　　the story not only caters to everyone's inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the proceand the result. the reward of succewill be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. if a person inherits his father's millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. the term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. but as i understand it, the true meaning of succeentails a combination of both the proceand the satisfactory result of an endeavor. to clarify my view, let me give another analogy.

　　多年來我在英語教學中積累了豐富的`經(jīng)驗，不僅能夠激勵自卑的學生，指導后進的學生，啟示自負的學生，還能發(fā)現(xiàn)特殊的學生并為他們提供專門的服務(wù)。我對每一個學生都充滿關(guān)懷和關(guān)注，用心與他們進行交流。我用愛和溫暖來撫慰他們的心靈，致力于建立師生平等、和諧相處的關(guān)系，共同進步，打造一個溫馨的學習家園。

　　二、狠抓英語課堂教學，構(gòu)建“和諧高效、思維對話”型英語課堂。

　　現(xiàn)在正處于應(yīng)試教育向素質(zhì)教育轉(zhuǎn)軌時期，既要求減輕負擔，又要求提高教育質(zhì)量，這就要求我必須在英語課堂上下功夫，提高英語課堂教學效率，我通常注重以下幾個方面：

　　1、認真?zhèn)湔n。

　　大家都知道，備好課是上好課的前提，備課包括三方面，備教材、備學生、備教法。備教材。我總是提前翻閱各種材料、教師用書、學習資料及以往的相應(yīng)試題，對于哪些是重點難點，哪些知識點擴展到什么程度，會以什么形式出題，做到心中有數(shù)。備學生，就是要了解學生的年齡特點、接受能力、知識儲備情況，這樣可以避免起點太高，學生聽不懂，或起點太低，學生感到無聊的情況。備教法。每一級每個班學生特點各不相同，所以我非常注重仔細研究學生，采取適合學生的方法導入新課，用學生易于掌握的方法講解新知，用學生感興趣的方法組織課堂活動。

　　2、用激情帶動學生，煥發(fā)英語課堂活力。

　　我希望在充分準備好的基礎(chǔ)上，每當走進教室時都能充滿熱情。哪怕身體不舒服，心里煩惱，一站到講臺前，我都會帶著微笑，精力充沛地面對學生們。我會充滿激情地講課，抑揚頓挫，因為快樂的情緒是可以傳染的。如果我能將愉快的情緒和積極的心態(tài)傳遞給學生們，他們的英語學習效率可能會大大提高。

　　3、關(guān)注每個學生，提高課堂凝聚力。

　　講課時，我的視線遍布每個角落，始終用眼光愛撫每個學生，學生的每個動作和眼神都逃不過我的眼睛，并且與學生進行眼神的交流，久而久之，每個學生都會感到老師一直在關(guān)注我，從而使他們集中注意力，認真聽講。

　　4、精講多練，提高英語課堂效率。

　　初中生的注意力集中時間只能持續(xù)十五到二十分鐘。如果英語老師是“一張嘴，一支筆，從上課講到下課�！钡慕虒W模式，就會出現(xiàn)“老師講得天花亂墜，學生聽得昏昏欲睡”的現(xiàn)象。新課程理念要求我們重視學生在課堂上的主體地位，少講多練。少講并不意味著粗略講解，一帶而過。初中生的接受能力還是有限的，對于重難點的知識，我會根據(jù)學生特點細致的講解，多舉例，多操練，講一點，練一點，講練結(jié)合，讓大多數(shù)學生都能跟上，參與活動。講得太粗太快，學生跟不上，學不會，久而久之，就會慢慢失去學習興趣。俗話說“莊稼齊了才打糧”，只照顧尖子生，不符合素質(zhì)教育的理念。一定要面向全體學生，才會取得良好的英語教學效果。

　　number three: take a good look at what's inside your own suitcase and why you put it there. so extroverts, maybe your suitcases are also full of books. or maybe they're full of champagne glasses or skydiving equipment. whatever it is, i hope you take these things out every chance you get and grace us with your energy and your joy. but introverts, you being you, you probably have the impulse to guard very carefully what's inside your own suitcase. and that's okay. but occasionally, just occasionally, i hope you will open up your suitcases for other people to see, because the world needs you and it needs the things you carry.
