2015優(yōu)學(xué)茶話會(huì)對(duì)教師演講
我還想說，年輕老師先要學(xué)會(huì)做事，在日常的工作實(shí)踐中歷練自己，成長(zhǎng)自我。千萬(wàn)不能拈輕怕重，敷衍塞責(zé)，那將很難取信于所在的團(tuán)隊(duì)，更得不到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的賞識(shí)和器重。有個(gè)成語(yǔ)叫“大智若愚”，千真萬(wàn)確。年輕人應(yīng)該裝作傻一點(diǎn)，甘愿吃虧一點(diǎn)。吃虧是福。傻一點(diǎn)，吃虧一點(diǎn)，不僅做好應(yīng)該做的工作，而且做好需要做的工作。工作做好了，才會(huì)引起他人的注意。當(dāng)有人注意你了，成功也就向你招手了。besides, you young teachers should improve yourselves by doing a good job. do not pick easy jobs and shirk hard ones. never be halfhearted about your work, or none of your colleagues will trust you, nor will any superiors think highly of yourselves. remember the chinese idiom “still water runs deep. he knows most who speaks least. a man of great wisdom often appears slow-witted”. you pretend to be silly and enjoy suffering losses. apart from doing what you are expected to, try to do what you think you need to. your remarkable performance will surely catch attention. when you are noticed by working hard, you are near to success.
再者，年輕老師要少抱怨，多反思。適當(dāng)抱怨，尚屬人之常情，但過多抱怨，不僅傷害身心，更損害自己的形象。其實(shí)，抱怨不能解決任何問題，只能證明自己的無(wú)能。所以，事情不順心的時(shí)候，盡量從自己身上找原因，盡量冷靜下來，想想自己哪些地方做的不到位，不夠好。學(xué)學(xué)古人：靜坐常思己過，閑談莫論人非。
lastly, young teachers ought to retrospect more and complain less. it is reasonable to complain occasionally, but grumbling too much harms your image as well as your mind. in fact, complaining shows that you are incompetent instead of helping to solve any problem. therefore, once the situation is against your wish, try to blame yourselves, try to calm down, summing up your own weaknesses. ancient people set us a good example: review my own fault while sitting alone; never talk gossip while chatting with others.
尊敬的全體優(yōu)學(xué)教職員工，優(yōu)學(xué)教育的每一份口碑都是你們攢出來的。在這個(gè)世界上，比做教育容易出名的行業(yè)太多了，比做教育容易掙錢的事情太多了，比做教育輕松的工作太多了，但是你們選擇了承受壓力，責(zé)任，委屈，面對(duì)各種誘惑，批評(píng)，抱怨，你們?nèi)匀贿x擇了堅(jiān)持，我向你們表示崇高的敬意！
teachers and workers of youxue education, all public praise depends on your devotion to work. in this world of ours there are many industries which enable one to become famous more easily than education. there is much business that makes one grow rich more quickly than education. there are a lot of jobs which need less effort than education. however, you prefer to be burdened with pressure, responsibility and injustice. you would not give up despite various temptations, criticism and complaints. for all mentioned above, i show my greatest respect to you.
