　　At the year's end Rose finished the college degree。 One week aftergraduation Rose died peacefully in her sleep。 Over two thousand college studentsattended her funeral to honorthe wonderful woman who taught by example that it'snever too late to be all you can possibly be。

　　成功和失敗之間往往只有一步之遙，想成功，就要堅(jiān)持。這是一個(gè)并不神秘的秘訣。但只堅(jiān)持勤奮，卻選錯(cuò)了方向，則令人可悲。“勤奮”不是只要存在就有價(jià)值，偏離了正確方向，方向錯(cuò)了，就是一列疾速列車脫了軌，你汗水也罷，淚水也罷，血水也罷，那個(gè)終點(diǎn)卻是“可望”而“不可及”的了。如果把堅(jiān)持勤奮美化成點(diǎn)金石，以為無論何種腐朽經(jīng)過它的點(diǎn)化都會(huì)變成神奇，殊不知這就像把一塊石頭變成一匹錦緞，把一束絲線攻成美玉，也許力道、方法都恰當(dāng)，卻選錯(cuò)了對(duì)象。

　　當(dāng)困難，絆住你成功腳步的時(shí)候;當(dāng)失敗，挫傷你進(jìn)取雄心的時(shí)候;當(dāng)負(fù)擔(dān)，壓得你喘不過氣的時(shí)候，不要退縮，不要放棄，一定要堅(jiān)持下去，因?yàn)橹挥袌?jiān)持不懈，才能通向成功!

　　大家好!社會(huì)實(shí)踐剛剛結(jié)束，我?guī)е�記憶猶新的欣喜、感動(dòng)和震憾站在這里，我演講的題目是《讓青春在實(shí)踐中飛翔》。

　　上周，我們初二年級(jí)八個(gè)班的學(xué)生到新鄭參加市教育局組織的社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。全方位軍事化管理使我們充分體驗(yàn)了團(tuán)隊(duì)生活的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、艱辛、樂趣與感動(dòng)。

　　在活動(dòng)過程中，翻越逃生墻的項(xiàng)目是整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)所面臨的最大挑戰(zhàn)了。同學(xué)們自動(dòng)搭起人梯，奮力向上攀越，雖一次次跌落和失敗，但同學(xué)們卻永不放棄。不少同學(xué)的雙肩被踩破了皮，卻一聲不響，低著頭，繼續(xù)用自己的臂膀支撐起同伴的生命，背后只是留下一塊塊傷痕和一個(gè)個(gè)腳印……他們把生的希望留給了別人，使在場(chǎng)的許多同學(xué)都流下了感動(dòng)的淚水。那個(gè)場(chǎng)面，我畢生都將無法忘記。同學(xué)們團(tuán)結(jié)、友愛、互助的精神，使我們度過了一道道難關(guān)，克服了一個(gè)個(gè)困難。若沒有同伴的付出，就不會(huì)有整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的勝利!

　　我想，這就是團(tuán)隊(duì)的力量!一根筷子易折斷，十根筷子堅(jiān)如鐵!團(tuán)隊(duì)的力量是偉大的，偉大的背后更隱藏著艱辛與磨礪。一個(gè)人經(jīng)歷風(fēng)雨，不如大家一起抵擋風(fēng)雨!演講稿

　　也許命運(yùn)給了你不公平的待遇，也許生活給了你太多的磨難，也許你的天空在下雨，也許你的世界總是黑暗……但是，請(qǐng)不要悲觀失望，不要消沉灰心，讓大家和你一起面對(duì)吧!生命的過程是需要雕琢和磨礪的，大家一起承受，讓友愛撒滿內(nèi)心，讓力量驅(qū)走荊棘。那樣，你的生命將不會(huì)褪色，團(tuán)結(jié)的力量將陪伴著你，感動(dòng)將一直圍繞著你，精神之火將永不熄滅!

　　單絲不成線，獨(dú)木不成林;一塊塊磚只有堆砌在一起才能成就萬丈高樓;一滴水只有融入大海才能獲得永存。是的，生活中可以沒有轟轟烈烈的英雄，但是生活中不能沒有團(tuán)結(jié)、友愛的精神。一個(gè)人是社會(huì)的一個(gè)細(xì)胞，只有大家團(tuán)結(jié)在一起，才能構(gòu)成一個(gè)堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的整體。

　　保爾曾經(jīng)說過：“人最寶貴的東西是生命。生命對(duì)于我們只有一次。”在人生的旅途中，讓我們背上團(tuán)結(jié)、合作、超越自我的勇氣，把它們裝進(jìn)我們飄灑活力的行囊，讓青春在實(shí)踐中飛翔!

　　沒有人能只依靠天分成功。上帝給予了天分，勤奮將天分變?yōu)樘觳�。有這么一句話：天才是百分之一的天分加上百分之九十九的努力。。

　　曾國藩是中國歷史上最有影響的人物之一，然他小時(shí)候的天賦卻不高。有一天在家讀書，對(duì)一篇文章重復(fù)不知道多少遍了，還在朗讀，因?yàn)�，他還沒有背下來。這時(shí)候他家來了一個(gè)賊，潛伏在他的屋檐下，希望等讀書人睡覺之后撈點(diǎn)好處�？墒沁@個(gè)賊等了好久，就是沒等到曾國藩睡覺，還是翻來復(fù)去地讀那篇文章。賊人大怒，跳出來說，“這種水平讀什么書?”然后將那文章背誦一遍，揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)而去!

　　賊人是很聰明，至少比曾先生要聰明，但是他只能成為賊，而曾先生卻成為毛澤東主席都?xì)J佩的人：“近代最有大本夫源的人。”

　　“勤能補(bǔ)拙是良訓(xùn)，一分辛苦一分才。”那賊的記憶力真好，聽過幾遍的文章都能背下來，而且很勇敢，見別人不睡覺居然可以跳出來“大怒”，教訓(xùn)曾先生之后，還要背書，揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)而去。但是遺憾的是，他名不經(jīng)傳，曾先生后來啟用了一大批人才，按說這位賊人與曾先生有一面之交，大可去施展一二，可惜，他的天賦沒有加上勤奮，變得不知所終。

　　從這個(gè)故事我們可以看出，偉大的成功和辛勤的勞動(dòng)是成正比的，有一分勞動(dòng)就有一分收獲，日積月累，從少到多，奇跡就可以創(chuàng)造出來。
