高中英語(yǔ)勵(lì)志演講稿 篇1

Eagle acquired in a strong wind and rain in the wings, the plum blossom in full bloom in the cold weather assail the nostrils of the fragrance. In today's competitive times, we will not be timid, looking over, we will learn to survive in the competition, in the face of adversity in life to write music. As a philosopher said: The above on the fate of the people, confidence is the key to the fate! Thorns in front of any problems, we will hold it constant. Xue-Hai vast, we have to do down the brave sailors, wind and the waves, the future together, the ancient saying goes: The trials and tribulations, as in Ru Yu. "Youth in the footsteps of firms such as flow goes, the prime years of fighting can not afford to waste points. Fellow students, let us seize the good life every day, towards the other side of the gold before. Pro-yuan Xian fish, it is better still active and networks. We use the wisdom and courage raised the ideal of sailing, with our youth and life played a strong tone of the times! When we abandoned the confusion, take the course; ground when we Blinded, tireleYaojiang, the fate of the gates will be open to us, tempting time will come! The future is not a dream today, in our hands!

  to choose, to give up

a poet leads me to a branch road: on one se, there are lots of sweet apples, lovely and charming; on the other, there is a patch of thorn, what hes behind the succeof struggling against the thorn is a splend palace. i deeply know that if i choose the apples, i will give up a precious opportunity of becoming a queen; while if i choose to challenge, i have to say farewell to the apples. which one should i choose?

just like the branch road, we have to make a lot of choices during our lifetime. it is usually consered that we are choosing what to gain, to own, but in my opinion, we are just choosing to give up.

  choosing to be a teacher means giving up the life as rich as a busineman;

choosing to be a top student means giving up much leisure time in front of the tv.

sure, it’s a torture, but we must judge carefully what is more important, then give up the others. don’t think of them any more, just focus all your spirit on what you are doing.

i myself, who is standing here, have already chosen to challenge in such a great competition, so i have to give up ten days of normal es in school and relaxation without pressure. but i am still pleased, because giving up properly makes me stick to my choice.

let’s return to our branch road, which one will your choose? i choose to challenge here!

高中英語(yǔ)勵(lì)志演講稿 篇2

I have a dream that one day every vally shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.

Wow, what a dream it has been for Martin Luther King. But the changing world seems telling me that people gradually get their dreams lost somehow in the process of growing up, and sometimes I personally find myself saying goodbye unconsciously to those distant childhood dreams.

However, we meed dreams. They nourish our spirit; they represent possibility even when we are dragged down by reality. They keep us going. Most successful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who are not afraid to think big and dare to be great. When we were little kids, we all dreamed of doing something big and splashy, something significant. Now what we need to do is to maintain them, refresh them and turn them into reality. However, the toughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams into actions. Well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it. Don’t let the nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future. Through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through our creativity, we will make it.

Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today.

Ladies and Gentlemen: My topic is Honesty. As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story. /chuzhong/chusan/ 65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure.

In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth. He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome. When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error. Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let’s be honest people of good moral character. Thank you.

高中英語(yǔ)勵(lì)志演講稿 篇4

if i were a boy again, i would practice perseverance(毅力)more often, and never give up a thing because it was hard or inconvenient. if we want light, we must conquer darkness. perseverance can sometimes equal genius in its results. there are only two creatures, says a proverb, who can surmount the pyramids the eagle and the snail.

if i were a boy again, i would look on the cheerful side. life is very much like a mirror: if you smile upon it, i smile back upon you; but if you frown and look doubtful on it, you will get a similar look in return.

finally, instead of trying hard to be happy, as if that were the sole purpose of life, i would, if i were a boy again, i would still try harder to make others happy.
