今天，我們這一代青年人有幸生活在改革開放的大好時代，有幸站立在世紀和千年的交匯點上。我們是幸運者。面對新世紀，我們責任重大。我們回顧發(fā)揚“五四”精神，認真思索著，自己應該擁有一個怎樣的青春，怎樣的人生。記得，最初開始認識“五四”是從小學的歷史課開始的。那時，老師講到“五四”運動，向我們講述了帝國主義列強對中國的種種欺凌，講述了青年們?yōu)樽鎳幌ЙI身的種種壯舉。當時，我們雖然還不能完全理解其中的深刻道理，但有如一絲曙光照亮蒙昧的荒原，我們幼小的心田中已播下了愛國的種子。漸漸地，我們長大了，我們成為風華正茂的青年，我們更加深刻地懂得了五四的傳統(tǒng)和精神。想想那些曾經(jīng)與我們差不多大的五四青年吧！他們稚嫩的肩上早已承當起一份救亡圖存的重任，而今天建設祖國的重任將別無選擇地落在我們這一代人的肩上，我們是否應該為祖國的更加繁榮昌盛而奉獻我們的一切？
是啊，我們不小了，我們不能永遠停在父母寬大的羽翼下避風躲雨。今年的五月四日，我們將參加成人宣誓儀式。那意味著我們將要同父輩們一起，共同撐起一片藍天。
長輩們常說我們這一代人是蜜罐里泡大的孩子，少些緊迫感，也少些責任感。的確，與他們相比，我們的生活更舒適，更安逸。但這決不意味著我們可以放松身上的努力，減輕肩上的責任。

外爭國權，內(nèi)懲國賊、還我山東。中國青年為國而呼的口號仿佛又在耳邊響起------那么激昂、那么響亮。1919年5月4日，因中國遭遇不公平待遇，愛國學生們紛紛站了起來，奮力抗爭。他們走上街頭，他們演講宣傳，他們呼吁斗爭，他們熱血沸騰，他們義憤填膺。最終，中國代表拒絕在凡爾賽和約上簽字，五四愛國運動取得初步勝利。
盡管時光飛逝，已隔x年，你們卻依然不能不頻頻回首，因為那場震驚中外的五四運動，匯合了一代青年的吶喊和一代青年的激情。
五四青年節(jié)即將到來之時，學校又將有多名同學加入到共青團這個組織，中國共產(chǎn)主義青年團是中共領導的先進青年的群眾組織，是廣大青年在實踐中學習共產(chǎn)主義的學校，使共產(chǎn)黨的助手和后備軍。成為共青團的一員，與其說是一份榮譽，不如說是多了一份責任。無論在學習或生活中，團員都應嚴于律己，起好帶頭作用。

五月四日，在我們的心頭別僅僅是一種令人熱血沸騰的回顧，也別僅僅是那些讓我們驕傲的英雄往事，甚至別再是那場涅槃重生的革命，幻化在我們心中的竟是一種召喚，一種啟蒙，一種中國給予少年的責任。
梁啟超詩云：今日之責任，別在他人，而全在我青年。青年智則國智，青年富則國富，青年強則國強，青年獨立則國獨立，青年自由則國自由，青年進步則國進步。
我們早已別為國家的獨立而浴血奮戰(zhàn)，也早已別為個人的自由而抗爭別已。我們更深層的體會五四精神，品出的是那愛國情懷。那是一種為了民族振興而別斷追求理想、追求真理的精神，那是一種為國家興盛而別斷追求科學、追求民主的精神，那是一種為祖國繁榮而勇于創(chuàng)新、知難而進的精神。

一年前的今天，我還在大學的校園里，為了可以邁入神圣的法官隊伍而努力;而今天我由衷的自豪，我是這精英法律人隊伍中年輕的一員了，盡管他依舊幼稚，依舊無措，依舊需要歷練，但是他肩頭有了責任有了動力。
五月四日在我們心中別再是一具句點，而是個讓我們無法抗拒的引號。
他等著我們?nèi)ダm(xù)寫，不管是驚心動魄的輝煌依然潤物無聲的關心。我們的責任是國家的穩(wěn)定是人民的自由，是這些讓我們聽起來肅然起敬的名詞，是這些讓我們有些擔當別起的文字，但是我們無法拒絕，因為我們肩上的責任。
這是每一具少年法官今日的抉擇，也是每一具年長的法學前輩曾經(jīng)的抉擇，這是我們在挑選這項職業(yè)時的心里操守，是這項職業(yè)靈魂的傳承。

我于20--年7月份進入公司工作，這里是我人生的另一個新開始。我感覺到壓力與動力并存，希望與挑戰(zhàn)同在。這一年來我學到了很多，感悟了很多;看到公司的發(fā)展，我深深地感到驕傲和自豪。兩年多的工作中，我清楚了辦公室工作的各個環(huán)節(jié)流程，也讓我感受到了團隊協(xié)作的重要性。
另外我覺得責任心是我們每一個青年員工成才的基礎，為人處事的前提，也是我公司振興的根本。在工作中我們的能力有大小，術業(yè)有專攻，職位有高低，崗位各有不同，但不管從事什么崗位，必須要有敬業(yè)的工作態(tài)度。敬業(yè)首先要愛崗，這是我們發(fā)展的起點。愛崗就是對自己所從事的工作充滿熱情，始終保持積極樂觀的態(tài)度，干一行愛一行，愛一行精一行，以積極主動、認真負責的態(tài)度，遵章守紀、規(guī)范行為、標準化作業(yè)、保質保量快速完成任務。作為一名辦公室工作人員，除了有愛崗、惜崗意識，還要立足本職崗位，腳踏實地地做好工作，這樣才能真正做到敬業(yè)。
作為青年員工，相比一些老法師我們最缺乏的就是工作經(jīng)驗，因此，我們應該利用年輕人接受新生事物快、工作激情高的特點，把壓力化為動力，充分發(fā)揮主觀能動性，勤思考、勤學習，積極向老法師虛心請教，為公司發(fā)展盡職盡責、添磚加瓦。對于每位員工來說，學習是我們生活中必不可少的一部分。當今社會發(fā)展迅速，職場競爭激烈，優(yōu)秀人才比比皆是，一旦我們停止學習，將會一直落后于他人。補充知識，為自己“充電”，是我們每個人必須要做的事情。對于公司來講，一個公司的發(fā)展依賴于員工的發(fā)展，員工的發(fā)展是公司的根源，只有員工素質提高了公司才能有市場競爭力，因此，我認為公司繼續(xù)加強對員工的培訓和指導也是非常有必要的。
