　　我們要弘揚(yáng)五四精神，在服務(wù)青年中取得新突破。共青團(tuán)是黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的先進(jìn)青年的群眾組織，服務(wù)青年是共青團(tuán)的生命力所在。各級團(tuán)組織要以青年為本，在青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)、青年人才培養(yǎng)、困難青少年扶助、青少年和諧發(fā)展等方面，搭建有效服務(wù)平臺，建設(shè)長效服務(wù)機(jī)制。當(dāng)前對青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)問題，黨政關(guān)心、社會關(guān)注、青年關(guān)切，我們要建基地、送培訓(xùn)、供崗位、助創(chuàng)業(yè)，把促進(jìn)青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)作為服務(wù)青年的重中之重，切實服務(wù)青年的最現(xiàn)實、最直接、最迫切的需求。全力促進(jìn)青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)是服務(wù)中心、服務(wù)大局的最佳結(jié)合點，是服務(wù)青年成長發(fā)展的有效途徑。我們要高舉促進(jìn)青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)的旗幟，把這項工作作為服務(wù)青年的重要抓手，堅持就業(yè)與創(chuàng)業(yè)相結(jié)合，以創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動就業(yè)，以就業(yè)促進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)，積極整合團(tuán)內(nèi)外資源，構(gòu)建青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)體系。一是開展就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)。以返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工為重點，圍繞種植養(yǎng)殖、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工、農(nóng)村服務(wù)業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)技能和創(chuàng)業(yè)意識，大力開展“共青團(tuán)農(nóng)村青年培訓(xùn)行動”。二是努力拓寬農(nóng)村青年創(chuàng)業(yè)融資渠道。積極探索與金融機(jī)構(gòu)的合作方式，結(jié)合地方實際出臺促進(jìn)農(nóng)村青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)的小額貸款等金融政策，多方籌措創(chuàng)業(yè)資金。認(rèn)真落實“青春郵貸”。廣泛整合社會資源，籌集建立農(nóng)村青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)扶持基金和擔(dān)�；�金，助推農(nóng)村青年圍繞種植、養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)品加工和農(nóng)村服務(wù)業(yè)就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)。三是創(chuàng)建農(nóng)村青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)見習(xí)、農(nóng)基地。選擇優(yōu)秀的農(nóng)村青年能人依托其產(chǎn)業(yè)、技術(shù)和項目，農(nóng)村青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)提供實習(xí)場所。

　　下午好！xx年前的今天，熱血青年們?yōu)榫葒�而奔走呼號，掀起了一場中國近代史上未曾有過的思想解放運動，xx年后的今天，"五四運動"留給我們的是永遠(yuǎn)的記憶，"五四"精神帶給我們的是源源不斷的動力。在新時期的社會形勢下，作為法院的一名青年干警，我認(rèn)為，應(yīng)該從以下幾個方面樹立自己的職業(yè)尊榮感，推動工作，完成黨和人民交給的光榮任務(wù)。

　　一、青年干警應(yīng)該堅定"公平正義"的法律信仰：

　　信仰，是人生旅途中指引方向的路標(biāo)，是萬物靈長的皈依。人民法院、人民法官代表國家行使司法裁判權(quán)，是公平與正義防線的捍衛(wèi)者和守護(hù)者，是人民群眾切身利益的維護(hù)者。法官職業(yè)的崇高，正是這個群體以"公平、正義"為自身的信仰，人們視他們?yōu)楣�平正義的化身。作為一名法院干警，我也經(jīng)常在思考，在這個物欲橫流的世界，擺放在法官面前的是審判執(zhí)行權(quán)，權(quán)力本身是一把雙刃劍，它關(guān)系著當(dāng)事人的切身利益，反之也有誘惑，面對著種種誘惑，如何保持內(nèi)心的那份安寧，沒有一絲的躁動?宋魚水有一句話說得好："一名法官如果在人情關(guān)、關(guān)系關(guān)上失守，也許會得到一些看得到的東西，但失去的卻是作為一名法官最神圣的公正和尊嚴(yán)。"我們應(yīng)該堅守自己的法律信仰，依法公正地審理好每一件案件，堅守原則不退縮，堅定信念不動搖，把每一件案件都辦成經(jīng)得起歷史檢驗，經(jīng)得起社會評價，經(jīng)得起法律衡量的鐵案。

　　二、青年干警應(yīng)該秉持"愛崗敬業(yè)"的工作態(tài)度：

　　思想決定態(tài)度，態(tài)度決定行動。一個人的態(tài)度直接決定了他對待工作是盡心盡力還是敷衍了事，是安于現(xiàn)狀，還是積極進(jìn)取。態(tài)度越積極，決心就越大，對工作投入的心血也就越多，越能享受到工作的樂趣，獲得領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的認(rèn)可、同志們的尊重。作為青年法官，首先，自己要熱愛本職工作，要不斷增強(qiáng)工作責(zé)任心，煥發(fā)起工作激情，忠于職守，勤勉努力。其次，自己要振作精神，充滿激情，積極主動地開展工作，不推諉、不扯皮、不等不靠，努力"把工作完成在今天"，并要挑戰(zhàn)"不可能完成的工作"，以燃燒的激情獲取事業(yè)的成功。第三，要認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，不斷總結(jié)，提高工作能力。樹立自信、自尊、自立、自強(qiáng)的理念，不斷學(xué)習(xí)新知識、掌握新技能，要搶抓機(jī)遇，迎接挑戰(zhàn)，用勤勞和智慧為部門添彩，為單位爭光，實現(xiàn)自己的人生價值。

　　三、青年干警應(yīng)該樹立"公正、廉潔、為民"的司法理念：

　　馬克思曾經(jīng)指出："法官的責(zé)任是當(dāng)法律運用到個別場合時，根據(jù)他對法律的誠摯理解來解釋法律。"人民法官的審判應(yīng)當(dāng)忠實于憲法和法律，這是社會主義法制國家對法官職業(yè)尊榮感的當(dāng)然和必要要求。人民法官要樹立正確的職業(yè)尊榮感，必須首先培養(yǎng)公正、廉潔、為民的人民法官核心價值觀，也只有在正確職業(yè)尊榮感的驅(qū)使下，才會更加珍視自己的職業(yè)為生命，才會為提升職業(yè)尊榮感而付出百倍的努力。

　　"一次不公的裁判比多次不平的舉動為禍尤烈，因為這些不平的舉動不過弄臟了水流，而不公的裁判污染的是整個水源。"職業(yè)的尊榮源自于神圣的使命，神圣的使命有賴于公正的擔(dān)當(dāng)。人民法官只有在保證程序公正、實體公正和形象公正的司法活動中，才能贏得人民群眾和社會對人民法官的認(rèn)同與尊重。

　　隨著改革開放的不斷深入，經(jīng)濟(jì)體制深刻變革，社會結(jié)構(gòu)深刻變動，利益格局深刻調(diào)整，思想觀念深刻變化，我國已經(jīng)進(jìn)入社會轉(zhuǎn)型期、矛盾凸顯期。在這個階段，黨和人民對法院賦予的期望也更加高，作為青年法官，是法院未來發(fā)展的希望所在，我們應(yīng)該樹立正確的職業(yè)尊榮感、秉持踏實的工作態(tài)度，堅定信仰，負(fù)重前行，為法院事業(yè)的建設(shè)，為國家法治的進(jìn)步，貢獻(xiàn)自己的青春和熱血！

　　一是關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)習(xí)是我們不斷成長、不斷進(jìn)步的重要途徑。首先學(xué)習(xí)要有明確的目標(biāo)，諸葛亮說“夫才須學(xué)也，學(xué)須志也，非學(xué)無以成才，非志無以成學(xué)”，這里的“志”我想主要就是學(xué)習(xí)的目的或目標(biāo)吧。對我們青年人來講，有一個明確的和正確的學(xué)習(xí)目的和學(xué)習(xí)方向，這是學(xué)習(xí)的前提，這也是成才的前提。結(jié)合今年我公司“細(xì)化、優(yōu)化”活動，要有激情，積極將此項活動推行到我們的實際工作中去，增強(qiáng)我們青年人的責(zé)任意識、奉獻(xiàn)意識和紀(jì)律意識。始終要將學(xué)習(xí)列為一項長期的、持之以恒的目標(biāo)，努力提升個人的思想境界、業(yè)務(wù)能力，將學(xué)習(xí)與實踐相結(jié)合，不斷提升工作業(yè)績。

　　此時此刻的我，有些激動，更感榮幸。今天能登上這個講臺，我要感謝的人很多。首先我得感謝我的學(xué)子，因為你們的出色，我才能有此殊榮;再者我要感謝我的同事，因為你們的幫助，我才能獲此嘉獎;最后我要感謝我們的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，因為你們的關(guān)心，才有我今天的進(jìn)步;當(dāng)然我還要謝謝我的家人，感謝他們對我工作的支持。

　　一、自我介紹

　　我，骨髓里帶點野性。兒時一直向往著軍旅生活，記得讀高中時曾與一幫兄弟信誓旦旦：絕不讀師范，決不當(dāng)老師!不是歧視教師職業(yè)，只是認(rèn)為教書壓根就不適合自己。然而高考的失意與家庭的原因卻使我作出了人生中最無奈的選擇--教書育人。98年大學(xué)畢業(yè)，19歲的我，年少輕狂，卻令人難以置信地在孝道面前選擇了順從，依然清楚地記得第一天回母校報到時的情景，父母滿心歡喜，而我，內(nèi)心懊惱。就這樣，在家人，尤其是祖母燦爛的笑容中，我心不甘，情不愿地走上了講臺。我在自己的日志中寫道：悲哀!十幾年的寒窗我居然沒能走出教室，不同的是：以前坐著，現(xiàn)在站著......

　　初中教學(xué)，工作輕松、日子瀟灑，生活自由，但卻帶點空虛。工作之余，或吹煙網(wǎng)戰(zhàn)、或?qū)�酒�?dāng)歌、或以球會友，或飆車郊游，一晃就過了五年。一天，我突然地意識到自己在慵懶的生活中一天天墮落，帶著自己所剩不多的一點上進(jìn)心，03年我走進(jìn)了我的第二母校--瀏陽四中。剛開始，習(xí)慣了懶散的我面對緊張的高中教學(xué)可謂無所適從，幾近崩潰。一年下來，我感覺無論從腦力還是體力來講，消耗都超過了我整個五年的初中教學(xué)。一向精力，體力充沛的我都不免暗暗叫苦。無路可退，無悔可言，我只能告訴自己咬牙挺過。幾年的磨練，我總算適應(yīng)了地獄般的高中教育教學(xué)。每日重復(fù)著單調(diào)、枯燥的工作，迎日而起，伴月而歸，不乏牢騷，始終堅持。

　　不知哪位哲人說過這樣一句話：既然你無法改變，也無法逃避，就學(xué)會去享受。我再三思考這句話，努力地從心里說服自己一定要做一位既受學(xué)生喜愛，又受同事歡迎的老師。

　　二、關(guān)愛學(xué)生

　　祖父、外祖父，還有眾多的家族長輩，親人均為教師，我自小尊重他們，加上樂群的性格，漸漸地，我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己并不討厭與學(xué)生打交道，我喜歡學(xué)生，也受學(xué)生喜歡。

　　到四中8年的時光，其中值得自樂的一件事是連續(xù)7年一直擔(dān)任班主任。世間的事物永遠(yuǎn)都是相對的。學(xué)生在帶給我無盡麻煩的同時，也帶給我難以言表的快樂。開始的兩三年我用8個字總結(jié)：疲于奔命，碌碌無為。我曾經(jīng)自嘲當(dāng)班主任處理瑣事的感受可以借用一句經(jīng)典詩詞來形容：天長地久有時盡，此恨綿綿無絕期。我“恨”當(dāng)班主任。

　　看著自己的教育教學(xué)成績，回顧自己的付出與所得，心里不免不時地惆悵，也曾想過放棄。但想著自己收獲的師生情結(jié)，硬是堅持了下來。從開始的150--147--157--155--167--186，到去年的185，每一屆我都可以找一個詞來描述自己的心路歷程：150--懵懂無助、147--欲罷不能、155--多云轉(zhuǎn)晴、157--得心應(yīng)手、167--心有靈犀、186—中途逆轉(zhuǎn)，185--輕車熟路。06年我開始體驗成功的快樂，所帶的高二理科157班全期五次月考，五次優(yōu)勝，且一直以較大優(yōu)勢領(lǐng)先年級第二名，兄弟班級不無望塵莫及的感慨;07年轉(zhuǎn)戰(zhàn)高三文科，所帶155班高考一炮走紅，學(xué)校文科狀元、上線人數(shù)年級最多;08年高一年級部主任，中途接管186班，徹底改觀186一盤散沙的局面，深得學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)好評;09年高二年級部主任兼185班主任，創(chuàng)造四中歷史，整個一年，高二囊括所有常規(guī)評價優(yōu)秀班級榮譽(yù)稱號，學(xué)校次年修改評價方案(分年級進(jìn)行評比);所帶班級被評為長沙市優(yōu)秀班級;學(xué)考僅有一位學(xué)生一科掛科;10年高三年級部主任，目前態(tài)勢良好，常規(guī)優(yōu)秀，成績穩(wěn)步提升。

　　有失還有得，在班主任這個舞臺上我能自信地說自己成熟了許多，單從這一點我還得感謝我的學(xué)生。除此之外，我腦海里已經(jīng)珍藏了太多真誠的笑臉。每每情緒低落的時候，總會有學(xué)生給你一個短信、一張卡片、幾句留言，幾句寒暄......我便似乎很知足了。尤其是業(yè)已畢業(yè)的學(xué)生，他們更懂事，好像都很懷舊，經(jīng)常通過各種方式向我敘述他們的成或敗、喜與樂。

　　我一直認(rèn)為學(xué)生是單純的，老師的愛應(yīng)該是真誠的。因為真誠，才

　　顯關(guān)愛。多年來我與學(xué)生之間的故事太多，我就隨意挑一個和大家分享吧。(_QQ空間故事)去年的一天晚上7:00，高三全體老師會議，就在開會的前幾分鐘，正當(dāng)我忙于準(zhǔn)備開會資料的時候，186的一位男生神色緊張地跑到辦公室說要找我說點事。在走廊上，他結(jié)結(jié)巴巴地告訴我放在寢室里的錢被盜了，近兩千元--下周到長沙體育培訓(xùn)的費用。我一聽也懵了。但因為要主持會議，只好簡單地安慰了幾句，叮囑他先到保衛(wèi)處王主任那里詳細(xì)說明一下情況。電話告知王主任后，我忐忑不安地走進(jìn)了會議室。整個會議過程我心里都在打鼓，20__塊對于一位學(xué)生來講畢竟不是一個小數(shù)目，無論是失錢者還是盜錢者都讓我心里難安。更何況被盜的男生性格內(nèi)向，脾氣沖動。9:30會議終于結(jié)束。我急匆匆地找到王主任了解情況，基本上能確認(rèn)是本寢室同學(xué)所為，卻也無可奈何，因為找不到確鑿的證據(jù)，而且即使有證據(jù)我們又能做什么呢?學(xué)生差不多都已經(jīng)熄燈睡覺了，我和王主任、班主任商量還是先到寢室與所有同學(xué)談心。我壓著自己略顯焦慮的心情，心平氣和地引導(dǎo)他們權(quán)衡眼前與未來、金錢與品質(zhì)的關(guān)系，勸誡那位因一時糊涂而犯錯的同學(xué)能知錯就改，將錢歸還。次日早晨早操以后我再次對該寢室的同學(xué)做思想工作，同組的老師給出了一個很好的建議--給犯錯者創(chuàng)設(shè)一個“臺階”。仔細(xì)商討了所有的細(xì)節(jié)后，我們便開始了一次找錢洗心的行動，先準(zhǔn)備好

　　10個信封，按人民幣大小裁好若干紙條，每個信封分裝20張紙條，統(tǒng)一發(fā)到每位寢室成員手中。講清道理后要求他們按床位編號依次單獨進(jìn)入寢室逗留5分鐘，最后約定時間統(tǒng)一將信封封好交到一個紙箱內(nèi)“恐怕沒什么作用”，心急的班主任滿臉狐疑拆封了，一封，兩封，三封突然，班主任的臉上露出了欣慰的笑容，“有了!一千七百元�！鞭k公室的老師都開心地笑了。我更有些興奮和激動。成功了!心中有一股強(qiáng)烈的想表揚(yáng)學(xué)生的沖動，我拿起筆，隨意在筆記本上寫下了這樣一段文字：

　　漂亮的轉(zhuǎn)身在人生的道路上，摔跤是難免的，摔倒以后如果能自己爬起來，那才是真正的勇士。我想對那位同學(xué)說：你是好樣的!浪子回頭金不換!你的心靈經(jīng)過這次洗禮將會更純、更美，同時由于這個漂亮的轉(zhuǎn)身，在今后的人生道路上，你一定會走得更平穩(wěn)、更踏實。讓我們一起鼓掌，為這種勇氣喝彩!我更想表揚(yáng)的是男生202#，這件事情發(fā)生以后，大家心里都不高興，猜疑、憤慨，鄙夷。。。各種情緒都有，但他們與老師的配合更多地體現(xiàn)的是他們的寬容、大度和真誠。同學(xué)們，什么是寬容?什么是大度?什么是真誠?男202#的全體同學(xué)給我們作了很好的詮釋。那就是在朋友犯錯時，真心地伸出自己的友誼之手拉他一把，而不是冷漠地排斥。我衷心地希望我們所有同學(xué)今后能真誠待人、團(tuán)結(jié)互助，共同進(jìn)步!

　　告別那硝煙彌漫的時代，我們走進(jìn)了和平年代。

　　一個個低矮、陰暗的平房不見了，一座座高樓拔地而起，一條條散發(fā)著熏人臭氣的水渠如今也變成了一條條閃著銀波的河流。

　　20年來的改革開放帶來的巨變，讓中國人民感受到了中國共產(chǎn)黨的力量，感受到了黨的溫暖。20年來的人民生活水平也在不斷的提高，人們的衣食住行上也在發(fā)生著巨大的變化。告別了灰白藍(lán)黑的世界。人們步入了五彩繽紛、色彩斑瀾的世界。對“吃”的要求也不再是“吃飽就好”的那種狀態(tài)，無論是春夏秋冬，人們在市場上總能買到各種新鮮的不同的肉、蛋、魚豐富著人民的菜藍(lán)子。不僅是這樣，現(xiàn)在還有許多珍奇的果品和營養(yǎng)品也都出現(xiàn)在大大小小不同的超市中，豐富著我們的生活，真可謂“：舊時王謝堂前燕，飛入尋常百姓家�！彪S著(我國)各項事業(yè)的蒸蒸日上，我國的第三產(chǎn)業(yè)也得到了空前的發(fā)展。旅游業(yè)便是在第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中早早突起的一個行業(yè)。舊社會的中國人身上壓著三座大山，連吃飽肚子都是個難題，就更不要說出門去看看，這對于他們該是怎樣的奢望。新時代的中國人不同了，改革開放的春風(fēng)吹遍了祖國的每一個角落。現(xiàn)在的中國人富了，人民的生活水平也在一步一個臺階的向前逐進(jìn)。人民的物質(zhì)生活富足了，同樣也要追求豐富的精神生活。于是去看看便成了許多人們的愿望，走出家門去看看，看看祖國秀麗的景色，看看祖國的大好河山。走出國門去看看，看看不同國家的人文風(fēng)情，看看我們世界……

　　21世紀(jì)的鐘聲響起，中國人民昂首闊步走進(jìn)了新時代。我們又迎來了世紀(jì)的第一個黨的盛會。

　　全國人民都在歡欣鼓舞。他們都在用自己的方式表達(dá)著自己的心意，沈陽也不例外，沈陽是座歷史悠久的古城，同時它也是全國的主要工業(yè)基地之一。沈陽曾經(jīng)為共和國的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)，創(chuàng)下了不朽的輝煌。但今天我們也在同樣背負(fù)著沉重的環(huán)境負(fù)擔(dān)。給城市的建設(shè)也帶來了巨大的壓力。于是全市面上下人民都以自己的行動向環(huán)境污染挑戰(zhàn)。拆除了1000多根排放污氣的煙囪，400多座不合格的鍋爐房，對渾河中的污水進(jìn)行了徹底的治理。一塊塊碧綠的草地，寬場的板油馬路，一座座悠靜別致的小公園，這都是環(huán)境治理的明顯標(biāo)記。

　　漸漸地這座美麗的城市，重新潔凈起來，亮起來，煥發(fā)了昔日的光彩，吸引了許許多多國內(nèi)外大大小小的商家來到沈陽投資建廠創(chuàng)辦公司，現(xiàn)在的沈陽又重新充滿了生機(jī)活力�！皹涿�引得鳳凰來棲”這名話在這里得到了體現(xiàn)。

　　做為一個從小就生長在黨旗下的我，看到此時的祖國，此時的家鄉(xiāng)，這種心情難以言表。

　　我是一個基層的社區(qū)工作者，計劃生育工作是我的工作范疇。剛剛到崗位工作時，我總覺得計生工作對我來說簡直就是在也陌生不過的字眼。計生工作范圍有多大，計生工作應(yīng)該如何開展、許多問題我都常常搞不清楚，而且我還帶著非常嚴(yán)重的不滿情緒�？傉J(rèn)為一個只有二十幾歲的我，而且還未結(jié)婚，從事這項工作，對開我來說簡直就是困難重重。我在上級和社區(qū)的同志們的幫助下，我漸漸的打消了這個念頭�？吹节w科長和小宋她們的年齡與我相仿，而且業(yè)務(wù)都那么熟練，我慚愧了，決心讓自己徹底打消這種念頭。每次開會培訓(xùn)我都會帶著筆記本，做上詳細(xì)的記錄，對遇到的問題也能及時向大家請教。如今在大家的幫助下，我寫了入黨申請書，并成了一位黨外積極分子，這一切都是在黨的感召之下，特別是看過xx大后。雖然我只是個黨外積極分子。但我要在這一刻起處處以一個黨員的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求自己，努力做好一個基層計生工作者的一切工作，用自己的實際行動向黨和人民獻(xiàn)禮，用自己的力量為社區(qū)工作奉獻(xiàn)出自己的光和熱，為社會主義現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)的輝煌明天而奮斗。

　　今年是五四運動x'x周年，x'x年前的五四運動，樹立了一座推動歷史進(jìn)步的豐碑，也孕育了“愛國、進(jìn)步、民主、科學(xué)”的偉大精神。迎五四，就是要動員廣大團(tuán)員青年。

　　今天，我們在這里歡聚一堂，以激情演講的方式慶祝五一國際勞動節(jié)，迎接五四青年節(jié)的到來。感謝給我這次機(jī)會、感謝大家的光臨、感謝各位的支持!

　　1886年5月1日，美國芝加哥城二十一萬六千勞動工人為了爭取八小時工作制而舉行大規(guī)模罷工，經(jīng)過流血犧牲，終于取得了偉大勝利。為了紀(jì)念這次活動，國際上把5月1日定為勞動者的節(jié)日。我國從1949年12月定于五一為勞動節(jié)，在這一天舉行各種活動對勞動者進(jìn)行表彰。勞動模范是國家的棟梁、民族的精英、單位的中堅力量，慶祝五一，就是要學(xué)習(xí)他們那種愛崗敬業(yè)、艱苦奮斗、無私奉獻(xiàn)的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)，學(xué)習(xí)他們與時俱進(jìn)的創(chuàng)新精神，對于我們來說，就是把這些落實到自己的學(xué)習(xí)工作生活中去。

　　今天給大家送上一篇演講 主題：全力以赴，而不是盡力而為!

　　一個人做事情，應(yīng)該全力以赴，而不是盡力而為!一個人如果開發(fā)了50%的潛能，就可以背誦400本教科書，可以學(xué)完十幾所大學(xué)的課程，還可以掌握二十來種不同國家的語言。

　　在美國西雅圖的一所著名教堂里，有一位德高望重的牧師——戴爾·泰勒。有一天，他向教會學(xué)校一個班的學(xué)生們講了下面這個故事：

　　有一年冬天，獵人帶著獵狗去打獵。獵人一槍擊中了一只兔子的后腿，受傷的兔子拼命地逃生，獵狗在其后窮追不舍。可是追了一陣子，兔子跑得越來越遠(yuǎn)了。獵狗知道實在追不上了，只好悻悻地回到獵人身邊。獵人氣急敗壞地說：“你真沒用，連一只受傷的兔子都追不到!”

　　獵狗聽了很不服氣地辯解道：“我已經(jīng)盡力而為了呀!”

　　兔子帶著槍傷成功地逃生回家后，兄弟們都圍過來驚訝地問它：“那只獵狗很兇呀，你又帶了傷，是怎么甩掉它的呢?”

　　兔子說：“它是盡力而為，我是竭盡全力呀!它沒追上我，最多挨一頓罵，而我若不竭盡全力地跑，可就沒命了呀!”泰勒牧師講完故事之后，又向全班鄭重其事地承諾：誰要是能背出《圣經(jīng)·馬太福音》中第五章到第七章的全部內(nèi)容，他就邀請誰去西雅圖的“太空針”高塔餐廳參加免費聚餐會。《圣經(jīng)·馬太福音》中第五章到第七章的全部內(nèi)容加起來有幾萬字，而且不押韻，要背誦其全文無疑有相當(dāng)大的難度。盡管參加免費聚餐會是許多學(xué)生夢寐以求的事情，但是幾乎所有的人都淺嘗輒止。幾天后，班上有一個11歲的男孩，胸有成竹地站在泰勒牧師的面前，從頭到尾按要求背了下來，竟然一字不落，沒出一點差錯，到了最后，簡直成了聲情并茂的朗誦。

　　泰勒牧師比別人更清楚，就是在成年的信徒中，能背誦這些篇幅的人也是罕見的，何況是一個孩子。泰勒牧師在贊嘆男孩那驚人記憶力的同時，不禁好奇地問：“你為什么能背下這么長的文字呢?”

　　男孩不假思索地回答道：“我竭盡全力�！�

　　16年后，那個男孩成了世界著名軟件公司的老板。他就是比爾·蓋茨。

　　泰勒牧師講的故事和比爾·蓋茨的成功背誦對人很有啟示：每個人都有極大的潛能。正如心理學(xué)家所指出的，一般人的潛能只開發(fā)了2%~8%左右，像愛因斯坦那樣偉大的科學(xué)家，也只開發(fā)了12%左右。一個人如果開發(fā)了50%的潛能，就可以背誦400本教科書，可以學(xué)完十幾所大學(xué)的課程，還可以掌握二十來種不同國家的語言。這就是說，我們還有90%的潛能處于沉睡狀態(tài)。誰要想創(chuàng)造奇跡，僅僅做到盡力而為還不夠，必須竭盡全力才行。

　　今天演講的另外一個關(guān)鍵詞是感恩，恩字可以拆解為因和心，可以理解為因為有心，所以知道施恩、知道報恩。感恩是一種處世哲學(xué)，是生活中的大智慧。人生在世，不可能一帆風(fēng)順，種種失敗、無奈都需要我們勇敢地面對、豁達(dá)地處理。這時，我們是一味地埋怨生活，從此變得消沉、萎靡不振?還是對生活滿懷感恩，跌倒了再爬起來?英國作家薩克雷說：“生活就是一面鏡子，你對他笑，他也笑，你對他哭，他也哭”。同學(xué)們，學(xué)會感恩是一種高尚的品質(zhì)，是每個人應(yīng)該具備的基本素質(zhì)。

　　懂得感恩，我們才懂得孝敬父母。

　　懂得感恩、我們才懂得尊敬師長。

　　懂得感恩，我們才懂得去關(guān)心幫助他人。

　　懂得感恩，我們就能學(xué)會包容，贏得真愛，贏得友誼。

　　懂得感恩，我們就會擁有快樂、擁有幸福!我們就會明白事理更快長大，我們就能擁有一個美好未來!讓我們學(xué)會感恩吧!

　　那個夏天的中午，趁著爸媽午睡，我們幾個小伙伴到草地上去捉了一些蜻蜓和蝴蝶�；貋硪院螅�我們把門窗關(guān)緊，放它們出來在屋子里飛來飛去，高興得又蹦又跳�？墒沁@些小昆蟲都飛向窗戶，它們停在玻璃紗窗上，翅膀不停地嗡嗡扇動，試圖飛出去。我們靜靜地看著，它們頭一定撞疼了吧，可還在堅持不懈。終于一只蜻蜓發(fā)現(xiàn)了紗窗上的破洞， " 呼 " 地一下飛了出去。那一刻，我的心被深深地震撼了。

　　大自然中，小動物們?yōu)榱松�存，尚能不斷地嘗試與拼搏，那我們?nèi)四?我們不是天生就有這種本能嗎?小小嬰兒，不斷地跌倒又爬起，只為了學(xué)會最初的一步;反復(fù)地咿呀饒舌，只為了學(xué)會簡單的交流。正是這些努力，我們才學(xué)會了走路、說話、感知世界。

　　可是隨著歲月的流逝，我們慢慢走向了成熟，許多人的這種本能在一次次失敗中漸漸喪失。我們總是在想：如果我沒成功怎么辦?如果我失敗了，他們是不是會嘲笑我，看不起我呢?也許正因如此，我們放棄了努力和嘗試;也正因如此，我們少了更多的機(jī)會與成功。

　　梅花香自苦寒來，寶劍鋒從磨礪出。嘗試，往往需要付出常人難以想象的艱辛，但也常常能創(chuàng)造出驕人的成績，大家一定熟悉蔡樂群吧!家境貧寒，身材矮小使他受盡別人的嘲笑、戲弄與欺侮。然而他身殘志強(qiáng)，在靈橋工藝美術(shù)廠學(xué)藝時，每天凌晨 4 點起床練，白天學(xué)畫，刮風(fēng)下雨，從不間斷，后來他又潛心鉆研、多方求教、反復(fù)臨摹，終于名揚(yáng)畫壇、蜚聲海外。蔡樂群的成功，不正是他努力嘗試，不斷拼搏的結(jié)果嗎?

　　朋友，不去嘗試，我們永遠(yuǎn)不會知道自己能做什么;不去拼搏，我們什么也做不成。嘗試，會讓我們更加了解自己;拼搏，會讓我們更加相信自己。親愛的朋友們，讓我們努力嘗試吧，嘗試一種新的方法;讓我們努力拼搏吧，搏出一片新的天地。在不斷地嘗試與拼搏中，我們將會變得更自信、更堅強(qiáng)、更完美!

　　許多革命先輩，他們在敵人面前不屈不撓的精神值得我們學(xué)習(xí)，他們用生命換來了我們幸福而和平的今天，方志敏就是其中一個。

　　方志敏——一個耳熟能詳?shù)闹袊�共產(chǎn)黨員。由于叛徒的出賣，不幸被捕。當(dāng)他被捕后，敵人們又來搞“慶祝會”，把他帶到大會的講臺上去“示眾”，妄想借此宣揚(yáng)他們的勝利，打擊群眾的革命熱情。

　　他挺立在臺上，那么地鎮(zhèn)定自若，那么地冷靜，好像不是一個被捕的人。上饒的革命人民誰不敬仰他，他們一看到方志敏落在敵人的手里，心情無比沉重，對那些敵人，嘴里有說不盡的恨。敵人們是那么殘忍、兇惡，但方志敏在最后幾秒，抓住時機(jī)，給大家說最后的宣傳。方志敏這種鎮(zhèn)定自若的精神多么可貴。

　　以后，很多敵人引誘他投降，但方志敏卻說：“不!我們不會投降!”他的這句話告訴著每一個敵人，但敵人們依然不放棄，想引誘方志敏，答應(yīng)他只要投降，就可以享盡榮華富貴，但方志敏凜然正氣，他沒有出賣革命、出賣戰(zhàn)友，他說：“革命者寧可被敵人殘殺，決不投降敵人，要我屈膝投降，休想。

　　我們不優(yōu)良共產(chǎn)黨員、檢察兵士吳信林等許很多多英模人物那樣的驕人事跡，我們沒有海空衛(wèi)士王偉那樣的英雄渾舉，然而，當(dāng)我們用嫻熟的辦案技能，把惡貫滿盈的犯法分子送上法庭的時候;當(dāng)我們豐盛的偵察謀略，把曾經(jīng)顯赫一時的腐朽分子斬于馬下的時候;當(dāng)我們追蹤千里，不負(fù)眾望，把叛逃本地的人犯緝捕歸案的時候;當(dāng)我們歷盡辛勞追為企業(yè)回贓款，看到企業(yè)職工的臉上露動身自心坎的笑顏的時候……我們感觸到的何止是快慰與驕傲!

　　而98年以后，我們的責(zé)任，我們的使命，都在青春的腳步中開始萌芽，一天天慢慢滋長。

　　伴隨著"哇"的一聲中,天使降落人間,一個新的生命便呱呱墜地.生命的航船由此啟程.

　　在生命的溫柔之中,我們享受著它的美,它的甜,縱使其中也夾雜著許多痛與苦.但生命的可貴之處就在于我們能夠體味著其中的酸甜苦辣,飽嘗著世俗的人情冷暖,也正如此,我們的生命才會多姿多彩。

　　美妙的生命之中,也有它自然的脆弱,我們?nèi)舨荒苷�確把握航船,偏離了原來的方向,就會像落地的玻璃無法再復(fù)原.在當(dāng)今的社會之中,吸毒,兇殺……比比皆是,許多人落入了生命原有的陷阱,無法自拔.在他們短暫的一身中,留給我們的則是無窮的苦楚。

　　生命原本就是堅強(qiáng)之中略帶稍微的迷惘,也許我們不能改變其固有的本質(zhì),但卻可以正確的把握它.記得有這樣一首詩"生命誠可貴,愛情價便高,若有自由顧,二者皆可拋."試問,一個人連生命都沒有了,他將到哪里去尋找自由呢是天堂還是地獄呢所以說生命才是這世上最寶貴的東西.上帝是公平的,他給予了我們生命,但對每個人的生命也僅僅只有一次,就那么一次.生命的誕生本生就是一件令人欣喜的事,更何況于我們的誕生便意味著崇高的人生之路的開始.在這條路上,我們會哭會笑,會退縮,會向前,試想,這將是一件多么美妙的事,我們?yōu)槭裁催�要去草草了結(jié)生命呢?
