長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，人們普遍都認(rèn)為水是“取之不盡，用之不竭”的。其實(shí)我們地球雖被稱(chēng)之為“水球”，但其淡水儲(chǔ)量卻是少之又少!水資源并不是“取之不盡，用之不竭”的，水將成為21世紀(jì)威脅世界和平影響社會(huì)發(fā)展的障礙。
所以在全球的水資源危機(jī)日益嚴(yán)重的情況下，節(jié)約用水便成為每個(gè)公民應(yīng)盡的職責(zé)。尤其在中國(guó)，水資源的人均占有量并不豐富，淡水資源不到世界人均水量的1/4;地區(qū)分布并不均勻，年內(nèi)變化莫測(cè)，年際差別非常之大，每年受旱農(nóng)田32億畝，約有5000萬(wàn)人和3000萬(wàn)頭牲畜面臨水荒。再加上污染，使水資源更加緊缺，所以人們更應(yīng)該節(jié)約用水。如果大家能夠從我做起，從現(xiàn)在做起，從身邊做起，牢固樹(shù)立節(jié)約意識(shí)，從節(jié)約一滴水、一粒米、一度電、一張紙入手，把節(jié)約落到實(shí)處。如果這樣，對(duì)學(xué)校來(lái)說(shuō)，那將是一筆可觀的財(cái)富，對(duì)于我們這個(gè)13億人口的大國(guó)來(lái)說(shuō)，那就是一個(gè)驚人的數(shù)字。
節(jié)約是一種美德，節(jié)約是一種智慧，節(jié)約更應(yīng)該成為一種習(xí)慣和風(fēng)氣。建設(shè)節(jié)約型社會(huì)需要全社會(huì)的共同參與和共同行動(dòng)，找回失去的節(jié)約意識(shí)，從身邊的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴開(kāi)始，持之以恒，在建設(shè)節(jié)約型社會(huì)中，將節(jié)約這個(gè)“傳_”進(jìn)一步發(fā)揚(yáng)光大!

大家早上好!
今天我講話(huà)的主題是“有始有終，定能成功”。古希臘哲學(xué)家蘇格拉底曾經(jīng)在中學(xué)當(dāng)教師，有一天他對(duì)班里同學(xué)說(shuō)，我們來(lái)做個(gè)甩手游戲吧。游戲很簡(jiǎn)單，就是把手使勁往前甩三百下，再往后甩三百下，但要求每天都這樣做。同學(xué)們紛紛說(shuō)這個(gè)游戲容易，保證能做好。一個(gè)星期以后，蘇格拉底問(wèn)同學(xué)們游戲完成得怎么樣?同學(xué)們?nèi)寂e起了手。一個(gè)月以后，當(dāng)蘇格拉底再做統(tǒng)計(jì)時(shí)，全班仍有百分之九十的同學(xué)在堅(jiān)持做。一年以后，當(dāng)蘇格拉底在課堂上再次向大家了解情況時(shí)，只有一位同學(xué)舉起手，他就是后來(lái)成為大哲學(xué)家的亞里士多德。亞里士多德在自己的學(xué)習(xí)和生活中，憑著這種持之以恒的精神，自覺(jué)鍛煉自己的意志，終于在哲學(xué)領(lǐng)域取得了前所未有的成就，其哲學(xué)思想直到現(xiàn)在仍然放射著智慧的光芒。

Being received by many international organizations just like OPEC ,WTO ,all of us get closer contact with other parts of the world ,so that we should not only deal with the native citizenship well ,but also global one .
No doubt “Kyoto Protocol” is a model of assembling abilities all over the world to administer and green-house gas pollution .It’s beyond the effort made by politicians and environmentalists only ,and requires all men to attend it .Face to such issues ,we are no more than a person who comes from a certain city even a specific country ,but a global citizen that everyone should say it proudly .

今天我講話(huà)的題目是《多讀多寫(xiě) 學(xué)好語(yǔ)文》。
近年來(lái)，學(xué)校開(kāi)展了書(shū)香校園、書(shū)香班級(jí)、書(shū)香家庭的創(chuàng)建活動(dòng)，同學(xué)們?cè)诶蠋熀图议L(zhǎng)的引領(lǐng)下在書(shū)海中盡情遨游，在閱讀中提高素養(yǎng)。可是仍有不少同學(xué)也許會(huì)犯愁：學(xué)語(yǔ)文，寫(xiě)作文。唉，作文難，作文難，一見(jiàn)作文心就煩。提起筆來(lái)，冥思苦想，搜腸刮肚，半天過(guò)去了，仍是白紙一張。其實(shí)老師告訴你們寫(xiě)作文并不難，學(xué)語(yǔ)文也沒(méi)有什么高深莫測(cè)的訣竅，只要你記住了并做到了這么簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)單單、樸樸素素、實(shí)實(shí)在在的四個(gè)字，那就是——多讀多寫(xiě)。
那么，怎樣讀，怎樣寫(xiě)呢?我建議大家做到以下幾點(diǎn)：
1.閱讀要廣泛 俗話(huà)說(shuō)，開(kāi)卷有益。古今中外，凡是有成就者無(wú)一不是從閱讀中獲得了廣博的知識(shí)和驚世的睿智與韜略。我國(guó)古代詩(shī)仙李白讀書(shū)時(shí)孜孜不倦;“下筆如有神”的詩(shī)圣杜甫也是“讀書(shū)破萬(wàn)卷”;文壇巨匠魯迅直至生命最后一刻還要讀書(shū)。試想，如果他們不是從幼年即勤奮地閱讀，在他們的筆下會(huì)流淌出酣暢淋漓、膾炙人口的千古佳作嗎?我們不光要熟讀每學(xué)期老師分發(fā)給我們的語(yǔ)文書(shū)，還要誦讀唐詩(shī)宋詞，品讀中外名著，略讀報(bào)刊雜志等等。像我們二、四兩個(gè)年級(jí)的同學(xué)參加了語(yǔ)文主題學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)驗(yàn)，除了學(xué)好教材中的課文，每學(xué)期還閱讀了兩本(四本)主題閱讀叢書(shū)，實(shí)驗(yàn)證明，他們從課內(nèi)外的海量閱讀中豐富了知識(shí)，增加了積累，提高了口語(yǔ)交際能力和書(shū)面習(xí)作水平。

Needless to say, money is not very important, but very very important.
If there is no money, I can’t use this microphone to speak to you and we can’t have such a room to hold such a competition. Without money, we can’t study in such a schoolyard. Without money, we can’t live in such a hometown. Without money, we can’t have such a motherland. On the other hand, If there is no money, you don’t need to bear my speech about money now.
Most of us have dreams about the future, dreams of having a good job and making much money. Surely someone has thought at times “If only I had a lot of money, I could be the happiest person in the world.” In fact it’s the main mistake that people make about money.
However, is money the road to happiness? Not really! Many people work every day, work overtime, work weekends to make a lot of money. Are they happy? No. They are too busy making money. Meanwhile, their personal lives, if they have any, fall apart. They have no time to form or to maintain friendship. They even lose the abilities to relax and to enjoy themselves. Enjoying means taking things, taking time to see, to hear, to taste, to smell, to feel. They do not take time to do this. They say: “I’ll do it when I have enough money to retire” then they find that it is too late.
Why we usually make such a mistake and even more mistakes? Activists say it is because of money itself. They think money has changed many things. For example, they think money has changed our way to measure someone’s value in the society. They even regard money as the source of evil. Also, they hate money, but they are wrong, completely wrong.
