每次過“五一”的時(shí)候我都會(huì)想起初中學(xué)到的那篇楊朔的《荔枝蜜》：“多可愛的小生靈啊!對(duì)人無(wú)所求，給人的卻是極好的東西。蜜蜂是在釀蜜，又是在釀造生活;不是為自己，而是為人類釀造最甜的生活。蜜蜂是渺小的，蜜蜂卻又多么高尚啊!”“這天夜里，我做了個(gè)奇怪的夢(mèng)，夢(mèng)見自己變成了一只小蜜蜂”。
我們謳歌勞動(dòng)，是為了記取過去，我們崇尚勞動(dòng)，是為了開創(chuàng)未來。放歌新世紀(jì)和美好的春天，我們謳歌勞動(dòng)，歌唱祖國(guó)的美麗河山，展示勞動(dòng)者的風(fēng)采。祖國(guó)的大花園中到處都是我們勤勞的蜜蜂。
近年來“勞動(dòng)光榮”價(jià)值觀受到挑戰(zhàn)。一些人由此變得很浮躁，一直在尋求機(jī)會(huì)“搏一搏”，癡想哪天一覺醒來就變?yōu)楦晃獭?ldquo;一夜暴富”確實(shí)存在，但概率極小。人活著不能“守株待兔”，而是要奮斗。從人類社會(huì)來說，不管什么制度，基礎(chǔ)還是勞動(dòng)創(chuàng)造世界。有了人們的體力腦力支出，才有財(cái)富產(chǎn)生的可能。至于非勞動(dòng)收入只不過是人類剩余的價(jià)值的分割而已。無(wú)論什么情況，無(wú)論哪個(gè)年月，我們都要堅(jiān)信“勞動(dòng)光榮”。

國(guó)際上把每年的5月1日定為“五一”國(guó)際勞動(dòng)節(jié)。我國(guó)從1949年12月定為中國(guó)歷史上第一個(gè)五一勞動(dòng)節(jié)，舉行各種慶祝集會(huì)或文體娛樂活動(dòng)，并對(duì)有貢獻(xiàn)的勞動(dòng)者進(jìn)行表彰。勞動(dòng)模范豎家的棟梁、民族的精英、單位的中堅(jiān)力量，是我國(guó)工人階級(jí)和廣大勞動(dòng)群眾的杰出代表，我們表彰勞動(dòng)模范和先進(jìn)工作者，就是要?jiǎng)訂T全社會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)他們愛崗敬業(yè)、艱苦奮斗、無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)，學(xué)習(xí)他們與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的創(chuàng)新精神，為全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、加快推進(jìn)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)做出新的貢獻(xiàn)。

一、 要充分發(fā)揮廣大職工作用，積極投身公司各項(xiàng)建設(shè)
全心全意依靠工人階級(jí)是我們黨一貫堅(jiān)持的根本方針，我們企業(yè)勝人階級(jí)最集體的地方，要調(diào)動(dòng)廣大職工的積極性是搞好企業(yè)的一個(gè)十分重要的條件，工人階級(jí)是推動(dòng)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展和社會(huì)全面進(jìn)步的根本力量，認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)全心全意依靠工人階級(jí)的方針，要進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化政治意識(shí)、大局意識(shí)、團(tuán)結(jié)意識(shí)和黨群意識(shí)，更加自覺地去思考、去把握、去部署廣大職工工作，要充分發(fā)揮工會(huì)、共青團(tuán)組織的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)，動(dòng)員廣大職工共創(chuàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的文明成果，強(qiáng)化團(tuán)結(jié)意識(shí)，積極做好協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系、理順情緒、化解矛盾，引導(dǎo)職工正確對(duì)待利益關(guān)系的調(diào)整，把職工群眾的利益實(shí)現(xiàn)好、維護(hù)好、發(fā)展好，是落實(shí)“”重要思想的具體體現(xiàn)，我們要從公司的全局戰(zhàn)略高度，始終堅(jiān)持全心全意依靠工人階級(jí)的方針不動(dòng)搖，堅(jiān)持職工群眾的主人翁地位不動(dòng)搖，堅(jiān)持充分發(fā)揮工人階級(jí)在改革開放和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中的主力軍作用不動(dòng)搖，深入做好引導(dǎo)、保護(hù)和發(fā)揮廣大職工積極性的工作，著力解決好關(guān)系職工群眾切身利益的突出問題，工會(huì)組織要增強(qiáng)政治意識(shí)、大局意識(shí)、團(tuán)結(jié)意識(shí)，自覺圍繞中心，服務(wù)大局，履行職能，充分發(fā)揮黨聯(lián)系職工群眾的橋梁紐帶作用，堅(jiān)持發(fā)展以職工代表大會(huì)的基層民主管理制度，通過實(shí)行廠務(wù)公開、民主議事等多種形式，不斷擴(kuò)大基層民主，依法確保廣大職工有效行使自己的民主權(quán)力，要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)對(duì)工會(huì)工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，認(rèn)真研究工會(huì)工作的重大問題，支持工會(huì)依照法律、法規(guī)和自己的章程創(chuàng)造性地開展工作，更好地發(fā)揮工會(huì)在做好黨的群眾工作中的重要作用。

二、 要充分發(fā)揮工會(huì)、共青團(tuán)職能作用，創(chuàng)建和諧企業(yè)
工人階級(jí)既是社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的代表者，又是社會(huì)主義社會(huì)先進(jìn)文化的創(chuàng)造者和傳播者，在創(chuàng)建公司先進(jìn)的企業(yè)文化，推動(dòng)公司經(jīng)濟(jì)效益增長(zhǎng)的環(huán)境下，充分發(fā)揮工人階級(jí)的生力軍作用，繼承和發(fā)展工人階級(jí)的先進(jìn)性，推進(jìn)工人階級(jí)的知識(shí)化進(jìn)程，造就高素質(zhì)的工人隊(duì)伍，激勵(lì)廣大職工堅(jiān)持正確的政治方向，學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)的科學(xué)文化知識(shí)，樹立良好的職業(yè)道德、社會(huì)公德和家庭美德，充分發(fā)揮榜樣的激勵(lì)作用，大力弘揚(yáng)勞動(dòng)模范的先進(jìn)思想和優(yōu)秀事跡，用工人階級(jí)的先進(jìn)性，用勞動(dòng)模范的奮斗精神塑造廣大職工，積極參與“創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)，爭(zhēng)當(dāng)知識(shí)型員工”活動(dòng)，開展比思想、比作風(fēng)、比進(jìn)步，學(xué)技能、學(xué)文化、學(xué)先進(jìn)的大環(huán)境比賽，努力增強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)能力、創(chuàng)新能力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力，營(yíng)造一種比學(xué)趕幫的良好氛圍，各級(jí)群團(tuán)組織要利用政治工作的優(yōu)勢(shì)履行好工會(huì)、共青團(tuán)職能作用，抓緊抓好各項(xiàng)組織的建設(shè)，從目前看職工參與公司建設(shè)意識(shí)不夠強(qiáng)，參與企業(yè)管理和發(fā)展建設(shè)的熱情不高，基層工會(huì)發(fā)揮引帶作用還不明顯，這就要求我勉大干部職工要真正積極參與企業(yè)的發(fā)展建設(shè)，為公司

這個(gè)星期日就是“五·一”國(guó)際勞動(dòng)節(jié)了，那么你知道勞動(dòng)節(jié)是怎樣誕生嗎?19世紀(jì)80年代，美國(guó)和歐洲的許多國(guó)家，資本家不斷采取增加勞動(dòng)時(shí)間和勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度的辦法來殘酷地剝削工人。工人們每天要?jiǎng)趧?dòng)14至16個(gè)小時(shí)，有的甚至長(zhǎng)達(dá)18個(gè)小時(shí)，但工資卻很低。沉重的壓迫激起了工人們巨大的憤怒。1886年5月1日，為反對(duì)資本家的剝削和壓迫，爭(zhēng)取工人的合法權(quán)利，在革命導(dǎo)師恩格斯的指導(dǎo)下，英、法、德、美等許多國(guó)家的工人，不怕警察的刺刀威脅，舉行了歷史上第一次國(guó)際性的“五一”大，誕生了今天的“五·一”國(guó)際勞動(dòng)節(jié)。 “五一國(guó)際勞動(dòng)節(jié)”成為他們英勇壯舉的特別紀(jì)念。

今天是4月30日，明天就是“五一”國(guó)際勞動(dòng)節(jié)了。勞動(dòng)節(jié)是全世界勞動(dòng)人民團(tuán)結(jié)戰(zhàn)斗的節(jié)日。1866年5月1日，美國(guó)芝加哥工人為了爭(zhēng)取八小時(shí)工作制而舉行大罷工，經(jīng)過艱苦的流血斗爭(zhēng)，最終獲得了8小時(shí)工作制的權(quán)利。為了紀(jì)念這次偉大的工人運(yùn)動(dòng)，1889年7月，第二國(guó)際決定，以象征工人團(tuán)結(jié)、斗爭(zhēng)、勝利的5月1日為國(guó)際勞動(dòng)節(jié)。1949年12月23日我國(guó)政府規(guī)定5月1日為勞動(dòng)節(jié)。
同學(xué)們，我們中國(guó)人民在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，正在以主人翁的精神投入到建設(shè)社會(huì)主義的偉大事業(yè)中去。我們的祖國(guó)正呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃生機(jī)，煥發(fā)出旺盛的活力，以昂揚(yáng)的姿態(tài)闊步前進(jìn)。同學(xué)們——你們作為二十一世紀(jì)的建設(shè)者和接班人，將責(zé)無(wú)旁貸地挑起建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)國(guó)的重任。所以你們應(yīng)該從小樹立主人翁的意識(shí)，關(guān)心國(guó)家大事，熱愛自己的家園，確立遠(yuǎn)大的志向，把自己的前途同祖國(guó)的命運(yùn)結(jié)合起來，使自己成為一個(gè)有理想有抱負(fù)有高尚品質(zhì)的人。當(dāng)然，目前我們最重要的就是要努力學(xué)習(xí)文化知識(shí)，塑造優(yōu)秀的個(gè)人品質(zhì)，為將來建設(shè)祖國(guó)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)!這才是對(duì)“五·一”國(guó)際勞動(dòng)節(jié)最好的的紀(jì)念。
五月一日至七日，我們和勞動(dòng)者一樣，擁有七天的假期。如何過好五一長(zhǎng)假，這其中，安全問題是家長(zhǎng)、老師和學(xué)校所最關(guān)心的。為使同學(xué)謬一個(gè)安全有意義的長(zhǎng)假，現(xiàn)提出以下幾點(diǎn)要求：
1、注意交通安全。長(zhǎng)假中，車流量比較大，要求同學(xué)們乘車，特別是外出游玩時(shí)，一定要有家長(zhǎng)陪同，不乘無(wú)牌無(wú)照的車輛;平時(shí)，不在馬路上追逐嬉鬧，不左顧右盼;過馬路要走人行橫道，要注意車輛;騎自行車時(shí)，要思想集中，嚴(yán)格遵守騎車規(guī)則;在商店、車站等人群密ji處要注意自我保護(hù)，盡量避開擁擠的人流。
2、注意飲食衛(wèi)生安全。同學(xué)們一方面要講究個(gè)人衛(wèi)生，養(yǎng)成良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣，增強(qiáng)衛(wèi)生意識(shí)，另一方面，在飲食上不要暴飲暴食，不吃路邊攤點(diǎn)上的不潔食品，不貪吃冷飲。預(yù)防病從口入，防止腸道等傳染疾病，若感覺身體不適，要告訴家長(zhǎng)并及時(shí)就醫(yī)。
3、注意火、電、煤氣等安全。同學(xué)們長(zhǎng)假期間應(yīng)該幫助父母做一些力所能及的家務(wù)，但在使用煤氣灶、熱水器時(shí)，要有家長(zhǎng)監(jiān)管，并注意使用說明，使用家用電器時(shí)，要遵守操作規(guī)則，小心謹(jǐn)慎，千萬(wàn)不可大意。
4、增強(qiáng)防騙防盜意識(shí)。每個(gè)同學(xué)要擔(dān)當(dāng)起小主人的角色，單獨(dú)在家不要隨便給陌生人開門;外出時(shí)貴重物品自己看護(hù)好，不要隨意委托他人看管所攜帶的物品，更不要隨便接受陌生人的食品和飲料。
5、合理安排好學(xué)習(xí)和活動(dòng)。認(rèn)真完成老師布置的作業(yè);嚴(yán)禁上網(wǎng)吧，嚴(yán)禁去不健康的場(chǎng)所參與有害的活動(dòng)，在家上網(wǎng)、看電視要有節(jié)制，并要主動(dòng)接受家長(zhǎng)的督促;在與親朋好友的交往中，要注重行為舉止的文明，做到敬老愛幼。

魯賓遜漂流到荒島以后沒有任何外來的幫助，在那么艱苦的日子里，他不僅要戰(zhàn)勝寂寞和孤獨(dú)，還要戰(zhàn)勝饑餓和疾病，更不能讓?shí)u上的野人捉住他。他的心態(tài)那么樂觀，他的意志那么堅(jiān)強(qiáng)，他的求生欲望那么強(qiáng)烈!經(jīng)歷了20xx年，終于他成功了，回到英國(guó)。
賣火柴的小女孩在寒風(fēng)中賣火柴，賣不完，回家就要受到爸爸的訓(xùn)打。在臨終前，從火柴光中看到了慈祥地奶奶，然后帶著微笑在寒風(fēng)中離開了人世!
……。
在讀書中，我逐漸領(lǐng)悟到了:從小到大過著小公主生活的我卻從沒有滿足過。當(dāng)我拿到大橘子時(shí)，就抱怨它酸;當(dāng)我拿到甜橘子時(shí)，又抱怨它小!賣火柴的小女孩那么可憐，她卻從沒抱怨過命運(yùn)的不公!而我呢!有親人寵著，生活那么幸福，卻總是不滿足。還有那次我在學(xué)習(xí)過程中，遇見了一道題不會(huì)做，我絞盡腦汁也想不出來，我心安理得的放棄了。和困難玩起了捉迷藏，最終困難把我捉住了。魯賓遜在那么艱苦的日子里，都沒有退縮過。而我呢?只為了一道題就退縮了，以后我遇到困難和挫折時(shí)一定要勇敢努力和它做斗爭(zhēng)，勇于面對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)生活的一切，即使跌倒一百次，我也要一百零一次站起來!
