2015優(yōu)學(xué)茶話會對教師演講

　　我要感謝一直默默支持優(yōu)學(xué)教育的家屬們，家屬是我們強大的后盾。由于我們這個行業(yè)的特點，很多老師周末無法休息，犧牲了與家人團聚的時間，沒有家屬的理解和支持就沒有優(yōu)學(xué)的今天，我向他們致敬！

　　thank your family members. they are our powerful backup. different from other jobs, ours stops many of you spending weekends with your families. without their consideration and support, youxue education would not be what it is today. i look up to them.

　　我還要感謝一直以來給與我們支持和幫助的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和朋友們，他們的支持和幫助使得我們能夠心無旁騖的專注做好教育和教學(xué)，衷心地感謝他們！

　　thank all the leaders and friends for their support and assistance, thanks to which we have no trouble in devoting ourselves to teaching and educating boys and girls. thank them from the bottom of my heart.

　　中國是世界人口第一大國，學(xué)生升學(xué)競爭非常激烈。目前一個孩子進入重點學(xué)校的主要途徑有三條："拼運氣"，"拼爹"，"拼實力"。我們既沒有可能改變他的運氣、幫他們選擇一個好學(xué)校，也沒有能力幫學(xué)生"拼爹"，我們唯一能做的就是提升學(xué)生的實力，讓學(xué)生"靠實力證明自己"。

　　with the largest population in the world, students in china compete very fiercely for places at ideal schools. at present there are generally three ways in which a child enters a key school. some depend on good luck; some on parents; but most children have to depend on their own intelligence. we cannot make sure that a child has the luck to study at a school they like, or choose parents for them. all we can do is increase a child’s test scores.

　　在這個思想的指引下，我們?nèi)〉昧瞬诲e的成績。我們一直認(rèn)為：經(jīng)濟是社會發(fā)展的速度，教育是社會發(fā)展的加速度。中國當(dāng)前的發(fā)展在于經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，而中國未來的強盛將在于教育的強盛！優(yōu)學(xué)被稱為這個行業(yè)擴張最保守的機構(gòu)之一，我們認(rèn)為"教不好學(xué)生等于偷錢和搶錢"，"不靠口碑招來學(xué)生，我們不受尊敬"。作為大同市規(guī)模最大、知名度最高的一對一輔導(dǎo)機構(gòu)，我們一直認(rèn)為做強比做大更重要，質(zhì)量比數(shù)量更重要，內(nèi)容比形式更重要，所以在過去一年里，我們更加關(guān)注增長質(zhì)量而非增長數(shù)量。

　　under the guidance of this thought, we have achieved a great deal. we always think that the economics means the speed of society, that education means accelerated speed. the current development of china is determined by its economics while the educational advancement decides china’s future prosperity. in our opinion, letting students down means stealing money from them  or robbing them of money. as the largest and most famous one-by-one coaching school, we hold the view that teaching quality comes first.

　　教育這個古老的行業(yè)進步緩慢，今天的世界各國普遍還在使用工業(yè)化大生產(chǎn)時代培養(yǎng)熟練工人的方法來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生，也就是大班教學(xué)，學(xué)校教什么學(xué)生學(xué)什么。我相信未來的教育將會以學(xué)生會核心，小孩生出來，不必都經(jīng)歷幼兒園、小學(xué)、中學(xué)、大學(xué)、研究生這樣機械化的學(xué)習(xí)過程，學(xué)生不必都是周一到周五上課，不必都學(xué)今天的學(xué)科......而學(xué)校會根據(jù)人們生活本身的需要和職業(yè)發(fā)展的需求來規(guī)劃學(xué)習(xí)體系，教師更像導(dǎo)師，比傳授知識更重要的是做"規(guī)劃、設(shè)計、引導(dǎo)"。今天是學(xué)生被重點中學(xué)選擇，但是我相信在未來，一定會是學(xué)校被學(xué)生選擇。
