honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen,the fairytale of aladdin has always been my childhood favorite. i was mesmerized by how aladdin used his three magic wishes. as a small girl, i dreamed of having the magic wishes to go wherever i wanted to go and see whatever i wanted to see. as you can probably guess, i haven't found my genie in the lamp yet, however, i have found something just as exciting and it has made marvelous changes in not only my life, but the lives of all human-beings. it is called technology.
i still remember how my father told me about his childhood back in those days when china was not as open and developed as it is now. children would run for kilometers to school, make toys with wood by themselves, and the biggest dream of a child was holding two jars of sugar, one white, the other brown in each arm and having the choice of eating whichever he wanted. just look at what we have now. magnificent technological advancement has opened up a whole new world to us.
however, just as our lives become more convenient, problems arise from this new life style. we seem to be caged in the modern technology; we are thinking alike as a result of using the same search engine, we are getting lazy as most of our work can be done by machines, and we are alienating people around us for we are more comfortable talking on phones and typing in front of a computer.
if i was given the chance to make my magic wishes now, i would wish we could go back in time and live for three days without advanced technology. i wonder what we would do in those three days. here is what i imagine:on the first day, people would be feeling so uncomfortable with the new situation that they would probably be confused and just not know what to do. the world would be in a mess for the whole day.on the second day, as life goes on, people would have to find alternative ways to deal with their daily rituals: students would have to go to libraries for information they wanted instead of searching on google; boys would have to express their affection to girls in person instead of sending an annoying txt message; and the young people of today would have the chance to experience the childhood of their parents. on this particular day, we could recover all we had lost in the modern world.
then comes the third day. after the previous two days, we would gradually come to realize that we should have paid more attention to our studies and work as we actually have so much creativity and potential within ourselves. we would also realize that we should have spent more time with a friend, a parent or a child as we do love them, but we don't really understand them due to the lack of personal communication. we shouldn't have been so dependent on modern technology as it wasn't invented to confine us, but to inspire us. this last day would be spent in sparks of new ideas and sweet moments with our loved ones.
maybe some would argue that it is just my imagination, and that magic would never work in our world. true, but magic can always work in our hearts, helping us understand that we, instead of the machine, are the masters of the world. the key is to treasure our human initiative and connections, to see the world with our own eyes, explore the unknown with our minds and treat others with our hearts. just like aladdin didn't choose to use magic to gain a happy life, we can make our choice, too. and when we do, we will live, as in the fairy tales, happily ever after. thank you.

大家好!我叫和藝峰。我演講的題目是“我愛(ài)我的爸爸”。
我非常想念我的爸爸，真想告訴他我是多么愛(ài)他。我呀呀學(xué)語(yǔ)的第一句話就是“爸爸”，但我從來(lái)沒(méi)有見(jiàn)過(guò)他，也沒(méi)有叫過(guò)他，因?yàn)榘职譅奚臅r(shí)候我只有七個(gè)月大。
爸爸是一名警察，是個(gè)英俊的、魁梧的、典型的納西族漢子，他的生命因?yàn)槟谴蔚卣鹩肋h(yuǎn)被定格在32歲……。
那是一件不堪回首的往事，叔叔們告訴了我當(dāng)時(shí)的情況。
1996年2月3日，一場(chǎng)7級(jí)大地震降臨到我美麗的故鄉(xiāng)—麗江。隨著一聲巨大的悶響，大地劇烈的顫抖，頓時(shí)山崩地裂，山石滾落、樓房倒塌。當(dāng)時(shí)，正在麗江縣五臺(tái)村找群眾調(diào)查案件線索的我爸爸和貴華第一個(gè)反應(yīng)過(guò)來(lái)，他大叫一聲“地震了，快跑!”聽(tīng)到他的喊聲，驚恐萬(wàn)狀的村民紛紛從自家屋中逃了出來(lái)。
爸爸剛剛站穩(wěn)，回頭一看，發(fā)現(xiàn)一幢即將倒塌的樓房里還有三個(gè)被驚呆了孩子，渾身顫栗地癱坐在地上，死神向他們張開(kāi)了血盆大口。“不好!”說(shuō)時(shí)遲，那時(shí)快，爸爸以警察的敏銳閃電般地沖進(jìn)屋里，雙手分別抱起兩個(gè)孩子，飛身跑出屋外，把兩個(gè)孩子放在院里，立即返身再救第三個(gè)孩子。

爸爸匆匆走了，沒(méi)能看到我學(xué)走路跌跌撞撞的第一步，沒(méi)能聽(tīng)到我咿呀學(xué)語(yǔ)喊出“爸爸”的第一聲。我在媽媽的撫養(yǎng)下長(zhǎng)大，但爸爸的英靈從來(lái)就沒(méi)有離開(kāi)過(guò)我們�？吹酵瑢W(xué)的爸爸開(kāi)車(chē)來(lái)接他們、看到鄰居的爸爸帶他們?nèi)ド虾？词啦⿻?huì)，我萬(wàn)分羨慕，但我也為我的英雄爸爸而自豪。正是有我爸爸這樣的人民警察的犧牲和奉獻(xiàn)，才換來(lái)更多人民群眾的幸福和安康。
我常常夢(mèng)見(jiàn)我爸爸工作很疲憊的身影，回家來(lái)倒頭就睡在客廳沙發(fā)上的模樣，幻想著輕輕地給他蓋上一件毛衣或一條毯子……。我積攢了許多的話想對(duì)他說(shuō)，但爸爸已經(jīng)離開(kāi)我們14年了。
爸爸靜靜地走了，沒(méi)給我留下房子，沒(méi)給我存過(guò)上大學(xué)的錢(qián)，沒(méi)有盡到一個(gè)做爸爸的責(zé)任，他把痛苦、思念留給我和媽媽。但我沒(méi)有埋怨過(guò)爸爸，因?yàn)槲抑腊职值纳粌H僅屬于我和媽媽?zhuān)且幻�，他的生命屬于黨和人民，在危難時(shí)刻，他毫不猶豫沖上去救孩子不僅是本能的反應(yīng)，也是他崇高思想品德的真實(shí)寫(xiě)照。他留給我的是一種無(wú)上光榮的精神財(cái)富，留給了我一種崇高的責(zé)任：“忠于使命，愛(ài)國(guó)奉獻(xiàn)”這就足夠了!
我爸爸是黨和人民忠實(shí)的兒子，他不愧為一名出色的人民警察。今天，我想告慰九泉之下爸爸的英靈：我是他出色的兒子，革命自有后來(lái)人!我會(huì)繼承爸爸的遺志，做個(gè)對(duì)祖國(guó)、對(duì)人民有貢獻(xiàn)的人。你們會(huì)看到：若干年我長(zhǎng)大后，又一個(gè)頂天立地的男子漢和貴華將出現(xiàn)在你們面前。
今天我在這里演講思緒萬(wàn)千，我想說(shuō)的話很多、很多。而我最想的是：對(duì)著藍(lán)天，對(duì)著大海，我要大喊一聲：爸爸，我愛(ài)你!
