　　其次要勤奮工作。有位哲人說過：人生求樂的方法，最好莫過于勞動。一切樂境，都可由勞動得來，一切苦境，都可由勞動解脫。也許，在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)利益觀作用下，有些人為個人想的多了，為單位想的少了。衛(wèi)生也打掃，但打掃的不干凈;領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同事們安排的工作也做，但是拖拖拉拉;領(lǐng)導(dǎo)沒有安排的，不積極主動去做。最終，人浮于事，疲于應(yīng)付，工作毫無聲色。我們青年一代絕不能感染這種價值觀，無論是國家大事還是單位小事，我們都應(yīng)該積極參與、積極進(jìn)取、勤奮工作，做到今日事、今日畢，培養(yǎng)高效的工作作風(fēng)和吃苦的加班精神。青春雖然是短暫的，但作為青春的我們年輕一代，要用個人勤奮工作，打造一個青春的崗位，一個青春的單位，承擔(dān)起歷史賦予我們的責(zé)任。

　　我小時候多么有野心。談笑風(fēng)生，朝方酋揮手，指點江山，鼓勵話語。不去北大，就沒有未名湖。然而這個夢，就像一只美麗的風(fēng)箏，在我心中放牧了六年，但最終，在夢與現(xiàn)實形成的強(qiáng)大逆風(fēng)中，我放下了手中握著的線。

　　一種奇怪的雜草（消極和悲觀的象征）在我心中如火如荼地生長起來。它是一種喜陰植物，不需要營養(yǎng)，隨意蔓延。只有一個夏天，我的心被牢牢纏住，像被毒死一樣無法治愈。

　　今天，我們這一代青年人有幸生活在改革開放的大我時代，有幸站立在世紀(jì)和千年交匯點上。我們是幸運(yùn)者。面對新世紀(jì)，我們責(zé)任重大。我們回顧發(fā)揚(yáng)“五四”精神，認(rèn)真思索著，自己應(yīng)該擁有一個怎樣的青春，怎樣的人生。記得，最初開始認(rèn)識“五四”是從小學(xué)的歷史課開始的。那時，老師講到“五四”運(yùn)動，向我們講述帝國主義列強(qiáng)對中國的種種欺凌，講述青年們?yōu)樽鎳�不惜獻(xiàn)身的種種壯舉。當(dāng)時，我們雖然還不能完全理解其中的深刻道理，但有如一絲曙光照亮蒙昧的荒原，我們幼小的心田中已播下了愛國的種子。漸漸地，我們長大了，我們成為風(fēng)華正茂的青年，我們更加深刻地懂得了五四的傳統(tǒng)和精神。想想那些曾經(jīng)與我們差不多大的五四青年吧!他們稚嫩的肩上早已承當(dāng)起一份救亡圖存的重任，而今天建設(shè)祖國的重任將別無選擇地落在我們這一代人的肩上，我們是否應(yīng)該為祖國的更加繁榮昌盛而奉獻(xiàn)我們的一切?

　　是啊，我們不小了，我們不能永遠(yuǎn)停在父母寬大的羽翼下避風(fēng)躲雨。今年的五月四日，我們將參加成人宣誓儀式。那意味著我們將要同父輩們一起，共同撐起一片藍(lán)天。

　　長輩們常說我們這一代人是蜜罐里泡大的孩子，少些緊迫感，也少些責(zé)任感。的確，與他們相比，我們的生活更舒適，更安逸。但這決不意味著我們可以放松身上的努力，減輕肩上的責(zé)任。

　　人們每每談到我們蘇北老鄉(xiāng) 總是感慨萬分。蘇北大地，是一片美麗而神奇的土地，我們鹽阜地鄉(xiāng) 也曾在中國革命史上留下過光輝的一頁。戎馬倥傯的年代，這一方熱土，曾經(jīng)為中國的革命付出了多么昂貴的代價。新中國成立后，這里的人們用自己的雙手，憑著蘇北人的勤勞和智慧，使自己的家鄉(xiāng) 發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。說起這一切，我們心中總是充滿自豪。但是，我們也應(yīng)該看到，這里與祖國的其他發(fā)達(dá)地鄉(xiāng) 相比還有著很大的差距，這里個別地方的貧困還有待于進(jìn)一步治理。這里的整體經(jīng)濟(jì)還有待進(jìn)一步的騰飛。我們，作為蘇北青年，首先應(yīng)該感覺到的是什么?棗責(zé)任，感到的應(yīng)該是責(zé)任�！吧�我是這片土地，養(yǎng)我是這片土地�！蔽覀儛壑�腳下的這片熱土。我們就要承擔(dān)起建設(shè)家鄉(xiāng) ，繁榮家鄉(xiāng)的責(zé)任。

　　在我的家鄉(xiāng)，有一位與我的父親同齡人。他就是全國聞名的身殘志堅的農(nóng)村科技鐵人姜德明。他立足農(nóng)田，孜孜不倦地研究著小麥、棉花如何在家鄉(xiāng)的土地上能夠有更高的總產(chǎn)量。當(dāng)他的研究取得了初步成果時，癌癥又一次地向他襲來。他沒有倒下，拄著拐杖依然風(fēng)里雨里地留在田頭，走訪農(nóng)戶家中。不懈的努力，他培育出的優(yōu)良品種得到了推廣，種植技術(shù)得到了普及，糧食總產(chǎn)量大幅度提高，農(nóng)民的雙手歡迎這樣的農(nóng)技員。把他譽(yù)為“農(nóng)技鐵人”。他是我們老鄉(xiāng) 青年的我榜樣。去年，他在青年成人宣誓儀式上諄諄告誡我們，為老鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛，要努力學(xué)習(xí)，掌握科學(xué)文化知識，立足本職，捧著一顆心來，不帶半根草去!我們記住了這位鐵人的話，我們意識到了自己的責(zé)任，我們鹽阜老鄉(xiāng)的青年們都會努力的。

　　我叫黃~，來自~。我從小就愛畫畫，小時候家里窮，買不起畫紙。就在家門前的空地上，用木棍在沙子上自由自在畫畫，，由于父親身體不太好，才十五歲的我做了一名采石工，日復(fù)一日的砸石頭，使手上血泡一個接一個，后來結(jié)成了老繭，身體也多次被石塊砸傷過。19歲那年，父親走了，給了我巨大的打擊，家里的重?fù)?dān)壓在我身上更重了，那時候的念頭：我只有向命運(yùn)反抗才能爭取自己做主自己的人生。我堅定的重拾了童年做畫家的夢想，但是家里一窮二白，母親沒有錢也非常為難，無奈之下的我是一頭跪倒在母親面前哭求：“你就當(dāng)今天兒子腿被石頭砸斷了，去看醫(yī)生也要向全村借錢的……”我是這樣逼著我媽媽挨家挨戶借，開始學(xué)習(xí)商品畫，現(xiàn)在回憶，我非常內(nèi)疚用這樣的方式，但是當(dāng)時也是迫不得已的做法。

　　~~年我孤身一人來到深圳大芬油畫村，想通過努力為家人帶來希望，也為自己的夢想尋找新的機(jī)會。剛剛過來跟大家一樣從流水線”上的工人開始，但是很快我就不甘心機(jī)械化的畫畫生產(chǎn)模式。

　　我開始尋找突破點，要找出一條與眾不同的藝術(shù)形式。但是我發(fā)現(xiàn)自身的文化底蘊(yùn)和專業(yè)性知識都太單薄，我要比別人更加加倍努力，我揣摩一套自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法和藝術(shù)語言，我大膽采用了自身的個性化和想象力來創(chuàng)作，我一邊通過寫生來提高我自己，一邊開始采用各種各樣的綜合材料來創(chuàng)作，漸漸的我從一名流水線畫工蛻變?yōu)楠毩⑺伎嫉漠嫾摇５�是這一路熬過來，太多的困難和考驗，太多的辛酸，是年少時候父親的去世卻給我一個無常的信念，人生是短暫而脆弱，我們要好好珍惜發(fā)揮!而我就靠這樣的信念一個一個攻克我所遇的困難，甚至常常要靠借錢生存，靠堅持才熬到現(xiàn)在，<第一范文>直到偶然的機(jī)會，我在大芬聯(lián)歡晚會表演一個倒畫小品，那一刻，讓舞臺上不僅有賞心悅目的演出，還能誕生獨特的藝術(shù)品。這給了我很大的希望。~~年我報名中央電視臺3套《我要上春晚》成功晉級，再被中央電視臺一套邀請表演，被專家評譽(yù)為：繪畫表演藝術(shù)家;很值的高興的是，我這樣創(chuàng)新的繪畫表演陸續(xù)被各大衛(wèi)視邀請去創(chuàng)意繪畫表演。

　　現(xiàn)在在大芬也擁有自己的工作室和畫廊，也成了一個溫暖幸福的家。我的表演以及我的作品還在不斷探索，但是我依然一步一個腳印的往前走。這一切的變化證實我那一年選擇和這些年的煎熬是值得，也驗證了付出自有回報的箴言。

　　我有一個夢想，那就是通過不斷創(chuàng)新，把繪畫和表演完美結(jié)合，帶給大家美的感動和享受。

　　我相信我將來會帶動更多喜愛美術(shù)的人走創(chuàng)新之路。我想用我的經(jīng)歷來鼓舞更多年輕人，有夢想，去行動，夢想就不僅僅是夢想!

　　我們__社區(qū)是一個有_多戶、__多人的大社區(qū)，對于所有的社區(qū)干部來說，都是一個挑戰(zhàn)，細(xì)算起來我們社區(qū)任務(wù)有幾十項，再加上政府職能部門的臨時任務(wù)，我們的工作的確很繁重，但是，自從我選擇了這份職業(yè)，我就沒有后悔過，我把全部的精力和熱情都傾注于社區(qū)工作中，不管是上班時間還是在家里，我家的電腦、打印機(jī)、紙張和墨都成了我的辦公用具和辦公用品。因為_社區(qū)，就是我人生的舞臺，就是我體現(xiàn)人生價值和奉獻(xiàn)的地方。

　　十多年來，我一直是一名普通的社區(qū)干部。社區(qū)工作的繁瑣負(fù)雜，群眾的不理解，進(jìn)樓進(jìn)戶的抵觸，以及矛盾糾紛的多面性，使我們從焦躁不安、怨氣沖天一點點的長大了起來，逐漸的學(xué)會了寬容、謙遜、學(xué)習(xí)、忍耐和擔(dān)當(dāng)!無論是和解矛盾后贏得的贊許，或是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同事們給予的肯定和信任，都讓我們?yōu)楦冻龊笫斋@而欣慰。

　　社區(qū)的工作崗位，平淡、普通，經(jīng)歷著時候總是感覺到紛紛擾擾，工作多得怎么也處理不完，但是我們深知崗位雖小，但同樣也肩負(fù)著"立黨為公，執(zhí)政為民"的光輝使命。在社區(qū)黨建、社區(qū)隊伍建設(shè)、社區(qū)文化、社區(qū)教育、社區(qū)環(huán)境、社區(qū)衛(wèi)生等等各項工作中留下了我們的身影，也是在這點點滴滴的事務(wù)中我們與群眾結(jié)下了深厚的感情，為這普通的工作幸福而歡快著。

　　五一勞動節(jié)剛過，在此請允許我向在座的所有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、所有老師，還有我們刻苦奮讀的學(xué)子們道一聲：你們辛苦了!今日又恰逢青年節(jié)，我衷心祝愿我們所有的青年朋友：節(jié)日快樂!心想事成!

　　此時此刻的我，有些激動，更感榮幸。今天能登上這個講臺，我要感謝的人很多。首先我得感謝我的學(xué)子，因為你們的出色，我才能有此殊榮;再者我要感謝我的同事，因為你們的幫助，我才能獲此嘉獎;最后我要感謝我們的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，因為你們的關(guān)心，才有我今天的進(jìn)步;當(dāng)然我還要謝謝我的家人，感謝他們對我工作的支持。

　　一、自我介紹

　　我，骨髓里帶點野性。兒時一直向往著軍旅生活，記得讀高中時曾與一幫兄弟信誓旦旦：絕不讀師范，決不當(dāng)老師!不是歧視教師職業(yè)，只是認(rèn)為教書壓根就不適合自己。然而高考的失意與家庭的原因卻使我作出了人生中最無奈的選擇--教書育人。98年大學(xué)畢業(yè)，19歲的我，年少輕狂，卻令人難以置信地在孝道面前選擇了順從，依然清楚地記得第一天回母校報到時的情景，父母滿心歡喜，而我，內(nèi)心懊惱。就這樣，在家人，尤其是祖母燦爛的笑容中，我心不甘，情不愿地走上了講臺。我在自己的日志中寫道：悲哀!十幾年的寒窗我居然沒能走出教室，不同的是：以前坐著，現(xiàn)在站著......

　　初中教學(xué)，工作輕松、日子瀟灑，生活自由，但卻帶點空虛。工作之余，或吹煙網(wǎng)戰(zhàn)、或?qū)�酒�?dāng)歌、或以球會友，或飆車郊游，一晃就過了五年。一天，我突然地意識到自己在慵懶的生活中一天天墮落，帶著自己所剩不多的一點上進(jìn)心，03年我走進(jìn)了我的第二母校--瀏陽四中。剛開始，習(xí)慣了懶散的我面對緊張的高中教學(xué)可謂無所適從，幾近崩潰。一年下來，我感覺無論從腦力還是體力來講，消耗都超過了我整個五年的初中教學(xué)。一向精力，體力充沛的我都不免暗暗叫苦。無路可退，無悔可言，我只能告訴自己咬牙挺過。幾年的磨練，我總算適應(yīng)了地獄般的高中教育教學(xué)。每日重復(fù)著單調(diào)、枯燥的工作，迎日而起，伴月而歸，不乏牢騷，始終堅持。

　　不知哪位哲人說過這樣一句話：既然你無法改變，也無法逃避，就學(xué)會去享受。我再三思考這句話，努力地從心里說服自己一定要做一位既受學(xué)生喜愛，又受同事歡迎的老師。

　　二、關(guān)愛學(xué)生

　　祖父、外祖父，還有眾多的家族長輩，親人均為教師，我自小尊重他們，加上樂群的性格，漸漸地，我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己并不討厭與學(xué)生打交道，我喜歡學(xué)生，也受學(xué)生喜歡。

　　到四中8年的時光，其中值得自樂的一件事是連續(xù)7年一直擔(dān)任班主任。世間的事物永遠(yuǎn)都是相對的。學(xué)生在帶給我無盡麻煩的同時，也帶給我難以言表的快樂。開始的兩三年我用8個字總結(jié)：疲于奔命，碌碌無為。我曾經(jīng)自嘲當(dāng)班主任處理瑣事的感受可以借用一句經(jīng)典詩詞來形容：天長地久有時盡，此恨綿綿無絕期。我“恨”當(dāng)班主任。

　　看著自己的教育教學(xué)成績，回顧自己的付出與所得，心里不免不時地惆悵，也曾想過放棄。但想著自己收獲的師生情結(jié)，硬是堅持了下來。從開始的150--147--157--155--167--186，到去年的185，每一屆我都可以找一個詞來描述自己的心路歷程：150--懵懂無助、147--欲罷不能、155--多云轉(zhuǎn)晴、157--得心應(yīng)手、167--心有靈犀、186—中途逆轉(zhuǎn)，185--輕車熟路。06年我開始體驗成功的快樂，所帶的高二理科157班全期五次月考，五次優(yōu)勝，且一直以較大優(yōu)勢領(lǐng)先年級第二名，兄弟班級不無望塵莫及的感慨;07年轉(zhuǎn)戰(zhàn)高三文科，所帶155班高考一炮走紅，學(xué)校文科狀元、上線人數(shù)年級最多;08年高一年級部主任，中途接管186班，徹底改觀186一盤散沙的局面，深得學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)好評;09年高二年級部主任兼185班主任，創(chuàng)造四中歷史，整個一年，高二囊括所有常規(guī)評價優(yōu)秀班級榮譽(yù)稱號，學(xué)校次年修改評價方案(分年級進(jìn)行評比);所帶班級被評為長沙市優(yōu)秀班級;學(xué)考僅有一位學(xué)生一科掛科;10年高三年級部主任，目前態(tài)勢良好，常規(guī)優(yōu)秀，成績穩(wěn)步提升。

　　有失還有得，在班主任這個舞臺上我能自信地說自己成熟了許多，單從這一點我還得感謝我的學(xué)生。除此之外，我腦海里已經(jīng)珍藏了太多真誠的笑臉。每每情緒低落的時候，總會有學(xué)生給你一個短信、一張卡片、幾句留言，幾句寒暄......我便似乎很知足了。尤其是業(yè)已畢業(yè)的學(xué)生，他們更懂事，好像都很懷舊，經(jīng)常通過各種方式向我敘述他們的成或敗、喜與樂。

　　我一直認(rèn)為學(xué)生是單純的，老師的愛應(yīng)該是真誠的。因為真誠，才

　　顯關(guān)愛。多年來我與學(xué)生之間的故事太多，我就隨意挑一個和大家分享吧。(__QQ空間故事)去年的一天晚上7:00，高三全體老師會議，就在開會的前幾分鐘，正當(dāng)我忙于準(zhǔn)備開會資料的時候，186的一位男生神色緊張地跑到辦公室說要找我說點事。在走廊上，他結(jié)結(jié)巴巴地告訴我放在寢室里的錢被盜了，近兩千元--下周到長沙體育培訓(xùn)的費(fèi)用。我一聽也懵了。但因為要主持會議，只好簡單地安慰了幾句，叮囑他先到保衛(wèi)處王主任那里詳細(xì)說明一下情況。電話告知王主任后，我忐忑不安地走進(jìn)了會議室。整個會議過程我心里都在打鼓，20__塊對于一位學(xué)生來講畢竟不是一個小數(shù)目，無論是失錢者還是盜錢者都讓我心里難安。更何況被盜的男生性格內(nèi)向，脾氣沖動。9:30會議終于結(jié)束。我急匆匆地找到王主任了解情況，基本上能確認(rèn)是本寢室同學(xué)所為，卻也無可奈何，因為找不到確鑿的證據(jù)，而且即使有證據(jù)我們又能做什么呢?學(xué)生差不多都已經(jīng)熄燈睡覺了，我和王主任、班主任商量還是先到寢室與所有同學(xué)談心。我壓著自己略顯焦慮的心情，心平氣和地引導(dǎo)他們權(quán)衡眼前與未來、金錢與品質(zhì)的關(guān)系，勸誡那位因一時糊涂而犯錯的同學(xué)能知錯就改，將錢歸還。次日早晨早操以后我再次對該寢室的同學(xué)做思想工作，同組的老師給出了一個很好的建議--給犯錯者創(chuàng)設(shè)一個“臺階”。仔細(xì)商討了所有的細(xì)節(jié)后，我們便開始了一次找錢洗心的行動，先準(zhǔn)備好

　　10個信封，按人民幣大小裁好若干紙條，每個信封分裝20張紙條，統(tǒng)一發(fā)到每位寢室成員手中。講清道理后要求他們按床位編號依次單獨進(jìn)入寢室逗留5分鐘，最后約定時間統(tǒng)一將信封封好交到一個紙箱內(nèi)“恐怕沒什么作用”，心急的班主任滿臉狐疑拆封了，一封，兩封，三封突然，班主任的臉上露出了欣慰的笑容，“有了!一千七百元�！鞭k公室的老師都開心地笑了。我更有些興奮和激動。成功了!心中有一股強(qiáng)烈的想表揚(yáng)學(xué)生的沖動，我拿起筆，隨意在筆記本上寫下了這樣一段文字：

　　漂亮的轉(zhuǎn)身在人生的道路上，摔跤是難免的，摔倒以后如果能自己爬起來，那才是真正的勇士。我想對那位同學(xué)說：你是好樣的!浪子回頭金不換!你的心靈經(jīng)過這次洗禮將會更純、更美，同時由于這個漂亮的轉(zhuǎn)身，在今后的人生道路上，你一定會走得更平穩(wěn)、更踏實。讓我們一起鼓掌，為這種勇氣喝彩!我更想表揚(yáng)的是男生202#，這件事情發(fā)生以后，大家心里都不高興，猜疑、憤慨，鄙夷。。。各種情緒都有，但他們與老師的配合更多地體現(xiàn)的是他們的寬容、大度和真誠。同學(xué)們，什么是寬容?什么是大度?什么是真誠?男202#的全體同學(xué)給我們作了很好的詮釋。那就是在朋友犯錯時，真心地伸出自己的友誼之手拉他一把，而不是冷漠地排斥。我衷心地希望我們所有同學(xué)今后能真誠待人、團(tuán)結(jié)互助，共同進(jìn)步!

　　大家好！

　　五四青年節(jié)一個隆重而又莊嚴(yán)的節(jié)日，一個可以激發(fā)我們青年人熱情的節(jié)日，從1919年的5月4日，轉(zhuǎn)眼間我們走過了98個春秋了。它不是一個不同的日子，而是代表我們中國青年自己的日子。

　　它總是讓我回想起中國的青年為了祖國和人民的命運(yùn)而作的斗爭的精神。我理解的五四精神是自由、民主、愛國，是銳意進(jìn)取，這些在任何時代都是應(yīng)該繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)的。雖然當(dāng)代大學(xué)生身處的時代和九十年前大不相同，但這些根深蒂固的傳統(tǒng)是變不了的。時光飛逝，歲月如流，從上個世紀(jì)的1919年到現(xiàn)在，五四已經(jīng)走過了近一個世紀(jì)。

　　時間已經(jīng)過去98年了，彈指間灰飛煙滅，歷史的腳印永遠(yuǎn)定格在那個時期那個動蕩的年代。那個時代充滿了的黑暗與殘酷，但是那個難忘的歷史只有留在史冊上和人們的心里。

　　無論是被欺壓還是我們奮起的反抗，那些種種都過去了，過去是值得紀(jì)念，但是更重要的是還留存下來的一種精神，一種五四所帶來的英勇與堅強(qiáng)、果敢與奮進(jìn)、熱忱與理想、不屈與抗?fàn)幍木�神。這精神不該隨著歲月的變遷而流逝，那種精神不該只停留在那個時代，那種精神也不該只是用來讓我們來紀(jì)念。我常常思考這樣一個問題：我們這樣推崇的五四精神是否過時了？還是脫離了現(xiàn)代21世界的發(fā)展？。但是我想說的是這種精神是從不凝固，正如歷史永不會重現(xiàn)。

　　記得有人說過，擊非典的眾志成城，直到最近幾年的汶川地震，還有前一陣子才發(fā)生的玉樹地震。我們?nèi)匀挥兄鴲蹏�的精神，仍然有著國家有難，我們青年人作為先鋒隊，為國家現(xiàn)身。雖說不上過去戰(zhàn)亂年代的拋頭顱灑熱血的年代，但是我們?nèi)耘f有著愛國的精神，為國家盡著微薄的力量。所以這種五四精神沒有被我們現(xiàn)在的年輕人所遺忘。然而我們正是在繼續(xù)壯大這種精神。

　　我是一名下崗女工。1992年因為單位人事改革，我下崗了。這一下，就讓我足足在家呆了十年，十年的庸庸碌碌讓我已經(jīng)從當(dāng)年意氣風(fēng)發(fā)的青年，蛻變成了一名只知道圍著鍋臺轉(zhuǎn)的家庭婦女，這十年的韶光褪盡了我一身的銳氣，也讓我過早地進(jìn)入了中年。可就在20xx年，金葉大酒店因即將開業(yè)，向社會招聘下崗人員，這個消息象一陣春風(fēng)喚醒了我對工作的渴望，在得到家人的支持和理解后，我毅然報名了。幸運(yùn)的是，金葉的大門垂青了我，接納了我這個呆在家里十年的下崗工人，雖然當(dāng)時的工種只是一名保潔員，可當(dāng)我得知自己被錄取了的那一刻，我激動不已，我興奮萬分，因為我似乎又找到了我生命里的第二個春天，找到了證明自己生存價值的空間！

　　記得當(dāng)初來到金葉大酒店的時候，我也曾經(jīng)因為自己是臨時工的事實而灰心過、迷惘過。眾所周知，臨時工是一個弱勢群體，在社會上一聽說是臨時工，人的眼光似乎都有所不同，起初我也有這樣的擔(dān)心，可我們部門經(jīng)理智慧敏大姐的一番話撥去了我心頭的烏云，她說：職業(yè)不分貴賤，不論你是不是正式的，只要你感覺你做的工作能讓你開心就是一種價值，而且在金葉大酒店象我們這種臨時工可有好幾百人呢！后來我才得知，金葉大酒店的成立解決了全市近三百人的再就業(yè)大難題，可以毫不夸張地說，這里其實就是下崗工人第二次革命的大熔爐。

　　我在金葉大酒店許多保潔崗位工作過，譬如，大廳保潔員。大廳作為酒店的窗口，每天都要接待四面八方的客人，我的工作就是把大廳的衛(wèi)生搞好，茶幾上的煙灰缸、角落里的小煙頭、地面上的污漬，似乎都是我的敵人，一發(fā)現(xiàn)就會被我毫不留情地消滅掉。大家不要以為，保潔員的工作就是掃掃地抹抹灰，其實不然，大家不要小看了保潔員，因為在我們的身上也有閃光的地方，也有一顆金子般的心。記得有一次我正在電梯門口打掃衛(wèi)生，這時從電梯出來一位跛腳老人，他因為行動不方便，想請我?guī)退�到總臺去退房，我二話沒說就答應(yīng)了，并迅速辦好了退房手續(xù)，他為了表示感謝，從錢包里抽出一百元給我做小費(fèi)，卻被我謝絕了：這是我應(yīng)該做的！老人向我投來了贊許的目光。客人有問詢時，我耐心解答；客人有需要時，我熱忱幫助，盡自己的所能讓每一個來金葉大酒店的客人都能感覺到家的溫暖，就是我最大的心愿。

　　時光飛逝，如今，三年過去了，我也成為一名有經(jīng)驗的保潔員了，在我身邊涌現(xiàn)了不少的先進(jìn)人物、先進(jìn)事跡，他們那種對待工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)、勤勤懇懇、盡職盡責(zé)的態(tài)度，在這三年來也始終在激勵著我，不斷積極向上，奮力進(jìn)取。不管我是做內(nèi)勤、還是搞后勤，我都始終抱著一種認(rèn)認(rèn)真真、扎扎實實的態(tài)度來對待本職工作，并逐漸在工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)了一種樂趣，體驗到了一種人生的價值。雖然，這三年來，我所做的.工作都是很普通、很平凡的，在工作的過程中，我也遇到過一些挫折和失敗，也經(jīng)歷過一些迷惘和失落，但在三年的工作實踐中，我真實地體驗到了工作著是美麗的這樣一句話。

　　也許，有些人會對我說的這句話嗤之以鼻，感到不可思議，認(rèn)為我是在說大話、吹牛皮。但這卻是我最真實的感覺。我們都聽說過這樣一個故事，說有人問三個砌磚工人：你們在做什么？第一個工人說：我正在砌磚。第二個工人說：我正在賺錢。第三個工人卻說：我正在建造世界上最富有特色的房子。故事的結(jié)果就是到了最后，前兩個工人還是普普通通的砌磚工人，而第三個工人卻成了偉大的建筑師。人們通過這個故事，無非是想諷刺前兩種人胸?zé)o大志，所以一事無成。而贊美第三種人有遠(yuǎn)大的理想，所以能夠成就大業(yè)。但我對這個故事卻另有一種看法：這個世界需要好的建筑師，同樣也需要好的砌磚工人。這個世界有偉大的建筑師，同樣也會有偉大的砌磚工人。偉大的工作需要人來做，平凡的工作也同樣需要有人來做。很難想象，如果這個世界上光有建筑師，沒有砌磚工人，那些漂亮的高樓大廈怎么能夠被建造起來呢？

　　所以，即使是最平凡的工作，也會有閃光的地方，在普通的崗位上，也能創(chuàng)造出人生價值。我是一名保潔員，當(dāng)有人看到干凈如新、纖塵不染的環(huán)境，由衷地對我說真不錯！的時候，我就會覺得很高興，覺得自己的勞動沒有白費(fèi)。你是食堂里一個普通的工人，當(dāng)有人對你說：今天的飯菜真好吃！這個時候，你難道不會因為自己的工作得到肯定而覺得欣慰嗎？他是一名管教員，當(dāng)他苦口婆心地與勞教人員談完心，勞教人員心服口服地對他說：管教，我知道錯誤了。這個時候，他不就體會到一種實現(xiàn)自我價值的樂趣了嗎？同樣的，我們可以在很多極為普通、極為平凡的崗位上，發(fā)現(xiàn)工作中蘊(yùn)藏著的樂趣，體現(xiàn)出的人生價值。法國著名的思想家盧梭曾說過這樣一句話：每一種工作都蘊(yùn)藏著無窮的樂趣，只是有些人不懂得怎樣去發(fā)掘他們罷了。

　　所以，今天站在這里，我想大聲地對大家說，我要感謝金葉大酒店，因為是她改寫了我生命的篇章，是她塑造了一個嶄新的自我，是她能讓我很自豪地說我工作著，所以我美麗著！

　　如今，“五四”運(yùn)動已作為光輝的一天載入了中華民族的史冊。而“五四”絕非僅僅是一個歷史事件，它是一種精神，是一筆財富，是青年人對民族熾熱的愛的精神，是青年對國家前途命運(yùn)的關(guān)注，乃至對祖國未來的發(fā)展，創(chuàng)新，進(jìn)步的責(zé)任的財富。時代賦予我們的使命，應(yīng)該為祖國的更加繁榮昌盛奉獻(xiàn)我們的一切!

　　今天，“五四”大旗傳到我們的手中。我們流淌著的是我們祖先英雄的血液，我們品味著的是我們祖先傳承下來的文明。難道我們不該把這赤色的旗幟，這浸染著祖祖輩輩鮮血的旗幟，扛進(jìn)二十一世紀(jì)吧。

　　青春是整個人生旅程中最絢麗，最奇妙，最燦爛的一站。青春孕育著無窮無盡的能量等著我們?nèi)ラ_采，去挖掘，去釋放。人生的根本目的就是對于人生價值的認(rèn)識，詮釋，乃至于實現(xiàn)，而青春正是我們青年實現(xiàn)人生價值的黃金時期。歷史的年輪已經(jīng)把人類帶入了新千年，而隨之撲面而來的就是日趨激烈的競爭。隨著某某某某。作為21世紀(jì)的青年應(yīng)該如何實現(xiàn)人生價值，如何把握機(jī)遇呢大家不要忘了我們是學(xué)生，學(xué)生的使命就是學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)習(xí)決不是一句空話，決不是一個口號，更不是一種裝飾。學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)該是明確前進(jìn)的方向，找到自己完美的目的地!讓我們的青春之源，源遠(yuǎn)流長吧!

　　記得走進(jìn)大學(xué)的第一天，輔導(dǎo)員就告訴我們，老狼校園民謠里輕松自如的大學(xué)生活在這個年代已經(jīng)一去不復(fù)返了。九十年代宣揚(yáng)的"讀書無用論"也早已被熱火朝天的"考研"、"考證"熱吹得無影無蹤。時代已經(jīng)將我們新一代的青年推向了社會的最前沿。因此，我們要尋找屬于我們這一代人的精彩。

　　為了活得精彩，我們要擁有目標(biāo)和信念。目標(biāo)是心頭的一盞明燈，信念是鼓舞你向著目標(biāo)邁進(jìn)的力量源泉。目標(biāo)可能飄渺，路途可能坎坷。然而只要確定一盞明燈，就能讓你順利地泅過危難的海洋!傳說中的火鳳凰，它迎著太陽飛翔，為的就是將自己的身體點燃，因為只有燃燒才能重生。這多少有一些悲壯。但又確是一幅壯美的畫面。因為奮斗拼搏的過程無比精彩!

　　為了活得精彩，我們必須擁有知識和技能。知識是成功的基礎(chǔ)，技能是實現(xiàn)成功的工具。人類步入二十一世紀(jì)，世界多極化，信息全球化，知識信息量在以百倍的速度遞增。面對這樣的現(xiàn)實，昔日的象牙塔里輕松自在的場景早已經(jīng)不見了，取而代之的是尋找精彩的一雙雙熾熱的目光。社會將競爭的殘酷帶到了我們的身邊，從而也造就了新一代青年的自強(qiáng)和向上。有一句話說"機(jī)遇留給有所準(zhǔn)備的人"，那么，年青的朋友們，讓我們早早準(zhǔn)備。

　　為了活得精彩，我們還要有不斷超越的精神。魯迅先生曾說，"不滿是向上的靈魂"。時代的進(jìn)步使新事物以讓人難以置信的速度發(fā)展。沒什么鐵飯碗，沒什么保質(zhì)期。無論什么時候，我們都必須以起跑線上的姿態(tài)去迎接挑戰(zhàn)。我們只有不斷地學(xué)習(xí)和提高，才能跟得上這個精彩的大時代。
