　　第一，正視困難，堅定信心。當(dāng)前，在金融危機的影響下，企業(yè)出現(xiàn)了暫時性的困難，優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)品競爭力不強，劣勢產(chǎn)品競爭力弱的現(xiàn)象更加凸顯。同時，我們也要看到企業(yè)的發(fā)展正在向好的方向轉(zhuǎn)變，我們有戰(zhàn)勝困難的信心。我們的信心來自于國家、省市政府的大力支持;來自于我們通過技術(shù)改造和質(zhì)量提升使企業(yè)的競爭力有了較大的增強;來自于我們制定的發(fā)展思路和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的正確，是符合市場規(guī)律和一工實際的。在國家拉動內(nèi)需，力促增長政策的帶動下，國民經(jīng)濟運行出現(xiàn)了積極變化，整體表現(xiàn)好于預(yù)期。一季度GDP同比增長6.1%。因此，在困難面前，我們必須頭腦清醒，認(rèn)清形勢，做出正確的判斷，找準(zhǔn)自身的定位和優(yōu)勢，增強信心，按照公司的發(fā)展思路和目標(biāo)，以務(wù)實的作風(fēng)、靈活的方法、多樣的途徑，排除前進征途中，特別是危機當(dāng)前所帶來的影響和障礙。我們要求全體干部職工要經(jīng)受住攻堅克難的鍛煉和考驗，發(fā)揚勞模精神，立足崗位，扎實工作，就能戰(zhàn)勝困難。

　　“自己長大了，該學(xué)會自強自立了;也該學(xué)會幫媽媽分擔(dān)家務(wù)，不讓她再這樣勞累。想是這樣想，但現(xiàn)實中的我總是逃避做家務(wù)事�！薄斑@次，我可不能再逃避了”。我對自己說。并下定決心一定要把碗洗好。首先，我打好水，把碗放在水盆里;然后倒進一些洗潔精;其次，我學(xué)著媽媽洗碗的樣子，左手拿住碗邊，右手拿住抹布，邊轉(zhuǎn)邊洗，“咕咚”，剛拿上來的碗竟滑落下去，“怎么辦呢?”我想出了一個好辦法：用手抓住碗的下部，大拇指按住上部，我試了一次，果然可以;過了好一會兒，終于把所有的碗洗了一遍;最后我再換上一盆清水，重新洗了一遍，終于把碗洗好了�？吹揭粋�個被陽光照得閃閃發(fā)光的碗。我高興極了!
