I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

　　一、關(guān)于游泳我們要嚴(yán)格遵守“四不”

　　1、未經(jīng)家長老師同意不去。

　　2、沒有會游泳的成年人陪同不去。

　　3、深水的地方不去。

　　4、不熟悉的江溪池塘不去。(當(dāng)然，也不能到河塘撈魚摸蝦)

　　二、溺水原因主要有以下幾種

　　1、不會游泳。

　　2、游泳時間過長，疲勞過度。

　　3、在水中突發(fā)病尤其是心臟病。

　　4、盲目游入深水漩渦。

　　三、如何防溺水

　　游泳，是廣大青少年喜愛的體育鍛煉項(xiàng)目之一。然而，不做好準(zhǔn)備、缺少安全防范意識，遇到意外時慌張、不能沉著自救，極易發(fā)生溺水傷亡事故。

　　為了確保游泳安全，防止溺水事故的發(fā)生，必須做到以下幾點(diǎn)：

　　1、不要獨(dú)自一人外出游泳，更不要到不摸底和不知水情或比較危險且宜發(fā)生溺水傷亡事故的地方去游泳。選擇好的游泳場所，對場所的環(huán)境，如該水庫、浴場是否衛(wèi)生，水下是否平坦，有無暗礁、暗流、雜草，水域的深淺等情況要了解清楚。

　　2、必須要有組織并在老師或熟悉水性的人的帶領(lǐng)下去游泳。以便互相照顧。如果集體組織外出游泳，下水前后都要清點(diǎn)人數(shù)、并指定救生員做安全保護(hù)。

　　3、要清楚自己的身體健康狀況，平時四肢就容易抽筋者不宜參加游泳或不要到深水區(qū)游泳。要做好下水前的準(zhǔn)備，先活動活動身體，如水溫太低應(yīng)先在淺水處用水淋洗身體，待適應(yīng)水溫后再下水游泳;鑲有假牙的同學(xué)，應(yīng)將假牙取下，以防嗆水時假牙落入食管或氣管。

　　4、對自己的水性要有自知之明，下水后不能逞能，不要貿(mào)然跳水和潛泳，更不能互相打鬧，以免喝水和溺水。不要在急流和漩渦處游泳，更不要酒后游泳。

　　5、在游泳中如果突然覺得身體不舒服，如眩暈、惡心、心慌、氣短等，要立即上岸休息或呼救。

　　6、在游泳中，若小腿或腳部抽筋，千萬不要驚慌，可用力蹬腿或做跳躍動作，或用力按摩、拉扯抽筋部位，同時呼叫同伴救助。

　　7、在游泳中遇到溺水事故時，現(xiàn)場急救刻不容緩，心肺復(fù)蘇最為重要。將溺水者救上岸后，要立即清除口腔、鼻咽腔的嘔吐物和泥沙等雜物，保持呼吸通暢;應(yīng)將其舌頭拉出，以免后翻堵塞呼吸道;將溺水者的腹部墊高，使胸及頭部下垂，或抱其雙腿將腹部放在急救者肩部，做走動或跳動"倒水"動作�；謴�(fù)溺水者呼吸是急救成敗的關(guān)鍵，應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行人工呼吸，可采取口對口或口對鼻的人工呼吸方式，在急救的同時應(yīng)迅速送往醫(yī)院救治。
