　　對于“五四”這一概念而言，它首先是作為一個以青年學(xué)生為主體的愛國主義革命運動的總 括性內(nèi)涵而存在。同時，它又是一個內(nèi)蘊著新文化思潮與新思想的時間概念。與其內(nèi)涵有著前 后緊密歷史聯(lián)系的內(nèi)容，便是《新青年》雜志了。說到《新青年》雜志，也就必然無法回避去 談“五四”�？梢哉f，“五四”既是作為一個時間概念具有了歷時性意義，又是作為一個“革命史”概 念和“文化思潮”概念而影響性地存在著。因此，從“五四”的內(nèi)涵和外延來看，1__9年5月4日在北 京發(fā)起的以青年學(xué)生為主體的反帝反封建的愛國運動，它的思想來源與《新青年》雜志所倡導(dǎo) 的新文化和新思想不無關(guān)聯(lián)。

　　xx年前的五四運動，奏響了中國青年運動的新樂章，為當(dāng)代青年留下了豐厚的精神財富，也為我們在新的時代背景下做好工作提供了強大的精神動力。專業(yè)化重組以來，我公司各級團組織和廣大團員青年們，以“五四”精神為動力，無論是在建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的改革探索中，還是在促進企業(yè)經(jīng)濟進步、管理創(chuàng)新，提高員工素質(zhì)的實踐中，都始終緊緊地圍繞企業(yè)黨政工作中心，發(fā)揮先鋒作用，貢獻青春才智，用自己的青春和熱血譜寫出光輝的樂章。

　　大家好，我是。是分廠的一個技術(shù)員。

　　很高興今天能作為一個青年人上臺來說幾句，同時讓我做為一個青年人的代表上來發(fā)言我很惶恐，因為我感覺我做的事情還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，還不夠讓大家來分享我工作和生活中所得到的收獲和經(jīng)驗。還好成功的道理都是一樣的，從誰的口中說出來分別也不大。區(qū)別只是每個人對道理的執(zhí)行情況不同而已。

　　說兩個方面，一是思想;二是行動。

　　先說思想：五四青年節(jié)正當(dāng)春天，是我們年輕人的節(jié)日，也是還保持著一顆年輕的心的所有人的節(jié)日。而我們每個人自己想一想，自己從上一個五四到今天這個五四我們都做了些什么?有沒有朝自己的理想天天在前進?這個問題也可以每天早晨或深夜問自己一下。

　　我還好，會偶爾問自己一下。結(jié)論可能會和好多人是不一樣的：沒有!于是我就會緊張，我就會在接下來努力的工作一陣子，而且一定會進步!——因為我年輕，因為我和大家一樣很需要進步，需要在這個看起來很廣闊很自由實際上卻很陌生很殘酷的世界上用自己的雙手給自己刨出塊空間來生存。當(dāng)哪天感覺日子過得不對勁了，我就會靜下來再問自己同樣的問題。

　　很多人知道阿里巴巴的馬云，他說過一句話：“傻堅持好于不堅持。”關(guān)于思想我再說最后一句：“不要放棄自己的信念，不能只在離目標(biāo)很遠(yuǎn)的地方徘徊，要‘日三省吾身’”。

　　再就是行動：來工廠快四年了，沒有了剛從學(xué)校里出來的那股楞勁了。不是別人問一句非得答十句，非得證明自己什么都會，前途無量的時候了。如果你問我：“你都會什么?”我答不上來。

　　為什么呢?因為時間告訴我,我將一直是個無知的人,還有很我事情去學(xué),去做。

　　而如果你說“我有件什么什么難事需要人去做，你能不能做?”我多半會說：“能!”

　　為什么呢?因為自信!胸有成竹!在我心里,不會已經(jīng)不是難題,難的是你不敢做,難的是你沒有解決問題的方法!

　　百聞不如一見，百見不如一練，百練方成斫輪老手。工作是什么?不管你是什么崗位的員工。開發(fā)也好，工藝也好，文員也好，司機也好，操作工也好，維修工也好，工作和我們上學(xué)時做題一樣，都是熟能生巧。巧了才能創(chuàng)新，才能出結(jié)果，才能出成績。很多人(包括我)常常一件事做過一次就說會了，再做就嫌煩了，急著想做更難做的事。這樣不成，就像玩電腦游戲，有經(jīng)驗的可以想想，沒有對簡單事情那種不假思索，抬手就做的熟練程度，復(fù)雜的事情根本不能做好。中間會遇到的困難和阻力就太多太大了。每一步都得小心翼翼地走，走得還跌跌撞撞，請問哪里是盡頭?完全就是剛剛學(xué)步的小孩子在跑三千米!只有對平淡、簡單的事有著信手拈來的能力。才有做復(fù)雜事情的資格。這就是行動的意義。一句話，淺嘗輒止的行為只適用于犯錯，要想對成功胸有成竹，還得不斷重復(fù)地做著簡單的事情，這樣，遇見機會你才能抓得住，拿得下。

　　最后說個例子，我們分廠的弧加工前要進行加工參數(shù)的理論計算，公式不多，二百來個，用第一個公式算出來的結(jié)果代入下一個接著算，并且是一連串算下來，最后會得到了了無幾的幾個參數(shù)，精度要求到小數(shù)點后三四位就好。我要說的是這中間計算時所有中間值取值都要精確到小數(shù)點后至少八位，為什么呢?因為過程中就三舍五舍的把感覺沒用的位數(shù)抹去，最后出來的結(jié)果只會是一個情況：驢唇不對馬嘴!

　　就像我們的生活，你都非常認(rèn)真非常仔細(xì)地在過了，結(jié)果生活可能還會讓你很不如意，而如果我們平時就隨便地胡亂生活著，結(jié)果生活肯定不會偏愛你這一個人!
