評分標準:滿分100分,其中吐字準確50分,朗讀流利15分,語音語調15分,表情豐富10分,講禮貌、態(tài)度大方10分,超時扣5分,不足部分則酌情扣分。我們將去掉評委打的最高分和最低分,最后得出總的平均分。

1善用空間的演講
所謂空間就是指進行演說的場所范圍、演講者所在之處以及與聽眾間的距離等等。演說者所在之處以位居聽眾注意力容易匯集的地方最為理想。例如開會的時候、主席多半位居會議桌的上方、因為該處正是最容易匯集出席者注意力的地方。
反之,如果主席位居會議桌之正中央,則會議的進行情況會變如何呢?恐怕會使出席者注意力散漫了,且有會議冗長不休的感覺?因此,讓自己位居聽眾注意力容易匯集之處,不但能夠提升聽眾對于演講的關注,甚至具有增強演說者信賴度權威感的效果。
2演講應注意的幾個問題
2.1演講時的姿勢
演說時的姿勢(posture)也會帶給聽眾某種印象,例如堂堂正正的印象或者畏畏縮縮的印象。雖然個人的性格與平日的習慣對此影響頗巨,不過一般而言仍有方便演講的姿勢,即所謂“輕松的姿勢”。要讓身體放松,反過來說就是不要過度緊張。過度的緊張不但會表現(xiàn)出笨拙僵硬的姿勢,而且對于舌頭的動作也會造成不良的影響。
訣竅之一是張開雙腳與肩同寬,挺穩(wěn)整個身軀。另一個訣竅是想辦法擴散并減輕施加在身體上的緊張情緒。例如將一只手稍微插入口袋中,或者手觸桌邊、或者手握麥克風等等。
2.2演講時的視線
在大眾面前說話,亦即表示必須忍受眾目睽睽的注視。當然,并非每位聽眾都會對你報以善意的眼光。盡管如此,你還是不可以漠視聽眾的眼光,避開聽眾的視線來說話。尤其當你走到麥克風旁邊站立在大眾面前的那一瞬間,來自聽眾的視線有時甚至會讓你覺得刺痛。
克服這股視線壓力的秘訣,就是一面進行演講;一面從聽眾當中找尋對于自己投以善意而溫柔眼光的人。并且無視于那些冷淡的眼光。此外,把自己的視線投向強烈“點頭”以示首肯的人,對鞏固信心來進行演說也具有效果。
2.3演講時的臉部表情
演講時的臉部表情無論好壞都會帶給聽眾極其深刻的印象。緊張、疲勞、喜悅、焦慮、等情緒無不清楚地表露在臉上,這是很難藉由本人的意志來加以控制的。演講的`內容即使再精彩,如果表情總覺缺乏自信,老是畏畏縮縮,演講就很容易變得欠缺說服力。
控制臉部的方法,首先“不可垂頭”。人一旦“垂頭”就會予人“喪氣”之感,而且若視線不能與聽眾接觸,就難以吸引聽眾的注意。另一個方法是“緩慢說話”。說話速度一旦緩慢,情緒即可穩(wěn)定,臉部表情也得以放松,再者,全身上下也能夠為之泰然自若起來。
2.4有關服飾和發(fā)型
服裝也會帶給觀眾各種印象。尤其是東方男性總是喜歡穿著灰色或者藍色系列的服裝,難免給人過于刻板無趣印象。輕松的場合不妨穿著稍微花俏一點的服裝來參加。不過如果是正式的場合,一般來說仍以深色西服、男士無尾晚宴服、以及燕尾服為宜。其次,發(fā)型也可塑造出各種形象來。長發(fā)和光頭各自蘊含其強烈的形象,而鬢角的長短也被認為是個人喜好的表征。站出來演講之際,你的服裝、究竟帶給對方何種印象?希望各位好好地思量一番。
2.5聲音和腔調
聲音和腔調乃是與生俱來的,不可能一朝一夕之間有所改善。不過音質與措詞對于整個演說影響頗巨,這倒是事實。根據(jù)某項研究報告指出聲音低沉的男性比聲音高亢的男性,其信賴度較高。因為聲音低沉會讓人有種威嚴沉著的感覺。盡管如此,各位還是不可能馬上就改變自己的聲音?傊匾氖亲屪约旱穆曇羟宄貍鬟_給聽眾。即使是音質不好的人,如果能夠稟持自己的主張與信念的話,依舊可以吸引聽眾的熱切關注。說話的速度也是演講的要素。為了營造沉著的氣氛,說話稍微慢點是很重要。標準大致為5分鐘三張左右的a4原稿,不過,此地要注意的是,倘若從頭至尾一直以相同的速度來進行,聽眾會睡覺的。
3英文演講和中文演講的區(qū)別
我們的社會政治情況與國外不太一樣。美國人從小學開始就要競選這個、競選那個,比如俱樂部經理、學生會主席,跟政治競選差不多,所以他們的講演發(fā)達,在講演培訓方面也開展得比較好。在西方國家,特別是英語國家更加重視演講。中國在這方面滯后了一點兒,但是現(xiàn)在講演的風氣開始興盛,這很是令人喜悅。隨著我們對外經貿、外交關系的拓展,學英語講英語的形勢更加喜人。
那么,英文演講和中文演講相比有哪些區(qū)別呢?實際上一樣,關鍵在于了解演講對象,減少冗余信息。中文演講和英文演講實際上是一樣的,關鍵是看你演講的對象。不管是用中文還是用英文演講,首先你要對自己的聽眾要有一個很好的了解。在國外講演,講演超過半個小時,你就要考慮這個時間是不是快到了,絕不要超過50分鐘。而且應該留出一半以上的時間讓聽眾來提問題。在中國情況就有所不同,實際上現(xiàn)在中國人也愿意聽短話,特別是沒有什么信息量的套話說法。
在講演當中,語言文字的運用很重要。第一,語言表達純熟清晰。第二,以對方習慣的方式、喜歡的方式來講。第三,要有內容。當聽眾通過贊揚英文的辦法來贊揚你時,例如觀眾對你說articulate,這是表示你講得非常清晰,你聽到這樣的評語之后,實際上就說明你的內容已經打動了人。
適應聽眾思維習慣,在講演一定要注意觀眾的反映。我的講話就是半個小時,必要的時候縮短20分鐘。我看大家睜著眼睛很安安靜靜的在聽,我就多講幾句。講話不要長,講20分鐘就可以打住了,然后讓人家提問題,這個10分鐘是有效的10分鐘,你可以根據(jù)他們提的問題,不完全是切中這個問題放大放開講。
學習英語也沒有什么捷徑可走。
一是慢慢積累,不要放棄。基礎一定要打好,特別是語法的基礎。在學校學的時間不長,但是基礎必須非常穩(wěn)固。光介詞的練習就需要知道幾百幾千,冠詞的練習,什么時候用the,什么時候不用,這些基礎都非常牢固。
二是多看、多讀、多模仿。英語開始就是模仿,注意外國人的表達方法。另一方面要非常注意閱讀。像《新聞周刊》、《時代》等等,而且是越看不明白的東西越看。
三是要記錄。寫有用的短語、詞句,要把它記下來,而且要注意比較外國人和中國不同的表達法。舉個例子,中國人講話的時候,謝謝大家對我的熱烈歡迎,很平實的。英語國家的人講這么一句話,“thank you for the warm hospitality that makes me feel so welcome!币馑季褪恰爸x謝你們的好客,這個好客使我感覺到自己如此受歡迎”。假如你沒有看過英文、聽過英文,你絕對不能想到這么表達。所以你就要學,就要聽。我們不能說我學的時候學了,自己講得時候還照中文講,不能這樣,要用英文來思維,越是覺得有點怪怪的,越是要學的。時間久而久之,你就不會講中式英文。
4英文演講的要素
演講是一門藝術,好的英文演講比賽究竟用什么樣的標準來評判?演講要素12項就是presenting skills(演說技巧):
。1)know your topic(知道你要講什么題目)。
(2)know your audience(了解你的聽眾)。
(3)know your start and stop times,as well as who else is on(知道你開始和停止的時間以及除你之外還有誰要講話)。
。4)know what you want people to do differently and tell them(對你所說的和人們所做的有什么不同,心中要有數(shù),并讓聽眾知道)。
。5)make major points。(寫下你的講話要點)。
(6)check all your equipment,sound,lighting and seating arrangements。(檢查你的器材、音響、燈光和座位)。
(7)ask someone you trust and respect to constructively critique you。(請一個你所信任和尊敬的人對你的講稿提出建設性的批評和意見)。
(8)relax before you go on。(演講前要放松)。

本節(jié)課是PEP3第四單元MyhomeA局部第一課時,教學內容是新授單詞”study,kitchen,livingroom,bathroom,bedroom”。以和Let’sdo。
本課是詞匯教學課,而所學內容又是同學日常生活中所非常熟悉的事物。因此,從同學已有的知識經驗動身,我先進行一個chant,”I have a pencil,I have a ruler!毕绕醋x這些簡單的單詞。這個環(huán)節(jié),不只通過chant活躍課堂氣氛,而且通過拼讀這些簡單的單詞,讓每一位同學都有成績感覺,激起他們的學習興趣。從拼讀book,Where is mybook?自然而然地引出書房,在不知不覺中把同學引入新知識的學習中。同時,在操練新單詞時,我利用”say something to study。“來激發(fā)同學對所學新單詞說一些話,防止了單調的'為學單詞而學單詞。這樣,既有利于同學口語的表達,也在他們已學的句型中鞏固新單詞,讓新單詞在句子中閃光,這時同學各種精彩的詞句也就會出現(xiàn)了。
整節(jié)課,我覺得自身不是地道地作為一個老師在教給同學這些單詞,同時也是投入到同學當中,和他們一起學習。教師投入了,同學自然而然就被帶進來了。因此,課堂氣氛很好,同學學得有勁,老師也教得有勁,課堂效率就高了。
在教學過程中,在一些用言語無法表達清楚的時候,我用一些適度夸張的動作來協(xié)助同學理解,既活躍氣氛,協(xié)助他們理解,同時,這些也是一些示范。在單詞教學時,就滲透Let’sdo的教學,讓他們說跟做結合起來,做到眼到,口到,心到。因此,一節(jié)課下來,同學精神豐滿,聲音響亮,掌握的情況也還可以。
通過本節(jié)課,也發(fā)現(xiàn)了自身在很多方面,也還有缺乏之處,如Let’sdo的時候,我是沒有讓同學完整地聽一遍,就直接讓他們做了。應該進行完整教學,讓他們先完整地聽一遍,一方面加強他們的聽力能力,另一方面也培養(yǎng)同學學會傾聽。在操練Let’sdo的時候,應該先進行小組合作訓練,讓同學先在四人小組中先一個人說指令,再叫起來示范。再則,應該把Let’sdo的操練落實到每一位同學,同學之間互相操練,這不只能給每個同學動手、動口的機會,而且還便于教師進行個別指導。
作為一個年輕的老師,還有很多地方值得我去學習去研究。我們要學會反思,做一名反思型的教師。

President Clinton, Senator Clinton, President Carter and Mrs. Carter, President Bush and Mother Governor and Mrs. Huckabee, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen: Laura and I are really pleased to be a part of this happy and historic occasion. On this day of dedication, we honor the man from Hope, Arkansas, who became the 42nd President of the United States. Mr. President, congratulations.
This presidential library chronicles a vivid era in American history, for the benefit of future generations. It will contribute to the vitality of this fine city and to the great state of Arkansas. The collections here record the dedication and hard work of thousands, who brought talent and idealism to public service. And at the center of that era, at the head of that administration, was an able and energetic American. President Bill Clinton led our country with optimism and a great affection for the American people, and that affection has been returned. He gave all to his job, and the nation gave him two terms.
In the early 1990s, the American people saw a young, well-spoken, relatively unknown governor rise to national prominence. Yet for decades here in Arkansas, the signs of destiny were clear. When young William entered a new school in the 4th grade, a classmate recalls, "He didn't mean to, but he just took the place over." When Governor Clinton declared his candidacy for President in this city, his close friends were not surprised in the least. They'd always known that Bill Clinton's moment in history would come.
Arkansas is a state that knows political skill when you see it. A fellow in Saline County was asked by his son why he liked Governor Clinton so much. He said, son, he'll look you in the eye, he'll shake your hand, he'll hold your baby, he'll pat your dog -- all at the same time.
Over the years, Bill Clinton showed himself to be much more than a good politician. His home state elected him governor in the 1970s, the 1980s, and the 1990s, because he was an innovator, a serious student of policy, and a man of great compassion. In the White House, the whole nation witnessed his brilliance and mastery of detail, his persuasive power, and his persistence. The President is not the kind to give up a fight. His staffers were known to say, "If Clinton were the Titanic, the iceberg would sink."
During his presidency, Bill Clinton seized important opportunities on issues from welfare to free trade. He was a tireless champion of peace in the Middle East. He used American power in the Balkans to confront aggression and halt ethnic cleansing. And in all his actions and decisions, the American people sensed a deep empathy for the poor and the powerless. Shortly before leaving office, President Clinton said, "Christ admonished us that our lives will be judged by how we do unto the least of our neighbors." Throughout his career, Bill Clinton has done his best to live up to that standard. And Americans respect him for it. At every stage of his remarkable life, President Clinton has made and kept countless friends, who share in the joy of this day. And three people in particular have the largest part in this remarkable story. One day more than 30 years ago, inside the Yale Law Library, a fellow student walked over to Bill Clinton and said, "If you're going to keep staring at me, and I'm going to keep staring back, we ought to at least know each other's name. Mine's Hillary Rodham. What is yours?"That was a good day for both of them, and the beginning of a partnership unique in American history. So today, we honor the former First Lady of Arkansas, the former First Lady of America, the United States Senator from New York, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Perhaps the Clintons' greatest achievement is their daughter, who moved into the White House as a young girl, and left as an accomplished young lady. It's not easy to be a teenager in the White House, but it's a lot easier when you have a loving mother and a loving father that Chelsea Clinton had.
This magnificent presidential library, and the American life it celebrates, would not have been possible without the love and sacrifice of a special lady. Among his heroes, President Clinton always includes his mother, Virginia Kelley, "a working woman and a widow." Virginia was there when her son took the oath of office, and we know that she would be incredibly proud of this day.
The story that began in a little house on Hervey Street in Hope, Arkansas is the kind of story that inspires people from every background, all over America. In this great nation, it is always possible for a child to go as far as their talent and vision can take them. Visitors to this place will be reminded of the great promise of our country, and the dreams that came true in the life of our 42nd President. The William J. Clinton Presidential Library is a gift to the future by a man who always believed in the future. And today, we thank him for loving and serving America.

I felt so cool when I won the first prize of NEPCS in 1997. After that everyone said to me:“Hey,Why not bee an English teacher?” So I did!Actually, I liked teaching very soon. I like teaching and learning with the children. Sometimes they are my students; sometimes they are my younger brothers or sisters. Sometimes they are even my fans because I can sing many pop songs in the class! But I have to say: to be an English teacher is not easy. Why? Teacher-centered controls, threats make no sense to students now! No one can be forced to learn without a desire to learn! I am so eager to find out a good way.
But what are they? Nowadays, the use of tasks is monplace. But I as well as other teachers is wondering: my syllabus is based on an old-fashioned textbook and is also exam-driven. How do I structure lessons by using tasks? Should I tell my students: “Today your task is to listen to me" or “Your?task is to finish part a on page 5".Everything is unchanged, isn’t itWhat makes Task? A unit of grammar? No! A collection of lexical items? No! After a long time study, I begin to know that task is a means of learning the language by its real use! Now, I’d like to give an actual example for you. Each student has a puter .The target language includes shall, let’s do, writing letters.Word petition and on-_line exercise are the pre-tasks.

今天,我能在這里和大家共同交流工作體會,感到萬分榮幸。
首先,我要感謝我們英語組全體組員對我的影響和幫助。雖然我是教研組長,但我們組的每個英語老師都有許多我學習的地方,比如張麗衷老師善于找記憶方法、能夠調動學生的積極性,賀麗娟老師課前復習的到位,博林老師習題講解的透徹,趙楠老師課后輔導的及時等等。
回顧自己這十五年來在教學中的點點滴滴,感覺并沒有什么“經驗”,有的只是自己盡職盡責的工作態(tài)度。我覺得要想取得好成績,和平時心血的付出是成正比的。以下是自己在教學實踐中的一些做法和感悟,有不當之處,請各位多批評指正。
一、建立良好的師生關系
教學中,我感受最深的是,學生在成長過程中,需要知識,更需要關愛,作為老師,除了要有精湛的業(yè)務、敬業(yè)的精神、全面的知識,更重要的是在傳道授業(yè)解惑時,做到愛生如子。 “親其師而信其道”,只有讓學生喜歡你,他們才會信任你,向著你引導的方向發(fā)展。
二、狠抓課堂教學,提高課堂效率
現(xiàn)在正處于應試教育向素質教育轉軌時期,既要求減輕負擔,又要求提高教育質量,這就要求必須在課堂上下功夫,提高課堂效率,我通常注重以下幾個方面:
1、認真?zhèn)湔n。
大家都知道,備好課是上好課的前提,備課包括三方面,備教材、備學生、備教法。備教材。我總是提前翻閱各種材料、教師用書、學習資料及以往的相應試題,對于哪些是重點難點,哪些知識點擴展到什么程度,會以什么形式出題,做到心中有數(shù)。備學生,就是要了解學生的年齡特點、接受能力、知識儲備情況,這樣可以避免起點太高,學生聽不懂,或起點太低,學生感到無聊的情況。備教法。每個學生特點各不相同,我采取適合學生的方法導入新課,用學生易于掌握的方法講解新知,用學生感興趣的方法組織課堂活動等等。
2、關注每個學生,提高課堂凝聚力。
講課時,我的視線遍布每個角落,始終用眼光愛撫每個學生,學生的每個動作和眼神都逃不過我的眼睛,并且與學生進行眼神的交流,久而久之,每個學生都會感到老師一直在關注我,從而使他們集中注意力,認真聽講。
3、精講多練,提高課堂效率。
初中生的注意力集中時間只能持續(xù)十五到二十分鐘。我以前是“一張嘴,一支筆,從課首講到課尾!钡慕虒W模式。其實新課程理念要求我們重視學生在課堂上的主體地位,少講多練,F(xiàn)在我正在努力轉變思想,在今后的教學中做到精講多練。
4、教法靈活,降低學習難度。
英語學科知識點多而雜,致使部分學生因記不住而失去興趣。我覺得張麗衷老師就經常教學生一些順口溜來幫助記憶,使學生輕松的掌握知識,提高興趣。即使她編不出順口溜,我看她也盡量使用易于記憶的`方法進行知識歸納,這些都是我要學習和正在學習的地方。
三、經常查漏補缺,及時抓弱補偏
在提高課堂效率的基礎上,還要指導、督促學生搞好課外復習,防止知識的遺忘,并經常進行檢查測試,多批多改,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,解決問題。以前我并沒有意識到給學生批卷紙有多必要,這學期前兩單元我考了4次批了4次,我發(fā)現(xiàn)學生做題認真了,錯的地方重視了,有的知識我覺得學生應該會,實際上有的學生并沒有掌握,有利于我及時調整課堂內容。上半學期也批卷紙,那是怕完成不了張玉玲主任的任務很無奈的批,現(xiàn)在批卷紙批到某個題的時候也很生氣,但批完之后的收效真的很大。在這里要謝謝張玉玲主任。
以上是我的一點教學心得,我自省我在英語教學中還有許多不足。希望在今后工作中,各位領導、老師繼續(xù)給予幫助、指導。謝謝大家!
