jué)學(xué)生的不良行為，并即時(shí)進(jìn)行批評(píng)和教育，早期消除不良行為的苗頭。同時(shí)，也只有細(xì)心的班主任，才能制定出詳盡的規(guī)章制度，讓學(xué)生在每天、每時(shí)、每刻都有明確的行為準(zhǔn)則和約束，使之成為他們行為的指導(dǎo)和依據(jù)。

　　班主任工作不是一朝一夕的工作，而是一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期的工作。這一點(diǎn)主要體現(xiàn)在后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化教育工作上。每個(gè)班級(jí)都有一些相對(duì)落后的學(xué)生，只要班主任把后進(jìn)生教育好了，班級(jí)管理工作就有效了。但是，要完成后進(jìn)生思想的轉(zhuǎn)變，行為習(xí)慣的轉(zhuǎn)變，卻并非易事。因此，我們班主任也要學(xué)會(huì)打“持久戰(zhàn)”。

　　4、把握幾個(gè)尺度。

　　一、管與放的尺度

　　作為一個(gè)班主任，管理工作應(yīng)該是最重要的事情，但是需要注意到我們管理的對(duì)象是成長(zhǎng)中的學(xué)生。在實(shí)際工作中，班主任可以負(fù)責(zé)很多方面的管理，從學(xué)生的日常行為規(guī)范、著裝，到他們的思想發(fā)展、前途規(guī)劃，以及班級(jí)的建設(shè)與發(fā)展。許多班主任都非常熱情，他們親自參與班級(jí)工作，早晚跟著學(xué)生，無(wú)所不管，有時(shí)甚至扮演著"管家"、“警察”或“保姆”的角色。這種管理方式確實(shí)有其優(yōu)點(diǎn)，因?yàn)榘嘀魅我恢备�著學(xué)生，如果擁有足夠的時(shí)間和精力，并且堅(jiān)持三年如一日，班級(jí)的狀況絕對(duì)不會(huì)變差。但是這種管理方式是最沒(méi)有技術(shù)含量的，它的最大問(wèn)題在于管得過(guò)多過(guò)死，容易造成學(xué)生過(guò)于依賴(lài)，創(chuàng)造力和獨(dú)立性差，缺乏自我教育和自我管理的能力。最明顯的表現(xiàn)就是，當(dāng)班主任在場(chǎng)時(shí)，學(xué)生一個(gè)樣子，但班主任離開(kāi)后，學(xué)生又是另一番模樣。這樣培養(yǎng)出來(lái)的學(xué)生在大學(xué)里的發(fā)展空間會(huì)受到限制。同時(shí)，這種管理方式也容易讓班主任陷入瑣事之中，導(dǎo)致精疲力竭，不利于他們自身的提升和發(fā)展。

　　陶行知先生主張，“教是為了引導(dǎo)學(xué)生自己去學(xué)習(xí)”，魏書(shū)生老師也認(rèn)同“管是為了讓學(xué)生自己去管理”。從根本上說(shuō)，他們的思想是要充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生在教育管理中的主體作用，實(shí)現(xiàn)“自我管理與指導(dǎo)相結(jié)合”。

　　我認(rèn)為班主任在管理班級(jí)時(shí)承擔(dān)著重要的責(zé)任。具體而言，班主任需要關(guān)注以下幾個(gè)方面：首先，制定班級(jí)的長(zhǎng)期目標(biāo)，確定班級(jí)工作的整體思路；其次，培養(yǎng)一支強(qiáng)大而有能力的干部隊(duì)伍，并進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督；再次，積極開(kāi)展對(duì)個(gè)別學(xué)生和全體學(xué)生的思想工作，提高班級(jí)的凝聚力和向心力；最后，協(xié)調(diào)各方面的關(guān)系，形成教育合力。

　　而該放的要堅(jiān)決放手，學(xué)生能干的，班主任堅(jiān)決不要干。在做好以上工作的同時(shí)，班主任要大膽放手，把一些具體事務(wù)派下去，建立層次分明的立體型管理體系，如主題班會(huì)、每天的教室清潔、課間操甚至一些大型的活動(dòng)等等。班主任要充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生積極主動(dòng)性，分工授權(quán)，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生參與管理，逐步鍛煉和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自我教育和自我管理能力。但涉及到班級(jí)整體氛圍、班風(fēng)的事我是嚴(yán)格關(guān)注的，因?yàn)槲艺J(rèn)為這是大事兒。 總之，管大放小，管主放次，授權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)，分層管理，既有利于班級(jí)的建設(shè)與發(fā)展，又有利于學(xué)生個(gè)性完善、能力的提高。

　　二、活與靜的尺度

　　一個(gè)班級(jí)活躍的氛圍很好，但是也不能過(guò)于活躍，這就需要班主任具備駕馭這種氛圍的能力和恰到好處的把握。常有教師抱怨自己班上的學(xué)生不夠踏實(shí)，雖然課堂氣氛很活躍，但一到考試就表現(xiàn)不佳，我認(rèn)為這是度的問(wèn)題。

　　在班級(jí)管理中，我認(rèn)為有三個(gè)方面非常重要：第一是課堂氛圍。我的第一個(gè)班級(jí)是20xx級(jí)的8班，在這一點(diǎn)上我感覺(jué)我是失敗的，上課有點(diǎn)沉悶。當(dāng)老師提出問(wèn)題時(shí)，明明很多學(xué)生都知道答案，卻不愿意說(shuō)出來(lái)，導(dǎo)致課堂上的情緒無(wú)法提升，影響了課堂效率。為了改善這一點(diǎn)，我在帶上一屆的20xx級(jí)這個(gè)班時(shí)采取了兩個(gè)我認(rèn)為比較有效的措施來(lái)營(yíng)造良好的課堂氛圍。首先，在上課開(kāi)始時(shí)，要求學(xué)生向老師充滿(mǎn)激情地問(wèn)好，這是一個(gè)良好的開(kāi)端。可以想象，高亢的問(wèn)候聲既可以調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的激情，也可以激發(fā)老師的激情。其次，建議年級(jí)統(tǒng)一要求課桌上不能堆放過(guò)多的書(shū)籍，這樣不想?yún)⑴c課堂的學(xué)生就無(wú)處可躲，能夠有效地調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生參與課堂的積極性。特別是在高三年級(jí)，這一點(diǎn)尤為有效。第二個(gè)必須要注意的方面是各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的活躍性。對(duì)于這一點(diǎn)，我認(rèn)為大膽地放手讓學(xué)生去完成可以有效激發(fā)學(xué)生的參與熱情和積極性。在玩耍的時(shí)候要盡情享受，充分發(fā)揮自己的水平。例如，在運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)時(shí)，我從來(lái)不主張學(xué)生僅僅專(zhuān)注于學(xué)習(xí)。我的要求是盡情參與，沒(méi)有項(xiàng)目的可以擔(dān)任拉拉隊(duì)員，或者從事服務(wù)工作。如果實(shí)在沒(méi)有其他任務(wù)，也可以當(dāng)觀眾。我告訴學(xué)生們，如果你總是坐在那里學(xué)習(xí)寫(xiě)作業(yè)，從小方面說(shuō)你就是不積極不關(guān)心集體，從大方面說(shuō)你是自私自利影響班級(jí)團(tuán)結(jié)。大型活動(dòng)是檢驗(yàn)和提高一個(gè)班級(jí)凝聚力的最佳機(jī)會(huì)，因此班主任一定要重視，不能因?yàn)榕碌⒄`學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間而有意避開(kāi)或表現(xiàn)不積極，特別是在班級(jí)建立之初。第三個(gè)，也是最重要的一點(diǎn)，就是學(xué)生的性格活躍。學(xué)習(xí)是學(xué)生最重要的任務(wù)，但學(xué)習(xí)并不是唯一的'任務(wù)，而且學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)也不是孤立影響的，它由很多方面共同決定。特別是班主任在宏觀把握上不能只關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)高低。如果班上的學(xué)生沒(méi)有良好的心態(tài)和開(kāi)朗的性格，我認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)效果會(huì)大打折扣。這就要求老師善于引導(dǎo)，在及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)一些跡象的時(shí)候能夠及時(shí)解決。特別是在與學(xué)生談心的時(shí)候，不要總是強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)習(xí)，可以多談?wù)勊�的特長(zhǎng)，適當(dāng)指出他的問(wèn)題，讓他覺(jué)得自己并不是一無(wú)是處，只需要堅(jiān)持一下、多一點(diǎn)努力就可以做得更好。

　　一個(gè)班級(jí)除了活，還離不開(kāi)靜，靜不能等同于死，我在班級(jí)管理中一直高調(diào)的提倡兩個(gè)靜字(到過(guò)我們班教室的老師可能都看到過(guò)，我們班教室的兩側(cè)墻上一直的掛著兩個(gè)“靜”字)：第一個(gè)靜是學(xué)習(xí)的心態(tài)要靜，人只有在心平氣和的情況下才能有更高的效率，在這方面，我一直對(duì)學(xué)生說(shuō)，在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中，尤其是在自習(xí)時(shí)間，要能像僧人一樣能夠“入定”，學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中不能像一只兔子，外面的任何風(fēng)吹草動(dòng)都可以警覺(jué)的，這樣是不可能搞好學(xué)習(xí)的，在這方面我對(duì)學(xué)生提出了一個(gè)要求，很簡(jiǎn)單，就是每次在自習(xí)課時(shí)，我進(jìn)教室的時(shí)候，班上的絕大多數(shù)同學(xué)應(yīng)該不知道我進(jìn)來(lái)(當(dāng)然我是安安靜靜的進(jìn)教室)，在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生這方面的素質(zhì)時(shí)尤其是要注意幾個(gè)重點(diǎn)對(duì)象，要善于抓重點(diǎn)，把幾個(gè)重點(diǎn)抓下來(lái)了，整個(gè)班級(jí)的氛圍就上來(lái)了。第二個(gè)靜是環(huán)境的安靜，雖然在強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的心要靜得下來(lái)，能夠抗得住干擾，但我們還是要為他們盡可能的創(chuàng)造出良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，這個(gè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境我比較關(guān)注的主要是三個(gè)時(shí)間段，一個(gè)是自習(xí)時(shí)間，一個(gè)是午休時(shí)間，還有一個(gè)是課間時(shí)間，可能前面的兩個(gè)時(shí)間段都比較好理解，對(duì)于課間時(shí)間，很多老師可能并不理解，我是這么想的，很多會(huì)聽(tīng)課的學(xué)生往往在上課的時(shí)候把絕大部分精力都用在認(rèn)真聽(tīng)課上，所以筆記做得比較馬虎，只記了一個(gè)梗概，在下課的時(shí)候他們往往要用幾分鐘的時(shí)間對(duì)上節(jié)課的筆記進(jìn)行初步整理，有些同學(xué)有課前預(yù)習(xí)的習(xí)慣，也需要相對(duì)安靜的環(huán)境，所以即使是下課時(shí)間，我也要求學(xué)生保持教室的相對(duì)安靜，雖然不一定像自習(xí)課那樣絕對(duì)安靜，但也不能太吵，需要休息的同學(xué)盡可能到教室外面休息放松，在學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境方面，我有一個(gè)1>59的觀念，就是班上有60個(gè)學(xué)生，即使只有一個(gè)學(xué)生在搞學(xué)習(xí)，另外59個(gè)學(xué)生都要為他創(chuàng)造良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，因?yàn)檫@個(gè)學(xué)生很可能就是你自己。去年學(xué)校作息時(shí)間改了后，下午兩點(diǎn)一十上課，所以晚自習(xí)前的時(shí)間多出20分鐘來(lái)，高三有很多班級(jí)都把晚自習(xí)進(jìn)教室時(shí)間提前了20分鐘，但我們班沒(méi)有硬性要求你什么時(shí)候進(jìn)教室，但有一點(diǎn)必須注意，就是你可以提前一點(diǎn)來(lái)，但只要你進(jìn)了教室就必須安靜下來(lái)，做不到這一點(diǎn)你就干脆遲一點(diǎn)，你可以不珍惜你自己的時(shí)間，但你沒(méi)有權(quán)利影響他人的學(xué)習(xí)。

　　三、嚴(yán)與寬的尺度

　　嚴(yán)格管理一直以來(lái)都是學(xué)校對(duì)班主任管理工作的要求，而班主任也深知嚴(yán)格管理的重要性。然而，需要注意的是，“嚴(yán)”并不代表要嚴(yán)厲、冷酷地對(duì)待學(xué)生，嚴(yán)格管理更注重的是在原則和紀(jì)律上的執(zhí)行。如果管理過(guò)于嚴(yán)苛，往往會(huì)導(dǎo)致學(xué)生個(gè)性受壓抑、自卑感加重、自制力不佳，甚至可能引發(fā)學(xué)生的逆反心理，進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致師生關(guān)系僵化。這既不利于學(xué)生身心健康的發(fā)展，也不利于班級(jí)工作的順利進(jìn)行。因此，班主任在進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格管理時(shí)，應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確掌握尺度，做到嚴(yán)而有度。

　　嚴(yán)格管理班級(jí)，我認(rèn)為注意這樣幾個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題，一個(gè)是時(shí)間上，在新的班級(jí)建立之初，一定要有比較嚴(yán)格的管理，因?yàn)殚_(kāi)始的嚴(yán)格便于學(xué)生的養(yǎng)成教育，一旦通過(guò)開(kāi)始的嚴(yán)格管理使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成了良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和行為習(xí)慣，以后的管理就會(huì)事半功倍，在這方面，我們有一個(gè)做得非常好的老師，就是我們組的唐敏老師，他在這方面非常有心得，他帶班往往也是以嚴(yán)格著稱(chēng)，但是他投入最多的時(shí)候就是在建班之初，用他的話(huà)說(shuō)就是開(kāi)始整順了整服帖了，后面就輕松了，我也很贊成他的觀點(diǎn)，所以也一直在努力向他學(xué)習(xí)。第二是各種規(guī)章制度覺(jué)得能執(zhí)行的就制定，不能執(zhí)行的就干脆不要，這樣你將來(lái)的處罰才能夠嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行，不能讓學(xué)生有漏洞可鉆。第三就是嚴(yán)格的處罰也要講技巧，班主任一定要注意不能完全的一視同仁，不同的人要有不同的處理方法，一是慣犯與偶犯，我常給我的學(xué)生說(shuō)，人無(wú)完人，誰(shuí)都可能犯錯(cuò)，所以我允許大家犯錯(cuò)，比如說(shuō)遲到的問(wèn)題，我敢說(shuō)，就是在座的各位，誰(shuí)都不敢說(shuō)自己從來(lái)沒(méi)有遲過(guò)到，所以我認(rèn)為學(xué)生偶爾遲到是一件非常正常的事兒，但是一定要區(qū)分偶爾遲到和經(jīng)常遲到，偶爾遲到是可以原諒的，但是經(jīng)常遲到就變成了一中習(xí)慣，有遲到習(xí)慣的同學(xué)絕對(duì)不能姑息，所以有時(shí)候我們班同樣兩個(gè)同學(xué)遲到，但一個(gè)可以只是稍微提醒就回到自己的座位上上自習(xí)，但另一個(gè)則只能站在教室后排上完自習(xí)，有時(shí)候甚至還有更嚴(yán)厲的處罰，比如說(shuō)跑步，甚至聯(lián)合家長(zhǎng)一起做專(zhuān)項(xiàng)治理。二是不同身份的同學(xué)的處理方法也應(yīng)該有所區(qū)別，對(duì)于班級(jí)的主要班干部，在公共場(chǎng)合有問(wèn)題一定要處罰，但同時(shí)也要愛(ài)護(hù)，你想啊，任何一個(gè)管理者都需要有自己的鐵桿，如果所有人都不和你站在一邊，自己不就成了光桿司令了嗎，以后自己的治班思路和各項(xiàng)規(guī)定還怎么貫徹下去呢，所以這些同學(xué)一定要打一下還要摸一下，也就是不能把自己的核心隊(duì)伍打散了(但如果你覺(jué)得某個(gè)班干部不適合還是要果斷的換掉);對(duì)于那些成績(jī)很好的同學(xué)犯了錯(cuò)誤，一定要敢于批評(píng)，因?yàn)橥�往這些同學(xué)都是班里的榜樣，榜樣的力量是無(wú)窮的，如果這些同學(xué)不能管下來(lái)，他們產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面作用將是巨大的，班上一定不能有特殊的尖子生;最后是對(duì)于那些屢教不改的頑固分子要學(xué)會(huì)冷處理，要通過(guò)管理的手段在班級(jí)輿論上孤立他，讓他在班內(nèi)沒(méi)有市場(chǎng)，甚至有時(shí)候他犯了錯(cuò)也不理他，讓他和班級(jí)的同學(xué)都感覺(jué)他是一個(gè)特殊的人，當(dāng)他感覺(jué)到孤獨(dú)的時(shí)候，他自然會(huì)慢慢的回到主流中來(lái)的，和這樣的人對(duì)著桿，吃虧的往往是班主任，受損的往往是班級(jí)氛圍，最得意的是那些想出風(fēng)頭的學(xué)生，除非你已經(jīng)決定讓他離開(kāi)或者判斷他可以用強(qiáng)硬的手段一次性把他拿下。在處理一些問(wèn)題的時(shí)候，也可以通過(guò)選擇性發(fā)現(xiàn)來(lái)回避一些矛盾，也就是自己不太想處理的人和事可以巧妙的移開(kāi)自己的視線(xiàn)，假裝沒(méi)有看見(jiàn)，而對(duì)于必須要處理的人和事則要明察秋毫，這也是一種技巧，也需要一個(gè)尺度的把握。最后，在原則問(wèn)題面前，就沒(méi)有這么多區(qū)別了，不管是誰(shuí)，只要犯了原則性錯(cuò)誤，那就是毫不客氣的，比如說(shuō)影響他人學(xué)習(xí)的，擾亂課堂秩序的，頂撞老師的，考試舞弊的等等。嚴(yán)還必須與寬有效結(jié)合起來(lái)，靈活處理。當(dāng)然，不管是誰(shuí)，處罰之后，班主任要私下做好被處罰學(xué)生的思想工作，使其正確認(rèn)識(shí)錯(cuò)誤，并努力改正。同時(shí)，對(duì)學(xué)生違紀(jì)處罰的方式要多樣化，要寓教育于處罰之中。大家耳熟能詳?shù)奈簳?shū)生老師對(duì)學(xué)生犯錯(cuò)誤的處罰的三個(gè)一：唱一支歌，做一件好事，寫(xiě)一份關(guān)于錯(cuò)誤的說(shuō)明。他就把處罰變?yōu)樯鷦?dòng)的自我教育的做法，對(duì)我們是一個(gè)很好的啟迪。

　　工作實(shí)踐中，嚴(yán)和寬是教育中的兩個(gè)重要方面，相輔相成又對(duì)立統(tǒng)一。嚴(yán)并不意味著冷酷無(wú)情，寬也并非縱容放任。只有在教育中做到“嚴(yán)中有度，寬中有愛(ài)，愛(ài)中有教”，我們才能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)期的教育效果。

　　四、與學(xué)生的關(guān)系尺度

　　我們都知道公平民主是應(yīng)該講的，但實(shí)際上很少有人能夠真正做到。我相信自己在這方面已經(jīng)做得很好了。我告訴學(xué)生們，無(wú)論誰(shuí)，只要你們不主動(dòng)找我，我都不會(huì)找你們談話(huà)。在我的眼里，我們班上沒(méi)有所謂的差生。即使是成績(jī)相對(duì)較差的學(xué)生，也可以過(guò)得很快樂(lè)，因?yàn)槲医o每個(gè)學(xué)生提供了展示各自特長(zhǎng)的舞臺(tái)。不要在班級(jí)里說(shuō)差生這樣的詞，因?yàn)橐坏┱f(shuō)出來(lái)，就意味著有差生的存在，這樣他們就不會(huì)有機(jī)會(huì)變得更好。同樣，也不要說(shuō)某某學(xué)生具備某項(xiàng)實(shí)力，因?yàn)檫@等于否定其他七八十位學(xué)生的實(shí)力。所以，在我們班級(jí)中，每個(gè)學(xué)生都覺(jué)得自己很出色，至少我希望如此。

　　目前的形勢(shì)決定了英語(yǔ)學(xué)科的重要性，請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)務(wù)必重視英語(yǔ)這一學(xué)科，你們思想上重視了，無(wú)形中也給孩子以熏陶，重視與不重視肯定是完全不同的，在英語(yǔ)課堂上，大部分學(xué)生都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問(wèn)題，積極跟著老師拼讀單詞，朗讀課文。其實(shí)這也制造了一種假象，學(xué)生認(rèn)為自己常常被老師提問(wèn)，認(rèn)為自己能夠回答老師的問(wèn)題，于是認(rèn)為自己的英語(yǔ)學(xué)得很不錯(cuò)，自我感覺(jué)特別好。于是下課后在英語(yǔ)上花的時(shí)間就少了。其實(shí)要學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學(xué)生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識(shí)，當(dāng)然課上也會(huì)有少量的時(shí)間鞏固新學(xué)的知識(shí)。但是這些時(shí)間是公共的時(shí)間，而不是每個(gè)學(xué)生私有的時(shí)間，所以不可能照顧到每個(gè)學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。況且每個(gè)學(xué)生對(duì)新知識(shí)得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當(dāng)堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學(xué)生都只能是初步接觸了新知識(shí)，要真正接受新知識(shí)還要學(xué)生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會(huì)和別的同學(xué)拉下差距。

　　那么在課后學(xué)生到底該怎么做才能把其余的60%補(bǔ)回來(lái)呢？英語(yǔ)畢竟不是我們自己的語(yǔ)言，大多數(shù)學(xué)生除了英語(yǔ)課其余時(shí)間根本就不會(huì)想到要說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，所以，在課后一定要主動(dòng)抽時(shí)間為自己補(bǔ)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，不外乎就是在聽(tīng)，說(shuō)，讀，寫(xiě)這些方面下功夫。

　　The most important of these things is an activity which at most gradually builds up something that you are glad to see coming into existence. Women who take an instinctive pleasure in their children can get this kind of satisfaction out of bringing up a family. Artists and authors and men of science get happiness in this way if their own work seems good to them. But there are many humbler forms of the same kind of pleasure. Many men who spend their working life in the city devote their weekends to voluntary and unremunerated toil in their gardens, and when the spring comes, they experience all the joys of having created beauty. The whole subject of happiness has, in my opinion, been treated too solemnly.

　　It had been thought that man cannot be happy without a theory of life or a religion. Perhaps those who have been rendered unhappy by a bad theory may need a better theory to help them to recover, just as you may need a tonic when you have been ill. But when things are normal a man should be healthy without a tonic and happy without a theory. It is the simple things that really matter. If a man delights in his wife and children, has success in work, and finds pleasure in the alternation of day and night, spring and autumn, he will be happy whatever his philosophy may be. If, on the other hand, he finds his wife fateful, his children’s noise unendurable, and the office a nightmare; if in the daytime he longs for night, and at night sighs for the light of day, then what he needs is not a new philosophy but a new regimen--a different diet, or more exercise, or what not. Man is an animal, and his happiness depends on his physiology more than he likes to think. This is a humble conclusion, but I cannot make myself disbelieve it. Unhappy businessmen, I am convinced, would increase their happiness more by walking six miles every day than by any conceivable change of philosophy.

　　Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?

　　However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.

　　Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.
